The hubby and I have always dreamed of owing our own little vacation home. We thought we would love to have a little place off the ocean. Then two years ago we moved to Florida and now we live a mile from the coast. We really don't want to vacation near home. So we've decided to check out real estate in louisville ky. I've always loved Kentucky. I've traveled there several times in my life and it's one of my favorite states to visit. It would be so great to have a little place to enjoy our retirement years. I'm hoping we find a great deal that we can afford.

Oh How I Want a New Wedding Ring

It's been 17 years since I received my beautiful wedding ring. I still love my amazing wedding ring, but it sure would be nice to get a new ring for our wedding anniversary next year. I keep hinting around to the hubby that's it time that he upgrade my ring. I'm not sure he's catching on to all my hints. I was thinking about checking outwww.jewelryvortex.com. I heard through the grape vine that they have some amazing prices. Maybe if I can find a great deal the hubby will cave and get me that ring I've been hinting around for. I would really love one of those gorgeous platinum wedding rings. Preferably with a 1/2 carat plus diamond. Maybe this year will be the year. Fingers crossed.

Time To Visit The Cousins

It's been a while since I've made a visit to the sweet Carolina's. I've got tons of relatives who live there. It's just been hard to find the time. I've decided it's time to go check out how the family is doing and stop for a visit. The hubby and I have a trip planned in a few months. It's going to be so great to get a way for a little while. My cousin is so excited that we are coming up for a visit that she has gone crazy cleaning and preparing. So crazy in fact that she hired raleigh carpet cleaning to clean all the flooring. I'm so happy they are excited about our little visit. It's be nice to see those beautiful mountains again and breath in all that fresh mountain air.

I'm so glad that it's hump day. It's been a long week at work already. Our entire computer system decided to crash on Monday. It's been crazy trying to function without a computer system. Some how the other girls and I seem to be keeping it all together. I'm so glad that week is half way done. I'm really looking forward to the weekend. I sure need some relaxation time. I think I'm going to take the little gal and head to the beach Saturday morning. I love getting there early and watching the ocean wake up for the new day to come. Our little girl has been doing great at picking up the guitar. I'm sure a proud mama. It's great to know that she has inherited some of my musical talent. I'm so proud in fact that I've been thinking about picking a new peavey amplifiers. That little piece of equipment would sure add to her musical abilities. I'm even thinking about picking me up an old saxophone to test my musical memory. It's been along time since I picked up an instrument like this, but I think it would be a great talent. My birthday is coming up in a few months and I think I'm going to hint around to the hubby that I'd love some brass to crank out some jams.

Time For A Vacation

We've all decided to head out to Key West in a few weeks to celebrate a friends birthday. I can't wait to show her the views. She's never experienced the keys and I'm excited for her to take in all that the keys has to offer. We plan on leaving in a few weeks. We still haven't decided if we are going to take our boat. It's going to be a wonderfully fun vacation and I can't wait to get away for a few day.

Horse Back Riding Here We Come

My eight year old daughter informed me yesterday that she would like to take horseback riding lessons. She's a huge animal lover and I know she would really take to the sport. I have a friend who rides and has told me it can become a pricey hobby. So I guess I'm going to check out some places that sell used riding equipment. Hopefully I can find a great sale on riding boots kids. She will look so cute in her new riding outfit. I might even want to take up the sport myself. I've always been envious of people that know how to ride a horse. Maybe at 43 I should take the leap.

The hubby and I have been looking around to invest in a little vacation home. We've decided to look out of state where my grandparents spent there lives. As a child I've always loved North Carolina. I have great childhood and adult memories of spending summer months there. Most of all I miss spending time with my southern grandparents. Some of my family has referred us to real estate highlands nc. We really need to find a good realtor before we start our search. I would love a little place nestled in the mountains of North Carolina. I know that my little girl would love it as much as I did at her age.

It's been a tough five years for my husband and I. When the economy went down hill we went right down with it. My husbands job was lost along with our home. During all of that we considered just filing for bankruptcy. Though we never did get to that point. We scrapped and scrounged to pay our bills. Some how we seemed to keep our heads just above water. It's not been an easy journey, but we are still surviving. I came across a great blog while I was educating myself about bankruptcy. The bankruptcy blog is a great place to visit and get educated about bankruptcy. Searching the web is an amazing way to figure out what type of options are out there when you are financially have problems.

I'm not really sure how I feel about the whole immigration thing. I have friends that are illegal and have made a life for themselves here. Then I've met people that are illegal and are juicing our system for everything it has. It's a very confusing topic for me. I feel that the people that work hard to make a life here deserve a chance. I would definitely recommend checking out immigration lawyers in los angeles. Consulting with a lawyer might open up some doors for them to help them become citizens.

I've never been a huge fan of lawyers, but sometimes you have no choice but to seek out their advice. We have a friend who recently got fired from his job for sexual harassment. I'm not really sure that he did anything wrong. I truly believe that the woman who filed the charges is over reacting. He's just not that type of man. He decided that it would be good idea to hire Sexual Harassment Lawyers San Diego. You really need to know what your rights are when it comes to matters like these. I feel really bad that he lost his job and it sure doesn't look good on his resume.

