&lt;a href="http://feedads.g.doubleclick.net/~a/s1F6qjy107O4C-2upWvoOvWnD7E/1/da"&gt;&lt;img src="http://feedads.g.doubleclick.net/~a/s1F6qjy107O4C-2upWvoOvWnD7E/1/di" border="0" ismap="true"&gt;&lt;/img&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(192, 192, 192); font-style: italic;"&gt;Fonte: Pro-bike&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tokyo - Un cittadino giapponese ha completato il giro del mondo in bicicletta, percorrendo 150.000 chilometri e attraversando 130 Paesi in cinque continenti in undici anni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il periplo del coraggioso ciclista e' stato raccontato dal quotidiano "The Daily Yomiuri".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daisuke Nakanishi e' partito nel luglio del 1998, a 28 anni dall'Alaska; da li' ha attraversato con la sua bicicletta gli Stati Uniti diretto in Messico, ha proseguito per l'America Centrale ed e' arrivato a Panama nove mesi piu' tardi, nell'aprile del 1999.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Da li' e' arrivato in Peru', ha preso un aereo da Lima a Stoccolma e ha percorso il nord-Europa fino all'agosto del 2.000, quando ha preso un altro aereo alla volta dell'Africa, dove ha pedalato piu' di un anno lungo la costa orientale del 'continente nero'.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le destinazioni successive sono state Australia, Nuova Zelanda e Argentina, un Paese che ha raggiunto nel giugno del 2003. Il traguardo dei 100.000 chilometri in biciletto e' stato tagliato in Lituania, da dove si e' trasferito in Russia, Georgia, sud Europa, di nuovo Africa e Sudamerica e finalmente in Asia, nella citta' giapponese di Osaka, sua meta finale, che ha raggiunto all'eta di 39 anni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Durante il viaggio, ha cambiato 82 pneumatici, 15 catene, cinque pedali della sua bicicletta, ed ha bucato circa 300 volte. Numerosi gli aneddoti: nella citta' brasiliana di Santos ha conosciuto Pele', ad Auckland (in Nuova Zelanda) ha incontrato Sir Edmund Hillay, in Sudafrica ha trascorso nella cella che gli ha offerto la polizia per ripararsi dalla pioggia.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tra i momenti piu' difficili, i giorni trascorsi a Tbilisi, proprio mentre scoppiavano le ostilita' tra Russia e Georgia, nel 2008, e la periferia della citta' veniva bombardata dagli aerei russi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Ma la cosa piu' bella sono stati gli amici incontrati in tutto il mondo", ha detto Nakanishi, che adesso si attende in Giappone la visita di molte delle persone incontrate nel corso del viaggio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quanto alla prossima avventura, nessun dubbio: trovarsi un lavoro "normale" pur continuando a scrivere e a raccontare la sua esperienza.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;www.mtb80.blogspot.com

Bergmoench è una bicicletta robusta dalle finiture di buon livello, come i freni a disco, che è richiudibile dentro uno zaino facilmente trasportabile sulle spalle. Oggi l'importante era portare a termine la gara, non era richiesto nessun risultato di rilievo poichè la vittoria nella classifica generale Cadetti era già in bacheca. Il nostro Nicola ha corso di rimessa (anche se ci aspettavamo una corsa da campione come è invece ha tirato un po' i remi in barca, si dice per crearsi nuove alleanze che possono tornare utili per gli anni a venire) ed ha portato a casa comunque un bel 3° posto di categoria. Adesso gli aspetta un meritato riposo (anche se crediamo che non se lo concederà) e poi via di nuovo per essere pronti per l'anno prossimo dove notizie dicono che voglia puntare a fare bene all'XC Verona.