Job Description:

The C4 Support Specialist must possess technical expertise in systems architecture and network design, and may be called on to participate in and lead design and implementation of technology projects as directed by the J6. The C4 Support Specialist must be capable of providing clear and concise communications to high ranking military leadership in potentially stressful conditions, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. The C4 Support Specialist may be required to attend regular local meetings to keep all interested parties apprised of network and communications/data systems changes, improvements, and project progress as is deemed necessary by the J6 Director or the COR.The C4 Support Specialist is required to possess an understanding in IP systems, telephony, desktop/server computing and military C2 systems. The C4 Support Specialist will support the installation and maintenance of wiring, including, but not limited to copper (network and telephony), fiber optic, and coaxial cabling inside of the RC buildings, and outside wiring plant for the compound. The C4 Support Specialist must have an extensive background in commercial telephony switching support, and significant experience with secure telephony technologies in use throughout the CJOA. These include, but are not limited to: RedCom IGX telephone switches, KG-84, KIV-7A, and KIV-19 Encryptors. Description of Principal Duties and Accountabilities:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Honeywell T53/T55/LTS 101/CTS800 engine technical training courses
• Ability to instruct clients on description, operation and maintenance procedures as listed in the AMM/EMM
• Present T53/T55/LTS 101/CTS800 courses at the company Training Centers and other facilities.
• This includes use of EMM, AMM, CMM IPC, Wiring Manual, AFM and SB's.
• Assist in other aircraft / engine programs when needed

Qualifications Required:

• Airframe and/or Powerplant or equivalent certificates
• T53/T55/LTS 101/CTS800 Experience
• 10 years aircraft maintenance experience
• 5 years hands on engine experience
• 3 years Honeywell turbo-shaft products experience
• High school degree or equivalent
• Computer & knowledge of internet applications
• Must be able & willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Some travel to deliver training

Qualifications:

• Shall have a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Data Link Engineering.
• Required to have specialized training in TADIL-A Interface equipment and TADIL-A operation.

Experience:

• A minimum of ten (10) years experience is required.
• Should have experience in training Aircraft Control, Weapons Control, Surveillance and Radar Operation.
• Should have experience with Airborne platform surveillance, communications, coordination , and operation.
• Should have experience in radio frequency management and coordination for the TADILA operation.
• Should have experience with TADIL-A interface equipment including Data Processing, Display Consoles, Encryption devices, Antennas, TADIL-A transmission equipment, UHF and HF radio systems.
• Must be well familiar with Data Terminal Sets (DTS), Ground Entry Station Radio and interface equipment.
• Must have both hardware as well as software knowledge of the TADIL-A Interface system.
• Should be able to analyze TADIL-A transmissions and provide solutions to the related problems.
• Should have a working knowledge of the test equipment used for the analysis including, but not limited to, Spectrum analyzer and Protocol analyzers.
• Must have practical knowledge of encryption devices, keying devices, and protocols used for secure communications and TADIL-A operation with Airborne Surveillance Platforms.
• Should be experienced with secure voice and data communication procedures and protocols used for communications with airborne platforms.
• Must be able to do troubleshooting of the TADIL-A system hardware.
• Should have TADIL-J system experience

Summary:

Conducts engineering tasks at a high skill level in the field of aircraft structures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and assist the RSAF in resolving problems related to structural integrity.
• Evaluates structural repairs, modifications, and configuration changes proposed and / or planned.
• Provide engineering evaluation reports to aid in accident investigation.
• Establish and monitor a corrosion evaluation and control program.
• Design and analyze structural repairs in cases where the damage exceeds technical order limits.
• Reviews aircraft usage, fatigue expenditures / damages tolerance reports (SAFE REPORTS) as it affects service life of the aircraft.
• Investigates and recommend action to Material Review Board.
• Prepare plans, work statements, estimates and schedules for the RSAF structural engineering training program.
• Provides guidance and instruction to other engineers in the fields of stress analysis and aircraft structural repair.
• Organizes and conducts informal and OJT.
• Recommends additional formal training to enhance the engineering capabilities of other engineers

Summary:

Airline Programs Department is in charge of managing programs being defined as Nose-to-tail full component support for airlines in North and South America. The activity generates approximately M$ 20 Revenue. The department staff is ten employees; in addition the department works closely to the employees in Repair Administration and Engineering. These teams are integrated to the Airlines Programs but report to Purchasing and Engineering respectively.  The Vice President of Airline Program is in charge of the Airline Programs Daily Operations and the profitability of the department.

Essential Functions:

• Oversees day to day operations
• Takes decision when facing a problematic case or about the service
• Administers Directors, staff and their results
• Personnel management, motivates, sets up goals, and delegates
• Deals with customer communications and negotiations
• Prepares Program reviews. Supervises all programs

• Manage Sales and Operations of international air cargo charters and air freight shipments to external clients and the company's BU's.

Job Summary

Provides leadership and guidance for Flight Instructors and Assistant Chief Instructors. Serves as the instructor of record for all flight training courses; ensures compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) in the training of students and the supervision of flight instructors.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities

• Certifies all training records, graduation certificates, stage and final test reports; monitors each stage throughout student training program.
• Conducts initial proficiency check of each instructor hired; conducts annual recurrent proficiency checks in accordance with FARs; ensures compliance with FARs.
• Supervises flight training activities, Assistant Chief Instructors and Flight Instructors.
• Monitors flight instructor performance and makes recommendations.
• Advises Assistant Chief Flight Instructors.
• Coordinates with scheduling/dispatch activities related to scheduling of students, instructors, and aircraft for flight training.
• Monitors overall student progress and ensures availability to students desiring advice or consultation.
• Maintains currency with regulatory and procedural changes in the flight training environment; reviews and updates all aspects of the flight training program; ensures training materials are current.
• Schedules and leads meetings with staff; meets with prospective students and parents as required; maintains a cooperative and communicative attitude with airport officials and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) personnel; performs other duties as assigned.
• Creates standardization and evaluation of ground and flight training while ensuring continuity of flight education.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Must possess a UK or equivalent Fire Officer's Certificate preferably from a Military or Civil Authority Airport.
• Should hold a recognized IT certificate preferably as a Fire Instructor.
• Educated to secondary school certificate.
• Must be fluent in English (EE) or English & Arabic (SN/ON).
• A minimum of 7 years Fire Service experience in the last 10 years, preferably including at least two years in training.
• Possess a UK HGV license or equivalent.
• Must have completed a Fire Fighting, rescue and emergency First Aid Course.
• Completion of a formal breathing apparatus course and possession of an Instructor Certificate is desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and instruct classes at the FTC including practical training exercises.
• The language of instruction will be English for WO classes and Arabic for others.
• Conduct scheduled remedial training as required and carries out other fire fighting training duties as directed by the CFI.
• Produce student assignments and prepare and assess test, end of course examinations and practical exercises.
• Review existing course content annually and prepare amendments as authorized.
• Supervise the preparation of training aids within the limits of the resources and skills available.
