      <description><![CDATA[一直想要嘗試自己做舒肥雞胸肉(每次看賣場架上廠商做好的總是覺得貴貴買不下去&#128517;)首先要有真空袋&#128073;如果不想買貴貴的真空機，在蝦皮可以找到手動抽真空的拉鍊袋，袋子還可以重複使用，非常的環保&#128578;

&nbsp;

然後當然你要有電子鍋，因為我們要利用電子鍋的保溫功能來做低溫加熱&#128293;

&nbsp;

今天的材料是超市買的去皮雞胸肉兩片，把雞胸肉洗乾淨先用水加一小匙鹽浸泡四小時

&nbsp;

&#128071;四小時後把雞胸肉水份瀝乾抹上義大利香料、黑胡椒、檸檬椒鹽(普通的白胡椒也可以)還有少許鹽後放入真空袋真空




&nbsp;

如果想要更入味可以真空後再放15分鐘到半小時



&nbsp;

把準備好的雞胸肉連同真空袋放入電子鍋裡,加入常溫水到淹過真空袋一些些,蓋上鍋蓋然後設定保溫,大約一個半小時再回來把雞胸肉取出



&nbsp;

舒肥好的雞胸肉在真空袋裡會產生一些湯汁,如果不是馬上食用其實可以讓雞胸肉在袋子裏面待久一點,讓它把湯汁吸回去,或是你也可以切片後沾著湯汁吃也很美味^^



&nbsp;

其實因為靖蛉第一次做所以只做了兩片,一次多做幾袋連同真空袋保存冷藏可以放一個禮拜,冷凍可以放很久,要吃再退冰也很方便喔^^

老人家大部分都選擇如莧菜、絲瓜、菜頭、冬瓜、茄子、去皮番茄等軟質蔬菜，可是也不可能天天吃這些，尤其是季節關係也不一定能買到這些蔬菜

偶爾可以買其他葉菜類的蔬菜，只要照靖蛉教的方法事先處理過，冰進冰箱讓冷凍破壞纖維，長輩就會比較好入口喔^^

#義美奶茶湯圓&nbsp;皮Q軟，內餡吃起來有阿薩姆奶茶的味道，口感則是滑滑的漿狀，吃不到有顆粒的感覺,下次用炸的不知道吃起來會不會比較特別？&#128580;

花生湯先把脫殼花生加水一起冰成一個花生冰塊，隔天拿出來用悶燒鍋煮兩次就會鬆軟了唷&#128523;&#128523;當然也可以加點牛奶變牛奶花生湯

悶燒鍋煮花生湯其實蠻省瓦斯的，內鍋煮沸後放入悶燒鍋，大概六個小時拿出來2次煮沸放回外鍋再等六小時，總共也不過用了兩次煮沸的瓦斯，真的超節能&#128077;&#128077;

熊先生拿回了三袋冷凍泰國蝦，剛好家裡有蒜頭跟奶油就一起做了奶油蒜頭蝦，淋上一些照燒醬，鹹鹹香香的，連炒過的蒜頭都吃的乾乾淨淨^_^

作法：10隻泰國蝦退冰後將眼睛部位剪掉
蒜頭約十數顆（我用了兩大朵）切碎備用
先將泰國蝦用鍋子乾煎到八九分熟後推到鍋子的一邊
空出來的鍋子加入奶油（小條奶油厚度兩公分的量）和蒜頭一起煸香後加入適量的鹽及照燒醬（沒有照燒醬可省略）和蝦子拌炒均勻
最後悶十秒左右起鍋完成

以下為Cassey Ho提供的天然排毒水的製作方法。&nbsp;

瘦小腹排毒水 
&nbsp;
【材料】（700毫升）
新鮮小黃瓜切片3～5片
1/2個檸檬切片
1/4個橘子切片
新鮮薄荷葉數片
冷水700毫升

【作法】
將切好片的材料放入水瓶，接著注入冷水，放入冷藏庫冰1個小時，溶出食材的營養成分。早上趕著出門的人可前一晚做好放入冰箱，不過隔天就要儘早喝完。

Cassey Ho提醒，蔬果一定要清洗乾淨，避免吃進農藥，且最多回沖2～3次就應該換新的重泡，否則維他命C、礦物質等營養素越沖越淡。此外，排毒水一定要在24小時以內飲用完畢，特別是薄荷葉容易受傷，長時間放在水裡葉子會漸漸轉為褐色，不僅味道變差，看起來也不甚美觀。

排毒水製作方法

【功效】
檸檬：檸檬酸具排毒效果，有助於淨化消化器官。

橘子：富含美白成分維他命C，且表皮和果肉含有類黃酮素，不但強化免疫能力，防止病菌入侵，還有降低膽固醇的效果。

小黃瓜：能防止水腫、抑制發炎，並增添排毒水風味。

薄荷葉：清新的味道有助於消化，並改善腹痛症狀。

由於熊先生不能吃南瓜子，所以特地做了無南瓜子版的讓他享用，至於有南瓜子版的就等明天開工拿去公司進貢同事囉O(∩_∩)O
