Ive been on a long leave from updating my blog. (Just could not found a keyboard within the mess of my home office.)

A HARD WORK that Fruit Satisfaction.

Kemenangan BN di Bagan Pinang boleh di anggap sesuatu yang Luar Biasa selepas Tsunami Politik 2008.

TS Isa. comeback, with a such a large majority is something to reckoned with .

This win has prove that the Opposition thru PR has failed to perform after winning 5 state ( 4 currently & less to 3 soon) The people of all races has turn back to Barisan Nasional. Alhamdulliah.

Congrats also to Pro Barisan Blogger. At last ...... something we could be proud of.

Injunksi untuk tangguh pilihan raya kecil Bagan Pinang?

PORT DICKSON: PAS berkemungkinan akan mendapatkan injunksi bagi menangguhkan pilihan raya kecil kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Bagan Pinang jika Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR) tidak menyelesaikan isu pertindihan nama pengundi dalam daftar pemilihan yang dikeluarkan suruhanjaya berkenaan.

Naib Presiden PAS, Salahuddin Ayub berkata, PAS kini sedang menimbang untuk menggunakan peruntukan undang-undang jika SPR masih berdiam diri mengenai isu tersebut.

"Ya, bagi tindakan jangka pendek ialah kita akan mendapatkan injunksi untuk menangguhkan pilihan raya sehingga isu ini diselesaikan," katanya dalam sidang akhbar di sini pagi Rabu.

Beliau berkata demikian bagi mengulas mengenai dakwaannya sebelum ini bahawa PAS mempunyai bukti yang kukuh bagi mendedahkan mengenai kewujudan pertindihan nama dalam daftar pemilih SPR.

Kata beliau, pertindihan yang dimaksudkan ialah nama bagi seseorang pengundi itu telah didaftarkan di dua kawasan iaitu satu daripadanya menggunakan kad pengenalan tentera dan satu lagi didaftarkan menggunakan kad pengenalan awam.

"Satu nama boleh mengundi di kem tentera di sini dan satu nama lagi berdaftar dan boleh mengundi di Kelantan," katanya.

Menurut Salahuddin lagi lebih daripada 500 pengundi yang nama mereka telah didaftarkan di dua kawasan.

"Angka rasmi akan kita dedahkan esok selepas kita berjumpa dengan SPR... tapi buat masa sekarang bolehlah saya katakan ia melebihi 500 pengundi," katanya.

Pertemuan antara PAS dan SPR akan diadakan di Putrajaya pada pukul 3 petang Rabu.

Bagi pertemuan tersebut wakil PAS akan diketuai oleh Pengarah Pilihan Raya PAS Pusat, Datuk Abdul Halim Abdul Rahman.

Bagaimanapun Salahuddin yang juga Pengarah Induk PAS bagi pilihan raya kecil DUN Bagan Pinang itu berkata perkara tersebut bergantung kepada tindakan susulan SPR terhadap pendedahan ini.

"Walau apa pun, terpulang kepada SPR sebelum kita ambil apa-apa tindakan," katanya.

Dear Mr. Lawyer, Who Do You Represents TBH Family Or Ean & Ronnie Liu?

The Pro Opposition online Media Malaysiakini reported that Gobind Singh objected to the disclosure of MACC Recording Statement during investigation of TBH, as in his opinion the recording would not help much and it would not show the actual situation of Teoh before his death.

"Abdul Razak berkata rakaman itu boleh menunjukkan bagaimana tahap pemikiran dan mental Teoh sepanjang siasatan tetapi peguam Gobind Singh Deo yang mewakili keluarga Teoh membantah kerana pada pendapatnya keterangan itu tidak banyak membantu dan ia tidak akan menunjukkan keadaan sebenar Teoh sebelum meninggal dunia."Malaysiakini

Was it really irrelevant or did Mr Gobind afraid that TBH might had said something that would damage Mr Ean and Mr Ronnie reputation in the Recording Statement?

Except You Mr. MP Gobind, I belief the 'Rakyat' and TBH family would like to hear the tape as it will reflect to How the Investigation was done by The MACC.

The recording would answer whether TBH was co-operating or the MACC was doing their job by the way of GESTAPO.

The 100 million Questions is:-

Did Gobind Singh Deo looking for the Truth in the Death of Teoh Beng Hock?

