Concept of Compulsory Voting for India

India is known as the world's largest democracy, and the biggest power which citizens have in a democracy is to cast their votes and elect the government according to their choice, but in case of our nation we have observed that large number of people don't turn out to cast their votes, and such situation can't be called satisfactory for any democratic nation, though there could be several reasons behind it like lack of awareness, being ignorant,or may be some people just don't find it important, but people needs to understand that voting is not merely their right but its their duty towards democracy and towards their nation, because when people enjoy the benefits of democracy it automatically becomes their responsibility to ensure that dignity and integrity of democracy is maintained, and for doing so they must execute their democratic and constitutional right of voting, which is given to them by the constitution of the nation, but since we haven't seen much improvement in the voting percentage, some people have started advocating the idea of enforcing mandatory voting, and honestly looking at this I think there is nothing wrong with it.

Yesterday senior leader of BJP L.K Advani also proposed this very same idea but soon people like Digvijay and Azam Khan were quick to jump on the issue questioning it with argument how it can be enforced ? and Azam Khan even went a step further and said "let all Indian nationals have voter-Id cards first, and then only we can think about implementing such idea", now does that means even if it takes about 10 more years to do so still we must wait and let this unhealthy precedent continue? why doesn't he say that no elections should take place unless all Indian nationals are provided with the voter-ID cards? I want to know why shouldn't we implement it for existing voter-ID card holders? and take a step towards strengthening our democratic system, and those who say "how can we enforce mandatory voting?" my simple argument to them is I am no legal expert, but when compulsory voting is enforced in countries like Australia, Argentina, Brazil,Congo, Ecuador, Luxembourg,Nauru,Peru,Singapore,Uruguay and etc, then why can't we have it here in India ?

Why should the world's largest democracy shy away from making an effort towards empowering and strengthening our democracy? Its high time that we realize that democracy doesn't always means being flexible in every aspect, sometimes we must take bold steps too, to fortify our existing system and democracy.

Communal Face of Congress

Since past two decades BJP has been accused of being a communal political party, this conspiracy was created by Congress with the collaboration with so called "secular media" and even till today we read and hear so called "intellectual people, self proclaimed celebrities and "Page3 people" referring BJP as communal political party, people like me call such great personalities as "pseudo-secularists","pseudo intellectuals" or in general literate idiots with unidirectional thinking and typed brains who have lost their ability to understand, think and analyze the things by themselves.

I believe facts speak for themselves, so instead of trying to convince the readers I'll just put facts and let them decide, and I am sure after looking on facts one doesn't need to be Sherlock Holmes to figure out who is actually communal, so let’s take a look on past events and present strategy of Congress which will help you decide which political party is actually communal in nature.

1947 Anti Godse Riots: The moment Congress tasted power it started acting as master of nation and Anti-Godse riots was the first example, after assassination of M.K Gandhi goons of congress brutally attacked the innocent supporters of Savarkar and Nathu Ram Godse burnt their properties and thousands of them were sent to rot in jail in Independent India.

1984 Anti Sikh riots: after the assassination of Indira Gandhi goons of Congress decided to avenge themselves with the blood of innocent Sikhs, so they planned 1984 Sikh massacre which was later justified by Rajeev Gandhi who on record stated "When a mighty tree falls, earth around it does shake a little"(for more insight info on that brutal massacre you may check my article Recalling Anti-Sikh Riots 1984). Had it been any other country then after such massacre a political party like Congress would have been banned from contesting all sorts of election and would have been declared a terrorist organisation, but alas the deepest irony of this unfortunate nation is that even today it is ruled by the people whose hands are drenched in the blood of innocent Sikhs.

Shah Bano Case: Some of us still remember Shah Bano case in which Rajeev Gandhi reverted the decision of Supreme Court using his absolute majority in parliament, which led to the formation of Muslim Personal law board, creating a different set of laws for Muslims and different law for the people of other religion, today India is the only country in the world which has separate laws for people of different religion, now isn't that communal, undemocratic and unjustified approach for appeasement of a particular community.

Haj Subsidy: India is the only country in the world to give Haj Subsidy to its Muslim nationals which was started by Congress obviously for obvious reasons, but there is no provision of any such subsidy for the people of other religion, now isn't it unfair to the people of other religion? Why such kindness only towards the people of Muslim community? Are the people of other religion not the citizens of India? Now isn't that unfair and communal practice started by Congress?

Displacement of 300,000 Kashmiri Pandits from 1947-2001: In 1947 out of total population of Kashmir 55% of them were Kashmiri Pandit's and in 2001 there were 0.1% , they were attacked, beaten, some were killed and forcefully driven out of Kashmir by extremists for making Kashmir a Islamic state, and Congress government being in power that time did nothing to stop such thing, Congress ruled India from 1947-1996 and then from 2004-till date, did nothing to get them resettled, instead they just gave them a refugee colony in Delhi, So those poor people were given the status of refugee in their own country, not isn't it communal approach ?

2004 Removal of Prevention of Terrorists Activities act (POTA): In 2004 Congress fought election with a conditional promise that if they come in power they will remove (POTA) and they did so after winning, and as a result the number of terrorists attack in the country increased at alarming rate and thousands of innocent lives were lost just to appease the minority vote bank, now who wouldn't call it a communal politics?

Turning a Blind Eye towards Love Jihad: By ignoring Kerala Chief Minister who raised his voice against the ongoing Love Jihad but Congress took no action and called his stand as anti secular and took no action against the organisation which perpetrated this conspiracy, just because Congress is afraid to lose their minority vote bank, isn't that highly disgusting and utter communal approach?

Execution of Afzal Guru: Congress is intentionally delaying the execution of Afzal Guru who plotted the 2001 Parliament attack, UPA-1 home minister Shivraj Patil instructed Delhi government not to forward the file of Afzal guru, and Delhi Government kept on sitting on the file for four years. Congress is trying to save Afzal guru just to save its minority vote bank, is it not communal politics to appease minorities?

Communal Violence Bill: Last year in May we saw an absurd draft of a bill called Prevention of Communal Violence Bill, which was prepared on the instruction of Chairperson of UPA Sonia Gandhi, who also happens to be the chairperson of NAC(National Advisory Committee) organisation who prepared this draft bill, this bill says that same punishable offense under this law for members of majority community will not be a punishable offense for members of minority community, panel looking into the cases will have members of minority community in majority, complainant can file the complain while sitting in his house, and complainant needs to give statement only once in front of court and identity of the complainant will be kept secret which means accused will not even get to know who filed the complaint against him, this bill presumes that members of majority community are guilty in every case and says that the accused will be considered guilty until proven innocent(this happens nowhere in the world).(To get more insight info of this bill you may read my article Prevention of Communal Violence Bill or Communal Discrimination) here you can clearly see that congress is not only pro Muslims but actually Anti-Hindu, and such bills proves that approach of congress is completely biased and it is communal politics to appease minorities.

Andh Shraddha Nirmoolan Kanoon: There is another such drafted bill which is prepared in Maharashtra by Congress led government in state, it’s called "Andh Shraddha Nirmoolan Kanoon" this law prevents the people of majority community to perform various religious practices in their homes like doing "Havan", "Paath of Ramayana" "Katha" and it also says that no pictures of God should be put on public places, now I don't understand what Congress is trying to do? Are they trying to kill Hinduism? What sort of politics is this? Now will they impose "jazya" tax next? Ask yourself is this not a communal politics?

Religion based reservations: Last month Congress gave 4.5% reservations to the Muslims in OBC quota, ahead of the elections in 5 states to please minorities, but our Constitution clearly says that one can't differentiate among people on the basis of religion and our constitution doesn't allow such sort of reservation, but Congress went ahead with it insulting the constitution of nation, Religion based reservation is not even illegal but a contempt to constitution, and this is unjustified and completely communal politics.

Conditional promise of Increasing religion based reservations: Recently Law minister Salman Khurshid made a conditional promise to minorities of Uttar Pradesh saying that if they vote for congress and take them to victory then Congress will give them 9% reservations, now can the Congress itself deny the charge that they are not a communal political party?

Irresponsible and absurd statements to appease Minority vote bank: General Secretary of Congress Digvijay Singh keeps on giving irresponsible statements just like few days back he again called Batla House encounter in which Delhi Police Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma lost his life as a fake encounter, although Home Minister himself has denied that charge twice, and rubbished Digvijay's statement, but still in attempt to appease minority votes Congress has given a free hand to people like Digvijay to keep making such absurd statements, now isn't it communal politics ?

It becomes a matter of great concern when a national party in power uses communal politics as a weapon to win elections which is lethal and divisive for nation, we have witnessed one partition due to this divide and rule policy, and the fashion in which Congress is moving ahead with its strategy, at this point of time Congress itself is the biggest threat for integrity of India, and these dirty and filthy tricks of Congress to win elections are pushing the nation on the verge of another division, and if no attempt is made now to stop it then result of this is going to be painful, terrible and extremely dangerous for the nation.

Sibal's ''Fatwa'' on Internet and Social Networking websites and its consequences

Few days back Kapil Sibal called representatives of Facebook and Google, and objected on certain content referring it as "offensive" and demanded that content must be screened before its uploaded, if these are the personal views of our Union Communication and IT minister then I am sorry to say that probably this is what happens when a lawyer by profession is given a ministry like Communication & IT, which is completely an alien thing for him because Sibal's statement of screening online content displays how deep understanding he has about Internet, but if this is the stand of government and Congress party then it reveals the undemocratic and dictatorship approach, hence before moving ahead with this, they must first define the terms "offensive" and "defamatory" and let the people of this nation know what is the definition of these terms in their dictionary ? and what is objectionable according to them and what is not ? but according to my understanding it seems that whatever exposes the congress party and its top leaders including the first family of this country, is considered as offensive and objectionable by government and congress party.

Its said Sibal showed some pictures(pictures depicting God were 2 years old) to representatives of Facebook and Google, most of them were cartoons of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi and said its "unacceptable", he gave an argument that some content on social networking sites are derogatory, defamatory and inflammatory and may ignite communal sentiments, but fact is that whoever is familiar with social networking sites knows very well that these websites itself monitor such content and anyone can report such content to website with just a simple click and website acts strictly and removes such content, most stupid thing about Sibal's argument is that he is comparing Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi's Images to the Images of almighty God which is completely absurd and bizarre.

Sibal also further stated that if these companies don't act, then government will itself develop a a mechanism to manage the issue, and since then number of Facebook pages specifically anti-congress and anti-corruption pages and communities have itself magically extincted, but Google refused to bow down to these demands and to government's pressure and stated "we won't remove material just because it's controversial" so as an answer on the very next day Google India was served by a notice from Income Tax department, so now we know about which mechanism Sibal was referring to in his statement, message here is loud and clear either you bow down or we have other ways too.

Day before yesterday I was listening to the speech of Hilary Clinton in a conference on Internet Freedom at the Hague, where she not only clarified U.S stand on Internet freedom, but also laid emphasis on its importance and its constructive role and said human rights must be respected online as offline, she also mentioned that censoring Internet would be disastrous, and I must say that here on this topic I completely agree with her views, and according to me this attempt to control Internet and social media is violation of our fundamental right of freedom of speech and expression,

we have seen number of examples where we can observe that directly or indirectly ruling government has been controlling print media and television media, and its an open secret now (just recall Barkha Dutt, Vir Sanghvi and prabhu Chawla episode) that there are large number of media houses which are working as mouthpiece of Congress, and its ironically true that our media is biased and speaks only what political parties and government wants it to speak or whatever suites the government, and in this scenario a common man has only one medium of Internet,social media and social networking sites to express his views, but since government has witnessed the power,importance,capability and effectiveness of Internet and social networking sites in latest anti corruption crusade, now they want to control this medium by fair or unfair means (as I just mentioned above the case of Google India) which shows that this government can go to any extent to silence its critiques, and to protect the so called "sacred" Image of Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi, and for doing so government and congress is preparing to gag the voice of 127 crores of Indians.

