Two months back I was introduced to Essilor’s Crizal Forte UV lenses and at that moment it had caught right to my attention. It is awesome to know what you are using especially for viewing. As usual I don’t bother much on what I buy especially the eyewear lenses and the only area that I wil take notice would be the frame brand or maker. After such new know how knowledge that I had picked up on that day, I decided to have a new look using Crizal Forte UV lenses.

It is about time to get new pair of specs as I had been carrying mine for nearly three years. I had two, one with a black wooden frame and the other was a leopard print frame. As for the lenses I was not to sure what presciption I had on them. This time I definitely know what I want, the lenses must have UV light protection, improved scratch resistance and light.

It was at Optical 88 Mid Valley I managed to choose two TITUS frames that I adored, one was a black plastice frame and the other was a copper metal frame. I always keep two pairs as one I will wear them at home and the other while I am working. Now I instructed to the opticianist that the lenses must have high UV protection and scratch resistance. With a smile I whispered to the him, “Please get me Crizal Fort UV!” He returned with a smile too. I presumed he knows what I want best.

After a week I came back to collect my eyewear and they were fabulous. I do look different now . . . . . .. . . more handsome and not sure about being sexy, lol! Wearing the new ones, I had a better clearer vision. Just love them.

Next time when you are getting your new eyewear do make sure you know what prescribe lenses you are getting. Like myself I now prefer using Crizal Forte UV by Essilor. Just awesome as I can see well and well protected !

H-Artistry returns this year with the first Global Art of Mixing party slated for Penang, promising an elevated experience revolving around H-Artistry’s trademark offering: an unmatched, super-clubbing experience featuring a sensational mix of sight, sound and taste. The first of two H-Artistry events planned for 2013 will be taking over the Penang Island this 25 May, at the newly refurbished SPICE (Subterranean Penang International Convention and Exhibition Centre) formerly known as PISA (Penang International Sports Arena).

Non-Political Individuals cannot represent the Chinese in the next cabinet lineup as we had concluded over our early morning coffee talk at Ah Huat Coffeeshop with uncles and aunties. How can one be able to accept any individuals whether professionals or even Ah Longs to represent us the Chinese community in the cabinet when they are not elected by the community and foremost these individuals do not have any political knowledge and experience.

Therefore the government should not break the partisan culture in the appointment of the cabinet delegation. Government itself should be appointing the winning members of the parliament current or past or even any individuals with such criteria and political know how include vast political experience. To work towards national reconciliation, the Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak should play his cards right and not creating another havoc in the next GE.

Was at Fresca recently meeting up with friends over long chat as we had not meet for ages due to work. It was a nice weekeday evening that we meet over a few glasses of cocktails like magarita. We started with something like which was my favourite, tacos alambre. Just love their fluffy tacos filled with beef topping.

A plate of Nachos Grande was paraded in front of my naked eye without any hesistation. We the plate itself consists of tortilla chips layering with refried beans, Monterey Jack Cheese, Ground Beef, Jalapeno Chillies, Guacamole and Sour Cream which was just addictive as usual here at Fresca.

Fresca Chicken Drumettes was just taste fabulously, intense with flavour while the sauce just felt awesome. I have a couple myself without any difficulties.

The Polla a la Parilla was delicious, just love thos succulent and well marinate chicken that came with rice. Definitely a very fulfilling dish for the night after a few light intakes.

We shared the dessert, the apple enchiladas that came with a scoop of ice-cream. Just love the filling, caramelised apple at got to my heart as I am a apple lover. It was a great night our catching with friends over a meal at Fresca after a short window shopping at The Gardens Mid Valley.

We return to Lee Hong Kee’s new location as they have to a much more better shoplots not far from the old venue. This time Chef Khiew a friend from facebook joined us on a food trail. The first dish that came to gourmet us was their specialty roasted chicken. A standing roast looked elegantly stunning and simple. It came as a whole while scissor and hand glove were needed to dismentle the chicken. As usual it was an awesome treat that evening

Stinking Bean Fish in BBQ Sauce

We were introduced to this fish dish and I do admit it was a spot on choice without any regrets. The coated sauce was truly refreshing, simply tasty and the present of stinking bean totally enhanced the taste as whole for this dish. The fish was crisp and had a great feel of biting texture. Nice.

Chilled Wild Fern with Lime Juice

As usual my favourite poached chilled wild fern drizzled with lime juice was still at it’s best. Crunchy and refreshing.

Already having the world’s fourth largest flight network and flying to 221 flight destinations in 98 countries, Turkish Airlines continues to grow by adding flights to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Beginning 25th April 2013, roundtrip flights between Istanbul and Kuala Lumpur will be operated three times per week on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Introductory round trip fares are available from Istanbul to Kuala Lumpur starting from RM 2,140 (including taxes and fees).

The inaugural flight TK060 departed Istanbul Atatürk Airport, Turkey, 1:15AM (Istanbul Time) for Kuala Lumpur, representing the first Turkish Airline flight to Kuala Lumpur since 2002, when flights were routed via Bangkok. Flight TK 060 arrived at Gate C2 of KL International Airport (KLIA) at 4:50PM (Kuala Lumpur Time) to a water cannon salute.

The A340-300 aircraft had a total of 270 passengers and 9 crew members on board. Among the VIPs on board the flight were Ismail Gercek, Member of the Board, Turkish Airlines, Mehmet Nuri Yaz?c?, Member of the Board, Turkish Airlines, Ahmet Olmu?tur, Senior Vice President for Revenue Management, Turkish Airlines, Ufuk Ugur, Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Asia and Far East, Turkish Airlines and Y. Passengers arrived to a cultural performance, organised by Tourism Malaysia, and were greeted by H.E.
