There is an excellent and useful web app which acts as &lt;b&gt;mobile emulator&lt;/b&gt; and &lt;b&gt;tablet emulator&lt;/b&gt; to test mobile websites responsive design, means it is a way to check our mobile web design across variety of mobile and tablet devices using this single web app.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
With the increase of smart phones and 3G, 4G users start browsing the websites through mobile and it is necessary to make the web design to adapt and looks neat in mobile phones too, where this online tool comes handy.&lt;br /&gt;

And we cannot event see anyone without mobile in Urban and even in rural areas across the cities. But this makes increase in crime and it is needed to search who gave missed calls from where. Here comes the &lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Mobile tracking&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt; web application to check who made the missed call and trace the mobile phone location in India.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;How to track mobile phone number in India.&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Using the &lt;a href="http://tracker.mobileringtonesstore.com/"&gt;mobile phone tracker&lt;/a&gt; web application it is easy to get the mobile phone location, service provider and signalling type on Google map.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Just type the 10 digit mobile number and get the information on the map&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://tracker.mobileringtonesstore.com/"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="http://www.designscripting.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/Mobile-tracker-tracer-locate-india.jpg" /&gt; Mobile Tracker&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
All cell phones constantly broadcast a radio signal, even when not on a call. The cell phone companies have been able to estimate the location of a cell phone for many years using triangulation information from the towers receiving the signal. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But using the &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPS"&gt;GPS&lt;/a&gt;( Global Positioning System ) it is easy to calculate the live movement of the object using the tracking system.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Because of very simple user friendly app the Mobile number tracking is getting popular. Uses of &lt;b&gt;mobile phone tracking or tracing&lt;/b&gt; helps to find the children or elderly people in the time of need.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The story of Google’s algorithm begins with PageRank, the system invented in 1997 by cofounder Larry Page while he was a grad student at Stanford. Page’s now legendary insight was to rate pages based on the number and importance of links that pointed to them — to use the collective intelligence of the Web itself to determine which sites were most relevant. It was a simple and powerful concept, and — as Google quickly became the most successful search engine on the Web — Page and cofounder Sergey Brin credited PageRank as their company’s fundamental innovation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Google Websearch Process:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Web search is a multipart process:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
First, Google crawls the Web to collect the contents of every accessible site. This data is broken down into an index (organized by word, just like the index of a textbook), a way of finding any page based on its content. Every time a user types a query, the index is combed for relevant pages, returning a list that commonly numbers in the hundreds of thousands, or millions. The trickiest part, though, is the ranking process — determining which of those pages belong at the top of the list.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Google’s massive computing power and bandwidth give the company an undeniable edge. Some observers say it’s an advantage that essentially prohibits startups from trying to compete. But Manber says it’s not infrastructure alone that makes Google the leader: “The very, very, very key ingredient in all of this is that we hired the right people.”&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2011/04/how-googles-search-algorithm-works.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-2081622625171620751</guid><pubDate>Fri, 01 Apr 2011 09:49:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2011-04-01T15:20:43.325+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Basic Try Catch Finally</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">finally in actionscript</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">learn actionscript basics</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Try-catch statement in actionscript Flash</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">use try catch in as3</category><title>Handling Errors in Actionscript 3 | Flash CS5 try catch in Flash Player</title><description>&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;Flash Player 8.5 supports a try/catch methodology for handling errors in ActionScript. That means you can write code that can intelligently deal with certain error types should they occur. While you cannot handle syntax errors (the .swf won't even compile in that case), you can handle most other error types, such as missing or invalid data. The benefit is that you can attempt to resolve the situation programmatically.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Use a throw statement to throw an error when it is detected. Place any potentially error-generating code within a try block, and then have one or more corresponding catch blocks to handle possible errors.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;An example situation:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Suppose we are creating an email application in flash actionscript 3.0 using smtp. We have &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #990000;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;To&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #990000;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;Subject&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #990000;"&gt;&lt;i&gt;messase box&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
