What’s The Catch?

A Quick Peak at Dot Com Secrets

Today I found a great solution for anyone who wants to offer something besides Paypal as a payment processor.

I found out about Stripe.

According to their website: “Stripe is a simple, developer-friendly way to accept payments online. We believe that enabling transactions on the web is a problem rooted in code, not finance, and we want to help put more websites in business.”

You can find it at stripe.com and here are some of the stats:

2.9% + 30 cents per successful charge. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no card storage fees, no hidden costs: you only get charged when you earn money.

Earnings are transferred to your bank account on a 7 day rolling basis.

American Express charges have the same fees and are paid out at the same time.

Stripe is more a technology. It has a library of API calls to integrate with your service.

My Experience With Stripe

I am currently using Harvest for my time tracking and invoicing. I love it. In looking at the settings, I saw a listing for Stripe. I checked it out, signed up, and in less than 10 minutes had it up and running on my website. It is a simple copy and paste operation. I flipped a switch to make it “live” and was ready to roll.

Compare it to Paypal

PayPal fees mainly apply to sellers, who pay a 2.9% transaction fee on the total sale amount plus a $0.30 fee per transaction (which are the same fees as Stripe).

In the end you get the same fees as Paypal without the baggage of the paypal name, and you get your money automatically put into your account in 7 days.

When it comes to business automation there are two tools that are going head to head. One is infusionsoft (some times called “consufionsoft”) and the other one that I hear about is Office AutoPilot. Both are $300. Both (I’m sure) require some time spent learning the system. With Office Autopilot there’s a money back guarantee if you don’t like it. Not so with Infusionsoft. That could be an expensive mistake if you don’t like it. Without using either one of these, I know from being a technical trainer that it doesn’t do any good to buy a tool if you don’t go through the process of learning the software. I’m amazed at how many people use tools like Microsoft Excel on a daily basis, and are unaware of the tips and tricks that could improve their productivity on a daily basis.

From what I’ve found on the internet here are the areas where Office AutoPilot beat out Infusionsoft:

• High volume emailer (OAP allows for personal IP addresses)
• New to online marketing (OAP is easier to learn)
• New to marketing in general (Get free campaigns that are done for you)
• Need a bit more hand holding (without extra cost)

Areas where Office Auto Pilot is not as good as Infusionsoft:

• Your product or service is Business to Business. Office AutoPilot is not “business aware” meaning businesses are not factored in to their CRM, only people.
• You need or want a multi-product store where people can add several products to a shopping cart.
• You feel like you must have the visual designing capabilities of the Infusionsoft Campaign Builder to be successful.

Infusionsoft seems better if you:

• Dependent upon a visual campaign builder
• Wanting big events and community to support your

Stay Away from Infusionsoft if you:

• You need personal help to succeed and don’t have the budget to pay for that help.
• You get overwhelmed very easily with technology (Infusionsoft is intimidating).

Office AutoPilot Has a Personality

If you’re looking to start a website that is based around a store, shopify is something you should look at. You can try it for 14 days, and start as low as $14 to get things started. The next plan is $29, and can go up to $59 if you want to create coupons. If has hundreds of templates to make your store look great, and apps to add functionality without having to learn code. It integrates with over 70 payment processors, and you can sell anything you want (physical or digital). If you’re looking to move up from a e-junkie, or woo-commerce solution, you may want to take a peak at shopify.

One of the top competitors is 1shoppingcart.com, and it starts at $35 (but the transaction fees are smaller). If I had to pick a competitor, I would say be sure to check out woo-themes as well. Check it out at weeklywebtools.com/shopify

I learned about this tool from the boys at Internet Business Mastery. Its a great tool that allows you to manage tasks, and get everyone on the same page. In the past, it seems most of these tools add another task which is “Learning how to manege the project management tool.” This is super intuitive, and I didn’t need to watch any videos to figure out how to use it. Other people could learn form looking into this user interface. For me, when I get hired to build a website, I will set up all the tasks, and add my client as a use. Then they can be on the same page with in regards to what is expected, when its expected to be done, and when the project is complete.

