So how can you create and remember multiple secure and unique passwords without writing them down underneath your keyboard to use as needed? 1Password.

1Password is password manager that integrates with your web browser, storing your login IDs, passwords, identity information, credit card information, and helps secure notes as well. It’s even available as an app for the iPhone and Android.

A great feature of 1Password is that it provides a security audit. It will tell you which passwords are weak (and will help generate secure passwords with its built in password generator) and it will also show you where you’ve used duplicate passwords so that you can update and change them (of course using the password generator).

1Password will also offer to save and create passwords while you browse, simplifying the hassle of creating an account and having to save it into 1Password later. 1Password also syncs between the desktop and mobile version, so if you happen to create an account while browsing at home, you will have that new account information on your mobile device when out and about and vice versa.

Here’s the deal. Sometimes, text messaging just isn’t enough. Sometimes you need something a little better to stay connected with your darling. Sometimes what you need is a little Avocado.

Avocado (iOS App Store link) is a great little app you can use to have private communication between you and your significant other.

Text messages aren’t really that private and you might accidentally catch yourself in an embarrassing situation if you send a text to the wrong person. Well, Avocado is here to help.

Avocado is a private, two-way communication app. Aside from private messages, you can also share photos which can also be kept out of your camera roll, so you don’t have to worry about folks stumbling onto private photos while looking through your camera roll (or embarrassing photos showing up on your photo stream that you might use as a screen saver on your Apple TV… you kinky folks know who you are…).

Aside from private messages, Avocado also does a few other things.

• A shared calendar (with notifications for one person, the other, or both)
• Shared lists
• Photos
• Silly fun things like kisses, hugs, stickers, and faces

Natalie and I use the private messages feature in addition to shared lists for shopping or specific things we want to take care of and want to make sure the other person is in the know about.

In addition to that, I use the repeating calendar feature to help Nat remember about evenings I might be out (such as soccer on Thursday night, or WAM! Rehearsal on a Tuesday night).

If you’ve found yourself sending embarrassing texts (or photos!) to the wrong person instead of your your sugar pie, I recommend that you check out Avocado and help keep private life private.

You’re the better life I was waiting for.

This one is my favorite of the ones I took because of his face in it. I posted a different one on Facebook. I feel sorry for the folks who I share a Photo stream with… I inundated them with photos. My bad… Not really.

A friend of mine produced a few tracks for an up and coming rapper by the name of Will Brennan recently and asked if I would drop a guitar solo on the final track track, Ryder Girl. The project released today (September 17th) at DJBooth.net, where it’s available for free streaming & downloading. I’ve embedded it below as well.

The other night I was over at a friend’s house (pictured above) and decided to give wrestling a shot. I’ve never wrestled before but it seemed like fun at the time so after a few quick pointers from my buddy Casey Sheffield (who previously wrestled in high school and some in college), we both went at it.

Around this time last year I bought an app called Everyday. The purpose of the app is to take a photo of yourself every single day for as long as you’d like. I decided that I wanted to follow through for one year. Well, one year has passed and below is the final outcome of a photo of myself everyday*.
