The album Black Saint and the Sinner Lady is never taking off. It feels to be rolling on the very same first steps through the entire album. Same bumping feeling all the way through. 2.0 stars were promoted to 2.5 because of the great album art. Gotta love the picture if not music. Bring on the dance girls! Here are my thoughts on the album Spiritual Unity.

Throughout the album I had a feeling that Albert Ayler was in great pain only relieved during the few melodic parts of the two versions of Ghost. Somehow I felt also relieved myself during these parts only to be annoyed by not recognizing the original song behind the melody.