According to me this step is going to have adverse effects on our society because the views,expressions and anger of citizens had to come out some way, and up till now people have been using Internet and social networking sites as a medium to express themselves, but if they are restricted from doing so, then only God knows in which way the wrath of a common man will come out, and there is high probability that the other way might be a violent one.

Yesterday only we saw the Impact of government's move, when on the occasion of birthday of Sonia Gandhi the official website of Indian National Congress was hacked and some objectionable content was put in there, which I see as an impact and an answer to counter, oppose and protest against government's move of controlling and screening online content.

I have heard number of politicians praising U.S laws and its democratic structure on several issues, but I would also like to point out here that Supreme court of U.S once said that "government can't act as censor of thoughts and can't attack freedom of expression of the people and screening online content is like taking away the freedom of speech and expression", now I firmly believe India is not an ideal and true democracy, and we as a nation still have to grow a lot to become an ideal democracy, but I am sorry to say that this talibani approach of congress and government is not going to help the nation in any possible way, and gagging 127crores of Indian nationals just to protect the image of party high-command of congress is grossly unfair and is a clear example of dictatorship.

Our political class has always shown double standards, and they are so hypocrite that when it comes to talk they will talk about the structure of U.K and U.S but when they feel the heat due to their own corrupt practices they are trying to push the nation on the path of North Korea and China,

Our politicians must realize that being a public figure they have to pay a certain price for it, and this approach of shooting the messenger is a lethal trend, and its high time that they must address the substantial core issues, our political class should understand that there is lots of anger and outrage in the people of this nation, and people must not be pushed any further because if that anger reaches a saturation point then this government may have to deal with a law and order problem.

Intro to Veiled Truths of Jawaharlal Nehru

Tomorrow is birth anniversary of India's first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru and this day is celebrated as Children's day in India, I also celebrated this day in my school days, and read about his leadership qualities and his ability to give impressive speeches, but as I grew up and read the stuff other than my course books, researched facts, and went through the history of Nehru era my opinion completely changed about him, I realized that Indian children are presented a completely different and false Image of Nehru.

In India Nehru is described as an impressive leader and great politician, but facts and events which took place in history speaks a different story, and tells us that Nehru is the root cause of number of problems our nation is facing today.

It was Nehru who forced Gandhi to agree to the partition of nation so that he could become PM.

Not many people know that Nehru wasn't a democratically elected PM of India, in 1946 a meeting of Congress working committee was held in Delhi to elect the president of Indian National Congress and the elected president was suppose to be the first PM of India and it was Sardar Patel who won the poll getting 13 votes in his favor 2 votes in favor of Jivatram Kriplani and just 1 vote in favor of Nehru, but Nehru was so power hungry that he went to M.K Gandhi and threatened that if he doesn't become PM then he will split the Congress and in that condition British will never leave India and because of which Gandhi asked Sardar Patel to step down for Nehru and withdraw his nomination, and Patel did so because of his respect towards Gandhi, so in this undemocratic way and because of nepotism Nehru became first PM of independent India.

Kashmir issue which we are facing right now is actually a gift of Nehru to India, it wasn't the Pakistan who is entirely responsible for creating Kashmir problem Nehru is also equally responsible for creating Kashmir problem, it was because of the personal differences of Nehru with King of Kashmir "Hari Singh" and because of Nehru's friendship with "Sheikh Abdullah" and due to the blunders committed by Nehru at that time is the result that even after 64 years Kashmir is still a burning issue, at the time of accession of Kashmir Mountbatten put a unique clause in the agreement that even after accession people will have the right to decide with which side they want to be with, and surprisingly Nehru didn't objected to it though no such clause was put in accession of any other princely state, Sardar patel successfully merged states like Junagarh and Hyderabad into India along with 600 other princely states, but merger of Kashmir was in hands of Nehru and he failed to handle it. In October 1947 when Pak army entered in Kashmir and committed atrocities against women, children and innocent people, Nehru who was in deep Impact of Edwina Mountbatten didn't listened to the advise of Sardar Patel and top army commanders of India where Indian forces were fully capable and were about to push back Pakistani troops out of Kashmir, but he did exactly what Edwina suggested him and he took Kashmir issue to U.N and as a result LOC was formed, and its our land of Kashmir which is now called as P.O.K where Pakistan prepares terrorists to kill innocent Indians, this all happened because of inability of Nehru to take firm and right decision.

During Nehru's tenure he was his own foreign minister and as a result India's foreign policy was rested on intuition of only one man Nehru himself, whose foreign policies were not strategic conception but were merely some abstract ideas.

Its been quite some time since India is trying to get a permanent seat in United Nation Security Council, but actually in 1955 U.S offered India the same, but Nehru refused to accept the proposal and said he didn't want U.S to marginalize China, and suggested to offer the same proposal to China, now this step reveals how concerned Nehru was towards national interests of India.

It was Nehru who sacrificed India's interest for his own personal glory by betraying Tibet and its people and allowed China to invade Tibet.

India lost 1962 Ind-Sino war to china because of impotent foreign policies and dubious approach of Nehru and his lack of understanding and inability to take decision because of which India had to go through such humiliation, Nehru was in dilemma that China can not attack India, so he never bothered to strengthen army and so Indian forces were completely unprepared in that region without any proper infrastructure to deal with such situation (India's strength in that region was only 10,000-12,000 whereas China attacked with strength of 80,000), and the result of the war proved that the foreign policies of Nehru were flawed and because of those stupid and impotent policies only, a part of India is now in control of China.

Nehru let Pakistan and China capture parts of India and gave a very lame excuse that we want friendly relations with neighbors and don't want to indulge in any sort of conflict with them, he willingly gave Tibet to China knowing very well that Chinese will commit atrocities against humanity.

It was Nehru who first sowed the seed of Nepotism monarchy and dynastic politics in the name of democracy.

Apart from these blunders there are also some incidents which put question-mark on the character of Nehru as a person,

Private secretary of P.M Nehru, M.O Mathai in his book "Reminiscence of Nehru Age" revealed that there was an intense love affair between Nehru and "Edwina Mountbatten" the wife of "Louis Mountbatten", and Nehru's daughter Indira was quite embarrassed of this affair, Nehru also had an affair with "Padamja Naidu" daughter of Sarojini Naidu, Nehru also appointed Padamja Naidu as Governor of Bengal.

Nehru also had an affair with a sanyasin from Benares called "Sraddha Mata" M.O Mathai further reveals in his book that there are documented facts which says that "Sraddha Mata" conceived because of their illicit relationship and when she asked Nehru to marry her, Nehru declined as it would have cost him his political carrier, then she went to a convent in Bangalore and gave birth to a child on 30th May 1949, and then she left the place leaving behind the child and some letters which were written by Nehru to her, those letters were sent back to Nehru, and since then no one ever heard about the woman and identity of child was kept secret by convent.

Now isn't it ironic that we celebrate birthday of such person every year as children's day and we refer him as "Chaha Nehru" who is root cause of many problems in our nation, we portray a completely false image of Nehru in front of children, and by doing so we are actually miseducating the children of this nation by presenting them a contrary Image of a power hungry and failed politician who was so selfish that he sacrificed national interests number of times.

PM Signals Dilution Of RTI act And Ignites Nationwide Debate

About two days back Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that there is need to make few changes in RTI act, but if we take a look at the history of the formation of this act, we will get to know that it took years of debate and went though number of changes and reviews before seeing the daylight, and if we take a look at its present state then we get to know that information like:-

Information related to sovereignty and integrity of nation,
Information forbidden by court of law,
Discloser of information which could cause the breach of parliament,
Information related to trade secrets,
Information received in confidence from foreign Government,
Information which could endanger the life or physical safety of a person,
Information which could impede the process of investigation,
Cabinet papers including records of deliberation of council of ministers, secretaries and officers,
Personal information which would cause unwarranted invasion of the privacy of the individual

Have already been excluded from RTI, now is there any further room to dilute it? And still if any attempt is made to dilute RTI law then it will make it ineffective, and in that case there will be no purpose of this act, so in that case instead of diluting it, it’s better it should be abolished.

We have heard several members of UPA boasting and praising themselves for making an RTI act, and they hardly ever get tired of taking credit for it, and they consider it as the biggest achievement of UPA government, and now by signaling some changes in RTI they are actually planning to kill their own achievement.

In the recent past some members of UPA have expressed the need to make changes in RTI, and it’s understandable because they might have been feeling uncomfortable due to RTI, but when Prime Minister Manmohan Singh who is known for his impeccable integrity and Image, behind whom entire UPA hides its sins says so, then it’s really unfortunate and a matter of deep disappointment, and before making such statement he must have realized that by diluting RTI law he is not going to do any favor or service to the nation on the contrary UPA will lose its whatsoever remaining credibility among people of India.

In the short span of life of RTI we have seen its effects, It brought some transparency in the system and proved itself as an effective tool in fighting corruption and poor governance, we have seen the number of scams and irregularities exposed and revealed by RTI, like how can we undermine the role of RTI in exposing Adarsh society scam, CWG scam, Mining scam, 2G scam and many other scams and irregularities which may not have been exposed without RTI.

But when P.M says that RTI should not affect the work of government then he actually means that RTI applications are acting as hindrance in functioning of government, and when he says so, he must also explain how RTI is affecting the work of government and it’s functioning.
There is high probability that PM gave such statement because of the recent 2G mess which troubled government for about 7-8 days, in which a Finance Ministry note revealed that, then Finance Minister P.chidambaram is responsible for not auctioning 2G spectrum, and may be because of this revelation which was done through RTI, now UPA government is trying to dilute this law Itself, so that they don’t land into any further embarrassment, and in other words UPA actually is trying to shoot the messenger.

It’s a well known fact now, that RTI has actually empowered the common-man of this nation, and for Indian nationals RTI has proved out to be a weapon by the medium of which, even a common-man can question the authorities, there have been several incidents in which during judicial proceedings people have produced facts derived by RTI proving that other side is lying.
And UPA is willing to dilute such an important law, and if they actually plan to do it, then before that, they must explain to the people of this country why they are doing so? But according to my understanding it seems that UPA which is completely cornered by scam after scam is doing it under panic, they first deliberately ignited this debate by the medium of their members, and now they brought their “big gun” the Prime Minister to signal it, and to get the mood of the nation.

But the message which comes out from these things is that, the activities of UPA are suspicious, and it raises some serious doubts on the intentions of UPA, and the only means by which UPA can put an end on all these doubts is, by stating publicly and assuring people of this nation that, they are not going to dilute RTI.
We have also seen that there have been some demands of bringing corporate under RTI law, and instead of strengthening RTI, UPA is planning to dilute it?

Even if after getting the sense of nation on this issue, and after watching the outrage spread across the nation on this stand of UPA, if still UPA is planning to move ahead with their suspicious intentions and approach, then they must also get prepared to face the wrath of common man.

Law Minister Salman Khurshid wants different set of laws for Industrialists and businessmen

Law Minister Salman Khurshid is bashed by supreme court on his controversial statement in which he said putting businessmen and industrialists in prison will affect the investments in the nation, and it seems that his party and government also agrees with such remarks as no one within the UPA including P.M has objected or questioned his statement.

Most ironic thing here is that such comments have come from none other than but the Law Minister himself, and if we try to analyze his statement it appears that he is proposing different law for corrupt businessmen and industrialists, and he expects judiciary to go soft on the cases against such corrupt businessmen, another perspective of his views is that Law Minister of the world’s largest democracy wants to impose different set of rules for different people, and is actually willing and suggesting to compromise with corruption, and just like government he wants judiciary to turn a blind eye on the corruption spread by industrialists and businessmen, and it’s evident that Khurshid believes that investors have the moral right to spread corruption.

But here I would also like to point out that there is a large group of Industrialists and businessmen in our country who are concerned about the corruption spread by the nexus of Industrialists, Politicians and Bureaucrats, and few days back we saw that 14 businessmen along with some eminent citizens of our country wrote letter to P.M expressing their concerns on this nexus.

So it’s clear that Industrialists and businessmen don’t agree with statement of Law Minister Salman Khurshid and as far as common man is concerned he has already cleared his stand by coming on the street and supporting Lokpal Movement.

