You can take surprising position and made outlandish kinda analogy or simply do the opposite of what you do normally. People will certainly pay attention if you are getting unexpected. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Get funny, make people laugh – &lt;/b&gt;Bloggers can get really serious at times. They are so busy with teaching people that they forget to entertain. Hence a lot of readers can fall asleep half way through the post. The best way to avoid this is to use humour according to your audience.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Tell them more about you – &lt;/b&gt;A lot of readers are always curious to know more about you. You can write about your experiences or about how you came out with your blog. I just read a blog where in the author had jot down his daily schedule. I have been following that guy for sometime and hence was interested to know how he spent his time.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Get startling by being honest –&lt;/b&gt; Tell them truth once in a while. Get so honest that you will be scared to hit the post button. I occasionally get so honest that my lawyer starts to feel the heat. Do this once in a while; people will certainly get attracted to it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Tell an interesting piece of news –&lt;/b&gt; A lot of bloggers are writing about latest things that Google is doing. This is great for Google but bloggers aren’t getting any real benefit. Only the first person who breaks the story matters the most. He gets all the links, traffic and authority and rest all is relegated as echoes. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Predict the future –&lt;/b&gt; This too is sure to attract attention. Use your intuitive powers and predict something haphazard about the future. Claim something bizarre that is going to happen soon. People will certainly start talking about you.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

They say a picture is worth a thousand words and hence you should put in a picture in all articles. They give some life to the article and social networking freaks will love it especially if it is creative, funny, and relates to the content.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;4 Use videos&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This should be used cautiously because this might get overdone. I put it in my blogs if I think it adds value to my content. Also, you should put small text paragraphs after the video. This shows that you took some time to get the video and it is important from the SEO perspective too.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;5 Keep it short and simple&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You might have heard this a zillion times but its importance can’t be emphasized enough. The blog posts should wind up in maximum of 500-750 words. Most people out there don’t read more than a couple of sentences. If the article is too long, they will just scan through it. Blog commenting is really good way to build relationships. Leaving comments on other blogs can be quite overwhelming if you combine it with regular blogging activities. I know that commenting on other blogs is important but I can’t devote an entire day for it. Hence, there is a need for efficient blog commenting. By efficient, I mean working smart instead of working hard. You should get more work done in less time. Here I am giving you two tips which I follow –&lt;br /&gt;

I use Twitter for promoting my content by engaging with others. For commenting, relationships need to be given more priority than promotion.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I don’t follow a lot of people, so there is not much chance that I would get distracted. You can say that I am crazy but I do not want much noise. They start following me, then wait to see if I am following them too and if I don’t they unfollow me.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Twitter must be used like a tool for finding good blogs for commenting. One advantage of this is that unlike RSS reader, where I just see the blogs that I visit, Twitter helps me in finding new blogs. If the blog content is impressive, I add it to my list of RSS subscription and then become a reader &amp;amp; commenter. I have used this approach a lot and it has got me good traffic.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
B) Use RSS feeds and organize them&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

This is because of two reasons –&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Reading blogs through feeds involves fewer distractions even if you have turned on the email notifiers.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;I’d never submit any of my email address details to blogs without going through the content first. Reading the content of the blog through feeds let me examine the content quality and then I decide whether to submit my email details or not.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
RSS feeds aren’t just for reading the blogs that you like the most, they also help you with blog commenting. I used Google reader to schedule my blog commenting because i find it quite organized. I put away 30 minutes everyday for visiting Google reader and commenting on the unread posts.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Also, if feeds are full then you will save a click. I got through the post in RSS reader and then click only if I wish to comment on it. This saves me a lot of time.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I use Chrome browser and have put in an extension for this. Firefox too has a couple of such extensions available.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

A lot of writers spend loads of time thinking about what to write. If you keep a list of ideas, you will be able to start writing faster.&lt;br /&gt;

2 – Your ideas should incubate – You might throw a brilliant idea away by sitting and forcing yourself to think of supporting information. Instead, let the topic sit for some time and supporting ideas for it will come automatically. You can then start writing about it.&lt;br /&gt;

3 – Editing before writing – Once you have a topic in mind, you might have a ton of supporting ideas for it. So it is really necessary to get brutal and kill the supporting ideas that you don’t need. Remember, I am talking about how to write an article in 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;

