ok so i need to get rid of this bad, im having money problems, im asking 5800 for it with the wheels and 4000 without (bring your own 5x114.3 wheels to get it home with tho) or willing to trade for a drift car or something i think is cool, it was just sprayed pirate black, the body work isnt perfect. i still have to wet sand and polish it, that will help it look a lot better as well. parts list:

Barely applied pressure with the brush and they don't look horrible but I still just want them out.

4 - 205/55/16 Toyo Observe Garrit HT winter tires on steel wheels

Tires have been through 2 winters but as you can see still has a TON of tread left.

Wheels are currently painted with a red (time attack) ring but obviously can be re-sprayed.

* Special "Microbit" compound provides even better ice grip.
* New unidirectional tread pattern for excellent snow traction.
* Saw tooth blocks and Wave sipes provide extra ice traction.
* H-speed rated for improved responsiveness.

The wheels are a 5 bolt 5x114.3 pattern.

My detached garage is naked.:G

The walls are still just exposed 2x4 studs with exterior sheathing. I'd like to insulate it before winter hits. I was asking a friend if I should add some framing to the inner wall to create a 6" wall thickness instead of the 4" that's there now - thinking that I could put more insulation in there. He mentioned that he used P2000 on the inner walls of a shop he helped build and that it's much more effective than standard fiberglass insulation.

Anyone have any first hand experience with P2000?

body is extremely straight. The pic without the side skirt is used to describe how solid the rockers are. Body and paint were done 2 summers ago. No winters since.

The Motor
JDM B18C1.
Turbonetics T3/T4 hybrid turbo,550cc injectors, Skunk2 intake manifold, AEM fuel rail, all hard piped intercooler piping with front mount intercooler. 3" turbo back exhaust.

The drivetrain
Stock B18C transmission, ACT stage 3 clutch, KVR cross drilled rotors and carbon pads.

The suspension
Coilovers with KYB GR2 shocks.

Overall the car is in excellent shape for the year.
It is a must see.
You will not be disapointed.

Building a shop - need supplies

The shop is going to be wood frame, 30x60 with 16 foot ceilings. 14x14 garage door, probably metal siding/roof.

I think the quotes so far:

- $3500 for the big door
- $1 sq ft for the metal siding/roof
- I think it was about $5.40 per 2"x6"x16' IIRC, #2 grade
- A little under $4k for the trusses (31)

I can pickup/deliver everything except maybe the trusses myself. Who should I call for insulation, or to beat any of the quotes above?

Not too worried about electrical at this point, just want to get the basic structure up before the snow flies.

Akio Toyoda may want to bring driving excitement back to Toyota, but he and his team have two major hurdles to overcome: The brands's limited enthusiast base and the fact that Japan's youth have very little interest in cars.

To combat both fronts, Toyota plans to launch a new line of budget-oriented vehicles that offer a modicum of sport. But so far, things don't look too promising.

Despite debuting an FT-86-based concept at this year's Tokyo Auto Salon, Toyota's G Sports line of products have mainly focused on the Voxy and Noah minivans, while a "sports" version of the Prius is apparently in the works.

More interestingly, the Mainichi Daily News reports that a version of the GRMN sports car concept has been given the greenlight, meaning a mid-engined hybrid successor to the MR2 is in the works.

All these developments come after Toyota established a sports vehicle management division in January, which now has a hand in the brand's overall product planning. We should get a look at the fruits of their labors during next year's auto show season and could see this new breed of budget sports vehicles on the market - at least in Japan - within the next few years.