Does he represents TBH Family or his DAP counterparts?

What is there to hide within the Recording Statement?

Did the MACC use an extreme method in questioning Teoh Beng Hock?

Is the late Teoh Beng Hock a Suspect or Witness in this Case?

Jaya Supermarkets Incidents Claim Lives.

A sad day indeed, at this time of writing Jaya Supermarket Incident had already claims 3 lives . The Search & Rescue Operation is still continue for the remaining 3. I could only offer my condolences to the relatives.

Shall you passed by any construction site within Malaysia, a banner or signboard in green or blue with the words "Safety First" will always greet you.

Does Safety always comes First?.

I've been working within this industry for the past 10 years, the Government has has done a lot to improve Safety aspect in construction or any other industry since 1967 with Factories & Machinery Act. After the ' Bright Sparklers' incident in Sg. Buloh. OSHA Act was enacted in 1994.

Department of Occupational Safety and Health, CIDB and NIOSH even SOCSO has done a very good job in promoting Safe Work Practice thru their awareness campaign.

Government allocated hundreds of thousand yearly to improve our work safe conditions, the law is there but does our Employer or Our self really has Safety in minds..

Ive work with International based company before , during any Meeting conducted first item you discussed will be safety. Then only work progress but if you are working within Malaysian based company the other thing around. Progress or Production Always Comes First.

Malaysian reluctant to adopt safe work practice as their habit.

Either employer nor employees has the same mind set. This is the real cause of incident recurring. Last year DOSH reported to issue 5,559 NCR to various sector within Malaysia . To me its a little low figure if we compare to actual figure of incident. Lets not blame them as they are short in numbers of staff.

Do we aware of our responsibility.

Employers should aware that they have a responsibility towards their employees:-

OSHA ACT 1994 -
Section 15 General Duties of Employers and Self Employed Persons to their Employees :

(1) It shall be the duty of every employer and every self-employed person to ensure, so far as is practicable, the safety, health and welfare at work of all his employees.
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the matters to which the duty extends include in particular-

(a) the provision and maintenance of plant and systems of work that are, so far as is practicable, safe and without risks to health;

(b) the making of arrangements for ensuring, so far as is practicable, safety and absence of risks to health in connection with the use or operation, handling, storage and transport of plant and substances;

(c) the provision of such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is practicable, the safety and health at work of his employees;

(d) so far as is practicable, as regards any place of work under the control of the employer or self-employed person, the maintenance of it in a condition that is safe and without risks to health and the provision and maintenance of the means of access to and egress from it that are safe and without such risks;

(e) the provision and maintenance of a working environment for his employees that is, so far as is practicable, safe, without risks to health, and adequate as regards facilities for their welfare at work.............
and of course its come with penalty

'Section 19 - A person who contravenes the provisions of section 15, 16, 17 or 18 shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding fifty thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both'

Not to forgets Employee also have your own responsibility:-

Section 24 General Duties of Employees
(1) It shall be the duty of every employee while at work-

(a) to take reasonable care for the safety and health of himself and of other persons who may be affected by his acts or omissions at work;

(b) to co-operate with his employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the employer or that other person by this Act or any regulation made thereunder;

(c) to wear or use at all times any protective equipment or clothing provided by the employer for the purpose of preventing risks to his safety and health; and

(d) to comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by his employer or any other person by or under this Act or any regulation made thereunder.

(2) A person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both.

Safety is everyone Responsibility. Neither You nor your employers or employees could deny it by law.

To Employer don't just spoke about cost and progress. Life's comes first
Employees should not take things for granted.

Why Don't They Continue Their Hunger Strike Til the Assembly Dissolved.

The second day of Hunger Strike by the Pakatan, I'm not sure how many supporters has joined this campaign.
If you guys ask me,I think this Programmed is a blatant abuse of Human Right it self.

We were told the strike wont be hazardous to health as they still will be given water every 6 hours. Guys, better drink as much as you can.

Instead of 3 days I suggest Pakatan to continue the strike until HRH Sultan Dissolved the State Assembly, then only you could declare Victory.
After all how long is it going to take, the longest it will be only 3 years!
Go for it.! You got my Support!.

