Over time, I have developed loved for books. Below are the list of books that I have read and cherished. I hope that you will be encourage to read these books.

I might be able to write about them in my future post.

Babyhood and Couplehood

I just came from office, and on my way I passed by a bookshop(or bookstore… what’s the difference???) . Well, I rarely go inside a bookshop so I need to post it here =).

I found a book by Paul Reiser titled “Couplehood”. I got excited, mainly because couple of years I go, I bought a paperback book by Paul Reiser titled “Babyhood”. That book soooooo funny! Those of you who don’t know me, I’m not a book reader. My attention span and my patience are very short when it comes to books. But, when I read Babyhood, I finished the book in earlier than normal (I rarely read a book, much more finish it) . I really loved the book that is why I stongly recommend it!

Verdict:
Babyhood = 10 out of 10 stars!!!

So, I bought this hard cover Couplehood in this very cheap bookshop for only 180 pesos (little more than 3 US dollars). Even the flap and the introduction of the book are very funny that’s why I’m already excited to read it.

Verdict:
Couplehood =???

The First Step In Enjoying Books

For me, the first step in enjoying books is: having a good reading lamp. About a month ago, my reading lamp broke. I used it most of the time for reading books and magazines while lying down on my bed. Some times when I wake up in the middle of the night, I just open my lamp and read.

I like my lamp a lot. It uses halogen bulb instead of florescent. Florescent reading lamp is like most reading lamp that you see in stores. Florescent bulb produces white light, while halogen produces yellow. I don’t know exactly why, but I like yellow light better for reading. Its like, it gives more life, it gives more emotions to the book that I am reading… I guess it’s just me.

Books? I have lots of good books and magazines waiting to be read; but first things first, I need a good reading lamp.

When will I be able to start posting here? I’m bit busy now, so I’m not reading any book. Hope that I would be able to continue reading the books that I haven’t finish.