We need the above three as input from user, the first input "To" to whom we are going to mail is mandatory list. so if user forgot to type any mail id or if the typed mail id is not valid then we need to throw an error and exception, must handle error in actionscript.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There are two basic parts involved in working with errors in ActionScript: throwing the error and catching the error. There are several errors, which are thrown automatically by the player, such as IllegalOperationError, MemoryError, and ScriptTimeoutError.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;a href="http://www.designscripting.com/2011/02/try-catch-statement-in-actionscript-flash-try-catch-exception-handling-as3/"&gt;For more of Handling error in actionscript&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2011/04/handling-errors-in-actionscript-3-flash.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-7713517346354528317</guid><pubDate>Fri, 01 Apr 2011 09:42:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2011-04-01T15:14:26.551+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">amazon free storage</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Cloud Drive and Cloud Player</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">free storage space</category><title>Amazon Launches Cloud Drive and Cloud Player | Free Space</title><description>&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;Amazon.com has launched its Amazon Cloud Drive service for the web and Android smartphones. The current protocol, IPv4, allows for approximately 4 billion unique addresses—and that number is about to run out.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This morning the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) announced that it has distributed the last batch of its remaining IPv4 addresses to the world’s five Regional Internet Registries, the organizations that manage IP addresses in different regions. These Registries will begin assigning the final IPv4 addresses within their regions until they run out completely, which could come as soon as early 2012.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
As the last blocks of IPv4 addresses are assigned, adoption of a new protocol—IPv6—is essential to the continued growth of the open Internet. IPv6 will expand Internet address space to 128 bits, making room for approximately 340 trillion addresses (enough to last us for the foreseeable future).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Google, along with others, has been working for years to implement the larger IPv6 format. We’re also participating in the planned World IPv6 Day, scheduled for June 8, 2011. On this day, all of the participating organizations will enable access to as many services as possible via IPv6.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Today’s ICANN announcement marks a major milestone in the history of the Internet. IPv6, the next chapter, is now under way.&lt;/div&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2011/02/assign-ipv6-registries-implement-and.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-5604831753522634587</guid><pubDate>Sat, 29 Jan 2011 15:04:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2011-01-29T20:34:14.882+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">android honeycomb</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">android honeycomb event</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Android3.0</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">android3.0 download</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">android3.0 tablet devices</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">honeycomb download</category><title>Honeycomb - Android3.0 for tablet devices - Google Android</title><description>&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;center&gt;&lt;b&gt;ANDROID 3.0 - HONEYCOMB&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/center&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Google will be holding a press event next Wednesday, February 2, at its Mountain View headquarters to show off Android Honeycomb, the company’s tablet-optimized OS.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The stage presentations will begin at 10:00 a.m. PT. Google is calling it the event “A Taste of What’s New from Android.”&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;h2&gt;What is Android - HoneyComb?&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Honeycomb is the next version of the Android platform, designed from the ground up for devices with larger screen sizes, particularly tablets. We’ve spent a lot of time refining the user experience in Honeycomb, and we’ve developed a brand new, truly virtual and holographic user interface. Many of Android’s existing features will really shine on Honeycomb: refined multi-tasking, elegant notifications, access to over 100,000 apps on Android Market, home screen customization with a new 3D experience and redesigned widgets that are richer and more interactive. We’ve also made some powerful upgrades to the web browser, including tabbed browsing, form auto-fill, syncing with your Google Chrome bookmarks, and incognito mode for private browsing.