The F.A.P alliance faced its biggest obstacle of the season thus far with two of the members on the block. The week started with Drew as the target, and now it looks like Mallory is gone unless she wins the BB Block Buster.

The House seems to want to keep Drew, but we could see a shift by Thursday. For now, the houseguests spent most of their day enjoying the backyard and lounging.

Big Brother 28 Live Feed Highlights – Monday, August 24, 2026:

8:07 AM BBT- Houseguests wake for the day.

8:35 AM BBT – Dee and LaTrice talk. LaTrice asks Dee for advice on Devens, because she knows she needs to gain his trust. Dee tells LaTrice that her new target is Mallory. LaTrice warns Dee to be careful with Barrett because he’s well liked and can win competitions.

9:14 AM BBT – Drew tells Devens that they need to just reenforce Dee’s nomination decision, because she’s not changing it. They need to encourage Mallory to win the competition. They discuss the potential of Mallory nominating him if she wins Head of Household.

9:22 AM BBT – Yash and Barrett discuss how upsetting it is that Mallory is the one going up.

9:29 AM BBT – Drew and Devens discuss the possibility of Mallory coming after the vets because of Dee’s move. Devens says that doesn’t make him want to keep her in the game. Devens also points out that Mallory may be a threat in the game. He doesn’t know if Taylor is one.

10:00 AM BBT – Devens fills Dee in on his meeting with Drew. Devens says that he’s already setting up the idea of going after Mallory instead of Taylor. Dee says she hopes Mallory doesn’t win the BB Block Buster.

10:32 PM BBT – LaTrice and Barrett discuss last week’s vote. She now knows she’s dispensable and underestimated by everyone. She wants to form something. He says he would be down to work with her and apologize for the nomination ceremony.

10:46 PM BBT – Dee checks on Barrett. She says it’s okay if he’s sad about Mallory.

10:53 AM BBT – Dee tells Devens that she doesn’t think Barrett is mad at her. He’s just sad. She thinks he’s super loyal. They talk about planning for double evictions and future evictions down the line. They also discuss Mallory being nominated and the target this week.

11:16 AM BBT – Mallory and Barrett have a talk about his discussions with Dee and LaTrice. He says that his talk with Dee didn’t change her mind. He mentions how LaTrice wanted clarification on why no one stood up for her or was on her side.

1135 AM BBT – Mallory and Melody discuss the possibility of the votes flipping against Mallory because she’s seen as a bigger threat. She points out that she hasn’t won a competition in awhile.

12:11 PM BBT – Feeds go down for the Power of Veto Ceremony.

1:22 PM BBT – Feeds return. LaTrice used the Veto. Dee named Mallory as her replacement.

1:27 PM BBT – Mallory punches a pillow.

1:28 PM BBT – Devens tells Drew that he’s more scared of Mallory than Taylor as a competitor.

1:29 PM BBT – Drew, Mallory, and Devens joke about Drew tackling Taylor during the BB Block Buster, so that she can’t win it.

1:30 PM BBT – Melody tells Barrett her fears that everyone changes their mind and votes out Mallory. They count the potential votes this week. Barrett thinks they would probably not get rid of Drew, but knows Mallory is a possibility. They need Mallory to win the BB Block Buster.

1:32 PM BBT – LaTrice lets Taylor know that Dee told her that Mallory is the target. She wants to break up the four.

1:35 PM BBT – Melody and Mallory talk about believing that any deal Yash made with Dee being fake because he rejected the $5,000 when she offered it last time. They think he will still go after the vets.

1:42 PM BBT – Mallory suggests a plan to Melody that Mallory plays on Angela’s emotions tonight. This would ensure that she doesn’t vote her out this week. Mallory wants to claim that she will wants the Mosh Pit to work and not target Dee. Mallory wants to nominate Dee next week and reject any money offers.

