For nurses, it is very important to stay healthy. Nurses are working at hospital caring and treat patients. If the nurses are sick, who’s going to treat the patients? The nurses should take care about their health because they are very vulnerable to sickness. I mean the nurses were working around hazardous substances and they were around sick people, so they should care about them self. Since the nurses’ health is vulnerable, they should do several things to prevent sickness infection. The worst are the hazardous stuff such as radiation, needles, infectious agents, and many dangerous chemicals. There are several acts that the nurses could do to avoid the sickness. The first thing to have good health is taking vitamin D3. Before you take vitamin D3, you should test your blood. Each nurses take different dose of vitamin D3. Second thing is adrenal support. Adrenal support is important for nurses to avoid being stress. Third is to take potent mineral or multivitamin. Fourth is taking more probiotics because it can strengthen immune system. The fifth the nurses can do to maintain their health is to calm down their nerves after work. Nurses should get some rest enough and take some vacations. Sleep is very important because that is when the body recharges again. Taking Aswagandha is good to have good quality sleep. Use proper shoes to protect nurses’ knees and feet. In regard of detox, taking sauna regularly would really help.

We know about rheumatism and osteoporosis and to avoid that we should care about our bones, in general,and our feet, just be more specific. No one wants to be incapable of walking that is why our feet important.

Maintain feet health is very important because none of us wants to be paralyzed. To protect our feet health, there are several tips that we all can do. Caring about our feet is not difficult; we can do it with so much fun. One thing that we can do to maintain our feet health without realize even is walking. We should walk a lot to make our feet healthy.

We can walk to the park or around our neighborhood, with our dog maybe, and we can run to. Beside to make your feet healthy, you can do cardio exercise at the same time.
Don’t overuse your feet because it is not good. You need to give your feet some treats so your feet feel comfortable. Walking and running is not good for your feet health only but also good for
your feet shape.

be and it is normal. For men, it is important to stay healthy and there are several things they can do to maintain their health.

Maintaining good health is not that difficult. For men near 50’s, weight training is good. Men can do weight training until they 70’s to 80’s. Train the muscle is very good to stay strong or at least to slower your body back down. If you were a fat man, you should lose your weight. Fat body is the source of diseases. By that, your body will work easier since you cannot take the weight you carried when you were young. Train your muscle as I said will help you to get rid of your fat. Your blood health is also important. Make sure your blood pressure stable and normal. You are what you eat, so eat healthy food to stay healthy. Don’t eat too much oily meal.

Vitamins are good and you can take them to make your health better. It is better to avoid
than take any medication. Besides those tips, you would rather be happy in your old age than
complaining about your life.

This is my new gadget thank you for my hubby for buying me an iPad 3G . What is an iPad? The new iPad, is one the latest additions made by the Giant Apple Corporation. The iPad is making waves among mac lovers and even the iPod and iPhone users are now considering on getting this new gadget or even replacing their older devices by the new iPad tool!

I will explain here some of the best features that we can find on the new iPad model. The whole machine has been configured having in mind the Multi-Touch scenario were the consumers uses no mouse but the fingers to move, scroll and click around the iPad screen. The iPad keyboard is much bigger than the iPhone or iPod Touch virtual keyboards, and the extra room makes it a breeze to type on. Don't expect to be able to bang out a 10 page paper (although I've heard that it has been done) but for quick typing the iPad will get the job done.

Gaming

The gaming on the iPad is not for extreme gamers, but more so for the casual one. In fact, I've heard of dozens of people who haven't played games in years finding a couple that they really enjoy on the iPad. The iPad offers all of the classic board games such as chess and scrabble and you can even play multiplayer. Then there are games that were designed specifically for the iPad. These games are clever, challenging, addictive, and loads of fun. And did I mention cheap? There are many free games, but most games cost about $5.

My favorites games are diner dash, fruit ninja, angry bird, and sally's spa, while my husband loves Prince of Persia.

The Perfect Combo for Grab and go Telescope

I just bought Velbon CX-686 tripod, and i love it.
The tripod is perfect for DSLR camera, small scope, and binoculars.