4 – Use bullets – Long stories can be pretty boring. Instead, you can use bullets as they are to the point and the readers can easily see what you are trying to say by just looking the points. A lot of people are too lazy to read the entire essay. Short bullets will hold their attention for longer time.&lt;br /&gt;

6 – Do come back later – If you are struck with writers block and don’t know what to do then stop writing. Don’t force yourself to think of ideas. Instead, work on something else and then if some inspiration strikes you, get back to that article. You can also switch from one post to another. The ideas will surely come and you will end up saving a lot of time.&lt;br /&gt;

7 – Don’t save good ideas – When you first go through your list of ideas, you might think of saving the good ones for later because they are easy to write. I have heard a lot of words of praises for Twitter and I decided to give it a try. Initially, it was very hard for me and I didn’t understand it. But later I was really shocked at the level of access I got to high profile individuals. It is important to follow the right kind of people on Twitter. You will find that there are a couple of people who are very good at building relationships. When I followed these online community builders, I realized that they are great response copywriters. They get their followers on Twitter for taking action. &lt;br /&gt;

I spend sleepless nights putting together a plan for Twitter and started using TweetLater. I created strategies, used mindcap, varied the time of tweets and also used BUDurls for tracking the results and for improving my plan of tweeting. &lt;br /&gt;

Now, when I find time between my projects, I simply log on to Twitter and watch what people are talking about. While tweeting I impart some useful resource and information to my followers. There are also questions and surveys. Through this strategies, I saw an increase in enquires about my business after I set up my Twitter campaign. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
My friend, on the other hand, took a different approach. She was a bit skeptical of Twitter initially. She told me that only teenagers would really send such small messages. Twitter was just for sending updates. She told me that there is no time for updates and who would actually care for reading them?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
She then came across a friend in her office who was using Twitter since a long time and recommended it. My friend then discovered Twitter as a great business tool. She has been in one niche for about ten years and knows the players even though they don’t know her. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
She made an account on Twitter and started following people that she respected. She says that they wouldn’t have had a chance of getting her name in front of industry experts, industry analysts or vendors had it not been for Twitter. She has had plenty of Twitter conversations that have gone on to become personal conversations. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For staying on the top of the mind with the experts, she is now offering interesting links, responding to tweets and posting thoughts for the conversation a couple of times everyday.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

No matter how good the article is, a reader might get turned off if the article looks too boring. For instance, take the headline of this post, it makes you wanna read further right? I would even go on to say that a lame article will be read with great enthusiasm if the headline is good. First impression makes the last impression and this holds true here as well. I am writing about five ways through which you can easily make your readers read further. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Sharing anecdotes or quotes – Anecdotes are small stories that make people laugh and establish the main point of the post immediately. A good quote from a big well known person or a famous celebrity can work wonders for holding attention of the readers in the crucial opening seconds. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Invoking the eye of the mind – Producing mental image in the mind of the reader is a very powerful thing that a writer can ever do. It is important to engage the imagination of the reader. Start your article with words like ‘do you remember when’, ‘picture this’ or ‘imagine’.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Using similes, metaphors, or analogies – Similes, metaphors, and analogies too are very powerful devices while telling stories in single sentence. It easily grabs the attention of the reader and acts for provoking the mental imagery which allows reader to tell the story to them. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Citing shocking statistics – Starting off with interesting factoids is a good technique. People like reading numbers, interesting data but it has to be shocking, startling, or unique. This statistic should be relevant to the point of the post as well. &lt;/li&gt;

That unknown person could well be you, a blogger, a writer, or a journalist or a wordsmith of any kind. That is secondary. What is primary is this; if you are anything like me, you will struggle to come up with catch headlines of any kind. It’s why when I write an article or a post, I simply keep my title as “Title goes here” so that I can put in something, anything, at the end. I am no intellectual giant, but I’m not a mental midget either. And yet, my mental muscles strain to create anything resembling one of those catchy headlines we all love. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And so, when all else fails, I turn for inspiration to elsewhere. Books, magazines, TV shows, songs, ads…this one time I just stared out of a window and sought inspiration from the world at large. True story. Sometimes, I even Google collections of catchy headlines that (I hope) will spark my imagination. Admittedly, I even turn to The Onion sometimes. They’re brilliant with some of their headlines, they really are. But whatever medium I use to browse through headlines, I find that the best ones always get to me and plant a thought inside my head that takes root and grows, in a different context to the original headline of course. &lt;br /&gt;