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Abbiamo anticipato l'XC Verona, infatti il prossimo anno il Team KM vuole ri-veronizzarsi e fare una stagione cercando di non saltare nessun degli appuntamenti Veronesi sperando che a giorni vada in porto anche una trattativa molto importante che porterebbe una maggiore visibilità ai ragazzini , specialmente Veronesi ma anche non, che vogliono provarsi con la MTB.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Vi lasciamo al nuovo best-seller che uscirà a giorni nei negozi. Oggi era in scena la penultima tappa di Baone con un circuito di circa 9 km da ripetere 3 volte ed il nostro prof ha portato a casa un 2° posto di categoria e la VITTORIA nella classifica Cadetti alla Coppa Colli Euganei! Una tattica di gara alla Valentino Rossi insomma...domenica ultima prova quindi e poi il 24 cena del Team dove molto probabilmente verranno proposte novità interessantissime di cui ne sentiranno parlare anche gli altri team. Prima della partenza, un minuto di silenzio a ricordo della prematura scomparsa di Giorgio Barbato, fratello di Guido, che è speaker ufficiale di Coppa Colli.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Grandi protagonisti della corsa, ancora una volta i bikers padovani con due podi tutti per loro: Junior, che ha visto il successo di Andrea Crivellari ed i Debuttanti con Thomas Meliti vincitore.  Monica Squarcina, ancora una volta superiore a tutte le avversarie, mentre nella categoria delle più giovani, Valentina Donà è salita sul gradino più alto del podio.&lt;br /&gt;Luisa Betto è stata la trionfatrice tra le Donne C.  Altri successi padovani di categoria sono stati ottenuti da: Letizia Selmin, Thomas Meliti, Fabio Capuzzo e Paolo Da Molin. Nella classifica per società con maggior partecipanti è prevalso l'ASD Euganea Bike con 19 bikers, al secondo posto si è piazzato l'ASD T.Bike con 16 ed al terzo il Team Estebike Zordan con 14. L’ultima settimana verrà aperta dal ritorno, dopo due anni dal successo di Franco Pellizotti, della cronoscalata di Plan de Corones con start da San Vigilio. Saranno 13 km sverissimi con l'ultimo tratto in sterrato. Il giorno prima il Giro presenterà per la terza volta lo spauracchio dello Zoncolan, mentre il giorno successivo toccherà al tappone con arrivo a Pejo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;Il gran finale, come nell’ultima edizione a Roma, sarà scandito da una crono individuale di 15 km. All'arrivo risulta 5° assoluto, veramente una gran bella prestazione ma quello che più conta è che nella sua categoria (i cadetti) risulta al 1° posto e anche in classifica generale ora balza al comando! (considerando gli scarti da qui il nostro prof avrà dei vantaggi).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Quindi finalmente dopo averlo accudito per bene il nostro prof è sbocciato e dichiara guerra a tutti quelli che lo vogliono sfidare! (no dai non esageriamo, queste parole non sono uscite dalla sua bocca). Monte di Lozzo, per molti nuovo, con un sentiero bellissimo e ricco di panorami stupendi che si perdono all'orizzonte, il tutto aiutato da una giornata limpida, ma fredda che ha messo a dura prova i 200 atleti in gara.&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sYValRvjftg/StwEfQyrejI/AAAAAAAAIcs/p4fdAdq1mPQ/s1600-h/lozzo0900.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0pt 0pt 10px 10px; float: right; cursor: pointer; width: 228px; height: 171px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_sYValRvjftg/StwEfQyrejI/AAAAAAAAIcs/p4fdAdq1mPQ/s320/lozzo0900.jpg" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5394191388812999218" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ottima l'organizzazione dell'Euganea Bike, che ha curato tutto nei minimi particolari, badando all'essenziale, specie alla sicurezza e concentrando tutte le energie sulle 'cose che contano'; altra bella notizia è l'inserimento nel sito internet &lt;a href="http://www.euganeabike.it/" target="_blank"&gt;ww&lt;/a&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.euganeabike.it/" target="_blank"&gt;w.euganeabike.it &lt;/a&gt;delle foto di tutti gli atleti in gara.