Best of all it has a mobile app as well. Now I can keep up to date with my iphone (or on an html5 page with an android). Use as a task manager, lite CRM tool and more. Best of all if you have less than 30 users, it’s free. For more information go to asana.com

Today we look at a free tool where you can setup a contest for people to promote your site. They get a point for entering themselves, but then are taken to another page where they can earn points for referring friends. You can use this tool for free, or go pro (where you get to keep the contact information). If you don’t want a membership, you can pay $37 per content. It’s super easy to setup, and you can brand the contest with you logo, etc. It integrates with all the typical suspects (mailchimp, aweber, etc).

Contest Domination takes a different approach than just your average contest software. They cut out everything that doesn’t directly help you achieve your goals and focus on making it easy and even fun for people to enter and share.

They’ve created a contest flow that inspires people to share your contest with their friends but only rewards them when those shares turn into new names, emails, and followers for you.

Today I’m playing with Brain Shark a free tool that allows you to take your PowerPoint slides and put them on the internet. You can add audio via phone or use a microphone (I used an Audio Technica 2100 which is only $37 and plugs in via USB or with a mixer). This tool then allows you to see how far people made it through your video. You can add links to websites, social media, or have downloadable files in your presentation as well. Best of all it’s free. If you want to publish your PowerPoint to youtube, this is a free way to do it. Want to promote your presentation, it even generates a QR code for you.

Today we look at a tool called Launch Rock that allows you to set up a FREE landing page. Then when people enter their email address to get updates when a product launches, they are taken to a second page where they can share your page. It tracks who is emailing, tweeting, liking, etc. You can even put in what they tweet. Launch Rock tracks who is doing what so you can reward these people. After all these may be people who end up promoting your site (future affiliate program members?).

I wasn’t sold on the idea yet. I understand its free, but who gets the email addresses? You do. You can export the list and import it into your system (Aweber, Mailchimp, etc). I get the idea that all of this is free.

Update on Lead Player

I purchased Lead Player. One of the things I didn’t realize it did was you can set a default call out (and then position where it goes (beginning, middle, or end). Then what is great is any video that is using the default will show the default. If you have a webinar at 3, you can change the default message for a day and when people watch videos on your site that day they will see the new default message. You will see Lead player in the video above. I have it prompt you to join the mailing list, and at the end it prompts you to review Weekly Web Tools in iTunes. Lead player is only $147.

We’ve spoken in the past about Manage WP, and CMS Commander, now there is a plugin (with no monthly fee) that you can install. It’s not quite as powerful as the previously mentioned sites (no backup management, cloning, etc). but if you are looking to manage posts, pages, and plugins from a single login, then WP Central Hub is for you. This plugin allows you to add pages, posts, plugins, and themes from one location. You don’t have to remember all those passwords and login locations, you can do it all from one location. This site pays for all the hosting and streaming fees, provides tools for managing your content, and they boast 500,000 students with 1,000,000 visitors per month. All you need to do is create a course to show off your expertise. The class needs to be a minimum of an hour long with 60% of the course being video (you can create handouts, etc and deliver those as well). The site has forums, and other resource to help facilitate learning. I looked at it about six months ago and they seem to have improved since then (it was a little clunky now, but now things seem to have a bit more polish).

What does it cost? It’s free. If you charge for your class they take 30% with most classes ranging from $29 – $99. I’ve got a ton of material, so I’m going to put it up on the site and see how it does.

We’ve mentioned Survey Monkey and the wordpress plugin called “Surveys.” Today I found a great tool if you’re really looking to take customer service to a new level. If you are looking to create a dynamic survey that branches out to additional questions based on previous answers, this is the tool for you. The feature list on their website is amazing. It just goes on and on. The one thing I really like is you don’t have to send people to their website. They stay on your website, and the survey is completely customizable. You can even edit at the CSS level if needed.

Using this tool you can create customer surveys, employee reviews, student quizzes and more. You can even have responders upload files. You can use it for registration and then automatically send follow up emails. You can easily use it as a contact form, and add people to your mailing list.

I love their commitment to customer service, and now they have a tool that changes the game when it comes to providing great customer service. It is designed to work fast, be very powerful, and be simple (much of the work you do in Rhino Support is a single click). I was very impressed with the system when you sign up for a 45 day free trial when you login you are taken by the hand and moved through the system. This was very cool, and completely squashed the learning curve.