 

Despite today being a major day in the Big Brother house, not much happened. Everyone knew that Mallory would find herself on the block, so there wasn’t much of a rejection. They got those emotions out on Sunday. Now all the nominees can do all week is wait and see if they survive the block.

For the second straight week, the Big Brother 28 house has proven that having power and actually being able to control the game are two very different things.

Dee entered Week 7 in an excellent position. After watching Yash’s HOH reign blow up when Devens used the Diamond Power of Veto to save her and send Kamu to the block instead, Dee won Head of Household and immediately had another opportunity to shape the game. She nominated Drew, Lala and Taylor, putting multiple players outside the core of the Icons in danger.

Then Lala won the Power of Veto.

That forced Dee to make a decision, and she ultimately followed through with the plan that had been circulating in the house. At the Veto Ceremony, Lala used the Power of Veto on herself and Dee named Mallory as the replacement nominee.

On paper, that is a pretty aggressive move.

Mallory is part of the Mosh Pit, the large majority alliance that was formed just last week following Devens’ Diamond Power of Veto play. The alliance was supposed to give the Icons and their closest allies a numbers advantage moving forward. Instead, one of its own members is now on the block.

And that brings us to one of the strangest themes of Big Brother 28: These houseguests cannot seem to stop turning on their own alliances.

It has happened over and over again.

The Mosh Pit itself barely had time to get comfortable before its members started looking at one another as potential targets. Big Brother Network reported that Dee was already considering turning on the alliance almost immediately after it formed, with Mallory becoming a potential target depending on how the veto played out.

That is hardly an isolated incident.

The season has been filled with players creating alliances for protection, only to immediately start figuring out how to get rid of the people sitting beside them. Players have repeatedly voted against supposed allies, shared information that was supposed to stay secret and formed new groups with people they had just been targeting.

The result is a house where alliances seem to have an expiration date measured in days rather than weeks. And yet, somehow, the Icons keep benefiting from it. That is the part that makes this week so fascinating. Or is it frustrating? It’s one of the F words.

The Mosh Pit was supposed to be a way for the majority to consolidate power. Instead, the group is already showing cracks, with Melody and Mallory reportedly feeling like they were brought into the alliance more for numbers than genuine influence.

Now Mallory is sitting on the block.  If she goes home, the Icons will have once again helped eliminate someone outside their core while maintaining their own safety. If she survives, she has every reason to question whether continuing to work with the Mosh Pit is worth it. Either way, the alliance takes another hit.

But the bigger problem for everyone else is that the Icons continue to be protected no matter how much the house turns on itself. Look at the last two weeks.

Yash won HOH and took a shot at the Icons by nominating Dee, Angela and Haley. That should have been the week when the power structure finally cracked. Instead, Devens’ Diamond Power of Veto saved Dee and put Kamu in her place. Kamu ultimately went home, and the Icons survived.

Then Dee won HOH. Now she has used that power to put another non-Icon player in danger.

It is almost comical at this point. Every time someone thinks they have finally found an opportunity to take control of the game, the target somehow shifts back toward somebody outside the core power structure.

That does not mean the Icons are playing a flawless game. In fact, their aggressive tactics are creating plenty of enemies. Their relationships with the other players are becoming increasingly complicated, and the constant shifting of alliances could eventually come back to bite them. But for now, it is working.

The biggest mistake the rest of the house may be making is assuming that because the alliances are changing, the power structure is changing with them.It isn’t. The names of the alliances may change. The people sitting in them may change. Players may turn on one another almost immediately after promising to work together.

But the Icons continue to find themselves on the right side of those changes. That is why Dee’s decision to nominate Mallory is so important. It is another example of a houseguest using power to weaken someone who was supposed to be part of the same majority rather than taking a direct shot at the players who have been running the game.

At some point, somebody is going to have to break that cycle. Otherwise, Big Brother 28 can continue forming new alliances, destroying old ones and blindsiding supposed allies every single week. The power structure may look completely different from one Monday to the next.

But if the same people keep being protected, does the structure really change at all? For now, the answer appears to be no.