Now if we take a look at the entire picture we realize that this government is neither concerned about the views of Industrialists nor it's concerned about the views of common man, and it figures that all they are concerned about is the corrupt people, and there is not even an iota of doubt left that UPA government is trying to protect these corrupt people so that the nexus between these corrupt businessmen, politicians and bureaucrats doesn’t get exposed and UPA doesn’t gets to face further embarrassment.

It really becomes a matter of deep concern when a Law Minister of a democratic country has such bizarre views on such serious issue, and especially at the time when entire nation is fed up of the rampant corruption spread everywhere, and instead of ensuring that justice is done and law isn't misused by powerful people, if law minister himself believes in double standards how come he is going to help and eradicate corruption? And in my view a person with such ideology neither deserve nor has a right to be a part of government in any possible way.

Dubious Approach Of UPA On Lokpal Bill

Law Minister Salman Khurshid said that central government is planing to make Lokpal a constitutional body and we all know from where did this concept came from, most of us remember the “legendry speech” given by the uncrowned “prince of Congress” during the zero hour in the last monsoon session on Lokpal bill, where he referred his speech as “elevating the level of debate”, and suggested to make Lokpal a constitutional body, and he called it a “game changing idea”, some people did praised the idea, and undoubtedly its good for nation to have Lokpal as a constitutional body, but it’s also important that we don’t forget the ground reality.

But I think that may be the person who wrote “Rahul baba’s” speech was uninformed about fact, that to make a constitutional body a constitutional amendment is required and for doing so 2/3rd majority is needed, and Congress is running a coalition government, so how do they plan to make Lokpal a constitutional body ? If they are counting on opposition then let’s be realistic that they haven’t even discussed this issue properly within their own party and UPA itself, so forget about the opposition, and there are lots of people within the congress who are not in favour of strong Lokpal bill, even in the standing committee it’s not discussed to make Lokpal a constitutional body and events from the past like press statements from congressmen, and recently released audio tapes of joint committee justifies my above point, and because of these hard facts and looking at present political scenario Rahul’s idea was completely rubbished by most of the political pundits, and it was seen as an attempt to project a mirage in front of people.

We must also not forget that it’s the same UPA government which was sleeping since past seven years on the issue of Lokpal Bill, and prepared a handicapped “Jokepal” bill instead of Lokpal, and at one point of time they were not even willing to deal with the civil society led by Anna Hazare, and most of the members of UPA have dismissed and rubbished the demands of civil society, but now this sudden change of stand does raises the eyebrows and also puts a question mark on the connotation of government because Rahul Gandhi’s idea is a actually like a five year plan and far from reality, and people are looking at it as another delaying tactic, and because congress is blindly willing to execute this idea it also raises a question-mark on their intentions, because according to me either they are trying to play another trick with the people of this nation and all these statements are merely an eyewash and an attempt to buy some time, or they are just trying to fulfil the childish and unrealistic demands of their “prince” and in both the cases I don't see our nation getting a strong Lokpal in near future unless government act upon it honestly,

I would have really appreciated If Rahul Gandhi would have said that lets make an independent Lokpal with available resources with no further delay, and if we again come in power with 2/3rd majority then we will make it a constitutional body, but alas his speech was like consoling a hungry man with a mango seed in his hand and saying look I’ve got a mango seed and I am going to sow it in ground, and when fruit comes on tree then you can eat them.

There are some people who are giving a logic that Prime Minister has given an assurance to Team Anna and an unanimous resolution has been passed in parliament, then why did they campaigned against Congress ? But my simple question to them is how can we take PM’s assurance on face value when he didn’t fulfil his assurance which he did to nation when UPA came in power? And Team Anna got the sense of the house on only three key issues of Lokpal not on all aspects of the Janlokpal, so it’s not right to blame them for campaigning against congress, as congress failed to give them support letter in favour of Janlokpal Bill whereas other parties did so without failing, and also whatever they did was not against the law of the land, so there is no point in questioning them. It’s been 43 years since this country is waiting for an ombudsman law, and now this matter is in public domain and because people are running out of patience, no further delay is acceptable.

Indian Media False-Projecting Team Anna's Stand

The day since Social activist Anna Hazare and his team appealed to the people of Hisar for not casting their vote in favor of Congress, they are being targeted by various political parties, and since last two days almost every news channel is trying to project that Anna is stepping into politics, and media is actually trying to spread confusion and doubt in the mind of its audience,

I don’t know if it’s a mysterious coincidence that most of the media houses think unidirectionally or maybe they have been asked to telecast such material to portray wrong Image of Team Anna, may be some of them are doing it under political pressure, or may be some of them have been paid to do so by political parties.

If my above mentioned points made you frown then please do recall infamous “Radia-Tapes” and Amar Singh tapes titled “Amar Prem Katha” which revealed that even media fraternity is not untouched by corruption, and we all know how some big names from Indian media popped out from “Radia controversy” which included the big guns like Vir Sanghavi-Hindustan Times, Barkha Dutt-NDTV, Prabhu Chawla- former editor India Today, Shankar Aiyar, G.Ganapathy Subramaniam, M.K. Venu, Rajdeep Sardesai-CNN-IBN, Jehangir Pocha-NewsX, Rajiv Behl-CNBC TV18, Prannoy Roy-NDTV and others, so we really can’t deny that there is a high probability that political parties are using media as a weapon to tackle and to dent the Image and stand of Team Anna by spreading confusion and rumors about them.

If we take a look at the events which took place in recent past, we will see that on one hand where BJP and RSS have been regularly trying to take credit of Janlokpal Movement, some political parties like S.P are in a fix and still uncertain about their stand, whereas on the other hand we have panic stricken Congress which has been openly opposing Team Anna from the very beginning and now is criticizing the current stand of Team Anna, so overall it’s a total chaos in our political class.

But I am unable to understand that why this stand of Team Anna is being heavily criticized by political parties? according to me he is not at all wrong, and most disappointing thing is that even Indian media is not doing its job honestly, the basic responsibility of media in every society is to reveal the truth in front of people, but I am sorry to say that Indian media is not doing its job in a responsible manner, they are not showing the full picture to its audience, because appealing to the people not to caste their vote in favor of one particular political party can't be addressed as stepping into politics, its their fundamental right which allows them freedom of expression and freedom of speech so they are completely entitled to do so.

Team Anna had openly stated in the past, addressing all the candidates who are contesting in Hisar polls, requesting them to get letter from the bosses of their respective political parties in support of Janlokpal Bill, and they also clearly stated that Team Anna will campaign against those political parties who don’t support Janlokpal Bill, this is the entire story,
Since Congress didn’t sent any letter supporting Janlokpal Bill, now Team Anna is campaigning against them,

but news channels are projecting that Anna is doing politics, which is completely false and grossly unfair, the fact is that Team Anna is actually fighting against corrupt political practices and they are just trying to eradicate the dirty politics, they are just making people aware about the stand of political parties on Janlokpal bill,

Now no mentally sound person in his right frame of mind can call it unfair, but Indian media is actually misleading and misguiding the people of nation by projecting wrong Image of Team Anna.

I am really curious to know why Congress didn’t send their support letter in favor of Janlokpal Bill? Whereas all other political parties did so without failing,

If my memory serves me right then M.P’s of Congress in parliament passed an unanimous resolution in favor of key issues of Janlokpal Bill, so what is the problem now?

According to me there could be only two reasons

1. Congress is scared that if they do so and if this bill sees the daylight, then they might have to pay a heavy price for all the wrongs things they have done.

2. Their conscious is not clear, and Congress doesn’t want to have any strong anti corruption bill as it might affect the illegal earnings of their political leaders.

And that is why they didn’t send any letter supporting Janlokpal Bill.

But most ironic thing here is that our media which is considered as one of the pillar of democracy is not performing its duty truthfully, instead of telling the truth they are working in favor of corrupt political parties and demeaning the movement which has no political ambitions hidden behind it, and entire purpose of this movement is to awaken the people and spread awareness about good governance and letting people know the ground reality, but alas our nation is suffering from rampant corruption which has spread to its very roots and even the Indian media is not unaffected by it.

Digvijay Singh Fails To Digest Taste Of his Own Medicine

Digvijay Singh has filed FIR against 10 websites including Youtube,Twitter,Orkut and Facebook because of the "so called" derogatory comments mentioned by people against him on these websites, but in my opinion Digvijay Singh is an extremely lucky person because he did managed to file FIR on this issue, and that has been possible only because he is a Congress leader, and if he had not been a congress leader then no such absurd attention seeking stunt would have been entertained by the Police, Digvijay actually needs to introspect and think that why such comments were made against him on these websites, that's what he should be doing rather than trying such stupid gimmicks.

I am a firm believer in Newton's third law of motion which says that every action has an equal and opposite reaction, and if my memory serves me right then Digvijay has been suffering from a verbal Diarrhea since past few years, and he has been making baseless, stupid and really annoying statements since quite some time now, which has gradually developed a deep outrage among people, and since a common man doesn’t have liberty to go to media and have his say, a common man uses the platform of social networking websites to express himself and his views, and according to me Digvijay has only himself to blame for this public outrage, Digvijay should take it as a lesson and a accept the fact that this is his real image in front of a common man of this country, and it’s high time he decides to go for an image makeover and try to change people’s opinion towards him, by stopping himself from making careless and baseless statements, that’s what he should be exactly doing rather than running like a headless chicken and filing FIR’s.

Let us have a look at financial irregularities, allegations and cases filed against Digvijay:-
In 2001 Income Tax Department seized a diary maintained by an illegal liquor manufacturer which had name of Digvijay listed in it, and there was also clearly mentioned that Digvijay had been paid the bribe of 100 million.
In 2004 M.P Police registered a case against Digvijay in a land scam under prevention of corruption act.
on 12^TH Feb 2009 a case of cheating and corruption was filed against Digvijay.
Needless to mention that he managed to get away every time because of the hand of his political bosses over him, Now with this background what right does Digvijay has to question the details of money spent during Janlokpal movement and demanding the details of the money source of Baba Ramdev ?

Now recalling those bizarre and ridiculous statements made by him in recent past which brought him the wrath of common man :-
Few months back Digvijay said Ramdev was, is and will remain a “Thug”(crook), now will a responsible political leader ever make such statement against a spiritual guru ?

Some days back Digvijay said Anna Hzare is surrounded by wrong company of people, but has he ever realized that this very same statement is actually 100% applicable on Dr. Manmohan Singh (may be even Manmohan Singh is sorry for this bitter fact),and I suppose I don’t need to mention names like Sharad Pawar, A.Raja(to whom PM once gave clean chit and these days A.Raja is found in Tihar Jail), Dayanidhi Maran, P.Chidambaram, Praful Manoharbhai Patel, Kamalnath etc.(well there is a very long list and if I start pointing out their names one by one, then I guess no member of cabinet will remain untouched ).

Digvijay didn’t even spared person like Justice Santosh Hegde and launched a verbal attack on him too, and as a result people were extremely unhappy about those remarks.

Digvijay called Anna Hazare the mask of RSS which boiled the anger of common man against him.

Interestingly Digvijay is the only person in India who wanted Osama bin Laden to be buried according to proper Islamic rituals and had further objected to the way Osama’s body was buried in sea.
Not to forget it’s the same Digvijay who refers to Osama as Osama “Ji” and calls Baba Ramdev a “Thug”(crook). Now what does he expect from common man after all this ?A garland of flowers ?

Also not to forget his infamous statement which he gave on Batla house encounter demeaning the martyrdom of Mohan Chand Sharma and trying to appease the Muslim community.

Digvijay also made a ridiculous statement that ATS chief Hemant Karkare has expressed to him that his life is in danger and he is being threatened by Hindu organizations, and after that Hemant Karkare’s wife herself denied any of such incident and openly expressed anger for politicizing the martyrdom of her husband, and when media enquired Digvijay about his conversation to Hemant Karkare, he couldn’t produce any substantial proof to support his theory, and even today he is mum on the question that “if all that he is saying is true than why was he silent till now ?” “why he didn’t revealed this matter right after 26/11 ?”
Even after recent Mumbai terror attack he said role of “RSS can’t be denied in these attacks”
This is not hidden from anyone that Digvijay had been giving cheap and disgusting comments and statements against everyone who says something or writes anything against Congress and UPA.

