Build a brand around your qualities (experience, education) and use that to your advantage. The marketer expects opposition and negative obejctions and prepares a well-rehearsed scritp that anticipates these and overcomes it! <strong>There is nothing new under the sun</strong> .... and there is nothing new about age discrimination or bias! market yourself better.
