The 82-year-old patriarch of the Jackson clan is heading off to the Cannes Film Festival this week to preview his latest venture - a line of fragrances "in memory of the King Pop.'

The collection is set to initially include two scents: Jackson Tribute (for men), which is described as "a sparkling explosion of mandarin, lemon and bergamot essential oils
from Italy with a few drops of base rose wrapped in a woody heart of Canadian pine, supported with rose and jasmine of Grasse and strengthened with French lavender and American cedar" and Jackson Legend Timeless from Neverland (for women), which is a "floral harmony of California lilac, rose of Grasse, with a tear of mandarin and bergamot essential oils from Italy on a sweet heart of jasmine of Grasse."

The seven year deal between Jackson and Frank Julian Rouas owner and founder of Julian Rouas Paris Inc., also calls for the creation of Jackson Legacy eau de parfum de Neverland.

Originally scheduled to debut in March, there's no word when the fragrances will actually make their way to store shelves.

Makeup artist Matthew Van Leeuwen went the classic Hollywood route on Lancôme ambassadress Penelope Cruz for the world premiere of Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides at Disneyland on May 7.

Well-defined brows framed Penelope’s “strong, stretched out” eyes, which were topped with lots of lashes and eyeliner. The skin was fresh and slightly pale, warmed up with apricot bronzer and a touch of blush. The lips were equally soft, with a peachy pink tone.

Here's how Van Leeuwen created the dazzling red carpet look:

Face:

Star Bronzer Natural Glow Powder in Solaire

Blush Subtil in Shimmer Mandarin Sky

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen rocked the red carpet in her red Alexander McQueen gown at Monday's 2011 Met Costume Institute Ball.

Gisele Bundchen at the 2011 Met Ball (AP)

And for good reason.

It was McQueen who gave the 30-year-old Brazilian model her first big modeling break.

“When I was 17, McQueen gave me my first big break by booking me for his fashion show,” Gisele said. “Doing his show opened many doors for my career. I am excited to be wearing one of his designs to honor his legacy.”

Equally glam were Bundchen's lush locks, styled by John Frieda Global Creative Consultant Harry Josh.

While the tousled beach wave look has ruled the red carpet as of late, Josh opted for a classic Old Hollywood-inspired style for Bundchen at the must-be-seen-at event of the season.

Although Bundchen's hair is luminous and healthy, Josh began with John Frieda Full Repair Perfect Ends Sheer Mist before blow drying to protect her tresses from the heat and seal the cuticles for flawlessly shiny waves.

He started by blow drying the supermodel's hair, curling each piece carefully and setting it to keep the shape. The curls were then brushed out to create a soft and sleek wave throughout. John Frieda Full Repair Touch-Up Flyaway Tamer was used which weightlessly smoothes flyaways for a polished red carpet look.

“I wanted to go for a sleek, sophisticated style for Gisele this year. The Met Ball is fashion's biggest night and I thought this was the perfect look to complement the evening," Josh said. "The John Frieda Touch-Up Flyaway Tamer kept her photographer ready all night.”

While most of us will not have those red carpet moments, our hair can look picture-perfect every day with these John Frieda products:

Perfect Ends Sheer Mist: This softening mist for Fine-Textured Hair protects heat-damaged hair with omega-rich Inca Inchi oil. Spray evenly through clean, wet hair, concentrating on ends and damaged areas to weightlessly repair and promote smooth, healthy strands.

Touch-up Flyaway Tamer: This portable wand polishes broken strands, smoothing flyaways and frayed ends with Inca Inchi oil to keep hair sleek and smooth. Brush the wand over dry, styled hair for on-the-go touch-ups and a boost of shine.

Kate Middleton glowed on her wedding day, and now Dior Celebrity Makeup Artist Ricky Wilson breaks down the new princess' natural, glowing bridal look into several easy steps:

Kate Middleton (AP)

Skin. "Something a bride can do three weeks before the big day is to use a
revitalizing treatment like Dior's Capture Totale 21 Night Renewal
Treatment. Foundation should be flawless and invisible so that you can't
see it even in the daylight. Diorskin Airflash feels like silk on the skin
and sprays on easily directly from the can."

Eyes. "Eyes were a main part of Kate's look. I loved the way that they were shaded in neutral tones but at the same time mildly intense with the use of eyeliner and mascara. Dior 5-Couleurs Eyeshadow palette in Incognito and Diorshow Mascara are both perfect for creating this look."

Cheeks. "Blushing the face is so important for brides and made Kate look amazing. A soft pink like Diorblush in English Rose #733 brushed on the apples of the cheeks and swept up towards the temples makes the skin come alive and gives an overall freshness to the skin."

Lips. "Always use a natural liner to give the lips definition and make sure that you wear a soft creamy lipstick like Rouge Dior in Beige Indecise #298 under any gloss for staying power. I also just put gloss in the center of the bottom lip and let it work itself outward. This adds a nice pout to the lips."

You really didn't expect Britain's newest princess to wear the same dress to her reception as she did to her wedding, did you?

Kate Middleton - the Dutchess of Cambridge - changed from her Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen ceremony gown to another Burton designed garment for the evening's festivities.

Kate's reception outfit was a white satin strapless evening gown with a circle skirt and diamante detailing around the waist. It was topped with a simple white shrug.

Not to be outdone, Kate's prince, William, traded his scarlet colonel uniform in favor of a black tuxedo.

On a day that they would been seen by a television audience of close to two billion, the princesses decided to trot out their cutting edge fashion choices for the wedding of the century.

The problem? Their choices were fashion flops.

Princesses Beatrice (left) and Eugenie with their father, Prince Andrew (AP)

If the dresses were bad, the hats were down-right horrible.

In fact, there's already a Facebook group named Princess Beatrice's Ridiculous Hat.

So what do you think?

Sarah Burton's lips remained sealed throughout months of rumors suggesting she was to design the royal wedding dress.

Sarah Burton

Now that the palace has confirmed that Burton did indeed design the exquisite Chantilly lace and silk gazar gown, the British designer is finally speaking.

"It has been the experience of a lifetime to work with Catherine Middleton to create her wedding dress, and I have enjoyed every moment of it" Burton said in a press statement. "It was such an incredible honour to be asked, and I am so proud of what we and the Alexander McQueen team have created."

Burton said she worked closely with Catherine "to create this dress under conditions of the strictest secrecy."

In its statement, the palace explained: "Miss Middleton chose British brand Alexander McQueen for the beauty of its craftsmanship and its respect for traditional workmanship and the technical construction of clothing.

Burton declared herself "delighted that the dress represents the best of British craftsmanship. Alexander McQueen's designs are all about bringing contrasts together to create startling and beautiful clothes and I hope that by marrying traditional fabrics and lacework, with a modern structure and design, we have created a beautiful dress for Catherine on her wedding day."