To make it more meaning full why not the loyal and Die Hard Pakatan supporter throughout the country show your own support by:-

1. Closed all your stall or restaurant till State assembly dissolved.
2. Stop Breading your chicken/beef or pig.
3. Shut down your veggie farm.
4. Closed whatever business relating to food industry.... Will you?

Its only takes 3 years, what harm could it be.

At the meantime lets us get a picture of how will our Elected Rep look like after 3 years of Hunger Strike.:-

HINDRAF was declared as an Illegal entity by the government as it has never been registered with the ROS.

After years of supposedly fighting for their so called "neglected right by the government". Hindraf finally become a full pledge political party by forming the MMSP( Malaysian Makkal Sakhti Party) which was successfully Registered on 11 may 2oo9.

I'm sure Malaysian will welcome another political party within its democratic system as long as the party ideology does not result to violence.

Former HINDRAF National Coordinator R. Thaneinthieran has a say:-

“Enough fighting on the streets. We are more determined than ever that non-violence is the way forward with dignity and justice,”.

Now you have it. For once these guys does has a brain to think. Street Protest wont bring any good to your people. Thank Goodness.

By becoming a registered Political Party MSP' has once again made Anwar 'Route to Putrajaya' Project almost impossible. Anwar plan has really being fuck up.

MMSP has vows to become neutral political party which strives to meet the aspirations of the Indian community.

Previously Hindraf has helped Pakatan a lot to wins in the May 08 General Election but , as Hindraf finally realised that Pakatan only using their struggle for Anwar personal gains. Hindraf has successfully distance themselves from the Devil.

Yes, its a new beginning for Malaysian Hindu & Tamil Community, beside MIC, IPF, DAP and Gerakan, Makkal Sakhti will become a new Political Party to be reckoned with.

Pakatan realised they won't have a chance to win in the next GE without Makkal Sakhti. and Barisan will do their best to woo 'MMSP' to join their alliance,.A

As today's governments ,Barisan with its "One Malaysia" campaign, Najib does has the upper hand to help 'MMSP' struggle. MMSP will support any party that willing to help. One year with Pakatan Rakyat is enough for them to smells the stinks that Anwar produced.

With almost 30'000 MMSP registered member, DAP will have to travel more often down south to Singapore & Anwar will be needing more fund from the CIA if they still want to use MMSP as their toys.

No... Not the DPM post offerred we surprise in but the guts and courage that Anifah had,in order to made the Exposure in front of the US Secretary of the State.

Today, Anwar thru his lawyers has given ultimatum for Anifah to retract his statement within 24 hours or be ready to face the consequences. Read Here . I'm pretty sure Anifah not a dumb person to made the revelations in a place like DC and in front of top journalist of AP & Reuters without a solid proof to support.

The Star Newspapers and all mainstream media published the interview, it was pointed that Anifah was calm throughout the press conference. Could it be, he is telling the truth?

Truth or not only Anifah, Anwar or his 916 Agent knows. We in this blogosphere could only speculate.

A Truly BLACK & Sad Day for Perakians

Keputusan semakan siapa MB Darul Ridzuan yang Sah telah memihak kepada Nizar @ DAP. .. Noktah.

Hari ni Kerajaan Komunis PR yang Derhaka Kepada DYMM Sultan Azlan Shah akan kembali mengisi bangunan SUK Perak.. Noktah.

DYMM telah berkenan menerima menghadap oleh NiZar di Istana hari ini. Nizar akan memohon untuk membubarkan DUN tanpa sebab yang kukuh. Saya Rasa DYMM Sultan Perak akan menolak permohonan Nizar sekaligus memohon Nizar kembali mendapat persetujuan Dewan Undangan Negeru untuk membubarkan DUN.

Di DUN yang mana Nizar hanya mempunyai 28 kerusi berbanding 31.

Namun satu senario menarik akan berlaku hari ini.

1. Penyokong BN tidak akan baring di atas jalan menghalang kenderaan Nizar memasuki SUK.
2. Takde Demonstrasi oleh penyokong - penyokong BN di luar Bangunan SUK.
3. Takde kata kata CACIAN atau MAKI HAMUN yang akan di lemparkan kepada mahkamah mahupun hakim yang telah mengeluarkan keputusan oleh Blogger -Blogger Umno ataupun penyokongnya mahupun media - media masa.