But point I am trying to make here is that after making such idiotic, humbug, ridiculous and annoying statements Digvijay actually lacks the moral ground to appeal to the people to use kind words for him, even a person with below average understanding can figure out what’s going to be the impact of such bizarre statements. I read somewhere that “If you live your life by the gun then prepare to die by the gun” and Digvijay should have thought about the consequences before making those statements, and now when he is receiving peoples reaction, why is he running like headless chicken and crying and filing FIR’s, he is just receiving the taste of his own medicine, and it seems he just can’t digest that.

Awakened Nation Wins First Phase Of Battle For Lokpal(Ombudsman) Bill

Yesterday in the evening when our parliament passed unanimous resolution in an unconventional and dramatic manner by thumping their tables in favor of demands set by civil society led by Anna Hazare, all the people who were supporting this crusade took a sigh of relief and today in the morning when Anna Hazare broke his 13 day long fast it seemed that people were in a festive mood and yes indeed they had a reason to celebrate this occasion, but this is also true that government had set no time frame to pass this bill which could be another fancy trick to delay the process, so I would say its just the first phase of the battle, who knows we might have to raise our voice again to get Lokpal(Ombudsman) Bill passed, but still we have a reason to celebrate, after all its a hard fought victory achieved by the collective efforts of Indian nationals, and its definitely a historic event for people of my generation because it was the first time we saw such a non-violent mass-movement, and that too of this magnitude, the visuals we saw during this entire movement were overwhelming, whether it was huge gathering outside Tihar or Anna's journey from Tihar to Ramlila ground where we saw 2-3 km long human chain surrounding the vehicle despite heavy rains, or record gathering at Azad Maidan and India Gate, or nation wide protests on streets and outside houses of MP's and politicians or gathering of people at Ramlila ground unaffected by heat of sun in arid days and unmoved by the heavy rainfall during day as well as on nights, they just stood there day and night ensuring success of this movement, and I consider myself lucky to witness this people's movement, which made people of this nation realize that they have power to decide, and get what they want from their parliament , and their political class must listen to them, and if they don't, then they must be forced to listen to the people's voice, this movement gave common man his first taste of real democracy, and I hope our political class understands that now they need to redefine the definition of their self projected version of democracy, according to which till date politicians considered that role of a common man in democracy is confined to just cast vote once in five years, but its high time they realize that people who elect them also have right and power to question them, and they are accountable to the people who elected them. Its people who make a nation not just the parliament and parliamentarians, after all our democracy says its of the people, by the people and for the people, so which means its people who are supreme not the parliament, its time our politicians get out of this dilemma and accept the truth and supremacy of people above parliament.

When Anna Hazare started this crusade for Jan-Lokpal Bill I am sure even he didn't expected such a massive turnout of people and huge support which this movement received, but according to me there are few reason responsible for this mass-movement,

First reason is undoubtedly the rampant corruption spread across the nation, and the frequency and magnitude of the scams which took place in last 2-3 years left common man filled with anger, and people were looking for an opportunity to express their wrath and this movement was the spark which ignited the fire.
People also joined this crusade because they realized that this is the cause worth fighting for, as this is something concrete which can help in eradicating corruption, because people support a cause not the person as an individual so that's why they joined this movement.
Most crucial reason behind this movement is Arrogance, utter-stupidity and complete mismanagement of things from the side of government which added fuel to the fire.

Government started dealing with this situation by wrong move launching attack through spokes person of congress Manish Tiwari who made derogatory comments and false allegations against a honest person like Anna Hazare, and such comments and remarks could neither be forgotten nor be forgiven, another mistake was denying Team Anna a place for agitating and fasting, they were forced to run through several offices for permission to agitate peacefully, and finally imposing 22 stupid conditions for agitating and fasting, to which Team Anna refused to accept and decided to court arrest, another foolish step was to arrest Aanna Hazare,Anand Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia from their residence at early morning, while they didn't broke any law and they were put in Tihar Jail, as a result we saw "Jail bharo" and massive protest of people on the streets of Delhi and across the nation, ultimately government had to lick its own spit and decided to release Anna with Anand kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, but Team Anna outsmarted the government and decided not to leave Tihar Jail unless they were unconditionally given a place to carry on agitation, crowd started gathering outside Tihar Jail in massive numbers some says at one time numbers even touched the figure of 27,000 now due to the constant mounting pressure government agreed to their demands, and gave lame excuse and tried to hide their face behind Delhi police, stating it was Delhi police's decision to arrest Anna and his team, but we all know Delhi police commissioner reports directly to Home Minister, which exposed the lie of government's statement. Then government sent Kapil Sibal, P.Chidambaram and Ambika Soni for press conference raising questions on the methods being used by Team Anna, but this strategy seriously backfired and then government went completely into a shell, and on other hand the number of people agitating at Ramlila and across the nation kept on increasing, and very soon it became a national issue and number of people agitating at Ramlila touched the count of about 2 lakhs and soon people started agitating outside the houses of their respective MP's across the nation, even PM's house 7RCR and Rahul Gandhi's residence were not spared, as a result on 10th day of Anna's fast government initiated a dialogue which went through several flip-flops, during this phase and ministers and leaders of government were behaving like headless chicken, and clearly displayed that there are multiple centers of power in government because of which there is a serious lack of co-ordination, and none of them has the complete authority to take a decision and stick to it, once they used to agree on some issues, and then during next meeting they used to change their stand, but full marks should be given to Prashant Bhushan, Anand Kejriwal and Kiran Bedi in dealing with these situations, and at last when each passing minute became a threat to the life of Anna Hazare, Team Anna did display some flexibility in their stand which was the demand of time at that moment, and they put three main conditions in front of government on which they demanded a resolution to be passed in the parliament, they also met top leadership of BJP and LEFT parties asking for their support to develop a political consensus on the issues, and opposition almost agreed to most of their demands, except bringing Judiciary under Lokpal but agreed on citizen charter, bringing lower bureaucracy under Lokpal and setting Lokayukta in state on the format of Lokpal in central, though still Salman Khurshid tried to play cheap game on behalf of government, and conveyed a message to team Anna that opposition doesn't want voting and resolution to be passed in parliament after debate, but later Arun Jaitley denied that charge in a press conference and stated BJP is in favor of voting and passing resolution in parliament on lokpal, and he had meeting with top leaders of congress along-with top leadership of BJP, and at the last government was left with no other choice but to pass the resolution in parliament and send it to standing committee.

But this entire episode did raised some fundamental questions like

Why common man was denied initially to have his say in world's largest democracy ?

Why some people from political class tried to prove that this movement is all media choreographed, and is run by media ?

Have the morals of our political class sunk so deep that they can even go for character assassination of the person who raises his voice against their wrong doings, is this shooting the messenger right tactic instead of addressing the real problem ?

Why world's largest democracy is run by dictatorship of political parties who keep their interest first, before national interest ?

Why our political class tried to violate the fundamental rights of Indian nationals giving vague excuse that parliament is supreme ?

Is this the right manner how a true democracy functions ?

Right now people are celebrating across the nation, but isn't it ironic that a 74 years old man had to fast for 13 days and lakhs and crores of people had to step on streets agitating, to get their voice heard by the people sitting in parliament who call themselves representatives of people ?

Do we have a genuine reason to celebrate this 15th August

Toady I asked myself a question, do we really have a reason to celebrate this 15th August? I am not trying to demean the sacrifice of our freedom fighters, but is this the sort of freedom they would have wanted for their country ? which I think is a very relevant question in present scenario, because after 64 years of Independence people of this country are still not free to have their say people ain't free to express their dissatisfaction towards system, is this what true freedom means ? and if this is so, then we surely need to redefine this word.

If a common Indian nationals ask questions from political class they are being labelled as undemocratic and dictators, we all witnessed yesterday how people of ruling government put fake allegations on a person like Anna Hazare, and yes the language they used could neither be forgotten nor be forgiven, but its really shameful that this is the typical orthodox ways of ruling governments in India to deal with such scenarios and political crisis.

Today we are facing rampant corruption in our daily lives, taxpayers hard earned money is being robbed and looted by the members of ruling government and instead of trying to recover that money we just feel satisfied by setting up an inquiry or putting the scapegoats into prison(that also only happens when Supreme court intervene in the matter) just leaving real culprits walk free, I don't care what happens to people like kalmadi, A.Raja, Sheila Dixit etc(I can't mention every name here because if I do so then this article will be too lengthy for you guys to read), I just want to know the solution how can we bring back the money these traitors looted from our country ? It doesn't make any difference weather we slay these people or we hang them, I just want every penny of the money they looted to be recovered from them, even if we have to sell each and every damn organ of their body, lets do it and recover that money.

Why is it that entire nation still bows head in front of one family, as if they are the kings and they can't be questioned, like why didn't anyone asked questions about special liberties given to India's fastest multi billionaire Robert vadra and the immense wealth he generated in such a short span of time, why did Ottavio Quattrocchi was allowed to walk free and his Swiss bank accounts were de-freezed on 22nd December 2005, what was the reason behind the sudden change of stand of Indian government? why there is no election for the post of chairperson in the biggest political party of India, how long this dynastic politics will continue? and is this how a true democracy functions ? is this the real freedom and the real democracy ?

It is also a fact that Nehru-Gandhi family costs poor Indians five billion a year which is almost double to what British royal family cost to Britain, when less then 81% of Indian population lives on less than 2 dollars a day is such thing justified in country like ours ?

Why nobody discuss the incident which took place on 21st September 2001 when Rahul Gandhi and his girlfriend were detained at Boston airport by FBI for carrying 200,000 dollars cash about which he failed to explain what was the source of that money from where did it came? whom did that money actually belonged to?

Why doesn't someone questions why all the cases of disproportionate wealth against Vincent George(secretary of Sonia Gandhi) were closed when UPA came to power?

Its also a matter of shame that political atrocities keeps taking place here, politicians use dirty trick to enhance their vote bank, they still divide certain sections of society for sake of their vote bank sometimes on the name of cast, sometimes on the name of religion and sometimes on the name of language, they have spread so much hatred in our society that people of different communities consider themselves as rivals, because of this divide and rule strategy(which they have learnt from Britishers), every community demands special rights for themselves, what about those general candidates who doesn't fall into these categories aren't you depriving them of their rights ? democracy means every one has equal rights, then why this different set of rules for different people?

Even after 64 years of independence still there are large section of people in our country who are deprived of their basic needs like clean drinking water, proper sanitation facilities, proper medical facilities, a source of income, proper education, and above all a dignified life, now isn't that ironic that this is the condition of the so called world's largest democracy.

we call ourselves the next super power now isn't it hollow boasting, and with so many problems prevailing in our nation. Now I ask you the very same question which I asked myself some time back, do we really have a genuine reason to celebrate this Independence day?

Prevention of Communal Violence Bill or Communal Discrimination

Today I read Arun Jaitley's article on

"Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill - 2011, and I couldn't agree more that this bill(drafted by National advisory council) may look like a bill to stop communal atrocities but its actual objective & motive is to achieve political goals and ignite communal riots. Format of this bill has put a questionmark on the intentions of those who drafted and those who cleared this bill(chairperson of NAC is Sonia Gandhi),although I hope it does not, but if this bill gets passed in its present state and becomes a law then I am pretty much sure that its adverse effects will widen the gap between existing communities in our nation and this bill will affect communal harmony and will create serious differences between majority community and minority community and will act as catalyst in widening the gap between existing communities. Most controversial and debatable aspect of this bill is its definition of "group", which stands for only linguistic and religious minorities and people of linguistic and religious majorities(i.e Hindus) are not included in the term "group", and in the case of communal violence this bill will empower central governments to impose president's rule in the affected state.

