Save Presentations To The PowerPoint 97-2003 Format

PowerPoint 2007 saves the Powerpoint files in the new .pptx format, which cannot be opened by the pervious versions of office.But there is a easy way to save the power point presentations in an older power point format.so that it can be opened in older versions of office.

To do this,

1. Open the PowerPoint 2007.

2. Click the “Office” button.

3. Select the “PowerPoint Options” in the bottom.

4. Select the “Save” in the Left Pane.

5. Click on the drop-down menu for Save files in this format.

6. Choose “PowerPoint Presentation 97- 2003“.

7. Press “Ok“.

Microsoft has implemented the search bar within the Start Menu in Windows Vista. Its main purpose is to access files and programs quickly but it can be used to search the Internet as well.

1. Click on the “Start” button.

2. Enter the keywords in the “search” field.

3. Click on Search the Internet to use the default search engine (Live Search).

4. In Windows Explorer, the search field normally searches the local drive. Pressing [Shift] + [Enter] after entering the keyword will open up a new browser window with results of the search in the default search engine.

2. Select the “Run” command.

3. Type in “Regedit” and press “Enter“.

4. In the registry editor, go to the following key.

5. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/CLSID/{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}.