"The KL High Court ruled rule on Monday that Datuk Seri Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin is the rightful Perak Mentri Besar, and not Barisan Nasional’s Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.

In his ruling, Justice Abdul Aziz Abd Rahim said that a mentri besar can only be dismissed by a vote of no confidence, and he upheld the Stephen Kalong Ningkan ruling."

MIC opens doors to Hindraf leaders

KUALA LUMPUR: The MIC has invited Hindraf leaders for possible talks and partnership for unity in the Indian community.

MIC secretary-general Datuk Dr S. Subramaniam said the Indian-based political party was also willing to consider views and suggestions by the banned movement on ways to improve the plight of the community.

He said the MIC was ready to hear concerns and suggestions of the Hindraf leaders on how they could work together for the benefit of Indian interests.

Dr Subramaniam was speaking to reporters after officiating the National Temple Conference here Sunday.

He was commenting on the recently released ISA detainee and Hindraf founder P. Uthayakumar's interview with a news portal Saturday where he said that he would he would continue to fight for the Indian community which, he alleged, was marginalised.

Dr Subramaniam also invited Hindraf leaders to join the party, saying that since both of them shared a common goal of elevating the living standard of the community, they would be able to achieve the objective better if they worked as one.

"I am for a united Indian community, as we can see all the splintering in the group did not help the community," he said, hoping that whatever bitterness existed previously would be done away with for the betterment of the Indian community.

On Saturday, Uthayakumar and two other Hindraf leaders M. Manoharan and K. Vasanthakumar who were held at the Kamunting detention camp since late last year, were released, together with 10 others detainees.

Earlier last month, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, in his maiden speech, had announced the release of 13 ISA detainees, including two Hindraf leaders V. Ganabatirau and R. Kenghadharan.

To a question that Hindraf leaders might form a political party to serve its cause as the opposition parties, which it was currently allied to, had failed them, Dr Subramaniam said:

"Now, they are an illegal movement. But it is their right and absolutely nobody can stop them if they want to form a political party, as long as they are following the proper process, and the decision is up to KDN (home ministry)".

On another matter, Dr Subramaniam, who is also human resources minister, said he had not decided to contest the party's No. 2 post, despite strong support, from both within and outside the party. - Bernama

Nizar tells a press conference that as far as Pakatan is concerned, the House did not sit today. He says that whatever BN did was "illegal and unconstitutional".

Update 2.20pm : Assembly Brawl...ROYAL RUMBLE Expected!

As Datuk R.Ganeson entered the hall to resume the seating he was confronted by the Pakatan reps, Pakatan Reps started pushing and pulling demanding Speaker to leave the hall.

Not Confirmed if anyone hurt during the scuffle.

BN Reps. Win Vote 31 to 28, R. Ganesan Appointed Speaker.

After an intense war of words between both BN and Pakatan Reps, Adun Jelapang, Hee Yit Fong Manage to move a motion of removing Sivakumar as a speaker at about 10.55am.

28 BN reps with 3 Independant voted in favour of removing Sivakumar.

It is inform that Sivakumar still refused to leave the chair of the Speaker even after the motion was succesfully approved by his deputy.

Datuk R. Ganeson was appointed to the Speaker seat with the same majority of vote.

Assembly expected to be adjourned for 1 hour to calm the situation.

Police manage to control gathering outside the SUK.

PR supporter from outside perak was reported has been gathered nearby to since morning but police manage to act swiftly.

Lim Guan Eng Memperlekeh Hukum Islam

Dalam rakaman ucapan Lim Guan Eng di DAP Wanita Workshop 2009 pada pagi tarikh lebih kurang April 25hb, dia telah mengeluarkan satu kenyataan yang telah memperlekehkan hukum dan budaya poligami amalan orang Islam. Workshop yang bertema "Implement Gender Agenda as a DAP Strategy to the Hearts and Minds of Men and Women" berlangsung di Wisma Winbond, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, Kuala Lumpur.Berikut adalah kenyataan beliau:

"We stand together for equal treatment. There should no double standard. We can't understand why a man can have four wives. Why should there be this type of double standard? I am not encouraging men to have four wives or woman to have four husbands but why should there be a double standard of this kind of perception? It is okay for men to have more, but not for women?"