This draft bill preconsiders that members of majority community are belligerent and this draft bill treats them as criminals, I firmly believe cases of communal atrocities must be dealt unbiasedly, but this bill says communal atrocities can be committed only by the members of majority community not by the members of minority community, so does that means members of minority community can never commit any communal atrocity? I don't understand what is the logic behind this point, but according to this point communal atrocities committed by majority community against minority community is punishable offence in this law, but same communal atrocities committed by minority community against majority community is not punishable offence in this law, now isn't it communal discrimination ? why different yard sticks for people of different communities?

This bill clearly states member of majority community can never be the victim of communal atrocities, this clearly reveals dual standards of this bill.

Now to enforce this absurd law this draft says there will be a national authority of seven members and out of these seven members four of them (including chairman and vice chairman) will be from minority community and similar authority will be formed on state level as well, which means membership of this authority will be on the basis of religion and caste, which is again communal discrimination, and according to this law the offenders will always be from majority community and justice will be delivered by members of minority community (so there is high probability that delivered justice will be biased), In case of complain these authorities will have right to raid and investigate, and these authorities will also be capable of making recommendations from governments, and these authorities will also have power of issuing advisories to central and state government.

Procedures to be followed during investigation under this bill are also controversial and debatable like

Name, identity and address of a complainant will not be disclosed that means accused will never know who filed the complaint against him.
Complainant can register his/her complain while sitting at home
Statements of the victims will be recorded only in front of court.

Government will have power to intercept and block messages and telecommunications under this law

If there is an allegation against a person of committing communal atrocities then he would be considered guilty until he is proven innocent, which means merely an allegation is considered a proof.

Public servants can be tried under this bill without seeking permission from government

This bill enables central government to impose president's rule in state in the case of communal-riots.

If this bill is passed and enforced in its current state then it will be widely misused against the people of majority community because of its duplicity, members of minority community may use this law and register fake cases against anyone from majority community alleging them of spreading hatred, attacking them, conspiring against them, and the person against whom such case is registered will not even know who filed it against him.

As there are several loop holes in this bill, people of minority community will derive unfair advantage of this bill because they will be well aware that no matter what they do they will not be charged under this act, and also extremists and jehadi's may take advantage of the loop holes of this bill and perform their act of terrorism and get away very easily due to the limitations of this bill, all these points shows that "Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill - 2011" is completely biased, and its not at all difficult to understand that this is clearly a communal discrimination on the basis of religion and caste,

As now its crystal clear that motive of this bill is to create differences between majority and minority communities, there is also a possibility that members of NAC who drafted this bill were under the pressure of chairperson of NAC & Congress president Sonia Gandhi, and if this is so then its clear that congress is moving ahead with the British strategy of divide and rule to achieve its political goals, and according to me this trend is extremely lethal for our nation and Indian nationals, and if congress continues with this strategy then congress itself will become one of the biggest threat for our nation.

Nation stands in favor of Jan Lokpal Bill

Since last three days we have been hearing a pleasant roar across the nation in favor of Jan Lokpal Bill (drafted by social activists) which proves that Indian Nationals are sick and tired of corruption prevailing in our country, and it seems that now enough is enough we have reached the saturation point, and we are no longer going to tolerate corruption anymore, which according to me is a quite healthy sign for any nation, and brightest aspect of this movement according to me is that, the youth of India has embraced this movement with open arms, because this is a concrete and honest attempt to fight corruption, for which I thank people like Anna Hazare, Anand Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi and all those who are protesting and standing in favor of this bill, because of their efforts people of this nation have once again united for the sake of their nation.

Yesterday I read both the bills, the one which is drafted by the government and the other which is drafted by social activists, and in my opinion the bill drafted by government is utter nonsense, if you just have a look at the Bill drafted by government you will realize the political class wants corruption to remain an integral part of our society, and if this bill gets passed in parliament in its present state, it would be a violation of our fundamental rights, and it will create much more problems than it will solve, whereas if we take a look on Jan Lokpal Bill drafted by social activists we can see an honest attempt being made to fight corruption,

2	Lokpal has been proposed to be an advisory body. Lokpal, after enquiry in any case, will forward its report to the competent authority. The competent authority will have final powers to decide whether to take action on Lokpal’s report or not. In the case of cabinet ministers, the competent authority is Prime Minister. In the case of PM and MPs the competent authority is Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha, as the case may be. In the coalition era when the government of the day depends upon the support of its political partners, it will be impossible for the PM to act against any of his cabinet ministers on the basis of Lokpal’s report. For instance, if there were such a Lokpal today and if Lokpal made a recommendation to the PM to prosecute A. Raja, obviously the PM will not have the political courage to initiate prosecution against A. Raja. Likewise, if Lokpal made a report against the PM or any MP of the ruling party, will the house ever pass a resolution to prosecute the PM or the ruling party MP? Obviously, they will never do that.	Lokpal is not an advisory body. It will have the powers to initiate prosecution against any one after completion of investigations in any case. It will also have powers to order disciplinary proceedings against any government servant.
3	The bill is legally unsound. Lokpal has not been given police powers. Therefore Lokpal cannot register an FIR. Therefore all the enquiries conducted by Lokpal will tantamount to “preliminary enquiries”. Even if the report of Lokpal is accepted, who will file the chargesheet in the court? Who will initiate prosecution? Who will appoint the prosecution lawyer? The entire bill is silent on that.	Lokpal would have police powers. It will be able to register FIR, proceed with criminal investigations and launch prosecution.
4	The bill does not say what will be the role of CBI after this bill. Can CBI and Lokpal investigate the same case or CBI will lose its powers to investigate politicians? If the latter is true, then this bill is meant to completely insulate politicians from any investigations whatsoever which are possible today through CBI.	That part of CBI, which deals with cases of corruption, will be merged into Lokpal so that there is just one effective and independent body to take action against corruption.
5	There is a strong punishment for “frivolous” complaints. If any complaint is found to be false and frivolous, Lokpal will have the power to send the complainant to jail through summary trial but if the complaint were found to be true, the Lokpal will not have the power to send the corrupt politicians to jail! So the bill appears to be meant to browbeat, threaten and discourage those fighting against corruption.	Deterrence has been provided against frivolous complaints in the form of financial penalties against the complainant, however, Lokayukta is empowered to prosecute the corrupt and take disciplinary action against them.
6	Lokpal will have jurisdiction only on MPs, ministers and PM. It will not have jurisdiction over officers. The officers and politicians do not indulge in corruption separately. In any case of corruption, there is always an involvement of both of them. So according to government’s proposal, every case would need to be investigated by both CVC and Lokpal. So now, in each case, CVC will look into the role of bureaucrats while Lokpal will look into the role of politicians. Obviously the case records will be with one agency and the way government functions it will not share its records with the other agency. It is also possible that in the same case the two agencies arrive at completely opposite conclusions. Therefore it appears to be a sure way of killing any case.	Lokpal will have jurisdiction over politicians, officials and judges. CVC and the entire vigilance machinery of government will be merged into Lokpal.
7	Lokpal will consist of three members, all of them being retired judges. There is no reason why the choice should be restricted to judiciary. By creating so many post retirement posts for judges, the government will make the retiring judges vulnerable to government influences just before retirement as is already happening in the case of retiring bureaucrats. The retiring judges, in the hope of getting post retirement employment would do the bidding of the government in their last few years.	Lokpal would have ten members and one Chairperson. Out of them four need to have legal background (they need not be judges). Others could be from any background.
8	The selection committee consists of Vice President, PM, Leaders of both houses, Leaders of opposition in both houses, Law Minister and Home minister. Barring Vice President, all of them are politicians whose corruption Lokpal is supposed to investigate. So there is a direct conflict of interest. Also selection committee is heavily loaded in favor of the ruling party. Effectively ruling party will make the final selections. And obviously ruling party will never appoint strong and effective Lokpal.	Selection committee consists of members from judicial background, Chief Election Commissioner, Comptroller and Auditor General of India and international awardees (like Nobel prize winners and Magsaysay awardees of Indian origin). A detailed transparent and participatory selection process has been prescribed.
9	Lokpal will not have powers to investigate any case against PM, which deals with foreign affairs, security and defence. This means that corruption in defence deals will be out of any scrutiny whatsoever. It will become impossible to investigate into any Bofors in future.	There is no such bar on Lokpal’s powers.
10	Whereas a time limit of six months to one year has been prescribed for Lokpal to enquire, however, subsequently, there is no time limit prescribed for completion of trial.	Investigations should be completed within one year. Trial should get over within the next one year.
11	It does not deal with corruption of Bureaucrats. Corrupt bureaucrats continue in their job without any actions against them.	Lokpal will have power to direct disciplinary action, including dismissal of a corrupt officer from job.
12	It does not talk of investigation of complaints against judges	Lokpal will have powers to initiate investigations on complaints of corruption against judges.
13	Speaker would decide which complaints shall be enquired into by Lokpal.	Lokpal will not be able to dismiss any complaint from public without hearing the complainant.
14	Our entire governance system suffers from inadequate public grievance redressal systems, which force people to pay bribes. Lokpal bill does not address this issue.	Lokpal will have the powers to orders redressal in a time bound manner. It will have powers to impose financial penalties on guilty officers, which would be paid to complainant as compensation.
15	Large number of people raising their voice against political corruption are being murdered. Lokpal does not have any powers to provide protection to them.	Lokpal will have powers to provide protection against physical and professional victimization of whistleblowers.
16	Nothing has been provided in law to recover ill gotten wealth. A corrupt person can come out of jail and enjoy that money.	Loss caused to the government due to corruption will be recovered from all accused.
17	Under the present law, there is Small punishment for corruption- Punishment for corruption is minimum 6 months and maximum 7 years.	Enhanced punishment - The punishment would be minimum 5 years and maximum of life imprisonment.

and hesitation shown by the government on including people of civil society in re-drafting the bill raises a question-mark on the intentions of government, I mean lets take it this way, this bill is meant for citizens of India, and government doesn't want to include citizens in formation of this bill, what sort of democracy is that ?above mentioned bill proposed by government has several loop holes and still government wants to move on with this, if this is not a dictatorship then what it is ?
we also heard some remarks and comments from the people who are part of government saying this step is immature, some saying its impatient, some says Anna Hazare has been brain washed, but fact is that all such people saying this are actually ignoring what people of this country wants, they are ignoring views and sentiments of the people, which will result in bringing down the whatsoever remaining credibility of government, I am really surprised when government says we can't talk before May13th because they are busy with the coming elections, are the elections bigger than the citizens of nation?

People of this nation are awaiting this bill since last 42 years and we have right to be impatient, and there couldn't be anymore delay on this bill, and instead of looking at the seriousness of the issue, government comes out with a proposed bill which is literally toothless and absolutely stupid, this is an insult to the intelligence of a common man.
Its high time that government realizes the demands of good governance, otherwise situation may blow out of proportion, as there is lots of anger across the nation over corruption, inflation, poor governance and incompetency in our political system, and if this time its ignored this peace protests may turn into violent protest.

First war of Independence was fought for self governance, and this time another war will be fought for good governance and for democracy.

Wiki Bomb Explodes On UPA

As usual UPA once again landed in a controversy, and this times its because of shocking revelations from Wikileaks, which confirms allegation of buying trust vote on nuclear deal back in 2008 were true. On 22July2008 three Mp's displayed bundles of currency notes in Parliament saying attempts were made to buy their vote, and they were bribed to vote in favour of N-bill, so a JPC(joint parliamentary committee) was set up to investigate, but issue was swept under the carpet with the general elections, Wikileaks cables reveals that it was Gandhi family's close friend Satish Sharma and his political aid Nachiket Kapur who arranged 50-60 crore rupees, and money was kept in two chests and displayed to American embassy official informing him that there is enough cash to buy the support for N-Deal and government will not fall.