Headlines are just so important because it’s what hooks readers on to the idea or business you’re trying to sell. I believe that the opening lines are also of great importance, but they work in tandem with a great headline. The most catchy headlines will always depend on the writer understanding what works with his target audience and then taking a somewhat original approach to coming up with his own headline. I say “somewhat” because it’s very hard to come up with a headline that is absolutely unique and path-breaking in every way. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Try to understand why a headline you wrote worked or failed. There is no easy way around this, but once you do get this down to an art, the rewards are there to be had. Even a well-written headline can fall flat if not penned for its target audience. The rewards will be seen by way of readership, traffic or sales. However you choose to measure it, the key is to always understand what headlines to use.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

I was admiring her work at the Museum of Modern Art when I found myself remarking how different her work was when compared to most other artists I had seen. Mind you, I am no art connoisseur. Far from it, I am as amateur as they come to assessing art. But even my untrained eye noticed how Kahlo would dare to be different. Her eyebrows were as natural as the photos of her, and there was the slightest wisp of a moustache running across her upper lip. Such “imperfections” would be frowned upon and brushed out by most, but Kahlo left it up there for all eternity to take in. Why is that so?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And then I thought to myself, why not? It is only those that dare to be different that make an impact on our lives. Her artwork is very unique and a reflection of herself. It’s very intense and memorable in its own way, and it certainly stands out in its own right. Many think she is one of the foremost artists of the 20th century, and I doubt they would make that assertion if she hadn’t brought such a different style to the table (or should I say easel?). You can make sure that you’re just as memorable and you don’t even need to paint yourself with a unibrow to make it so.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There are a few lessons we can take away from Frida Kahlo’s art.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Be true to yourself&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Kahlo painted the only thing she knew well; herself. There were no pretenses or false airs about it, and it was the only thing she had that could be painted while recovering from numerous surgeries she had to go through after an accident. As bloggers or businessmen, we can do the same. Tap into that part of yourselves that is honest and speaks to readers and audiences and you will reap the benefits. I’m sure Kahlo would have been a fantastic blogger.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stand firm&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Frida was married (twice) to the famous Diego Rivera, and theirs was a tumultuous relationship that also had a lot of respect for the other’s work. Living off Rivera’s fame would have been possible, but she wanted to make a statement of her own and she stood up for herself at a time when society was a much more conventional one. Be passionate about things you love and stand by it; it’ll win people over for sure.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stick to a style&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
There’s a lot of raw emotionality about Kahlo’s paintings, but there is one thing she lied about; her year of birth. Despite being born in 1907, she said she was born in 1910. That’s because she wanted to say she was born at the same time the Mexican Revolution began and Frida carried that style with her all the way. Even in hospital, she was in layers of traditional fabric and jewelry while recuperating. That was her style and a reflection of herself. What about you? What’s your style? If you don’t have one, set about creating one and then stick to it as best as you can. The connection between the message and a larger theme does have its own rewards.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

People keep on saying its dead and that coming up with terrific email subject lines that aren’t destined for the trash can is a futile pursuit, but it really isn’t. I believe that social media has saved email in a way and they make for a potent combination. Fact of the matter is that email is still the best way to reach out to all of the lucrative mainstream niches such as elderly men or even slightly older men. Younger types will not be bothered by even the best email subject lines since they will see it as spam, but this is not true of older people. Email subject lines need punch since they decide the fate of your email. But email has its own funkiness that needs to be injected for it to really work, like so.&lt;br /&gt;

Email subject lines are just like advertising headlines, just in a completely different context. An advertising headline decides whether you read on and whether you are interested or not. But check any email subject line you use and see if it is all of these four ‘U’s’&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Useful&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Ultra-specific&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Unique&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li style="padding-bottom: 15px;"&gt;Urgent&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;If you feel people should read your email, shouldn’t you put enough time into it to make sure it is the best it can be?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Be uniquely identifiable&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Getting the headlines right is one thing, but beyond that there needs to be quality too. Your emails should be easily identifiable from you. The look, the feel, the language, the flow and tempo, the urgency; everything should have your unique imprint. For instance, if I were to create a mailer for eBay, I’d say [eBay] before anything else in the subject line. Little things like this make a big difference. And keep thing short, because you’re not going to hold attention for very long, so make what you get count.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Grow the trust&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
At one time, people gave out email addresses more readily. Not anymore they don’t. So when someone does give you their email address, repay their trust and make it grow over time. Confirm the fact that they were right to repose their faith in you. You don’t bother with the subject line when you know it’s an email from that quirky high school friend, right? Similarly, fostering trust means email subject lines can grow irrelevant because there is a certain implicit trust. There is something special about being given the keys to someone’s email inbox. Don’t abuse that trust.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