Manage Multiple WordPress Sites and Generate Great Content with CMS Commander

I checked out CMS Commander that I heard mentioned onthe WordPress Plugins A To Z podcast and went over to check it out. I recently talked about Manage WP on the podcast and this is somewhat similar, but it does have a unique slant. The biggest difference being this is form the people who create WP Robot. While both Manage WP and CMS Commander have great tools to let you update your plugins and themes from one login. Both have tools to help you facilitate backups of your website, and both have stats that show your traffic from all of your sites in one location. CMS commander has an emphasis on helping you create content through legal channels. CMS Commander is slightly more expensive per website so it will depend on if you need help generating content for your website (after all the best SEO trick is great content).

Check For Plugin Redundancy

I found this on the Manage WP Plugin blog. When it comes to reducing the size of yoru worpdress install it pays to remove plugins that you may not be using, it can be replaced. Their website states:

“Let’s start with the basics. There are two things that you should know about deactivated themes and plugins on your WordPress dashboard:

They take up unnecessary space
They represent a security risk (your site can still be breached via deactivated themes and plugins)

That’s two good reasons to get rid of deactivated themes and plugins. I would also recommend that you take a close look at your activated plugins and ask yourself whether you really need all of them. It could well be that the functionality present in two plugins is actually covered by one (for instance, WordPress SEO by Yoast includes XML sitemap functionality, therefore negating the need for a separate XML sitemap plugin), or that you have a bloated plugin whose resource intensiveness is not worth the added functionality. Use the Plugin Performance Profiler Plugin to single out the main offenders.

Beyond mitigating the two issues above, removing plugins should also result in an increase in site speed, which is never a bad thing.

Hit Tail Remarks

After hear about some  of the things Pushbutton SEO does, I may be saying goodbye to Hit Tail. This is a great service that lets me know what keywords i could rank well for, but after using a few months, it seems its providing me with the same keywords each month. I can use their service to have an article generated, but I could probably use CMS Comander to do something similar.

Today we get to hear me interview James from Managewp.com which is a great website for anyone who is managing multiple WordPress installations. This does more than just provide access to ALL of your WordPress installtions, it can run security checks (to make sure you have no malware), it can schedule backups (to Amazon S3, Dropbox, etc), and allow you to clone a website.

I can see developers who love have a standard theme, plugins, etc that they recommend to their clients loving the cloning feature. Now not only can you get wordpress the way you want it on a clients site, you can manage their site from ONE dhasboard.

It also has great analytics (it told me what I was doing right, and pointed out what I was doing horrible at). It’s completely secure, and James said its about 80 cents per website per month. When you sign up for your free account you will see instantly the time savings that a tool like Managewp can provide. In this episode I capture my first impressions.

The only thing you need to do is to install a plugin (free) wallk managewp worker on your site and then login and add that site to your dashboard (which takes next to no time). Once you’ve added that website to your dashboard you can control it (as in add a post, update plugins, etc).

Just when you think it can’t get any cooler, how would like to manage all of your websites from your iPhone or iPad? There’s a FREE app for that. Nice.

It was super easy to use, and they have a video on their welcome screen when you login to your dhasboard that walks you through adding your sites (you can even add them in bulk). For those who like to read there is also a pdf manual.

If you’re interested in saving money you can sign up for months in advance but there are no contracts. You can upgrade/downgrade anytime (or cancel). Pretty cool stuff.

If you are on a small budget you may not be able to handle the fees associated with services like GoToWebinar. You may also not need that many seats for your meetings. This is where Meeting Burner can come into play. I’ve used other free services and they tend to litter your meeting with a smattering of advertisements. This is to be expected as it’s FREE. The cool thing about Meeting Burner is this free meeting service allows you to have up to 10 people in your meeting, with audio, with screen sharing, with registration (very cool) and NO ADS.

The interface is very, VERY, easy to use and the other thing that makes them standout is you can have multiple profiles. This way instead of having to have different accounts for different businesses, you can have a different profile (with different logos) which can be a huge time saver.

You can instantly change presenters in the meeting and the system sends out email reminders.

Meeting Features You Get For A Bit More Cash

If you’ve got a budget of $39.99 a month you can have 50 people in a meeting and you can now record and share your meeting (which you can’t with the free version). For $99 a month you can have 1000 people, you can charge for meetings, and remind them with SMS messages.

Overall Impression

While I have not hosted a meeting yet, I can say that the interface is one of the most intuitive interfaces I’ve seen in the “meeting space.” I also love the fact that they offer a “Test” button so you can see exactly what the meeting is going to have to look like. This avoids you having to set up a bogus meeting to test the system.