Today when entire nation is keen to know the actual truth behind all this, our government is simply denying all these allegations, members of government did raise questions on the authenticity of Wikileaks cables, and Pranab Mukherjee came up with too technical argument saying this issue belongs to 14th Lok Sabha which has been dissolved, so this issue can't be debated in 15th Lok Sabha. But government need to realize that people are not going to get satisfied with such arguments, UPA needs to come up with a convincing political answer, and as far as authenticity of these cables are concerned Government should be aware that till now no country has completely dismissed these cable and called them baseless and false, which itself is enough to prove legitimacy of these cables, but I am pretty sure about few things

How can people forget 2G scam,CWG scam,Adarsh scam, CVC chief issue, Black money issue, failure of foreign policy, but government did came up to defend and cover-up all such issues and scams but we have results in few issues like A.Raja is in prison, Kalmadi is being probed, and Supreme Court itself declared the appointment of CVC chief was illegal, but it seems government didn't learnt any lesson from its past, and if this issue goes further it will lead to political polarization resulting in ruining the remaining Image of our "so called" honest PM, its the first time opposition raised questions on the integrity and honesty of PM, and our PM did spilled the beans saying he didn't authorize anyone to buy support on N-Deal, and is completely unaware of any of such thing,
But cables also tells us about the meeting of David C Mulford with L.K Advani and reveals that UPA government did inform American Government that they don't completely trust communists on N-Deal.

Most disappointing aspect of this revelation is that, the interference of America in our foreign policy and internal issues is so deep, though its not the first time such thing has popped out and America does keep trying various diplomatic tricks to fulfill its needs and interests, and our government let such things happen under its nose and this approach puts question mark on the faith of UPA towards nation and towards national interests of the country, and if really Ministries in our nation are assigned on America's instructions then its a dangerous sign for sovereignty of our nation.

Today the way government is trying to legalize corruption and ignoring the views of opposition its not a healthy sign, and I am sure to cover up these things UPA will try to have an image makeover by moving ahead with programs of national-interest, which could be smelled by PM's statement where he says "its the time for reforms". But million dollar question is can Indian nationals forgive this government in next general elections after all this ?

Errant Fire Of Reservations

Revolt of Jat community has been running since a week with the demand of reservations in central services, and these people are literally blackmailing the government to get their demands fulfilled, but most important point that I want to make here is that,
are these people really socially and economically backward?
Do these people really deserve and are they actually in need of reservation ?
If we look at the bigger picture Jats of Haryana and western U.P have land for agriculture and whatever of their land is acquired by government they did received a fair and genuine compensation against their land, and this community is neither economically nor socially backward, but still their leaders are demanding reservations for themselves, and the way they have blocked rail tracks and stopped railway traffic and created problems for a common citizens it raises a question,
Is this the right way to protest and hold people as hostage to fulfill unfair demands ?

In context of reservations we need to observe that all those communities, casts and tribes who are enjoying reservations under schedule casts and schedule tribe, can they still be called as backward ? I mean after getting all the special benefits for so many years hasn't their condition improved ? and is reservation actually capable in bring equality in society ?

After independence when reservations were being given, it was decided that it will have time limit of 10 years, but after the span of every 10 years from then till today, this time limit kept on extending, and it seems it will go on on for an eternity, because reservations have become a deadly weapon for vote bank politics.
Whenever a community demands for reservation for themselves some political parties always steps up in support of their demands to grab the opportunity of enhancing their vote bank, where as other political parties don't oppose to such demands because they are afraid of loosing a certain portion of their vote bank, so they remain silent, as a result such demands are increasing day by day, and state and central governments acts as catalyst and often add fuel to fire.

In the tenure of V.P Singh report of Mandal commission which suggested 27% reservation for backwards, was implemented and since then various other communities have been demanding reservations time to time and this tradition is still going on, and leaders and political parties started supporting such demands blindly without even analyzing whether those demands are genuine or not, political parties do so just for the sake of their vote bank, and now some communities are demanding reservation in the name of Schedule Castes and some in the name of Schedule Tribes, and now even Muslim community has started demanding reservations on the basis of religion, and few sates are are now even moving ahead with the recommendations of Sachar Committee, and are going to implement reservations for Muslims in their states, some state governments have been pressurizing central government for this. Situation is getting even worse day by day, and now some of those communities who are already enjoying the benefits of reservations are demanding reservations in Judiciary too.

In the report of Mandal Commission Jats were not considered as backwards, but few states gave them reservation under backward class for vote bank politics, as a result now Jat community is demanding reservation in central services too, Jats revolted last year also, but this year when they started their protest governments of Haryana and U.P supported their demands,

But those leaders and political parties who are supporting such demands must understand that government jobs have been decreasing and competition for them is increasing every day, and if various communities like Jats keep coming up with their unfair demands then wouldn't it be unfair to the people of other sections of society ?

Real and bitter truth is that reservation is actually spreading inequality among various communities and sections of society, and political leaders need to realize that its not right to increase differences and gap among various sections of society, and its not a healthy thing for our nation too. No matter what these political parties and leaders claim, but no one cares that actual motive of reservation is to bring all sections of society into mainstream, rather than distributing government jobs like peanuts.

According to Supreme Court reservations can't be more than 50% and constitution doesn't allows to cross this barrier, so its clear that government jobs for reserved sections will remain limited, and may be that's why we are hearing demands of amendment in constitution to increase the limit of reservations, and there are demands of reservations in private sector as well, and doing so means compromising with the capability of nation.

Today when we should be thinking about reviewing the time span of reservation and for how many years more it should continue,
our leaders and governments are misusing it for their personal benefit, now time has come to stop such practice and to think about giving reservation on the basis of economic and financial condition of person, so that only those get benefit who are actually deserving, and if these changes doesn't take place, then this foul practice of using reservation to achieve political goals will continue, and may be such thing is beneficial for our political parties and leaders, but its definitely quite lethal for our nation.

UPA-2 : Most awful,corrupt and incompetent government since independence

Its been about two years since UPA-2 came in power and since then they have been running this nation like rented poultry farm, without respecting opinion of Indian nationals who elected them in elections. which I think is a good lessons for people to understand and realize that they must value the power of voting and should always be careful while casting their vote.

Fact is that UPA is trying to hide all their sins behind the image of Manmohan Singh, I remember in PM's last press conference he stated "I may have made mistakes but I am not that culprit as presented" and he also stated he has to work within the constraint of coalition government,

which is utter nonsense, he is the leader of government and if his ministers are doing wrong then he too is equally responsible, and he must step down if he is so helpless, and has no control over his government, and how could he justify compromise with the corruption ?
well Mr. PM there can't be and there shouldn't be any compromises with corruption. In the very same press conference he also compared revenue loss through scams to the subsidy given to the poor people, which is really lame, nonsense and most disgusting excuse to give. I don't even feel pity for this man who was on his knees in that press conference.

If we try to find the achievements of this government in these two years then it has to be

corruption is not an alien term in Indian Republic, we have seen numbers of scams in the past eg. Churhat lottery scam, Fodder scam, Anantnag transport subsidy scam, Urea scam, JMM bribery scandal, Tansi land deal, Bitumen scam, Kerala SNC Lavalin power scandal, Telecom scam (sukh ram), Bofors Scandal, Madhu Kaoda laundering money worth over Rs. 4000 crores, Oil-for-food programme scam, Taj corridor case,

But during this reign of UPA things are way worse than before, in Commonwealth Games Scandal things did came out on time, PM interacted with organizing committee and others, but he easily believed those tainted people and gave them free hand rather than removing them.

In 2G spectrum scam also there were people like P. Chidambaram who objected to the policy acquired by A.Raja and PM questioned him and Raja assured him everything is in the order and PM believed him and let him continue,

here we also have Adarsh Housing Society scam but since it was done by congress government in state I don't criticize top national leaders though they are completely responsible for that too,

We also heard about controversial ISRO-DEVAS deal in which PMO was directly involved but later this deal was called off under the pressure of media or we would have had another big scam to discuss about.

Where CWG scam was worth 76,000 crores of rupees, 2G scam turned out to be a shocker for nation and the biggest scam of all time worth 176,379 crores of rupees. and we are yet to see a proper action on tainted people who were responsible.

These days we are hearing a roar and outrage across the nation on black money deposited in foreign banks, I remember back in 2009 when opposition raised this issue during their election campaign, Congress considered it a joke but later Manmohan singh did categorically stated that after the formation of government within 100 days concrete actions will be taken, which we are yet to witness, and I don't see any progress from government's end on this issue,

Most interesting thing is that when Germany handed over list of the names of some foreign bank account holders to India, our government was reluctant to public those names by giving lame excuses, even when Supreme Court asked them to do so, they kept on giving stupid arguments which puts a question mark on the credibility of this government,
why they want to hide those names ?
who are those peoples ?
are they part of Congress or their top leader?

Another question arises here is why India hasn't yet signed United Nation Convention against corruption, when even small countries like Nepal has signed it,
why Indian Government is not too keen in doing so ?
what are they afraid of ?
why they don't want to exchange and receive information about black money deposits in foreign countries ?
all these questions makes me wonder about what are the real intentions of this government and are those intentions in favor of nation ?

I am pretty much sure if Supreme Court wouldn't have interrupted they wouldn't have even touched Hasan Ali, though he did got bail yesterday due to so called "lack of evidence" and because of lame arguments put by Enforcement Directorate, but this is also a fact that three passports were recovered from his place during raid and they still don't call it enough evidence, what a pity.....

I read somewhere in the past a possible solution to bring back all black money to India is that,

If Supreme Court declares all the black money as national property then no bank can keep it with themselves according to the rules, but question is we have a way but does this government has a will and fair intentions to bring national wealth back to the nation ?

And yes we also have the case of appointment of tainted CVC chief P.J Thomas, though leader of opposition Sushma Swaraj did objected on his name saying his name is involved in a scam and he doesn't deserve to be CVC chief, but still PM under suspicious circumstances gave him preference over other candidates, and lied later that he was unaware of the the scam in which he is involved.

Inflation

Though this should be the prime concern of every government UPA has completely failed to deal with it. Instead their ministers like Sharad Pawar who is suffering from verbal diarrhea and often gives irritating statements to add fuel to the fire, always comes up with new trick to rob the people of this nation,

Who can forget case of rotting wheat grains which was ordered to be distributed among poor by Supreme Court, to which Prime Minister's argument that the Supreme Court should not interfere in the realm of policy formulation was something weird and ultimately all the food grains did decayed but not distributed among poor people.

We remember exceptional hike in sugar prices and Pawar's comments which were meant to profit his sugar mills owned by his relatives,
We all know actual reason behind hike in the price of sugar and onion, happened because Shard Pawar exported onion and sugar on very low prices and imported onions from Pakistan on much higher price, we can smell some thing fishy did happened that time.

Whereas our finance minister always give a logic, that for maintaining high growth rate, inflation is necessary, but what he has to say to those poor people who doesn't have enough money to buy food ?
I don't think he is that stupid that he can't think of slightly compromising with growth rate and bringing inflation down, and this time in budget also he cleared that government is no longer willing to give subsidy on L.P.G and other petroleum products, he also imposed 10% taxes on treatments in Hospitals. I don't understand if they are not going to give any benefit to people then why the hell they expect people to pay their taxes honestly.

Whereas when it comes to Members of Parliament they get a 300% hike in the salary without any taxes, at an average MP's gets 37 lakh Rupees other than their Sansad Nidhi which is 5 crores and most part of which is digested by MP itself.

Poor foreign policy

UPA's foreign policy is merely a joke, I remember when 26/11 took place Manmohan singh stated there would be no talks with Pak unless they punish culprits of 26/11, but soon as the memory of 26/11 faded with time, this shameless government bowed down under the pressure of US and resumed talks with Pak despite of being aware of the fact that in Pak there are multiple centres of Power, and the main one is their army but still they resumed talks with their weak government.

Who can forget the shameful event of joint statement issued in Sharm-Al-Shiekh where we witnessed complete failure of Indian diplomacy, PM went there as a victim and returned as a culprit.

Recently Foreign minister S.M Krishna committed a blunder in UN when he started reading the speech of Portugal's minister and after five minutes Indian officials informed him about it, and it was only then he realized his mistake, I mean if the job of foreign minister is just to read out whats written on the paper then even a student of 5th standard could be the Foreign Minister of India, and I am sure he would perform better than our current Minister.

We often keep hearing in news about Chinese intrusion on Indian land, but Congress has compromised with national interest in the past and still continues to do so.

