I was not able to completely read the post (due to length ofcourse) but you seem to have done a quite bit of research on him.
Anyways, I has one point in mind, if he is so convincing why was he kicked from his own founded company in the first place.
Also, talent is not in the field of technical knowledge but also in management skills.
Obviously, I don't know Steve and never read any book on him but his speech at stanford inspired me.

I would never blame Mr. Raju's action. He acted like any father would to grow and support his child (Satyam)... we have all seen this in real life, parents’ support children by going to any extreme... they hope, pray and work expecting positive to happen.

It is unfortunate that most people do not see the fact that Mr. Raju's action was only to strengthen Satyam... he did not try to make personal profit/siphon money out and run away with it.

It was just desperate action to get the company growing and prevent a buyout/takeover. This should be taken in the right spirit at least by Satyamites and get the company back on track in the next 6 months and make the missing money real.

Satyam, you can do it! Satyamave jayathe!!

I have heard this podcast like zillion times.... I would say one of the most inspiring talk I have ever heard. Its right there in league of Steve Jobs talk in Stanford and Dr Randy Pausch talk in CMU.