The alliances are falling apart. The Icons are still standing. But one thing they seem to be forgetting about is jury management. Just ask this week’s veto host, Paul.

Well they weren’t going to top last week’s Veto Meeting this time around, but Dee gave it a shot with her alliance-betraying move this week at the Ceremony. With the meeting finished the final nominations of Week 7 on Big Brother 28 are now set.

Next stop for these Noms is the BB Block Buster on Thursday night where they’ll have a chance at immediate safety from this week’s eviction. And let’s hope we get some campaigning along the way because on Monday morning there was little to no effort by the new target to avoid this fate.

Power of Veto Ceremony Spoilers – Week 7

• LaLa used the Veto on herself
• Dee named Mallory as the renom
• Drew, Mallory, & Taylor are this week’s final Noms

The plan now for the Vets is to keep Drew but send out Mallory. If Taylor wins the Buster then Drew stays over Mallory. If Mallory wins the Buster then Drew will likely stay. If Drew wins the BBBB… I think Mallory is done and out the door with Taylor staying.

Mallory took the renoms plan hard last night as did Melody while Drew and Barrett seemed more shocked and scared than ready to do anything about it. FAP declared they were ready to go to war over Dee’s betrayal but when the sun came up Monday no one was doing or saying much about it. Maybe that’ll change as the week goes on? Or maybe they’re waiting for the right time to strike? Big Brother is not a passive game here, HGs.

It is Veto Ceremony Day inside the Big Brother 28 house and how the tables have turned! As we saw on Sunday night’s episode, Dee won HOH and nominated Drew, Lala, and Taylor for eviction in Week 7 of BB28. Now that the Power of Veto Competition has been played and a winner has been crowned, it’s time to find out which Big Brother houseguests could be on the block going into the live show. Read on for the details!

Saturday brought the Veto Competition, and Lala pulled out the win, securing her safety for the week. This means that Dee will have to make a decision on who to put up in her place. In order to protect her alliance and stay true to her deal with Yash, the easy choice would be Haley. However, Friday morning before the Nomination Ceremony, Dee had promised Haley that she wasn’t going up this week.

However, this is not the route Dee plans on going. Dee is planning on renoming a member of the newly formed Mosh Pit alliance. Dee explained to Mallory that she was considering her as a renom because she made a deal with Yash and knows he wouldn’t put her up. She also knows that Haley won’t put her up, but she can’t say the same for Mallory. She also pointed out that Mallory and Yash are really close, to which Mallory explained to her that she is not in an alliance with Yash. Dee did tell her and the other members of FAP that Taylor is the target, but what happens if Taylor wins the Block Buster?

Dee mentioned to Barrett that she knows the worst-case scenario would be if Taylor wins the Block Buster and Mallory and Drew are sitting next to each other. Dee also knows that, at this point, she has blown up the Mosh Pit alliance and doesn’t seem to understand the potential repercussions of that. With the Mosh Pit done, it’s Dee, Devens, and Angela against the house.

Sunday was a warzone for the FAP alliance of Barrett, Drew, Mallory, and Melody as they finally started to clue in on the fact of the Vets walking all over them and dragging them along for the convenience of votes and safety insulation so far on Big Brother 28. It’s kinda late for this though.

We’ve watched all season as Barrett was Dee’s lapdog and Drew played it up as Deven’s little brother, doing whatever the “wiser” Vets told them to do and reporting back at every move they could, often at the cost of their own progress. Sure, it helped keep the two Newbies pretty comfortable but certainly not “safe” in the way they probably expected. Not that Barrett was ever in any danger, but Drew can’t stop catching flak from his own allies for doing what they sent him out to do!

Then on Sunday, Dee revealed to Drew and then Barrett that she was planning to renom Mallory. Just as a pawn right? Right?? Heh. Dee kept up the cover story that this was just holding a spot and Taylor was her target, but that’s not true. The Vets would be happy to send Mallory out the door and FAP has got to wake up and see that.