I don't remember supreme court interfered and passed so many comments on any other government regarding their governance, strategies and functioning, but this time UPA government managed to achieve this quite convincingly and is undisputedly the most corrupt government India has ever seen.

I just hope their conscious wakes up and we see some actions against corruption, naxals, extremists of J&K who come to Delhi openly abuse our nation and Constitution and walk away freely and government gives them safe passage.

Rahul and Omar annoys nation by their crackbrained statements

Yesterday we heard two disgustingly idiotic comments by poster boy of Congress Rahul Gandhi and J&K chief minister Omar Abdullah, where Rahul said according to him there is no difference between SIMI and RSS on the other hand Omar said Islamabad should be involved in the dialogue in deciding future of Kashmir, and as a result of their nonsensical comments both of these politicians are facing heavy criticism across the nation, which they actually deserve because after giving such irresponsible and baseless statements its clear that these two have no sense of politics and they both don't deserve to be called as leaders.

If we try to analyze the statement made by Rahul towards RSS then it shows how desperate he is to take down his opposition, but he forgot that no comment should be made on any one without any proof or logic and his statement clearly shows his lack of knowledge about the history of RSS, and if he knows the history of RSS then it means he is once again misleading the people of India just for the sake of his vote bank which is really cheap, I really want to know why he appears in media only before election just like frogs are seen during rainy season, why he is always mum on wrongs done by Congress like he didn't spoke a word about CWG scam, it was congress who didn't took action against Bangladeshi intruders just because congress wanted to use them as their vote bank, I really hope Rahul you are reading this, and if you are, do reply me what is the proof you have against RSS ? its your party who compromises on issue of national security like Kashmir, so better you think twice before making any irresponsible statement. We all know SIMI is an organization which is involved in several terrorist activities, there are also reports which says Indian Mujaheddin is actually a disguise name of SIMI and yet Rahul sees no difference between SIMI and RSS.

Now coming on to the statement of Omar in which he said that Islamabad should be involved in dialogue to solve Kashmir issue is completely insane and he can not cover up his failure as a chief minister by such idiotic statements, I am unable to understand what does he actually want, is he standing with separatists now who wants Kashmir to be part of Pakistan, is he unaware of the situation of POK ? and if he still wants to go with Pakistan knowing all the facts then such person does not deserve to be the CM because how can you let a traitor govern a state and that too like J&K, right thing to do in such a situation is to dissolve such government and implement president's rule so that situation doesn't get worse from here, but since congress is involved in J&K government they will never do so no matter what ever happens, because history of congress says that they can go to any extent to remain in power regardless of the the price nation has to pay for their blunders.

Deepest irony of this nation is that there are people in our country who support and admire these sick leaders.

Sleazy Politics On Ayodhya Verdict

Day before yesterday Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court gave historical decision on Ayodhya case which came out after 60 long years, which was an attempt to give most possible balanced verdict on this case, judges tried to please all three sides considering the sensitivity of issue, and being generous they gave a three way division solution, on the basis of proofs provided by Archaeological Survey of India court agreed that initially there used to be a temple and controversial structure of mosque was built over it later, which was constructed against the basic ideology of Islam, because no mosque could be built in east direction over remains of any structure and offering namaz in such mosque is against shariyat. So question arises here is that if all the proofs and logic's were in favor of Temple then why 1/3 portion was given to Muslims, which I think is an attempt to please all sides, and every sides have right to challenge this decision in supreme court, so it becomes moral responsibility of politicians to respect the verdict and not to provoke people of any community by giving irresponsible comments in media, but I am deeply hurt by hearing comments of some political leaders and some so called secular peoples who are just trying to gain political mileage over this issue to enhance their vote bank they all must respect the decision of court rather than communalising the issue.

yesterday Mulayam Singh yadav stated that "decision is completely political and Muslim community is disappointed and feeling as if they have been cheated" which is just a cheap attempt to attract those Muslim votes which he lost during last Lok Sabha polls by shaking hands with Kalyan Singh, whereas Mayawati has also been doing hard work in targeting Congress for ignoring her demands of defense forces n said that its the responsibility of central government to implement this verdict which was just an attempt to bring congress in the line of fire and run away from her own responsibilities, and our home minister P. Chidambaram is also not lagging behind here, he also stated in media that although verdict is out but demolishing controversial structure was still a crime.

Now when we look at the reaction of the people of both the communities its clear that people of both sides value peace and harmony and have acted maturely on this, but its these politicians who are not hesitating to try cheap tricks for their benefit, because at any point of time such provocative comments and statements are absolutely not required as this may lead to any unwanted and unpleasant situation, but the pity of this unfortunate nation is that those people who should be strengthening the nation are actually trying their best to weaken it for their personal benefit.

Colour Of Terrorism

Few days back we heard our Home Minister P.Chidambaram using a ridiculous word "Saffron Terror" which has definitely hurt feelings and sentiments of large number of Indian people, and we did saw its reaction in parliament as well as outside parliament which was enough to prove that people doesn't agree with this controversial term used by HM and intentionally or unintentionally he has created another controversy, I don't know if its a cheap trick to divert attention of people from issues like 300% hike in salary of MP's or from CWG scams but if it is its really disgusting, but if his statement wasn't intended to overshadow above mentioned topics then its hard for me to understand the motive behind using such term because on national and international level it has been accepted that terrorism has no religion ,cast,creed or colour and still he uses such term to hurt sentiments of people, and as long as my memory serves me none of the congress leader has ever openly used any term like "Islamic terror" though in many terrorist organizations they include words like Islam, Islamic, Islamia and even Muslim and in 98% terrorists attacks in the world the people involved are Muslims.

I am totally against relating the word Saffron with terror because saffron is the colour which not only represents our freedom struggle but also represents our religious gurus, saints, monks and Buddhist followers and is also one of the color of our national flag and is considered as the pious color in Indian culture and customs and that is why it can never be related with terrorism regardless of any condition, and its also a fact that those organizations who are allegedly involved in terrorism there hasn't been any conviction yet and these are just allegations until anything is confirmed or proved but our HM has presented them as a new danger in front of nation which is unacceptable, and because of political reasons Congress and other parties have been putting allegations on BJP and RSS of endorsing anti-Muslim feelings and that is why when BJP opposed and protested against HM's comment other parties defended Chidambaram's statement saying he hasn't said anything wrong, indicating they have got another opportunity to attract Muslim votes, and such sort of politics only leads to polarization of society, as we can see some leaders of congress doing narrow politics and other parties trying to en-cash this issue to enhance their vote bank like RJD did in an attempt to claim itself biggest secular political party by criticizing congress for going soft on so called "Saffron Terror" and LJP dragged RSS too alleging their involvement in "saffron terror" and Left parties didn't delayed much in dismissing and disapproving protests and views of BJP and Shivsena on HM's statement, this is an example how our political parties ignore national interest for sake of their own personal benefit, those political parties justifying HM's comment are the very same parties who have been stating in past that terrorism should not be related to any particular religion ,community or certain group of people, and today they are supporting comments of HM because they think this will help them display how concerned they are towards Muslim community, and another reason for supporting HM's comments is because the word "Saffron Terror" is a blot for Hindu society and brings disgrace to Hinduism but if these peoples are justifying this word then how can they say that using terms like Muslim terrorism or Islamic terror is not right ?

Kashmir : Victim of hypocrites and traitors

Kashmir is undoubtedly one of the most unstable and sensitive part of India, and on 23rd we saw an another example of it, when three innocent people including two women were brutally killed by militants of Lashkar-e-toyaba, but difference here is that entire Kashmir valley is silent and mum on these killings neither political leaders like Mehbooba Mufti nor separatist leaders like Sayyed Ali Shah Gilani and all those people who claim themselves the biggest well-wishers of the people of Kashmir uttered a word to condemn this act, this forces me to think why they haven't reacted to such an incident ?

Was it just because those people were not killed accidentally by armed forces ?
Was it because they can't blame Indian government for this ?
Or these leaders didn't want sentiments of a common Kashmiri man to go against Pakistani militants ?
Or its just because those people who killed three innocent people were Pakistani militants to whom these leaders support some where deep down inside?

We all remember just few days back how so called suppressed people of Kashmir were violently protesting on the streets, and they also carried their little children with them, and those children were kept ahead of mob, and they forced armed forces to react by setting government offices and vehicles of armed forces on fire, and by throwing stones on security forces leaving them with no other alternative other then to open fire to control the situation, and if someone among those protesters used to loose their life during protest, a new series and chain of protests used to began which looked like an infinite loop, and all these separatist leaders did a superb job in adding fuel to fire, claiming this is the violation of human rights, now don't they think killing of three innocents by militants is violation of human rights ?

Five days back we also heard that remaining 60 thousand Sikhs in the valley were threatened to either accept Islam or leave Kashmir, to me which seems like another phase of extremism, under which earlier more than 700 Hindu temples were demolished, 5 lakhs Hindus were forced to leave valley, Buddhists of Ladakh were troubled and massacre of Chiteesingh pura took place, and surprising thing is that there has been no change in strategies and schemes of central government for protecting Hindus, Buddhists and Sikhs residing in J&K since decades.

separatists of Kashmir raises the voice of only few extremists and Muslims who are actually supports of Pakistan, people like Buddhists of Ladakh, Hindus, Sikhs, Shiyas and Bakarwaal of Kashmir valley, were never in the radius of concern of these separatists, their religious obsession is so narrow that these people were never concerned about the non Sunni Muslims, they even opposed to Gulamnabi Azad because he belongs to Jammu not the valley, these separatists groups are also not united, and they all have different demands like JKLF demands total independence, in Hurriyat Gilani wants to be with Pakistan, PDP wants more self governance and though National Conference has formed government with Congress but they demand the same situations as prevailing before 1953, the base of this separatism is actually based on the money which comes from Pakistan and soft strategies of pseudo secularists sitting in Delhi, these separatists are trying their best to create and develop anger and aggression in common people against security forces, intentionally such situations are created under which security forces are bound to open fire, and if someone gets killed in this situations it results in igniting more violence and similar process is again repeated.

Currently our nation clearly lacks the national leaders who can deal with such complicated situations with courage, and are capable to take a stand and who doesn't hesitate to take tough decision if required, but problem here is that our leaders carry soft approach towards these situations and try to satisfy and fulfill illegal and unjustified demands of such elements, which only results in making the situation worse, like when security forces are being attacked and violence is increasing, what is the logic of bringing up the issue of self-governance ? does this government wants to go ahead fulfilling the demands of more self-governance ? two flags, two constitutions, maximum central aid per person in the country, yet if separatism and support for Pakistan hasn't reduced then what's the guarantee that they will be satisfied even if granted more self-governance, according to me desires of these peoples are insatiable, I doubt that their current violence is because of the demand of more self-governance or feeling of hate towards a nation which has more number of nationals who are non-Muslims which thinking is actually influenced by Pakistan's ideology and also sponsored by Pakistan, this feeling of hatred is clearly displayed during incidents like protests against giving a piece of land for Amarnath shrine yatra, or demands of reducing the tenure of Amarnath yatra, but the basic motive is same to express hatred towards India. The bitter fact is that the so called revolution of freedom of Kashmir is based on anti-Hindu ideology, these separatists wants to go with Pakistan just because its an Islamic country, yet it is run by undemocratic and dictatorial powers and is definitely a failed nation, whereas on the other hand India is one of the fastest growing economy and worlds largest democracy and a secular nation, but just because it has more nationals who are non-Muslims these separatists don't want to be with India.

These separatist leaders of Kashmir have not only spoiled a beautiful state but also the future of youths, these are same leaders who send their own children to study in places like Bangalore, London or Berlin, we recently heard of separatist leader Asiya Andarbi who sent his son abroad for higher education and same is the situation in Gilani's family, which clearly displays the hypocrisy of such people.

Today to deal with problems in Kashmir we need a leader who has a will and honest intentions to actually help the peoples of Kashmir where two generation grew up under the shadow of separatism and poison of article 370, we can't save Kashmir by feasting separatists with "biryani" in Delhi.

