Who we are, what we have achieved and where we have gone is never because we were all made up and deserving. In all things, it was HIM who took the first step. The only thing we did and can do is to respond with obedience and humility to abide in HIS will and to follow HIS direction. After all, it's the best thing we can do. God bless you.<div>

[Verse 1]
Walking around these walls I thought by now they'd fall
But You have never failed me yet
Waiting for change to come
Knowing the battle's won
For You have never failed me yet
[Chorus 1]
Your promise still stands
Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness
I'm still in Your hands
This is my confidence, You've never failed me yet
[Verse 2]
I know the night won't last
Your Word will come to pass
My heart will sing Your praise again
Jesus, You're still enough
Keep me within Your love
My heart will sing Your praise again
[Chorus 2]
Your promise still stands
Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness
I'm still in Your hands
This is my confidence, You've never failed
Your promise still stands
Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness
I'm still in Your hands
This is my confidence, You've never failed me yet
[Bridge]
I've seen You move, You move the mountains
And I believe, I'll see You do it again
You made a way, where there was no way
And I believe, I'll see You do it again
I've seen You move, You move the mountains
And I believe, I'll see You do it again
You made a way, where there was no way
And I believe, I'll see You do it again
I've seen You move, You move the mountains
And I believe, I'll see You do it again
You made a way, where there was no way
And I believe, I'll see You do it again
I'll see You do it again
[Chorus 2]
Your promise still stands
Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness
I'm still in Your hands
This is my confidence, You've never failed
Your promise still stands
Great is Your faithfulness, faithfulness
I'm still in Your hands
This is my confidence, You've never failed me yet
[Outro]
Oh, You've never failed me yet
And I never will forget
You've never failed me yet
And I never will forget</span></div>

Verse 1
Lord I stand in the midst of a multitude
Of those from every tribe and tongue
We are Your people
Redeemed by Your blood
Purchased from death by Your love
There are no words
Good enough to thank You
There are no words to express my praise
But I will lift up my voice
And sing from my heart
With all of my strength
Chorus
Hallelujah hallelujah
Hallelujah to the Lamb
Hallelujah hallelujah
By the blood of Christ we stand
Every tongue every tribe
Every people every land
Giving glory giving honor
Giving praise unto the Lamb of God
Verse 2
Lord we stand by grace in Your presence
Cleansed by the blood of the Lamb
We are Your children
Called by Your name
Humbly we bow and we pray
Release Your power
To work in us and through us
'Til we are changed to be more like You
Then all the nations will see
Your glory revealed
And worship You
Bridge
Every knee shall bow
Every tongue confess
That You are Lord of all</span></div>

Also last week, one of my batch mates from college was rushed to the hospital due to a possible mild stroke. The other day, my Uncle succumbed to the kidney sickness/complications.</span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">These are real. Sickness, Death are real. It's not because we're Christians were immune. Sometimes it's how we take care of our bodies and even "genetically" we can acquire these sicknesses. </span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">I'm writing this not because I have it all sorted out. In fact I'm the first one who should go through that Annual Physical Check up. I feel like I'm taking in more sugar, more carb than I should. So enough of me. Let me go back to my point. </span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">This deadly sicknesses are real and they can happen to your friend, to your family, or to you.</span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">Isn't it amazing to know that even though they're real, our GOD is far better REAL-errrr. (If there's even a word). All these sicknesses were brought about the fall of man and the devil taking over and corrupting our bodies. Thanks be to GOD because through Jesus Christ, we have the power that's far greater than he that is in the world!</span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><b>Isaiah 53:5</b></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;">"...by HIS wounds, we are healed."</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); color: #333333; font-family: "Trebuchet MS", sans-serif; font-weight: bold;">James 5:14-15</span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><br /></span><span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); color: #333333;">"Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven."</span></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white; caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51); color: #333333;"><br /></span></span>
<span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white;"><span style="color: #333333;"><span style="caret-color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">So I encourage you to be <a href="https://your-dailyword.blogspot.com/2009/10/prayer-of-righteous-man-availeth-much.html" target="_blank">Prayer Warriors</a> today. Let's defeat the power of "sickness" with the power of GOD through our prayers. Let every sickness be an opportunity for HIS glory to be shown.</span></span></span></span><div class="blogger-post-footer"><script type="text/javascript"><!--

<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">And it's already WEDNESDAY! Woohoo! We're halfway through the week! <b>Who's looking forward to FRIDAY? I AM. 😁😁</b></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I know the feeling. I know the feeling even how much you try to get energised and excited, work and stress have their way of getting into you. </span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">This is why, fellowship with the LORD should not be limited to Sunday Services. What you received on a Sunday can't last until next Sunday. You need nourishment everyday - and that is why this blog is rightly named <a href="https://your-dailyword.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Your Daily Word</a>.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Today let me encourage with the word found in Isaiah 40:29:</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: large;">"<a href="https://www.bible.com/bible/70/ISA.40.29.GW">He gives strength to those who grow tired
and increases the strength of those who are weak.</a>"</span></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Mind you this offer is on a daily basis and it's unlimited. It's not like a energy booster that fires you up for 15 minutes and drains you afterwards. This offer is a continuous, always available kind of offer.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">The only thing that's needed is for you to approach HIS throne and fellowship with HIM. So go ahead, before you do anything, approach HIM. He's <a href="https://your-dailyword.blogspot.com/2010/05/wait-yes-wait-wait-for-best.html" target="_blank">waiting</a>.</span></div>