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Gara combattuta fino alla fine tra Andrea Pendini (ADV Corratec) e il vice Campione Italiano FCI Nereo Canale (Scavezzon), che hanno dato battaglia fino alla fine, rimanendo sotto i 20 minuti al giro e finendo la gara con 1 ora 18' 21. Milano dopo il flop dello “Show” del 2009 sarà snobbata e l’arrivo è previsto a Verona come nel 1984 con una crono. Ecco i primi dettagli sulle tappe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Il  Giro d’Italia 2010 partirà da Amsterdam in Olanda l’8 Maggio prossimo, ma dopo tre tappe nei Paesi Bassi giungerà in Italia senza nemmeno un giorno di riposo. Molto probabilmente sarà organizzato un volo charter diretto in Piemonte dove si correrà la quarta tappa da Cuneo a Cuneo, forse una cronosquadre. Quinta tappa dedicata ai campionissimi Girardengo e Coppi da Novara a Novi Ligure dove si trova il Museo. Sarà un Giro dei trasferimenti e si andrà direttamente in Toscana (come si può leggere su LaStampa.it) con un trittico o un poker di tappe nelle città storiche (Carrara, Firenze, Siena e Grosseto), poi già nel Lazio scalando il Terminillo forse due volte.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;L’anno scorso il Sud fu poco toccato, quest’anno si arriverà in Campania (si parla nuovamente di Costiera e Avellino), poi Bitonto e la Puglia. Da qui si punterà a Nord verso L’Aquila, poi Marche, Romagna con dedica a Pantani a Cesenatico e l’ultima settimana classica sulle Alpi per determinare la classifica. Si scaleranno il Monte Grappa e nuovamente i durissimi Zoncolan in tappa e il Plan de Corones in cronoscalata poi Aprica, Mortirolo, Gavia, Tonale… speriamo non siano solo rumors! La tappa conclusiva sarà come da ultima tradizione a cronometro da &lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Soave a Verona&lt;/span&gt; (nell’Arena?). Ha concluso al 6° posto assoluto (2° di ca&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;tegoria) dietro al forte Capuzzo, seppur di soli 25". Adesso in classifica dovrebbe essere saldamente sul podio, ma aspettiamo delle conferme ufficiali, anche se poi cè da contare gli scarti da cui il nostro prof trarrebbe dei vantaggi...e adesso mancano 3 prove al termine.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Tornando al discorso Valeggio, erano presenti 4 nostri corridori: Roberto, la Lorybel, Renzo e Loris che hanno tenuto alto il nome KM. Infatti sia Renzo che la Lory hanno finito quarti nelle loro categorie, vale a dire Master5 e Woman, mentre il Loris ha accusato il ritmo del Cross Country andando fuori giri e ritirandosi a metà gara ma l'importante è che si sia divertito. Roberto, invece, attendiamo riscontri dal cronometraggio ma comunque la sua prestazione è stata più che dignitosa.&lt;br /&gt;Il circuito era molto bello, grazie anche all'aggiunta di 2 discese abbastanza tecniche (e di un nuovo strappo) che trasformava questa corsa in un bel Cross Country mosso.&lt;br /&gt;Intanto a Valeggio ha vinto un nostro grande amico, Davide Finetto, 1° assoluto. Quante montagne all’orizzonte per Giro e Tour nella stagione 2010. Giochiamo come sempre ad anticipare intenzioni e tracciati. Il Tour della stagione prossima verrà presentato già il 14 ottobre prossimo a Parigi, una settimana prima del previsto e senza tener conto che in Italia si sta ancora correndo, il 15 il Giro del Piemonte, il 17 il Giro di Lombardia. Sembra quasi uno sgarbo a chi mette in scena il Giro d’Italia. Grande anticipo comunque anche per la presentazione della corsa rosa che avverrà sabato 24 ottobre a Milano, quasi si trattasse d’un sigillo sull’anata che sta finendo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Entrambi le grandi gare a tappe partiranno la stagione prossima, già si sa, dall’Olanda, come la Vuelta quest’anno. Più spettacolare e scenografico l’avvio del Giro rispetto a quello del Tour. La