Hollow Celebrations Of Independence Day

Today India is celebrating its 63rd Independence day, but being an Indian national I am in a fix, whether I should be celebrating this day or not ? although it is a big occasion and I have utmost respect for all those great people who sacrificed their life for our country, and I pay my sincere homage to them, but how can I celebrate when I look disgusting and ridiculous things happening around us like :-

Scams, corruption and irregularities in commonwealth games, and government trying to defend the culprits.
Alarming rise in Naxalism and soft approach of government.
Violence in Kashmir valley.
High Inflation and still large amount of food grains are decaying in various parts of nation.
Implementation of Cast based census in nation.
Adherence of government on resuming talks with Pakistan even after facing constant humiliation from their side.

CORRUPTION IN CWG
These days when ever we open newspaper in morning, we get to know about a new scam in commonwealth games, and somewhere deep down inside it hurts, because that is the hard earned money of a tax payer which is being wasted like anything, and what hurts even more is that when people like Sports Minister M.S Gill and Congress spokesperson Manish Tiwari tries to defend Suresh Klmadi with their stupid logics, and people like Manmohan Singh and Sonia Gandhi doesn't even bother to react, which puts a question mark on their intentions. Now I think there are lots of people who have started questioning themselves that why did they paid their taxes honestly ?

NAXALISM
Since last three years we have been watching alarming rise in naxalism, there have been number of incidents in which hundreds of people and security personnel's have lost their lives, but our government kept on ignoring such a serious problem, and now when this problem has become a threat for national integrity and now they expect C.R.P.F(Central reserve police force) to control the situation, but I think government is still unaware of the fact that C.R.P.F is not designed to indulge in gorilla fights and jungle warfare, this is just a forces to implement law & order in rural and urban areas, not to work in such an extreme conditions, they don't even have proper training, and they are also not properly equipped, which makes it impossible for me to understand how come a government take such a immature decision and risk lives of these peoples.

VIOLENCE IN KASHMIR
Its been more than a month since Kashmir is burning and there are lots of intellectuals who are condemning the killings of innocent children and women by armed forces, but I just want to ask them who brought those innocent children on streets during violent protests ? and we all got to knew how stones were being supplied before every protest, and how government offices and vehicles were set on fire, and now what else do you expect from armed forces to do, so that situation could be controlled ? We know very well that all these people of Kashmir elected current government democratically, and shown record voting, then how come those people became so unsatisfied with the government that they became so violent ? I think deep down inside we all know about the root of problem which is none other than our neighbor Pakistan and few rats like Sayed Ali Shah Gilani and his supporters, who should have been taken care of decades back, and its really unfortunate to see these people moving freely, but none of the government showed willpower to act on them.

INFLATION
Entire nation is suffering from Inflation but our government didn't show any hesitation in hiking fuel prices, I am not sure if they would have done the same thing if there would have been any elections in near future, because if my memory serves me right last time when prices were $137/barrel n there were general election on the head this government played safe n didn't bother to touch the prices of fuel, and now when the prices in international markets is around $47/barrel they have raised price saying that petroleum companies are under heavy loss, but when we see annual reports of these companies we can clearly see that they are generating some serious profits, and even if the price hike was was so important and inevitable, government could have reduced the taxes on fuel prices to give some relief to common man but they they didn't do so.
And on the other hand there is a large amount of food grain laying and decaying in the open outside go-downs and warehouses, because there is no place to store those food grains, and now even Supreme Court of India has stated that all those food grains should be distributed among people without any charge, but still no measures have been taken, and also now there are some reports saying that large amount of wheat has been exported to liquor companies on a very low price, now in a country where large amount of areas are affected by droughts and children suffering from malnutritions and farmers committing suicide this sort of attitude of any government is completely unacceptable.

CAST BASED CENSUS
There has been a long debate going on from a long time on cast based census, some people say that its important so that required measures could be taken for upliftment of backwards, but the first question arises here is how will a cast based census help those so called backwards, because first of all we need to focus on what is the actual definition of a backward ? and if my knowledge serves me right then backward is the one who is with limited means or I should be saying financially weak and a poor person, so from where does a cast of a person comes here ? and how could someone say that all people of a particular cast are poor, according to me its just a dirty game of political parties for their vote bank politics, which is extremely lethal and dangerous for integrity of our nation, and if political parties continues with this approach I am afraid there wouldn't be this country left for them to rule, and then their vote bank politics will be of no use, and our coming generations would be paying the price of their mistake.

RESUMING TALKS WITH PAKISTAN
I remember that after 26/11 attack our PM stated that there won't be any talks with Pakistan unless they act upon the culprits of Mumbai attacks, but I don't know why our PM had to ate his own words, and he took initiative to resume talks, without caring about sentiments of Indian nationals, and the very next day after his announcement Pak foreign minister claimed it as the victory of Pakistan in a public rally, and some days back when S.M krishna and Shah MehmoodQureshi met in Pakistan we all heard about outrageous comments made by Shah MehmoodQureshi, and still our government is willing to resume talks with Pakistan in future.
This is literally an ignorance of public sentiments in India, and display of an ostrich attitude by our government, may be these shameless politicians have forgotten what happened in Mumbai or I should have been saying that what had happened in Mumbai, kargil 1999, 1971, 1965 and 1948, but every true Indian neither can, and nor will forget what we have been going through, but the pity is every time we got upper hand over them our leaders lost the advantage.

Feckless UPA government and hypocrite politicians derailing India

There have been number of incidents which took place in recent past to justify the title of this article, like :-

Indian government took initiative to resume talks with Pakistan, which has given another chance to Pakistan to raise Kashmir issue, and also Pakistan has been propagating this move of India as their victory saying that Indian government bowed down under the pressure of international community and came back to the negotiating table.

The same UPA government had been regularly stating in past, that there won't be any talks with Pakistan unless they take action against the culprits of 26/11. So now whats the reason of this sudden change of ideology, did Pakistan took any action against Hafiz Saeed ? the answer is NO, that man is still moving freely in Pakistan and even holding press conferences. Now entire nation wants to know whats the reason that UPA government decided to resume talks with Pakistan and why did these shameless people ate their own word ?

UPA government had exported pulses to different countries at lower rates, without properly analyzing the demand and production ratio of pulses in country, and now because there is a shortage of pulses they are importing pulses at much higher rates, UPA government had been ignoring the problems of sugarcane farmers, and UPA government's solution to the crisis has only worsened the problems - exporting sugar close to 1 lakh tonne at zero duty levy that worked out to Rs 12 to Rs 14 rate for a kilo. The resulting deficit now forces the Government to import sugar at a much higher rate of Rs 27. And the comments made by Sharad Pawar like "I am not an astrologer....!!!" and today the latest comment made by NCP which goes like this "if you don't consume sugar you will not die, but if you do so, you may suffer from diabetes, and after that you will have to stop consuming sugar." are actually acting as salt on the wounds of people, Now I just wanted to ask these peoples what should we consume then............. prices of vegetables, pulses, milk, sugar, rice n etc are sky high only because of the impotence of agricultural ministry and government, do these people expect us to just keep our mouth shut without even complaining, whereas the ministers of their government are staying in the five star hotels for moths on government's expenses and some of them compares the citizens of our nation to cattle.

Rahul Gandhi poster boy of congress said that "when Mumbai was under attack the commandos of NSG fought with the terrorists, and those commandos were from Bihar, UP and entire nation". but why these comments were made in Bihar ? but why not in Mumbai, as two days back he was on a visit to Mumbai why didn't he mentioned it over there ? and when he is pointing a finger on parties like Shivsena and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena, which are actually a gang of hooligan rather than a political party, he should also criticize state government of Maharashtra which is of congress, because they have only allowed these people to threaten and beat the poor people over there, and even when people like Bal Thakrey calls him "ROME PUTRA" and to his mother Sonaia Gandhi "ITALLIAN MUMMY" congress didn't took any legal action against them so that they can gain the sympathy of public and which may result in the increase of their vote bank.

False commitments of UPA government

During the time of elections congress committed to the poor people of our nation that if they manage to come back in power, they will be providing them rice and flour at the rate of 3Rs./Kg but when today this issue was raised by Narendra Modi in all Chief Ministers meeting held over inflation, a senior leader of congress Pranab Mukharjee had a clash with him saying that "its not the time to do the politics". This proves that congress made false commitments to the poor peoples of India just to get the power, and they have no intentions to fulfill their commitments. only thing I am unable to understand is how come Narendra modi was doing politics on this issue wouldn't the availability of rice and flour at 3Rs/Kg benefited the poor wouldn't this have affected the raising inflation ?

Hypocrisy of Thackeray family

We all had been hearing the ridiculous comments of Bal Thackeray and Raj Thackeray for quite a long time, and now they say that Maharashtra is actually meant for only actual Marathi people who took birth in Maharashtra, and if this is the case then entire Thackeray family should leave the Maharashtra immediately and settle to Khandwa district of MP because that's the place from where Bal Thakery actually belongs to and from there only he shifted to Munmbai. These people have been targeting famous personalities like Amitabh Bacchan, Jaya Bacchan, Sachin Tendulkar and now Shahrukh Khan just to remain in limelight by using the name of these famous personalities, and this is because our Home minister P.Chidambram also stated the same comment that was mentioned by Shahrukh but they Shivsena didn't reacted to that because they know that he is also a political person and by targating him they will not get that sort of political mileage as they will get by targeting Shahrukh Khan. another example of hypocrisy of these people is, as these people have been stating themselves anti Pakistan then why they haven't yet criticized the move of UPA government to resume talks with Pakistan ain't they aware of this news or are they too busy to exploit the current controversy ?

Questionmark on Indian Diplomacy

As controversy deepens on joint statement issued by India and Pakistan in Egypt, its giving a clear message to the world that whatever happened there was not in the interest of our nation and the tragedy is its being confirmed by none other than but our foreign secretary, it’s really very disappointing to hear from him that "may be the words used in joint statement were not appropriate but there shouldn't be any doubt on its intentions".

The question is why did our strategy planner couldn't find or failed to find the appropriate words because of which nation didn't took the joint statement in the way it’s being claimed by our government? This is not the only question, another question is that why did we accept to move on with talks excluding terrorism, but why did we let Baluchistan issue being mentioned in joint statement? this is very disappointing that by this joint statement India seems to be accepting that it’s our hand in imbalance of Baluchistan, presence of Baluchistan issue in joint statement shows the weakness of Indian diplomacy or I should be calling it a diplomatic blunder, this isn't a good thing that India has given a topic to Pakistan just like that, and now with the help of this topic Pakistan may put India in penalty box on international stages. Definitely there is no logic in letting the mention of Baluchistan issue in joint statement just to avoid the issue of Kashmir.

Maybe now central government is trying to justify the joint statement, but the way congress men are avoiding to open their mouths on this issue clearly indicates that our diplomats and strategy planner have committed a big mistake, and now they must find some solution for this, else India will have to face the negative publicity by Pakistan on the international stage, and this should also be kept in mind that India doesn't look too keen in answering Pakistan in their own language and dealing with their dirty games sensibly.

It’s hard to understand that the same prime minister who was dragging Pakistani leadership publicly in penalty box about a month back today seems to dropping his weapons in front of Pakistani P.M,

Entire nation wants to know why this happened? What were the circumstances because of which we had to face this disgrace? After all what happened in the past one month which made our strategy maker to reach on the conclusion that Pakistan is now on right track? but the fact is Pakistan isn't interested in taking action against the culprits of 26/11 neither they are willing to dismantle anti-India terrorist structure nor they are going to stop promoting terrorism against India, then keeping all these things in mind what was the need of carrying soft approach towards Pakistan? was it because of American pressure or were their some other reasons? This is also weird that India took more than 24hrs to deny the claims of Pakistan that they have handed over proofs of involvement of Indian intelligence agency on attack over Srilankan cricket team.

All these things only proves that Indian diplomacy is suffering from weakness as well as from laziness, and if it’s actually true which is being signalled by all these circumstances then there couldn't be anything more disappointing and a bigger matter of concern.