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS will be built for both mobile phones and tablets, but speaking truly as the reports have it will be the first Android version that’ll be built for the tablets specifically. The Honeycomb as we have said will come with an improved user interface, a clear app page and a new email interface, which could resemble the Gmail app for the iPad, where in the landscape mode, the inbox is displayed on the left side of the tablet’s screen while the message occupies the rest of the space on the right. Besides the aforementioned feature there’s a solid belief suggesting that the video chat facility, which may have been missed in the Gingerbread, could find place in the forthcoming Honeycomb.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Keywords:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Android3.0, android honeycomb, android3.0 tablet devices, honeycomb download, android3.0 download, android honeycomb event&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2011/01/honeycomb-android30-for-tablet-devices.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-7487233841990735404</guid><pubDate>Sat, 29 Jan 2011 14:18:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2011-01-29T19:48:25.606+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Google launching google offers</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">google offers</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">groupon competitor google offers</category><title>Google Offers as competitor for Groupon - Google Launching</title><description>&lt;div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbGFlD58pnPbKwVWL5b877MCUx9L18qWy1s4GGwaRCWWoOZfeFXs9EE_fQXPtCtBde2Ux0HfAM3OM-TjzpEGkEkVWlJEMRzic3y-22_rtbIgnm1hh0nghyphenhyphenFjqGuJTxuZ_pvP05RK5x-vs/s1600/google-offers.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
After spurning Google’s offer, Groupon had to be expecting today’s news. We doubt Groupon would have rejected Google’s offer if it didn’t have a plan for competing with Google. While I admit that is my own hypothesis, Mason has proven more than capable of predicting major technology and business trends. I think it’s a safe bet to say that Groupon is prepared for (and not scared of) Google’s entry in its market.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Groupon :&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Groupon also has a huge head start, thanks to its massive sales force, home-grown name recognition and $1+ billion in funding. CEO Andrew Mason and his team have proven that they can outperform the competition, despite having a product that can be easily copied. Google, on the other hand, has yet to prove that it can build a successful social product.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The group-buying giant is also diversifying. It recently launched Groupon Stores, a self-serve deal platform so that businesses can create their own stores. It also released the Deal Feed to combat deal saturation.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;h3&gt;Google Offers :&lt;/h3&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Google Offers is a new product to help potential customers and clientele find great deals in their area through a daily email.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For Google, the daily deals market is all about developing a stronger local advertiser network. Here’s what I said when the news about Google’s $6 billion offer to Groupon first broke:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
“If Google goes through with the biggest purchase in the company’s history, it will have the upper hand in local business advertising. That advantage could be so great that the courts stop this acquisition from ever happening. That’s why Google wants Groupon so badly that it’s willing to overpay by billions; if all goes according to plan, the search giant will be flooded with so much local advertising revenue that it will be able to buy a dozen Groupons.”&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Google already has a major advertising network through AdWords and AdSense, but it isn’t focused on local. Still, it’s a very good starting point for launching a daily deals business. By integrating daily deals into its advertising network, Google can quickly and easily gain exposure with businesses. In fact, it probably could get enough local businesses to sign up just through word of mouth.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Google launching google offers, google offers, groupon competitor google offers&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2011/01/google-offers-as-competitor-for-groupon.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" height="72" url="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbGFlD58pnPbKwVWL5b877MCUx9L18qWy1s4GGwaRCWWoOZfeFXs9EE_fQXPtCtBde2Ux0HfAM3OM-TjzpEGkEkVWlJEMRzic3y-22_rtbIgnm1hh0nghyphenhyphenFjqGuJTxuZ_pvP05RK5x-vs/s72-c/google-offers.jpg" width="72"/><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-7266020697479228205</guid><pubDate>Fri, 26 Nov 2010 15:33:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2010-11-26T21:07:37.422+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Google Chrome extensions</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">top10 google chrome extensions</category><title>Top 10 Google Chrome Extensions</title><description>&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://www.google.com/intl/en/images/logos/chrome_extensions_logo.gif"&gt;&lt;img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 325px; height: 40px;" src="https://www.google.com/intl/en/images/logos/chrome_extensions_logo.gif" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;What are Google Chrome Extensions?