Petition to change the venue of Miss Universe 2013 from Russia

There is a petition made by a certain Francesco Pascuzzi of New Jersey, USA to change the venue of Miss Universe 2013 from Moscow, Russia because of a law condemning gays in the said country. The petition is addressed to Paula M. Shugart, the president of the Miss Universe Organization.

The new Miss World Australia 2013 is Erin Holland, 24, who was crowned July 19 at Werribee Mansion in Werribee, Victoria. She beat 31 young women who competed in the pageant. I've learned just now that there will be no representative from Jamaica to the Miss Universe pageant after the local franchise holder since 2011, Dimitris Kosvogiannis, resigned.