Similarly, your mailing list sign-up should be visible on each page and these should all link back to the social media accounts you hold. Mind you, this holds as true for businesses as it does for bloggers. Make everything part of a giant networking platform and you will begin to reap the benefits of it all. Give people the option of sharing something via their favorite social media account and you will gain in the short and long term. There are plenty of free icons out there, so pick out whatever you want to.&lt;br /&gt;

Use your audience to your advantage&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The best way of building an audience is to use your current audience to help you do exactly that. Invite people to connect with others by requesting them to do so in a blog post or in a newsletter. If you've got people already connected on one platform, ask them to connect with other platforms as well, they're likely to be more than receptive. And don't forget to touch up your bio while you're at it; you can build these links into your bio as well. But should you link to a bio on each of the sites you have (if you run multiple blogs, for instance)? I don't believe you should, because that would be information overload. Just link back to the one account that you feel best or most active on. It goes a long way towards helping you put your best foot forward and create a strong relationship with your readers or users.&lt;br /&gt;

Draw attention to your social media presence&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Don't get a bunch of flamenco dancers doing their thing, but do try and draw attention to your social presence every now and again. Doing this regularly will help you have top of the mind awareness and it will help you build your site up to a level where you won't need to tell your readers/users to help you because they'll be doing it themselves. If you are to influence the way people think, it is important that you have some kind of leverage and and understanding of their motivation is certainly one kind of leverage. But there is a very basic problem with that assumption; you won't get to know everyone you ever come across. Simply put, our online behavior is a mix of conscious and unconscious thought and behavioral patterns. For instance, some people just like community based review and recommendation systems, and this could be either a conscious or an unconscious preference. Perhaps your visitors just like creating an online persona, so allow them to key in their details and get recommendations and results tailored to that. Like this, there are many techniques that you can use to improve your website either as a marketer or as a blogger. Content creattion is just such a slippery, tricky slope that everyone inevitably ends up sliding on it. I write for a living and I still struggle to come up with great content ideas that are fresh and unique. After some time, tiredness sets in and there's nothing you can do about it. Running an active blog can make it a must to constantly come up with angles and posts that pique your readers interest. Make no mistake about it, having fresh content all the time can be difficult but it is a must. So just what do you do when you run out of content ideas? After all, you need it to rake in more readers, rank higher across search results and yes, rake in more advertising dollars as well. All of that is only possible if you constantly blog and create quality content as much as possible.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you're like me, the only real problem is to find the inspiration to come up with something of real quality. Content ideas can flow as freely as drinks sometimes, and at other times inspiration just runs dry. I have however come up with my own ways to always have ideas close at hand.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Schedule things&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
One of the best ways for me to keep my eye on the ball is to have a calendar of sorts. You don't need anything fancy, a simple everyday calendar will do nicely. Sometimes you just have ideas and you have to make a note of things on the spot before you forget about it. Sometimes I just want to dedicate certain topics to certain days. For example, a Christmas themed post just before Christmas, or a New Years themed post prior to the New Year. It's a very basic and very useful tracking system that allows you to keep track of post types as well. That way even if you don't what to write, at least you have a format to stick to! All it takes is a bit of foresight.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Work smart&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coming up with ideas for writing can be difficult, but writing in itself is only one part of the whole process. The biggest problem when it comes to writing is...well, writing itself. Sometimes you just don't fee like putting the words down on the page and this happens to the best of us. thankfully, there are several ways for you to get content without doing any work yourself. Ghostwriters are one way to get the job done (for a fee) and while I myself have never used, I know of people who do so. And so do you. Do you really think George “Dubya”Bush wrote his autobiography? I rest my case. Most of these content writers will cost you money but if you don't feel like writing for a day but need quality content, this is your best option.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A better idea (and one I like) is to get guest bloggers to write for your website. That's all the quality of ghostwriters with none of the money paid out. It's a win-win situation. All you have to do is pay these guest bloggers back with links to their website. It's a very popular option among bloggers, and with good reason too! The last option I’d turn to is to use free articles. Some articles are freely available for reprint, and most of them are listed out in article directories. Think of a niche, and you can find free articles on it. The problem is quality. It's just so hard to find something reasonably useful and of reasonable quality. I for one gave up after having to trawl through 100's of articles only to find two or three that were reasonably alright. I don't think it's worth the time, which again makes it all the more important to come up with quality content ideas of your own.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