&lt;/b&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Extensions are small software programs that can modify and enhance the functionality of Google Chrome. There are also two other kinds that are loops used specifically for traversing a collection such as an Array, and can’t be used in any other way. We are faced with questions all the time, with the “If” question being the most common. If I go to sleep early, I will be able to get up early. If I take this job, I will make more money. If I go to school, I will learn ActionScript. Using ActionScript, you can answer all of these questions using conditional statements.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Conditional statements allow you to setup the question or logic within your script, and if it is a true statement, then actions can be taken which are defined by you. Conditional statements create smarter scripts by performing an action based on something that has been setup in the program – it makes your scripts dynamic!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Similar to other languages, ActionScript offers designers and developers the use of the following conditional statements:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a Comments cannot be rendered because the browsers skip them. Most web designers are probably familiar with HTML comments, which are similar to ActionScriptcomments with the exception of the syntax.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.designscripting.com"&gt;Learn Actionscript Basics&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;There are two types of comments that you can use in ActionScript: single and multiple line comments. Single line comments are created using two slashes “//” in front of the line of text. Multiple line comment blocks are created by wrapping the text with a slash and an asterisk “/*” and closing the comment block by adding an asterisk and a slash “*/”. In CSS, comments are setup in a similar way with multiple line blocks.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.designscripting.com/2010/11/actionscript-basics-part-2/"&gt;Read More..&lt;/a&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2010/11/actionscript-basics-part2.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-1551716654453583528</guid><pubDate>Thu, 25 Nov 2010 06:55:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2010-11-25T12:33:16.559+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">actionscript training</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">animation programs</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">flash courses</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">flash training</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">learn actionscript 3.0 free</category><title>ActionScript Basics part1</title><description>ActionScript 3.0 is a powerful, object-oriented programming language that signifies an important step in the evolution of the capabilities of the Flash Player runtime.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ActionScript is executed by the ActionScript Virtual Machine (AVM) built into the Flash Player.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Statements:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Basics of ActionScript includes Statements, Variables and Data types&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A ActionScript statement is the most basic piece of ActionScript – which will represent a single action or step in the script that you are building. FaderAPI contains Fader Class and FaderFileMaterial classes to load and animate external Image and SWF files.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Features:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Some exciting features of the Slideshow are as follows&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;• Ability of handling Image and SWF together.&lt;br /&gt;• SWF may also be an animated file.&lt;br /&gt;• No Need of Preloader- Since the animation will not happens until the next file is loaded.&lt;br /&gt;• Customized events to handle the Slideshow&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Difficulty:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beginners to Medium&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FaderFileMaterial:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Here we are going to use the FaderFileMaterial to create slideshow.&lt;br /&gt;FaderFileMaterial is a Class under FaderAPI, to load external contents like Image, SWF and animate them.&lt;br /&gt;Now this makes the loading external content easier and animating them.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.designscripting.com/2009/01/20/using-faderfilematerial-to-create-slideshow/"&gt;Read More&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2009/02/using-faderfilematerial-to-create.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-1373765325538853088</guid><pubDate>Fri, 05 Sep 2008 12:02:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2008-09-05T18:00:59.183+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">all about google browser</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">download google browser</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Google browser features</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">new in google browser</category><title>Google chrome- Google browser</title><description>&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Google Chrome (BETA) for Windows&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Google Chrome is a browser that combines a minimal design with sophisticated technology to make the web faster, safer, and easier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0);"&gt;Some exciting features of Google browser : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;New Tab page&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Application shortcuts&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Dynamic tabs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Crash control&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Incognito mode&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Safe browsing&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Instant bookmarks&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Importing settings&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Simpler downloads&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://blogs.pcworld.com/staffblog/archives/Google-Chrome.