Big Day Tomorrow

It's going to be a big day tomorrow. We've met so many great friends since we've moved to Florida. Actually I have more friends in my life know then ever before. Since my hubby and I have been in our home for over two months we've decided to have a little house warming party tomorrow. We've decide it would be a great idea to cook out and enjoy our new pool with all of our friends. I've been cleaning like crazy today in order to be ready for tomorrow. Everyone Needs A Health Insurance Plan

You can never plan when you are going to get seriously sick and need to be hospitalized. That's why my husband and I bought our own health insurance plan. I've had some health problems in the last 3 years and it really came in handy. I'm glad that we decided to invest in our future. My cousin recently lost her job and also lost her health care benefits. She's now in the same boat as me. She's on the search for her own plan. I told her to check out North Carolina health insurance. She recently moved to North Carolina and wasn't really sure where to begin her search. I hope she finds the plan that she's been looking for. For me all that health insurance information is a little hard to understand. I'm glad she made the choice to keep herself insured. You never know when you'll need it.

If you refer back to my previous post you'll see that I really want to invest in a trumpet. It's been a dream of mine to learn the little brass instrument. I can play the clarinet, so I'm guessing it shouldn't be very hard to learn the trumpet. Though I could be wrong. I came across an add in the paper that said trumpets for sale. I'm really going to have to call on this add. It might be just the sale I've been looking for. I know once I get my new trumpet home that everyone is going to want to take a spin at it. It's going to be great fun.

My mom has this great old piano that she gave to us. We had the intentions of signing our little girl up for piano lessons. It didn't work out like that though. We ended up moving across the country and didn't have room for it in our moving truck. So it's sitting in my moms garage waiting for someone to bring it back to life. I'm sad that we couldn't bring it, but maybe it was for the best. I've had this idea rolling around my head that maybe we should look into an electric piano. That might be a little more exciting for our little girl. My mom played piano for several years and I love listening to her play. I would love to listen to my little girl play just like that.

If you're a friend of mine then you'll know that I'm a huge lover of all types of music. I've also had the privilege to learn a few musical instruments in my time. My next new journey is to learn the trumpet. My dad played a trumpet in his younger years and seemed to really love the sound. A friend of mine told me to check out cool trumpets at WWBW. I've had my guitar for a few years now and I'm feeling like I need something new in my life. Don't get me wrong, I still love my little black guitar, but it's time for a change. We all love our furry friends. In fact we love them so much we consider them part of our family. I know because I have two of my very own furry friends. My sweet cousin also has two dogs of her own, who she loves very much. As pet owners we all know what a terrible mess they can create, especially when they are puppies. Her new puppy made a huge mess all over her new white carpet. She is so lost about how to clean white carpet. I told her to check out carpet cleaning concord nc. Well life seems to be moving right along. We've bought a home and we are both working. Our life seems to be on the right track. It's been a long and hard 5 years for us. I got very sick and my husband was laid off from his job months on end. We decided to move out of state for employment and it seems to be paying off. I hope things keeps up like this. I don't want to go back to the hard times. I'm very thankful for the up swing in our little world.

Always A Home Repair To Complete

It's been a while since we've been home owners,but it's all coming back to me. There always seems to be something that needs to be installed or repaired. We've been working on repairing the back yard. It's been extremely hot out, so the work is coming along slowly. We've been trying to repair the back yard fence and we've been going through flange nuts like crazy, not to mention all the other parts we've had to purchase. The fence is finally complete and I can't wait to sit back and enjoy the few.

Taxes Are A Pain

I don't think I know one person that really enjoys paying their taxes. I know that I sure cringe when I see my pay check or I have to pay property taxes on our home, but It's an expense that has to be paid. My poor cousin noticed a huge error on their property tax bill. The error wasn't in their favor and they had to seek out nc property tax appeals. I hope that they get this problem resolved soon. The tax bill has a $2,000.00 error. Fingers crossed it all works out for the best.

Riding Out The Storm

It's official, I've experienced my first tropical storm. It's not really a big deal. A little rain and lots of wind, but much better then a snow storm. The weather is so crazy here. One moment it's raining and then a few minutes later the sun is popping out. Even though the weather is crazy I truly love living in the sunshine state. I can't complain when I'm living in paradise.

Enjoying My New Space To Play My Music

We moved in our new home a few weeks ago and I'm really enjoying all of our new space. It's great to be able to play my guitar and not worry about bothering the neighbors. I've been practicing more often and enjoying every minute of it. I was even thinking about picking up bass strings from musicians friend. I have a friend of a friend who wants to sell all of his old guitar equipment and I think it's time that I upgrade my old musical friend. My little girl has even taken an interest in trying to learn the guitar. It's great to watch her try and strum a tune.

We finally purchased another home and moved in a few weeks ago. I never thought it would happen, but it did. We are so happy in our new home and it's great to have our own space again. Our sweet dogs are loving their new back yard and have lots of room to run. It's a nice feeling to just sit in our screened in porch and watch my furry friends enjoy the new yard. We are still unpacking and it seems we have so much more stuff then three years ago. It's going to take a while to settle in, but it will be all worth it. s

Loving The Sound Of My Guitar

Last weekend we had the chance to hang out with some friends at the pool. One of our friends is an amazing guitarist and we had the chance to listen to him jam with my electric guitar. He even decided to sing along with his playing. It was a great way to spend time with our friends. He was telling us that he recently just picked up a mf les paul. Wow, what an amazing guitar. He was so proud to show it off. He's is a great musican and loves playing his music. I can only hope that one day I will be able to play the guitar as well as him.
