My Comments
We all must have faith. Yes I agree at times it is hard to believe that you have faith to be able to do something. But that is when you must dig deep within your heart and say I do have the faith that God has asked of me and has shown me. Everyday God shows you the faith He has in us, we must show him the faith we have in Him.

Walk by the Spirit

My Comments
The fruit of the Spirit is Self-Control. Self-Control can stop bad habits, it can restrain us, and can also free us from being trapped inside ourselves. We rarely analyze the self-control we have but we should. Walking with the Spirit helps us keep our self-control in check. That is what God would want us to do, so we don't get out of control.

Making things new

Most of the time, when seeing that it is the absolute end, it really is not the end only just the beginning. God creates new things all the time to help us keep going. He does not want us to stop and become stale.God wants us to keep going and keep everything going in your life so that we can live.

My Comments
Each of us is tuned differently, we each have our own minds, our own reason and unique sensitivity. God will show the way by reading, seeing and listening to His word. He will reveal his will to you and teach you. Keep your mind and heart on Him and walk with Him. He will always keep teaching us and showing us new things to keep our minds and hearts going.

No situation in your life is ever absolutely permanent.God can change anything at any moment. He can change minds of your stubborn mate, boss or friend. My Comments
Sometimes we think that things will be the same as they have always been, much like the last and the one before it. When in fact, the chances are good that it might be altogether different. When things begin to change and it is not going the way it is supposed to go, we should know that none of it can be coincidental nor can it be luck. It is God that is helping change these things and help us learn something new. We need to know that coincidental and luck should not be in our christian vocabulary. He is our coincidence and our luck.

Live for Today

My Comments
We all everyday need to keep the faith. Let bygons be bygons and forget yesterday and live for today. We need to keep our mind on that days tasks and get whatever job you need done, done. When we dwell in the past and think of yesterday, we become petty and our life becomes full of stress. The Lord does not want this for us. Keep the past in the past and look for each new day to be a good day and when it's not let the next be better.

Be Glad

My Comments
When we go through periods of deep troubles and distress, we should always take refuge alone, that is wise and also biblical. When you surround yourself with people, although they mean well, words from those people may distract us away from the Lord and the actual things we need to be thinking about. When doing soul searching we need to stick to ourselves and be with Him. Keep to quite times during the distress of life, the Lord will help you though.

Our Forgiving God

My Comments
God gives us grace in knowing he forgives us and and helps gives us strength to endure the consequences of the sins we do. Grace frees us so that we can obey our Lord. This does not mean that the consequences of our sins are removed. We are forgiven for our sins but we still have to endure the consequences that come along with the sins.

We all can admit that we take more time concentrating and dwelling on things we can not be changed, than the things we can change, like our attitudes and thoughts. It is time to think about the things that suck up our attention and our energy. There is many things out there that exhaust us everyday and consume us. We need to quit wasting our energy and fighting the bad things that come into our lives. Take all of that negative energy and push the delete button, get rid of all of that and start on the things that you can change.

When preparing for an extraordinary event, we should wait on the Lord before getting involved. He helps us work on the circumstances, our patience, and others around us. When we run ahead and jump in full force, we can mess up His arrangements and plans for us. So next time your on the verge of a big decision, wait; He will be showing you His arrangements and plans in time. This just depends on how big the decision is, keep your patience.

When you wait on the Lord there is no need to sit in a corner contemplating or walking around while in a daze. Sometimes we do need to find a quite place to be alone, the Lord will come for a time of quietness with you. Silence is very nice when feeding our souls. When we focus more on ourselves we can focus on Him in the midst of all of it.

Difficult times

The most difficult times are not when things are going hard. Hard times create dependent people. It is really hard to be proud when you are dependent on God. Pride happens when things come your way. Whether it be a promotion at work, a pay raise, and you can look back at what you have done and see that you have done a great job. When you grow in fame and importance, that's when it is important to watch out. Keep God in your heart and your mind as you grow and he will keep you on the right track.

Seeking Him

We get in a hurry when we don't wait on the Lord. We jump ahead and do rash things. We run off at the mouth saying things that we regret later. But when we wait on Him, he will get full control of our spirit. In those moments we are like a glove to him and he moves us in the way he wants us to go and tells us what to say and do.

God uses His eye to help with His directions for us. He may only just turn our attention in a different direction but that's all we may need at that time. He knows the direction that is best for us and wants us to learn and listen to every direction we go in.

Time is directionless and vacant, we can choose to plan or not to plan. Time can be filled with meaningful activities and personal accomplishments but in order for that to happen you must plan and carry it out. You do not have to plan or follow through. Time neither requires it nor demands it. But if you have any desire to look back at the past days, weeks, months, and years and be happy at what was done and achieved, we must plan.

The daily dependence we have in the Lord is the only hope you have. This is the only way we can make it, by speaking to him. He is touched with our weaknesses, the inability we have in the darkness to say no. He is ready with all His power you need. All we need to do is call on Him and He will give you what you need. So whenever you need Him just call on Him he WILL be there for us!

Ear of the Wise

Be wise when conflicts come about. If you are not careful , you will handle things the wrong way and then be sorry. Look at the whole picture, think and fight against jumping to conclusions to quick and seeing your side only. Weigh the differences and look both ways, sometimes that can be hard and that's where God can help; ask him for help in looking at the other side of every conflict that you have, it will help you not jump so fast to conclusions because you are taking time to listen and think about the issue at hand.

It is so exciting and rewarding to walk with God. It can also be the most difficult with the trials and testing that comes with walking with Him. God takes us though the trials and tests us so we can become stronger in being commited to him.