Semasa membuat kenyataan tersebut, Lim Guan Eng bercakap sambil ketawa dan disambut dengan gelak ketawa penonton.Ini adalah satu kenyataan kurang ajar yang menghina amalan yang dibenarkan oleh ugama Islam ke atas penganutnya.

Sebagai orang bukan Islam, mereka tidak ada hak untuk mempersoalkan kebudayan dan hukum-hukum agama Islam. Inikan pula agama Islam adalah lebih tinggi taraf sebagai agama Persekutuan yang sudah termaktub dalam perlembagaan.Bukankah ini adalah hak asasi orang Islam untuk mengamalkan kebudayaannya?Dalam mereka mempermainkan amalan poligami di kalangan orang Islam, adakah amalan poligami juga tidak berlaku dan diterima di kalangan kaum Cina?

Malah lebih teruk lagi, isteri kedua dan seterusnya tidak mempunyai hak undang-undang berbanding dengan amalan poligami orang Islam.Mengapa ini tidak diperjuangkan DAP dan diberi penakanan oleh DAP? Poligami diamalkan di kalangan saudagar dan hartawan Cina. Tentu sekali mereka tidak mahu lakukan kerana ianya akan memutuskan aliran pembiayaan parti DAP dari saudagar dan hartawan Cina.

Dari segi politik, di manakah kononnya kata-kata meraikan kepelbagaian ugama dan budaya berbilang kaum yang diwar-warkan oleh ideologi Malaysian Malaysia anjuran DAP?

Dimanakah sikap kemanusian untuk hormat menghormati sesama insan?

Kenyataan ini hanya menunjukkan lagi sikap prejudis perkauman disebalik topeng demokrasi dan kemanusiaan yang mereka konon war-warkan.Ianya juga menunjukkan dengan peningkatan pengaruh dan kuasa politik, Cina-Cina DAP sudah sanggup lakukan apa saja termasuk melakukan sesuatu yang bertentangan dengan ideologi politik mereka dan dan hak asasi manusia untuk mengembangkan pengaruh.

Bayangkan saja, apa lagi yang mereka sedia lakukan jika berkuasa?

Khabar khabar angin mengatakan Siva-ji risau jika Nebuchad-Nizar the Traitor tidak dapat duduk di kerusi empuk MB.

Di percayai jika persidangan terus di buat di dalam dewan, ex MB yang telah di lucutkan jawatan perlu duduk di kerusi adun biasa apatah lagi kini beliau perlu duduk di barisan pembangkang.

Siva_ji turut sedar jika beliau membenarkan Nebuchad_Nizar di kerusi MB maka beliau dan Nizar bakal melakukan satu lagi penderhakaan kepada Sultan Perak.

Turut memeningkan kepala si kuda Siva kumar adalah kehilang Blackberry hadiah setiakawan pemberian Adun Pantai Remis Nga Kor Ming. Beliau di petik menyebut bahawa tanpa blackberry tersebut persidangan dewan tidak mungkin akan dapat berjalan lancar, kerana selama ini blackberry tersebut adalah 'bible' beliau dalam menuturkan setiap perkataan di dalam dewan. baca sini.

Okay, that was what Malaysiakini reported today.Here. It was informed that their apllication was previously rejected as it somehow have "connotations of violence''.

Well maybe their previous submition of fist got the third finger up. Thats why.

I dont have a damned idea on what is the PSM ideology.

Although I think it does have the same brain of DAP, PAP or maybe PR (babi not included). I've only managed to get the answer while surfing thru http://www.parti-sosialis.org/. It says:-

How on the first place does the goverment allowed this Marxism follower to set up their party here.

Another left hand party, another socialist or anothr communist?

Let us think for a while what does Pakatan Rakyat really stand for:-

1. PKR = Anwar Ibrahim Anal Ambitions with Jewish Connection!

2. DAP = Malaysians Malaysia with direct Zionis Gov. connections.!

3. PSM = Support & Organise Pickets, Strikes & Demonstrations!

4. PAS = The most loyal Supporter to all of the Above!

Would you endorse this people to lead your child & country?

Wake up Malaysia!

P/S : When PSM officially joins PR, 'Pakatan Riot' will really suit thier name.