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px;" src="http://blogs.pcworld.com/staffblog/archives/Google-Chrome.jpg" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A fresh take on the browser&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;blockquote&gt;At Google, we spend much of our time working inside a browser. We search, chat, email and collaborate in a browser. And like all of you, in our spare time, we shop, bank, read news and keep in touch with friends - all using a browser. People are spending an increasing amount of time online, and they're doing things never imagined when the web first appeared about 15 years ago.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since we spend so much time online, we began seriously thinking about what kind of browser could exist if you started from scratch and built on the best elements out there. We realized that the web had evolved from mainly simple text pages to rich, interactive applications and that we needed to completely rethink the browser. What we really needed was not just a browser, but also a modern platform for web pages and applications, and that's what we set out to build.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So today we're releasing the beta version of a new open source browser: Google Chrome.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On the surface, we designed a browser window that is streamlined and simple. To most people, it isn't the browser that matters. It's only a tool to run the important stuff - the pages, sites and applications that make up the web. Like the classic Google homepage, Google Chrome is clean and fast. It gets out of your way and gets you where you want to go.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Under the hood, we were able to build the foundation of a browser that runs today's complex web applications much better . By keeping each tab in an isolated "sandbox", we were able to prevent one tab from crashing another and provide improved protection from rogue sites. We improved speed and responsiveness across the board. We also built V8, a more powerful JavaScript engine, to power the next generation of web applications that aren't even possible in today's browsers.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is just the beginning - Google Chrome is far from done. We've released this beta for Windows to start the broader discussion and hear from you as quickly as possible. We're hard at work building versions for Mac and Linux too, and we'll continue to make it even faster and more robust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We owe a great debt to many open source projects, and we're committed to continuing on their path. We've used components from Apple's WebKit and Mozilla's Firefox, among others - and in that spirit, we are making all of our code open source as well. We hope to collaborate with the entire community to help drive the web forward.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The web gets better with more options and innovation. Google Chrome is another option, and we hope it contributes to making the web even better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But enough from us. The best test of Google Chrome is to try it yourself.&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.google.com/chrome/?hl=en"&gt;Download Google Browser&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.google.com/chrome/intl/en/why.html?hl=en"&gt;Article Source&lt;/a&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2008/09/google-chrome-google-browser.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-6441514869572415162</guid><pubDate>Thu, 15 May 2008 14:12:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2008-05-15T19:45:44.027+05:30</atom:updated><title>Adobe® Flash® Player 10 Released</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Adobe has released Adobe® Flash® Player 10, code-named "&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Astro&lt;/span&gt;," .................&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Some exciting features&lt;/span&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3D Effects&lt;/strong&gt; - Easily transform and animate any display object through 3D space while retaining full interactivity. Fast, lightweight, and native 3D effects make motion that was previously reserved for expert users available to everyone. Complex effects are simple with APIs that extend what you already know. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Custom Filters and Effects&lt;/strong&gt; - Create your own portable filters, blend modes, and fills using &lt;a href="http://www.adobe.com/go/pixelbender_toolkit"&gt;Adobe® Pixel Bender™&lt;/a&gt;, the same technology used for many After Effects CS3 filters. Shaders in Flash Player are about 1KB and can be scripted and animated at runtime.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Advanced Text Layout&lt;/strong&gt; - A new, highly flexible text layout engine, co-existing with TextField, enables innovation in creating new text controls by providing low-level access to text offering right-to-left and vertical text layout, plus support for typographic elements like ligatures.