I go to my physician and I ask him how to feel better and he looks at me with this fixed gaze and says 'don't eat junk food and exercise well.' So he's basically asked me to do the two things I don't do; eat healthy and exercise. Great! I walked out of the clinic feeling like I had wasted my time. If I wanted to hear someone tell me to eat better and exercise, I’d have called mum. It's been some time since I have. Anyhow, later in the day, I was at this comedy club where one stand-up pointed out that for every dollar Americans spend on fitness centers, 19 are spent on cocaine. Sounds about fair. The reasoning was simple; half a minute spent snorting cocaine makes you feel invincible. Two weeks of exercise makes your whole body feel sore. I had to laugh at that, but it's true. We want everything, and we want it now. We want love now, we want to &lt;b&gt;get rich quick&lt;/b&gt; right now and we want everything to be fast and easy, including our women. Boom! Maybe I have a career in stand-up waiting for me...maybe not.&lt;br /&gt;

We look at the big dream, that larger than life project and just crawl back into bed. Of course those offers are tempting, they're meant to make you go weak in the knees. It used to be the case that you needed to spend hours upon hours building a business (or a blog) before you saw any returns at all. Writing paychecks to everyone else, spending long hours toiling away used to be normal. But the technology revolution has gone and changed things forever.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
The technological revolution means that we can market to a far wider audience than previously possible. And because we can do this on a shoestring budget, it takes up next to time and offers greater profits. We are the pampered tech generation. Gone is the 60 hour work week. I don't think most people even remember what that's like! But sometimes, you just have to work your derriere off. Sometimes you have to burn the candle at both ends, that's just the way it is. And sometimes, in business and in blogging, money isn't going to wing itself to you overnight. These things can take time.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But sometimes, and I feel this way too, it takes a whole lot of effort, perhaps more than I'm willing to put in sometimes. It's the same thing with exercising; my normal day job takes so much out of me that I have no time to put into any secondary stream of income that will see me&lt;b&gt; get rich quick&lt;/b&gt;, far less any exercise. Business (and blogging) isn't just about turning up and watching the money roll in. It takes brain power and that is something not a lot of us are willing to expend.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Freedom, money, stuff; you can have it all just so long as you don't bank on&lt;b&gt; get rich quick&lt;/b&gt; schemes. It might take time, some effort, some cerebral exertion, but it could be worth investing your time in. I’ve stared from scratch and with virtually no capital or information to lead me. With my passion, and mostly my gut, I tried to work out the idea of a 15-year old taking into the plunge of professional blogging. Since then, I’ve never looked back.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
But as I’ve explained in my previous post, I’ve realized that now is the right time to move on. As I go into the academic route, I cannot afford the time and energy that my once regular blogging had demanded of me. And so, I’ve announced that I’m letting go of Better Blogging For Bloggers and is looking for a new owner (the best possible) that can rebuild and catapult it further into the blogosphere.&lt;br /&gt;

After almost two months of searching for the worthiest candidate, finally, I’ve come to find them. &lt;br /&gt;