Once Mallory learned from Dee of this plan she told Melody who was maybe even more upset than Mallory had been (Mallory paced and sobbed). FAP gathered late in the night to commiserate as Mallory pointed out all the flaws in Dee’s justification, saying she couldn’t renom Yash because she had already done that and now they’re even (both having nominated each other once). From out here we know the real reason Dee won’t renom Yash.

Dee has that BB Bribe arrangement with Yash and she doesn’t want to waste her $5K investment by sending him out the door instead of keeping him for at least one more HOH so they can be safe that round. Dee told Drew and Barrett that she had used her power and gained safety from Yash, but lied and said it was just to protect her. Remember that it protects all the Vets which makes this Bribe pretty much an anti-FAP deal in return.

FAP was worked up overnight with Mallory saying she wanted to stay, win HOH, and tell Dee to watch out. Melody says this move by Dee “means war.” Yeah, okay, but now you’ve gotta actually do something about it. Campaign for the votes and start winning something useful. AND STOP throwing HOH comps you dolts! Mallory admitting she held back in the latest HOH comp and we already saw Barrett had done the same.

Can FAP survive having both Drew and Mallory on the Block come Thursday night? Yes, but it won’t be easy. Obviously if Taylor wins the Block Buster then FAP is DOA. But if either Mallory or Drew wins it then they’ll need to swing 5 votes to keep the FAP who doesn’t win safety. That gets tougher.

If Mallory wins the BBBB then I do think Drew would be saved by the Vets and obviously by FAP. But if Drew gets the win Mallory is done and gone. FAP would have 3 votes without Devens and Angela and that’s two short of the 5 threshold to avoid a Dee tiebreaker against Mallory (she’d break it in Taylor’s favor). They would need Yash and Haley as those two extra votes. Haley is not going against Angela and Dee. Maybe Yash would if he knew they’d align with him to go after the Vets, but he already knows Taylor would do that too, so what’s his motive to keep a group of four together?

Hmm, so yeah I think FAP needs Mallory to win the BBBB for a chance at their survival. Otherwise this is a “too little, too late” attempt by the four Newbies and it could have been avoided. Future HGs, be wary of Vets! This happens so much it’s frustrating. Ah well.

There was nothing calm or quiet about Sunday in Big Brother 28 house after it got off to a late start but roared through the night with the reveal of Dee’s renom plans for Monday’s Veto meeting.

LaLa is going to be coming down from the Block and Dee is looking to send Mallory up in her place. That’ll be two members of the Mosh Pit on the Block during Dee’s HOH which makes it very clear to FAP that this alliance was a bogus move just to shore up votes against Kamu. They’re kinda regretting things now. Read on for the rest.

Big Brother 28 Live Feed Highlights – Sunday, August 23, 2026:

9:30 AM BBT – HGs got their wake-up call.

9:35 AM BBT – Barrett and Haley talking on the Balcony. She is disappointed that LaLa won the Veto but thinks Drew will be safe this week. Haley says LaLa is going to follow Angela around like a puppy today.

9:40 AM BBT – Dee talks with Yash that HGs think he’s going to be the renom but he isn’t. She’s working on her reasons she can say why she didn’t renom him.

10:10 AM BBT – Melody and Mallory discuss that they’re probably safe because the Vets want them to help fill the Jury. Melody would not be happy about being in Jury with Haley. They think she could be the renom option for Monday.

11:40 AM BBT – LaLa talks with Taylor, saying Angela is using her emotions like a loose cannon but with intent.

12:00 PM BBT – Haley talking with Angela that Taylor is probably staying in her pod this morning because of their argument.

12:10 PM BBT – Melody apologizes to LaLa for being grumpy earlier and says it wasn’t about LaLa.

12:45 PM BBT – Taylor is trying to talk with Haley about their argument the day before but Haley isn’t having it. Haley says she doesn’t want to get into a talk that’s going to make her feel bad. Taylor warns her that she may see this in her DRs then.

