Tuesday morning Yoga Stretch and Strength has be replaced with a brand new class!&lt;br /&gt;
I'm excited to introduce Yoga Sculpt:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A Hatha yoga based class designed to stretch, strengthen and tone your body. Light weights and/or&lt;br /&gt;
exercise bands are strategically introduced into part of the practice, for a class designed to sculpt,&lt;br /&gt;
lengthen, and challenge different muscle groups.&lt;br /&gt;

I'm very happy and excited to announce that I adding another public yoga class starting on October 9th 2012.&lt;br /&gt;
The new class is called &lt;b&gt;Stretch &amp;amp; Strength&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp;and it is on Tuesdays 9:30am at &lt;a href="http://www.mountaingoatyoga.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Mountaingoat Yoga&lt;/a&gt; in Kanata&lt;br /&gt;

An invigorating Hatha Yoga based class designed to stretch, strengthen, tone and relax your whole body. The class will help you get in shape, release tension and tightness, and help cleanse your system and calm your mind. Suitable for beginners to intermediate students. I walked into my first yoga class with a mind running amok, and walked out with a new-found sense of peace. I have never since turned back.&lt;br /&gt;Yoga has the power to transform mind, body and spirit. With that said, I enjoy teaching a light and joyful yoga class. I believe that yoga practice should be about the journey of learning; perfection is neither the requirement or the goal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In May 2009, I completed a 200 hour “Yoga Alliance” Approved Power Yoga Teacher Training program, and am certified to teach Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, and Hot Power Yoga.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I currently teach at &lt;a href="http://www.mountaingoatyoga.com/"&gt;Mountain Goat Yoga&lt;/a&gt; in Kanata, &lt;a href="http://yogaandtea.com/"&gt;Yoga and Tea&lt;/a&gt; in Carp and Smart Technology.&lt;div class="feedflare"&gt;

A variety of dynamic postures will be introduced to help stretch, strengthen and tone your body. You will learn to connect to your breath. Your stamina and stability will be developed through the introduction of sun salutations, balances, abdominal work, backbends, forward bends, hip openers, arm strengtheners and much, much more.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold; "&gt;POWER YOGA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;This is a strong and athletic yoga classes that combines Hatha yoga poses into an athletic and vigorous routine. This style of yoga is intense, challenging, and yet fun and energizing.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Students are encouraged to attend a few Power Yoga Basics classes, or be familiar with Ashtanga yoga before attending this class.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold"&gt;HATHA YOGA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This class is gentler than the Power Yoga Class and focuses on breath, alignment and the balance between the mind and body.