After three years (yes, I’ve reached my third year blogging), countless of written posts, a product, an ebook, a report, and lots of critic services given, I’m finally deciding to leave Better Blogging For Bloggers and pass it on someone who may have that energy, time, and optimism as that once 15-year old blogger that I’ve been.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If you think you’re that person, I’m very much eager to hear you wanting to take this opportunity.&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt; The (brief) story of Better Blogging For Bloggers&lt;/span&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
You may have heard this countless of times (I make it a point to remind every now and then. Haha), even so, let me at least share this one last time.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Better Blogging For Bloggers was a blog established by a 15-year old back in the summer of 2007 (I was bored, and I love to write… so it made sense to devote my whole summer to this). Blogging for me, was something I considered, not just a passion, but learning playground.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Time and time again, I see people complaining… &lt;i&gt;“Liane, why do you have such a very long domain name?” &lt;/i&gt;Actually, I forgot. I just remembered having that name since time in memorial, and of course I don’t want to do away with it. My domain name is more than just a name, it’s a message. That everyone, anyone, can be and will be a better blogger.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Right now actually, I realized it’s a pain in the head memorize by a split-second, but I guess due to three year’s worth of socialization and keeping in touch with the blogosphere, it now has something &lt;a href="http://www.sethgodin.com/"&gt;Seth Godin&lt;/a&gt; calls a ‘brand’.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt; Why am I leaving Better Blogging For Bloggers?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And this perhaps, is the part you’re so curious to hear.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The truth is, I am NOT leaving on my own free will. I am simply forced by circumstances to do so.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
It's a long story &amp;nbsp;actually. But in summary, it's this...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This year, and the year before that have been a very crucial point in my life. I left home, and basically my carefree days and went to college. I knew at this point, it’ll be hard to manage both my undergraduate studies and blogging, but nevertheless, I pursued, thinking I really could.. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I’ve had some long blogging pauses here and there, but in general, I believe I still carried a balance between my studies and this blog. Of course last summer, I made it a point to be extra active. Which I did with the release of the &lt;a href="http://www.betterbloggingforbloggers.com/2010/04/blogging-blunders-free-report-release.html"&gt;Blogging Blunders report &lt;/a&gt;and even of &lt;a href="http://www.betterbloggingforbloggers.com/2010/06/who-subscribes-to-better-blogging-for.html"&gt;the newsletter&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt; Then came my second year in college.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
After just mere 2 weeks, the academic readings that I need to finish (not including other subjects) have covered my entire desk.&lt;i&gt; I barely had the luxury to sleep&lt;/i&gt;, much more blog. Before, even with a busy sched, I still had the time to clear up for 1-2 hours a day and check on Better Blogging For Bloggers. Now, no matter how hard I try, I just couldn't.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
And believe me, I tried. This blog meant a lot to me than you can imagine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt; When and Why Did I Decide to Leave?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I never wanted to. Truly.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
First week in class, I already predicted the stressful months lying ahead of me. But I tried to hold on thinking I can still blog. Then came the second week and I started to feel the futility of trying to balance blogging and school. On my third week, I finally decided to do what’s best for me blog.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;I’m deciding to leave because I don’t want Better Blogging For Bloggers to turn stale and inactive like most blogs do.&lt;/i&gt; I know this blog holds potential. Since the time I gave it it’s name, I imagined it to run alongside credible and trustworthy blogs (doesn’t every blogger do?).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I realize at this moment, Better Blogging For Bloggers still hasn’t reached it’s maximum potential. But I know, with those 3 years of effort, the race to success could be close.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The bottomline is, I decided to leave because I don’t want to stand in the way and drag my own blog down (which is what I’m doing right now). It’s sad. I know.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;blockquote&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;Sometimes, you have to now what’s good for your blog. Even if it means taking yourself out of the picture.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt;&lt;span class="fullpost"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
That’s the extreme case. Unfortunately, that’s the case I’m facing right now.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt;Liane is Looking For a New Owner of Better Blogging For Bloggers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Now comes the big announcement.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I am looking for someone who’d be interested to buy this blog and take over. It’s much preferable if I know you, a reader, or a friend perhaps. But as long as you have a good track record for blogging, and you’re determined to push Better Blogging For Bloggers upwards, then I’d be more than grateful to pass the ownership to you.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt; Bare minimum requirements:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
• Must be a blogger for (at least) 1 year&lt;br /&gt;
• Must have at least one blog above PR2&lt;br /&gt;
• Must have good grasp of the English language&lt;br /&gt;
• Must be dedicated and willing to maintain this blog&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Those are the bare minimum requirements. It’s particularly important that you satisfy the 3rd and 4th items. The first two items can be negotiated as long as you show good proof of your skill as a blogger.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: large;"&gt; What do you get when you buy Better Blogging For Bloggers?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Obviously, you will get the blog and the domain (with the additional .info subdomain too if you want. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

If you market it to some A-List bloggers, you’d see that it’s recognized too.&lt;br /&gt;

I would not be selling this at a buy and sell market since I want to personally talk to interested people. The next owner would be determined by two main factors. First, 50% goes to the amount one is willing to pay for this blog. Second, the remaining 50% will be determined by the expertise of the interested buyer.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This is the fairest thing I could come up with (I just don’t want the next owner to be the highest payer), it must be balance. He or she needs to have what it takes too. With me leaving, I at least want to leave it in good hands.&lt;br /&gt;