Today I talk about unbounce which some might view as an alternative to Opitmizepress or Premise from the people at copyblogger.com, but when you look at the price – there is no comparison form what I see (its way over priced). Plans start at $49 a month. Then they go to $99 a month. If you compare that to optimizepress ($97), or Premise $165) these one price – one time tools seem to be more attractive. Granted these tools are pieces of a wordpress puzzle 9and unbounce is not), but how hard is it to install a theme? Both Optimzepress and Premise have extensive video tutorials to help you get the most out of their system. I like the idea of Unbonce, but I think their price needs readjusted.

Boosting Customer Service with Screenr Online Screen Capture Tool

I discovered screenr and started a free trial. It’s awesome. For those times when your client needs a thousand words to understand a concept (i.e. try explaining how RSS works in an email). This is a great tool. I plug in my mic, do a quick screencast, type in a description, and send them a link. There are other options such a private screencasts, analytics, etc. If you want, you can publish your screencast to youtube, and download your screencast as well. Pricing starts at $19 which gives you the ability to provide private casts. It’s pretty cool.

I’ve talked about covideo in the past. Here is the email from a client of mine who got my “Hey Welcome to the School of Podcasting” video that I personally do for every new member.

The pro version allows you to work on more than one theme. It also gives you more fonts, automatically generates a thumbnail, and provides extra page templates. If you’re looking for a quick and painless (and cheaper) alternative to Artisteer this might be something to check out.

I found this tool and started clicking around. It looks pretty cool. You put a form on your website, and your visitor enters their information. This information is instantly sent to your phone. If you want to call this person, you press a button and the visitor is called. They also have text, and video options that work similar. The beauty of this is I was playing with the form on their website, and low and behold their CEO call me back in just a few seconds. How impressed are your prospects going to be when they get a call back within minutes of submitting their information? You just boosted the customer service to a whole new level.

What happens if you choose to call the person back and they don’t answer? You will be prompted to call them back at future intervals (10 minutes, and hour, the following day). There will be no lead left behind. The best part is if you don’t get any leads, you don’t pay a thing. You pay $1.25 a lead. Think about that, you pay $1.25 and you are voice to voice with someone who is inquiring about your product.

If you are tired of all the noise in your twitter feed you might look into Manage Flitter. This tool does more than mass unfollows. Their PowerPost feature allows you to see the best time to post Tweets based on your account. They offer an analytics system to let your track your results. Their unfollow tool is very powerful This tool will immediately show you the people who you’ve followed who don’t follow you back, are inactive, have no profile image and much more. It allows you to filter and copy another person’s followers or just reciprocate back when people follow you. You can see the interface and use the unfollow tool for free. For the other tools it starts at $12 a month for one account. If you have between 2-5 accounts, the cost is $24.

Site Wide Spelling Checking Tools

InSite does more than just website spell checking. While crawling InSite looks for broken links and server errors. InSite detects and reports all types of HTTP server errors, URL redirections, invalid relative path errors, page timeouts and more. InSite is the fastest way to check your entire website for errors. Where $59 its seems like a bargain.

PowerMapper SourtSite also checks spelling site wide, accessibility, broken links, and checks to make sure its compatible on multiple platforms.. It’s $149

Clarity.fm is an interesting website where you can list yourself as an expert as well as find experts. The best thing is you can pay them by the minute. So if you need a quick answer this might be the tool for you. When I went over to check out the site you have to login via LikedIn, or facebook (not a fan of this, but oh well). It didn’t take but a few minutes to setup my profile, list my expertise, and add a video to help promote my service. That was the good news.

The bad news is video I listed (from youtube) doesn’t display on their site. That’s not very helpful. When I clicked on search to find an expert I got an error message (that was not really helpful). I did play some more and those seemed isolate incidents.

The help page states they take a fee (but not how much – that’s not very helpful). Then later if you dig into their terms you see that they charge a 15%.

The key (for me to work) is if I get some clients I will be more than happy to give a 15% finders fee. After all I give a bigger cut for my affiliate program.

Artisteer 4 Adds New Features

Artisteer is a new tool that we’ve talked about before. You can use this tool to make custom WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, themes without learning a new piece of code. It was cool before, and now they’ve added the following features:

• HTML 5 and CSS3 support
• Responsive web design allow you to make websites that look the same on any device (iPhone, iPad, computer, etc).
• Google web fonts
• Online access to Flickr images
• Create custom sliders and advanced header editing
• Texture masks
• Advanced footer editing

If you’re looking to create a custom template for your website, this is a great tool. The only thing that I dislike about it, is its not a web based system if you want to edit your layout in the future.