</span><br />
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Have you ever felt unqualified?</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Have you ever felt you weren't good enough for the task at hand?</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">This past week has been an example of me feeling and questioning, "Am I really the right person to do this?" Looking at the assignment simply overwhelms me.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">But then do you believe God has HIS timely word for us at the time we needed it.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">I praise God because when I prayed and asked for help, I opened the Bible for an answer and behold, HE did through this <a href="https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Ephesians+2%3A8-10&version=MSG" target="_blank">verse</a>:</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Ephesians 2:7 <b>"<span style="background-color: white;">Now God has us where he wants us..."</span></b></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">So I'm not lost. I am EXACTLY where GOD wanted me to be. WOW! Praise the </span></span><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Lord!</span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">However, I'm not sure if you're like me but somewhere in my heart, I still felt "</span></span><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">inadequate" even after hearing the promise. I know it's wrong but this is me being honest.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Praise be to GOD who also knows I would feel this way. He followed it up with another <a href="https://your-dailyword.blogspot.com/2009/11/keeping-ones-promises-to-lord.html" target="_blank">promise</a> in this <a href="https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?version=NIV&search=2%20Corinthians%203:6" target="_blank">verse</a>: </span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">2 Cor 3:6 <b>"</b></span><span style="background-color: white; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><b>He has made us <u>competent</u> as ministers of a new covenant..."</b></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><b><br /></b></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">Now, did you notice that word? COMPETENT. In other versions, it would say "QUALIFIES" us. Thank you LORD!</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white;"><span style="font-family: Helvetica Neue, Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">This surely encouraged me this morning and I thank GOD for that. Let this be an encouragement to you too whatever you're going through. <a href="https://your-dailyword.blogspot.com/2010/05/wait-yes-wait-wait-for-best.html" target="_blank">This WORD is applicable to each of you. </a></span></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">How many of us feel that sometimes prayers take a long time to be answered and the promised future is far from sight? It's not a surprise that a lot of us choose to give up and/or start doing things on our own.</span><br /><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">Let me remind you that every dream comes from the dream giver. And when we bring it up to HIM, he treasures it and sanctifies it. He doesn't show us how and when He will make it happen but HE will. Don't take me wrong, I'm not saying everything you tell GOD will happen. That mindset is the exact opposite of His Lordship. What I am referring to are those desires that are aligned to HIS will, plan and those that will not lead you away from HIM.</span><br /><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">According to the Bible in Ecclesiastes 3:1:</span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span>
<br />
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven."</span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">God has his own timetable. Nothing is rushed and nothing is too late. </span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">We must recognize our season and what He's trying to teach us and to be kept assured that He will eventually display HIS wonder before our very eyes. </span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;">IS it easy? My point of view - no. Everyone wants things fast. But that's what must set us apart. We are not in a hurry. We should be on time by faith and not by sight. </span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="background-color: white; font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: "verdana" , sans-serif;"><span style="background-color: white;">SO no matter what you're going through, take heart. GOD Knows His Seasons and He has a season for you. </span></span></div>

It's such a common phrase that we casually use yet most of the time failing to understand its gravity. Right now, the world demands instant gratification. No one wants to wait. No one has the time to wait. Waiting means foolishness. But here's a quote I saw few years ago:</span><br />
<br /><br />
<br /><br />
"If you want to know how to be successful, think like a farmer. A farmer knows that he can not expect a harvest if he has not sown any seeds"<br />
<br /><br />
A lot of us see the harvest and the price at the end. Our eyes glued to what is to come failing to look down on what needs to be done.<br />
<br /><br />
Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with "eyes on the prize" but let me remind of this verse found in Psalm 119:105<br />
<br /><br />
"Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path"<br />
<br /><br />
The WORD wants us to see what's ahead but the WORD also encourages us to where we are and know how to get there.<br />
<br /><br />
Galatians 6:7 says "A man reaps what he sows."<br />
<br /><br />
God believes in process. He even went from Day 1 to Day 6 before resting.<br />
<br /><br />
That dream can happen. That aspiration can be achieved. But you got to start sowing seeds now. Be it through training, additional learning, accepting rebukes, volunteering, stepping out in faith or whatever that God specifically asks you to do.<br />
<br /><br />
Just sow...you'll reap it someday. Never <a href="http://your-dailyword.blogspot.com/2014/06/hebrews-122-never-quit.html" target="_blank">never quit</a>.<br />
<br /><br />

After all, we're called to victory through Christ who gives us strength. I realized through our Pastor that the greatest challenge is to obey the WORD of GOD even through the challenging times. <span class="fullpost">
</span><br />
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
You would argue why and how can that be? Firstly, our carnal nature is naturally opposite to what GOD wants us to do. Secondly, it's called a test and a challenge precisely because they're not easy.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Thankfully, even throughout the challenge HE remains to be on his throne. He enables us to soar on wings like eagles. His only desire is to let the glory of GOD be manifested in our lives.</div>

It means we’d better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls!