Previously, I have Vixen Porta Mount for my Orion Apex 102mm telescopes, and I think the Porta Mount is too big for the telescope. My Orion Apex weights 4.6 lbs, while the Porta Mount weight 5 kg.
On the other hand, the Velbon CX-686 is only 2 kg, yet it still can support my telescope quite well.

In my opinion this is the best combo grab and go telescope and tripod that I can afford.
I'm ready to the star party now.

The tripod can also be used for binoculars.

The telescopes and tripod are ready to be grabbed, and i'm ready to go now.

I don't find any trouble to carry these two with my motorcycle or any public tranportation.

Delicious Ice Cream Flavors

Ice cream is one of those things that people will never stop loving. Or I'll never stop loving it at least. With so many newer flavors coming onto the market, it seems like I'll never get bored of anything else out there, not to mention that a good bowl of the right chocolate flavored still beats just about everything else in existence in my book.

Anyway, here are some new ice cream flavors that I've tried over the course of the last year and I've really enjoyed them. If you're an ice cream lover like I am and want to expand your palette, try these out as I'm sure you'll find them to be pretty interesting.

My favorite place to get free samples is at an ice cream store. Baskin-Robbins for example, has many flavors of ice cream like chocolate, chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, cookies and cream, vanilla, sorbet, chocolate fudge, and caramel, just to name a few. My favorites are Chocolate, Chocolate Chip and Oreo Cookies 'n Cream. You could go into the store and try several samples of ice cream. You may see some interesting flavors there that you have never seen before. New flavors of ice cream are being created all of the time so you never know what they may have next there to sample!

Goes to Kaliurang and Amboja Herb Garden Resto

Yesterday on Sunday, my husband and I went to Kaliurang. Kaliurang is a tourism object that lies on Mount Merapi, Yogyakarta. Several weeks ago, this place had been closed due to the eruption of Mt. Merapi. From Kaliurang, we could see Mt. Merapi through an observation tower, but unfortunately it was cloudy yesterday so we could not see Mt. Merapi.

After taking some pictures, we decided to go home. We had our lunch at Amboja Herb Garden Resto at Kaliurang Road Km 18. The restaurant building was built with bamboo, and the weather was comfortable.

While we were waiting our lunch, we were offerred an appetizer like snacks and rosella tea. The rosella tea is good for health.

After several minutes, our lunch came. We ordered tempe mendoan (fried soybean), souce and sweet nila fish, chicken rice with sayur asem, etc. Here were our lunch:

Perfect Binoculars

The Ideal Binoculars

All binoculars are characterized by two numbers: their power and the diameter of aperture or objective lens. For example: 7x35, 8x42, 10x50, 15x70, etc.
The first number indicates the power of the bino, i.e. how many times the bino will magnify the objects.

Some people might think that the magnification is the most important thing of binoculars. They might buy their first bino only because they have high magnification such as 15x or 20x, but they're wrong.
Many aspects should be considered when deciding to buy binoculars, such as: field of view, exit pupil, eye relief, weight, etc.

Binoculars with high magnification such as 15x70 or 20x80 tend to be heavy cause they have bulk design. Therefore, they won't be suited for travelling.
Big binoculars also have narrow field of view, which in turn, it won't be comfortable if you like to locate objects using those bino.

I have read some books (and websites) about astronomy and birding, and some writers come to the same conclusion. The ideal magnification is 8x, 9x, or 10x.
Anything below 7x will be too low, and anything higher than 10x will be difficult to hold them steady (unless you can afford buying an expensive Image Stabilizer binoculars).

I have browsed some websites just to look for the top quality binoculars from top manufacturers such as Leica, Swarovski, and Zeiss, and most of their expensive products are the mid size bino, such as 8x32, 8x42, and 10x42. I bet they have good reason in choosing these sizes.

Some aspects that should be considered when choosing binoculars:
If you want your binoculars to be handheld, go for magnification of 7x, 8x , 9x, or 10x. But if you can afford an Image Stabilizer binoculars, you can go for 14x or 15x.
Choose the bino that have field of view, at least 5°. But it would be better if you can get 8° or even more. It will make you easy to find target with wide field of view bino.
The minimum exit pupil is 3mm, but it would be preferred if you can get 4 or 5 mm of exit pupil.
If you want to use your bino for astronomy purposes, you should choose at least 30mm of objective lenses. The bigger, better. But no more than 60 mm, if you don't want to use tripod.
The bino are not too light, and not too heavy. In my opinion, a very light bino would be a bit difficult to hold steady. The same reason goes to the heavy ones.

