Maybe your org is planning an event for the first time? Have your past efforts cost, not gained your org donations? Planning an event is an overwhelming job for anyone, but the responsibilities and liabilities that it presents non profits are particularly challenging. Learn how to make your event successful from a technical aspect, including how to plan a theme, to how to budget reasonably, where to spend money, how to gain RSVPs, how to manage volunteers and how handle day of event management.