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Enhanced Drawing API&lt;/strong&gt; - Runtime drawing is easier and more powerful with re-styleable properties, 3D APIs, and a new way of drawing sophisticated shapes without having to code them line by line. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Visual Performance Improvements&lt;/strong&gt; – Applications and videos will run smoother and faster with expanded use of hardware acceleration. By moving several visual processing tasks to the video card, the CPU is free to do more.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/"&gt;Download Flash Player10&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/demos/"&gt;View Demos&lt;/a&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2008/05/adobe-flash-player-10-released.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><thr:total>0</thr:total></item><item><guid isPermaLink="false">tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1549276911533149736.post-3676112260125808575</guid><pubDate>Tue, 11 Mar 2008 09:20:00 +0000</pubDate><atom:updated>2008-12-09T23:32:15.197+05:30</atom:updated><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">Comment Widget For Blogger</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">top commentors</category><category domain="http://www.blogger.com/atom/ns#">yahoo pipes</category><title>Comment Widget For Blogger</title><description>&lt;a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhliVv5FmsNI3NtLgVxKbpXeGGB-TgDUlagv7zcVssTYRCgJO_pafnVF509Yeisbn2Qck5P8CWwk5S9wSPye4LmGMNQExPLTJeBsET5LXbJEoJ9YYIoEdIEFXQVlCFmTdO_fz2njfxGjvS/s640/blogger-top-commentators.png"&gt;&lt;img style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 320px; CURSOR: hand; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhliVv5FmsNI3NtLgVxKbpXeGGB-TgDUlagv7zcVssTYRCgJO_pafnVF509Yeisbn2Qck5P8CWwk5S9wSPye4LmGMNQExPLTJeBsET5LXbJEoJ9YYIoEdIEFXQVlCFmTdO_fz2njfxGjvS/s640/blogger-top-commentators.png" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;a href="http://pipes.yahoo.com/googlesystem/topcommentators"&gt;&lt;/a&gt;While Blogger doesn't encourage comments and communities, it's still interesting to see who comments on your blog more frequently. This information can be obtained from &lt;a href="http://help.blogger.com/bin/answer.py?answer=42662&amp;amp;"&gt;Blogger's comment feeds&lt;/a&gt;, but you need a tool for processing feeds.&lt;a href="http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/"&gt;Yahoo Pipes&lt;/a&gt; is probably the best way to combine, sort, filter and modify feeds. Inspired by &lt;a href="http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.info?_id=cce6834df28b2043ff215d0a069f3c50"&gt;this Yahoo Pipe&lt;/a&gt;, I created &lt;a href="http://pipes.yahoo.com/googlesystem/topcommentators"&gt;a pipe&lt;/a&gt; that shows the top 50 commentators from a Blogger blog, based on the most recent 5,000 comments. You can enter the URL of your blog and the number of top commentators, but the list is not generated instantaneously since Yahoo Pipe must fetch and process at most 10 GData feeds (&lt;a href="http://code.google.com/apis/blogger/developers_guide_protocol.html"&gt;Blogger's API&lt;/a&gt; doesn't include more than 500 comments in a single feed). &lt;a href="http://pipes.yahoo.com/googlesystem/topcommentators"&gt;The pipe&lt;/a&gt; could also be used to add the list of top commentators to the blog, using the JSON code generated by Yahoo.Depending on the number of comments from your blog, the list may not be very meaningful. For example, if your posts get an average of 500 comments, this list will only reflect the hierarchy for the last 10 posts. To see the total number of comments from your blog, open this feed: http://BLOGNAME.blogspot.com/feeds/comments/default (replace BLOGNAME with the proper subdomain), view the page's source and search for "openSearch:totalResults". Google Operating System has 15,217 comments and the most recent 5,000 comments corresponding to the last 5 months.Update. Here's some JavaScript code that uses Yahoo's JSON output.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This could be easily added in a &lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;HTML/JavaScript page element&lt;/span&gt; from Blogger.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;lt;script type="text/javascript"&amp;gt;function pipeCallback(obj) {document.write("&amp;lt;ol&amp;gt;");var i;for (i = 0; i &amp;lt; href = "'" item =" "&amp;gt;" + "&amp;lt;a href=" + href + "&amp;gt;" + obj.value.items[i].title + "&amp;lt;/a&amp;gt; &amp;lt;/li&amp;gt;";document.write(item);}document.write("&amp;lt;/ol&amp;gt;");}&amp;lt;/script&amp;gt;&amp;lt;script src= "http://pipes.yahoo.com/pipes/pipe.run?_render=json&amp;amp;_callback=pipeCallback&amp;amp;_id=c92ac21897d8b56e61cfa85930dd89a1&amp;amp;url=http%3A%2F%2FBLOGNAME.blogspot.com&amp;amp;num=10" type="text/javascript"&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/script&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(merge the last two lines and replace BLOGNAME with your blog's subdomain name).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://googlesystem.blogspot.com/"&gt;Source URL&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description><link>http://sara-intop.blogspot.com/2008/03/comment-widget-for-blogger_11.html</link><author>noreply@blogger.com (Saravanan)</author><media:thumbnail xmlns:media="http://search.yahoo.com/mrss/" height="72" url="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhhliVv5FmsNI3NtLgVxKbpXeGGB-TgDUlagv7zcVssTYRCgJO_pafnVF509Yeisbn2Qck5P8CWwk5S9wSPye4LmGMNQExPLTJeBsET5LXbJEoJ9YYIoEdIEFXQVlCFmTdO_fz2njfxGjvS/s72-c/blogger-top-commentators.png" width="72"/><thr:total>0</thr:total></item></channel></rss>