The Best Tungle.me Alternative

I was looking for an alternative to tungle.me as it goes out of business. I thought bookingbug.com was the answer until I found out that they charge an additional $10 a month to make a widget on the site that doesn’t look like a baby barfed on it. When I emailed about that to them, I go not response. When I went to cancel my account, bookingbug talked me into downgrading to a free account. Later when they charged my account, I emailed them and asked for a refund (Which they did quickly), but that was enough for me.

I’ve been using timetrade.com except when I change me calendar, I have to go into each service and adjust my hours there. I have three services (15, 30, and 60 minute podcast consultations) and that got a bit annoying. It worked, and I like the way it publishes any events to my Google calendar (and vice versa), but I wanted to set my schedule, add some appointment types, and let people choose if they want one 15 minute increment, or 5. This was a bit of a hassle.

I found Book Fresh. This is a cool tool that works with WordPress. It has a free account or the $20 account if you want more tools. This didn’t include taking paypal payments so that was enough for me.

Then I heard about vCita. This is a great tool that allows you to set your schedule, set your appointment types, and let your visitors choose. You can choose to charge, or not, or decide later (and their system will remind for payment). You can choose to provide your phone number or use the vCita bridge line. You can choose to meet on skype, or do a video call using their meeting room. All of this for less than 20 bucks (currently 30% off).

The best thing I liked about this system, is I never had to go to their support page, or watch a video. It was all pretty self explanatory. The other cool bonus is when you add the widget to your website, it adds a tab at the bottom of the page. This can then be used for your visitors to leave a message, or schedule a meeting (if you charge for these it will take care of charging the client). They take 3% (and pay your paypal fees for you). You can copy your code and put your booking widget on multiple websites, or use the WordPress plugin.

When I looked at their demo videos I was impressed. It really boosts the functionality. The one thing I really liked is that when the youtube video is over, it only gives you an option to replay. You could click and watch additional videos on youtube, and when those videos are over Viewbix also only let you click replay (saving you form being directed back to youtube.

Elegant Themes Drag and Drop Plugin

Elegant themes does more than themes. They also do plugins. I just discovered their elegant page builder plugin. This reminds me of Builder from iThemes, and to a certain extent Thesis as it allows TOTAL customization.

You simply drag and drop modules into your design these include:

• Buttons
• Lists
• Content and Image Sliders
• Light Boxes
• Cool Quotes
• Testimonials
• Paper callouts
• Video
• Boxes (shaded backgrounds).

You can adjust the width of a module, and even specify that a column is 1/3 of a page (as an example). It’s hard to explain besides say it looks pretty darn cool, and pretty darn easy. There is a video further down the page.

The pricing of this is slightly different. You can’t just purchase this plugin. You have to become an elegant themes member (a pricing strategy I’m not a huge fan of, but none the less it’s still a good deal). It’s $89 a year and you get access to EVERYTHING they do (plugins, themes). If you compare this to iThemes Builder Developer pack ($197) you are saving some cash.

Tungle.me Proves Free is a Bad Business Model

Tungle.me is going away, so if you were using the free service for having your clients schedule your time it’s time to find a tungle.me alternative. I’ve spoken about this in the past. Bookingbug is a great tool that is VERY flexible for $14 a month (and you can charge for the consulting as people schedule your time – cool)

When I first heard about Lead Player it was impressive that you could put a subscription form into your video. You could also put a “buy now” call to action button within your video. I was very tempted to purchase this player even though I already own Easy Video Player. I went over to the Easy Video Player website in addition to the Lead Player website to compare the two. I do not own Lead player and only comment on the demo videos I’ve watched.

Easy Video and Lead Player Similarities

Both of these players seem super easy to use.

Both provide stats on your plays (Easy Video Player does not require a Google Analytics account).

They both work with all the major email list management tools (Aweber, etc).

They both can play videos from your website or stored locally on your website. Here are the differences:

They both can embed forms and buy now buttons (Easy Video Player can embed any html code).

Easy Video Player has some great tools for affiliates. If you have a product on clickbank, you can create a video for you affiliates. They enter their clickbank ID and click a button and their affiliate ID is put into the video.