12:50 PM BBT – Devens talks with Dee about letting Barrett know that Mallory is the planned renom and maybe about the BB Bribe deal she has with Yash. Devens worries about them needing LaLa’s vote to keep Drew. He thinks all the recent misbehavior is going to make this hard to happen. The idea is that if Mallory wins the Buster then Taylor goes. But if Taylor or Drew wins then Mallory goes. They want to keep Drew if possible.

1:00 PM BBT – Barrett, Drew, and Melody discuss the votes with Drew up against Taylor and whether they have what they need to keep him. They discuss the possible renoms and think Drew will be safe against any of them.

1:05 PM BBT – Taylor apologized to Drew about accusing him of going through her things. She believes him now and both agree everything is okay. (Taylor did not return his hairbrush though.)

1:10 PM BBT – Barrett shares that he doesn’t know how to swim. Devens offers to teach him.

1:45 PM BBT – Taylor goes over to talk with Angela and Haley. Taylor mentions how people stop talking when she approaches. Angela is defensive and says she’s already apologized about that.

2:30 PM BBT – Dee breaking the news to Drew that Mallory will be the renom plan. Drew is worried that Melody and Barrett will vote to keep Mallory over him. She lets him know she made a deal with Yash but she does not mention that Devens and Angela are also protected.

2:40 PM BBT – Drew is worried and wants to make sure Taylor is still the target even with him and Mallory on the Block. Dee assures him that’s the plan (it is not).

2:45 PM BBT – Dee tells Drew that she is loyal to him and Barrett, but M&M would target her.

3:30 PM BBT – FAP has gathered with Dee upstairs… After the rest leaves Dee starts to tell Barrett her plan.

3:45 PM BBT – Barrett isn’t giving any resistance to Dee’s plan to renom Mallory. He’s just listening and nodding. Dee also tells him about the Bribe with Yash but again excludes the part of Angela and Devens being covered too.

4:00 PM BBT – Dee is telling Barrett that she is choosing him over Mallory and she is going to be the renom. Dee does admit that she could choose to put Yash up if she wanted since it’s only his end of the Bribe that is required to be upheld. Dee lays it out that Barrett could end up the swing vote between Drew or Mallory going home on Thursday. And if there is a tie (8 votes this week) then she will break it in Drew’s favor.

4:30 PM BBT – Drew and Barrett discuss Dee’s plans now that they both know. They agree that they’re expendable to the Vets. They discuss how Dee says she’d break the tie to keep Drew. Drew says Dee has been constantly bad for his game. He tells Barrett this is their excuse to blow it up next week. Barrett promises Drew his support in the vote this week.

4:50 PM BBT – Devens pretends to Drew and Barrett that he overheard them, but he didn’t. He camtalks that he said this to get them to reveal what they had said.

5:00 PM BBT – Drew is back upstairs with Dee and he’s upset. Dee says she won’t give up her game for M&M.

5:10 PM BBT – Drew downstairs talking with Devens and retelling parts of what he discussed with Barrett about them being upset that Mallory is going up.

5:20 PM BBT – Devens tells Drew he is not at the bottom of his allies list.

5:30 PM BBT – Drew is upset that Haley knows he won a power. Dee says she didn’t tell her and that’s Drew’s problem to figure out, not hers.

5:35 PM BBT – Melody worries to Mallory that Drew will retell to Dee what she was telling him.

5:45 PM BBT – Barrett trying to defend Mallory to Dee & Devens, saying she wouldn’t nominate the Vets, but they say after this she would and they are running out of alternatives who she could nominate.

6:10 PM BBT – Dee warns Barrett that Drew needs to stop playing the middle. She is trying to persuade Barrett that she is okay with Drew now though.

6:20 PM BBT – Dee tells Barrett he can talk badly about her to Mallory to help cover this. Barrett says he won’t do that.