corsa italiana proporrà infatti una crono iniziale fra le strade di Amsterdam sabato 8 maggio. E sempre da Amsterdam partiranno le due frazioni successive in terra d’Olanda verso Utrecht e poi verso Middelburg. Quest’ultima frazione - ecco la novità - finirà attorno alle 13 in modo che poi già a metà pomeriggio i corridori in aereo rientreranno in Italia atterrando a Torino (o all’aeroporto di Levaldigi, vicino a Fossano), mentre le auto del seguito potranno iniziare per tempo il viaggio in Italia. Viene così abolito il consueto giorno di riposo iniziale dovuto al trasferimento, più che mai scomodo e strano perchè riposare dopo tre tappe blande in avvio non ha molto senso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;Due le frazioni in Piemonte, una nel cuneese e l’altra nelle terre di Coppi per celebrare con suggestione i 50 anni dalla scomparsa del Campionissimo. La prima dovrebbe essere una crono a squadre con partenza e arrivo a Cuneo. Dal Piemonte si andrà in Liguria e poi in Toscana, scendendo successivamente e con brevi trasferimenti sino alla Puglia, sino a Foggia. Tappa ricca di significati invece a L’Aquila nelle terre del terremoto. Nella risalita ci sarà anche la prima montagna, il Terminillo, con traguardo lassù a quota duemila metri. Altra breve trasferta, traguardo a Porto Recanati dedicato ai velocisti, poi le colline storiche di Romagna attorno al Monte Trebbio con arrivo a Cesenatico più che mai dedicato a Marco Pantani. E si viaggerà verso una settimana finale molto spettacolare e con un concentrato notevole di scalate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Domenica 23 maggio tappa lunga da Mestre allo Zoncolan. Un atteso e gradito ritorno, un arrivo in quota che lascerà il segno in classifica. Lunedì 24 maggio ultima giornata di riposo. Martedì 25 altra riproposizione all’insegna dello spettacolo con la cronoscalata da San Vigilio a Plan de Corones. Poi si andrà da Brunico a Pejo Terme e gran finale sulle montagne di Lombardia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Due le vette che potrebbero decidere l’esito della sfida, il Mortirolo e il Gavia, neve permettendo. Sul Gavia c’è da celebrare il cinquantenario dalla prima scalata, quella delle lacrime di Massignan, del successo di Gaul e della maglia rosa di Anquetil, il Giro del ‘60. Mortirolo e Gavia da affrontare in due tappe differenti e ravvicinate. Quella del Mortirolo con arrivo all’Aprica, quella del Gavia con traguardo in salita al Tonale. Ma la clamorosa novità riguarderebbe la città del traguardo finale del Giro d’Italia 2010, non Milano bensì Verona, come nell’84, quando trionfò Moser. Quasi certamente con un’altra crono. Nella speranza che magari sia ancora in gioco il risultato finale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TOUR&lt;/strong&gt; - In quanto al Tour de France della prossima estate, da sabato 3 a domenica 25 luglio, prima crono nel cuore di Rotterdam, poi da quella città olandese si arriverà a Bruxelles e a Spa, due frazioni in Belgio. Tappa dello champagne a Reims, prima le Alpi e poi i Pirenei. Sulle Alpi traguardo a Morzine, a La Toussuire, poi Galibier e Izoard da Saint Jean de Maurienne a Gap. Tappe interlocutorie nel Midì ed ecco i Pirenei per le storiche celebrazioni, il centenario di quelle montagne nella geografia della Grande Boucle (prima volta sull’Aubisque nel 1910) con una frazione domenicale il 18 luglio (la nascita di Bartali, la scomparsa su quelle strade del povero Casartelli) che finirà per la prima volta in vetta al Tourmalet, ma anche il ripetersi della classica Pau-Luchon con i colli leggendari, Tourmalet, Aubisque, Aspin e Peyresourde. Ultima crono nelle terre del Bordeaux e infine trasferimento classico verso Parigi. Come dire un atteso ritorno al classico ed all’antico con le montagne che dovrebbero influenzare l’esito della sfida molto più delle gare contro il tempo. Sia in Italia che in Francia.