Easy Video Player allows you to redirect your visitors to a website at the end of the video (great for affiliate marketing).

Summary

These are both great, easy to use players. For me personally, I understand the attraction to using YouTube for free video hosting. I’m just not sure I believe Google likes that idea (and will let it go on indefinitely). If I was buying Lead Player for the free hosting idea, I’m not sure that’s a nail you can hang you hat on forever. After seeing that I can embed any html using “elements” in Easy Video Player, I don’t feel any buyers remorse when comparing it to Lead Player.

My PC Backup Offers TRUE UNLIMITED Backup

Directorypress has come a long way since the last time I used this. It’s a great tool that turns your WordPress install into a directory. Your listings can be added for free by your community, or you can charge to people to add their listing, and you can charge for advertising on your site. If you want, you can make your Directory so that only members who have paid can see the listings. When you install the system it walks you through setting it up. There is even a built in FAQ section. Zopim Updates to HTML 5

Zopim the free chat system I previous mentioned has gone through an upgrade so you can man the chat while on your iPad. The free version is for one operator, and the next paid plan is only $11 a month.

I’ve talked about tools that will create videos of your visitors as they visit your site. The WP Clicks plugin is a great plugin, and there are no monthly fees. The only issue is you only get to watch what the visitor is doing. You have to guess what they are thinking.

I found and used usertesting.com this is a great service where you order your review, and select the type of person you are looking to target, add any tasks you might want them to do (I had them pretend to sign up at the School of Podcasting) and in about an hour you get a video. It was nice to hear the good as well as any confusion that might be going on when people visit. In my case I had a description of my product that didn’t match the description if you used the 2checkout link.

I placed more order and soon got a link where I could login and watch my visitor got to my site and not only navigate around but talk and give their impressions. This is very cool, and I will be using this service in the future. The cost is $39. For more information go to usertesting.com

Know When To Tweet with Tweriord

A few episodes ago I spoke about bufferapp which spread outs your tweets over time. It doesn’t tell you when the best time to tweet is. While bufferapp.com is a cool tool if you have a large amount of information that you want to spread over time, but what if you DON’T have NEW content, but want to reuse your old content? The WordPress Plugin Tweet Old Posts will help. You can specify how old a post needs to be, how old it can be (or let it tweet any age). You then specify how many hours delayed in between tweets. You can use a URL shortener.

The latest version is 4.01 and if you download it from WordPress you get version 3 (something). To get this from the developer GO HERE.

When I first heard the word “Automated Webinar” and realized that this meant people were signing up for a webinar only to watch a prerecorded presentation. I thought, “Well that’s just wrong.” It seemed dishonest. Then I thought about the webinars I have held for my membership sites. I get a few people signing up, but I always get requests for doing them in another time because a podcast reaches a global audience. I would start my webinars at 9 PM EST so the west coast (assuming they weren’t stuck in traffic) could attend. This is the model where you trade your time for money, and in the end you were cutting out people who were not on your time frame. What about the people who signed up and couldn’t make the webinar? What did they do? You guess it. They ended up watching the taped version of the presentation. With this in mind I don’t think Automated Webinars are wrong. I can see where people may be tempted to mislead people, but I can see where this will free up someone while your potential customer watches and interacts with a recorded plugin.

So I looked into automating webinars and found some very expensive tools. Most of them had a monthly fee.

Stealth Seminar had a $97 setup fee and was $69 a month.

Presentation Domination is $147 a month

Evergreen Business Machine is $497

Well Easy Webinar Plugin starts at $247 ($343 if you want the “Easy Webinar Plugin” removed at the bottom). There are no monthly fees, and it comes with a huge amount of features.

Schedule your webinar whenever you want. This allows people on different time schedule to attend. You can set how many days in advance that they can schedule. You can also let people sign and watch immediately.

You can have items show up in the middle of your webinar (a pdf to download, etc). You can also give away something for anyoen who tells a friend about the webinar.

There is a scarcity feature which adds a “count down timer” to (for example) a special price. This is very “Home Shopping Network.”

You have a live chat, but the questions are sent to you via email.

You have a registration widget that can be placed on any website.

The bottom line is there are tons of videos to walk you through the software and you can have your first automated webinar in minutes.

My install had a minor glitch, and the best part is the Easy Webinar people stepped up to the plate and got me up and running.