6:30 PM BBT – Dee brings Mallory up to the HOH room and tells her she is the planned renom. Dee says Haley won’t put her up and Yash won’t either if she doesn’t put him up this week.

6:35 PM BBT – Mallory is shocked and confused by this news. She reminds Dee they’re in an alliance together but Dee says Mallory is close with Taylor. Mallory says this move will upset more people than if she puts someone else up. Dee agrees, but isn’t changing her mind.

6:40 PM BBT – Mallory is upset, saying Dee told her she was safe and Dee admits she did say that. Dee says she will keep thinking about it overnight.

6:45 PM BBT – Dee camtalks that Mallory going is good for her game.

6:55 PM BBT – Mallory has been downstairs crying in her pod.

7:15 PM BBT – Mallory asks Angela for help. Angela pretends to not know what’s happening about the renom but will go talk to Dee. Angela hurries upstairs and tells Dee.

7:20 PM BBT – Mallory was pacing the pod bedroom.

7:30 PM BBT – Barrett is comforting Mallory and telling her how upset he is (also he did nothing to contest Dee’s plans…).

7:40 PM BBT – Melody joins them in the pod room.

7:45 PM BBT – Melody leaves. She is very upset at this news of the renom.

7:55 PM BBT – Melody was upstairs in the gym room and furious. She says they messed up. BB calls her to the DR and she goes after a few requests.

8:10 PM BBT – Melody points out to Barrett that the Vets just used them to get Kamu out because if Kamu was still here then he would have put the Vets up. Barrett claims he tried to get Yash and Haley on the Block. Melody says this means war.

8:25 PM BBT – FAP is in the pod room. Mallory is so upset that Dee is putting her up again. Says Dee’s excuse was that she had already done it once before but notes that she put up Yash before too.

8:50 PM BBT – Mallory admits she threw the HOH comp to Dee because she trusted her. (Sigh.)

9:15 PM BBT – Mallory says if she goes this week then she’s going to spread trash about Dee out there.

9:30 PM BBT – Devens worries that Drew and Barrett could be driven to the other side with the votes from all this.

10:30 PM BBT – Dee has Barrett and Drew upstairs. Drew says she’s trying to keep Mallory encouraged to go out there and win the Block Buster (expecting then that the votes keep him over Taylor).

10:50 PM BBT – Mallory points out the Vets are scared because it’s 3 of them to their 4 but if they get one of them (FAP) out then it’ll be 3 to 3. Even then, Mallory notes it’ll be up to Devens to win and keep the Vets safe.

11:10 PM BBT – Drew and Barrett talking. Barrett says he’s really confused. Drew says the Vets are just making it easy for them to pick a side. Drew thinks Devens would side with them over Dee now after she did this move. (No.)

11:50 PM BBT – Mallory wants to wear PJs to the Veto meeting and try to call out Dee.

12:10 AM BBT – Mallory is making plans for staying and winning HOH. She wants Dee to have to give her the HOH key so she can tell Dee it’s a bad day to be her (Dee).

12:45 AM BBT – Barrett, Drew, and Mallory discussing the possible Block Buster comps. The guys don’t know the rope strategy but Mallory says the idea is to keep a little slack on your line.

12:55 AM BBT – Drew tells Mallory that Thursday will be a great day because they’re both going to stay and then one of them will win HOH. Mallory says she wants to win the Buster and HOH herself.

1:05 AM BBT – Melody asks Drew if the Vets really want Taylor out this week instead of FAP. Drew says yes. (No, not really.)

1:30 AM BBT – Melody tells Drew he is frustrating her because he’s not taking thing seriously. She wants him to lock in and try. He promises her he is. Drew thanks Melody for keeping him grounded when he needs that reminder.

2:00 AM BBT – Drew and Melody have gone off to bed.

This is going to be another high pressure Block Buster and vote. If Taylor wins the BBBB then it looks like Mallory is toast but she’s got several days to work and campaign so it’s time for her to stop being so passive on the social level and get to work. Can she pull it off?
