Howard K. Stern Charged With Felonies; Will More Charges Follow?

Howard K. Stern, the slimeball we got to know during the circus known as Anna Nicole Smith’s Death Trial, was charged with several felonies today. The felonies were all in connection to prescribing, obtaining, administering and fueling drugs to an addict.

We wonder if more charges will be coming, such as charging Howard K. Stern with Anna Nicole’s accidental death. Although this seems to be as close as it will get for Stern to face the music, we’d like to see him squirm in a courtroom again. He should answer for the abuse Anna Nicole endured in his hands, and him feeding her pills like tic-tacs.

Along with Stern, Anna Nicole’s two doctors; Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich were also charged with felonies for unlawfully and fraudulently prescribing controlled substances to Smith. All of these medications are said to have been the lethal dose that killed Anna Nicole.

Some of the felonies for all three defendants include;

Conspiracy to furnish controlled substances to Smith from between July 2004 and January 2007.

One count of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance.

Unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance between June 2004 and January 2007.

One count of “prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.”

Tina Davis, Chris Brown’s manager, and the woman accused of sending the sexually orientated text message the night of Rihanna’s attack, has denied any sexual connotation in the text message.

In the meantime, Chris Brown and Rihanna have been in the studio working on a few duet recordings, and are reportedly ‘filling the room with love.’ LOVE HURTS!

Coolio Charged with a Felony and Battery for Crack Arrest

Poor Coolio, the Fantastic Voyage he was about to depart on took a very wrong turn. Coolio was recently arrested for crack cocaine possession at the LAX airport.

But now, he has been formally charged with a felony of crack cocaine possession. Coolio, real name Artis Leon Ivey, was also charged with misdemeanor battery. The battery charge came from Coolio trying to stop the screener who was searching him. His first court appearance is April 3rd.

Chris Brown’s Text Message Lady Revealed

Mystery woman who sent Chris Brown the now infamous text message has been revealed. The woman, responsible for what transpired after Rihanna read the text, is Tina Davis. Davis, is Brown’s manager and has been rumored to have had a sexual relationship with Chris Brown when he was 16 years old.

The infamous text message was three pages long, and mentioned something along the lines of hooking up later that night. Rihanna was upset by the text message, and that is when the assault took place. The police report we posted discussed the text message and said it was “from a woman who Brown had a previous sexual relationship with.”

To add, Tina Davis, Brown’s manager is 40 years old. Chris Brown is 19 years old, and now faces felony assault charges that could result in jail time.

We wonder how Tina Davis feels about what transpired after her text message, and the brutal beating Rihanna received.

American Idol Wild Card Results for March 5th; Who Won?

Last night’s American Idol competition decided who would complete the top twelve. There were a lot of great performances, and the judges had a hard time choosing the winners.

Jesse Langseth took the stage first. She sang “Tell Me Something Good,” by Rufus & Chaka Khan. Paula loves the song, and is dancing around the judges table immediately. Randy didn’t think she sang that well, Kara DioGuardi said she was a bit off but had great “swagger,” and Simon said it was better than the first time around, but she was a little to self-absorbed during the performance.