So, what is the best all round binoculars?

Gary Seronik thinks that the best bino for astronomy are 10x50. Among his favorite are Canon 10x42 IS that cost more than US$ 1,000
Many birders might say that the best bino are 8.5x42 or 10x42 from top manufacturer such as Swarovski., that cost around US$ 2,000.
Many might say that Canon IS 10x30 would be perfect grab and go binoculars for day time use.

Among the various celebrations and festivities for the Chinese, Chinese New Year is always deem the most important of all. Chinese families living in different part of the country or the world will make it a point to gather together for Chinese New Year (CNY). This is very similar to the Western concept of getting together during Christmas.

Chinese New Year is also known as Lunar New Year as well as The Spring Festival. The Chinese Year is also symbolized by an animal, very much like the Western Zodiac. The animal to symbolize CNY 2006 is The Dog.

Myths of Chinese New Year

There are many myths as to how Chinese New year came about.

The most common one is that in ancient China, every year, a big monster would come out during the beginning of the year and start devouring people and crops. One day, a villager suggested firing off fire crackers, bang loud gongs and fly red banner to try to frighten off the monster.

It worked! From then onwards, people would always fire off loud fire crackers, beat gongs and drape their houses with red banner to ensure the big, bad monster never return again. Till today, Chinese New Year is still celebrated in the traditional manner.

Of course, that's just a myth. In reality, the Chinese uses a Lunar Calendar which is different from the Georgian or Western calendar, and so, the start of the Lunar new year is time for celebration, very much like New year on the Western calendar. It is also the time when crops are fully harvested and preparations are made for the new planting year and people have some time to rest and celebrate. This is why Chinese New Year is sometimes known as The Spring Festival.

Start of CNY Celebrations

CNY celebrations starts with a reunion dinner on the eve of CNY. This is where family members get together, no matter where they are in the country or the world, and sit down for a good meal. Reunion dinner is always celebrated at home but in recent years, more and more families tend to have their reunion dinner in a good restaurant.

After dinner, true to the Chinese nature, playing cards and marjong tiles will appear and a gambling session amongst familiy members will start. Once the clock strikes twelve, this is where you will hear firecrackers and fire works being fired off everywhere. The firecrackers mark the official start of CNY.

In recent years, the Chinese government has clamped down on firecrackers and fireworks in the cities because of fire hazards. Today, the lighting of fireworks is most likely to happen in the villages and countryside only.

Chinese New Year is celebrated with visiting of relatives and friends. Everyone is expected to wear new clothes and shoes and the popular color is obviously RED! There is always good food and drinks and children are rewarded with red packets or 'hong-pow' from adults. These red packets will contain money and is a major source of 'wealth' for children for the rest of the year.

Adults will chit-chat and catch up with one another. They are also likely to have gambling sessions with friendly stakes. Meantime, children will be having new year goodies, games and playing with fireworks.

In town centres and TV stations, there will be displays of dragon and lion dance, acrobats, traditional chinese dance and songs, stilt walkers, Chinese Opera, wushu performances and other traditional chinese performances.

In the olden days, festivities will last for 15 days while today, most people will celebrate for 3-4 days and spend the rest of time at home.

Chinese greetings for Chinese New Year

If you have Chinese friends, do visit them at home during CNY and you will be most welcomed. Make sure you learn a word or two of CNY greetings.

The most common are:

"Gong Xi Fa Cai" - Have a prosperous new year

"Zu Ni Nian Nian You Yu" - Wishing you a abundant year

"Sing Nian Kuay Le" - Happy New Year.

Also, you may like to bring two oranges when visiting. This indicates that you are bringing wealth to the family. If the Chinese family is someone that you are familiar with, you may even want to give red packets (containing a token sum of money) to their children. If you have children, you are most likely to recieve red packets for them as well.
