<p>2009年，歌德学院（中国）、柏林自由大学文化与传媒管理学院、Mercator基金会，在中国联合推出了培训和培养计划——“文化管理在中国”，致力于促进培养中国文化领域新一代管理者。</p>
<p>项目第一期在2009年顺利完成，取得了巨大成功。2010年3月，“文化管理”再次登陆中国。此次它涉及的范围更加广泛，包括多元文化机构、表演艺术机构、各类艺术/电影/音乐/舞蹈/戏剧节、音乐经纪或文化代理机构、博物馆，为参与者提供全方位的管理文化机构的方法与技巧，同时通过培训提高课程参与者对国际交流和协作项目的理解与组织掌控能力。</p>

<p>In 2009, Goethe-Institut China, together with Institute for Arts and Media Management of Freie Universität Berlin and Stiftung Mercator, have for the first time initiated the study program &#8220;Culture Management in China”, which has obtained great success.</p>
<p>And now, this project will continue with its second edition in 2010, with a wider range of fields involving cultural centres (&#8221;multiplex&#8221;), performing arts institutions, festivals, music and cultural agencies, and museums. The aim is to provide the participants with universally applicable management tools for cultural organizations as well as to enhance their understanding and capability for international exchange or coproduction projects.</p>

<p>因为在我的电脑屏幕上看他的作品效果不够好，我决定乘坐意大利国家铁路公司Trenitalia的新型“超快”列车去趟阳光温暖的罗马。真不是个好主意！“超快列车”这个词可不能轻易相信，70%的这种列车都会<a  href="http://www.repubblica.it/cronaca/2010/01/07/news/frecciarossa_partenza_lenta_in_ritardo_il_70_dei_convogli-1863649/">晚点</a>，有时会晚很多，就像我有幸体验的那样。我6号到了那里，不过所有机构都关门了因为有个天主教庆典。不是所有，店铺就没关。看来即使是教皇，在商品消费面前也是无能为力呀。7号画廊下午3.30分开了门，不过我当时已经在去另一个在佛罗伦萨的展览的路上了。<a  href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYpPiTUCjX0">¡Ay que dolor!</a></p>

<p><a  href="http://www.saatleriayarlamaenstitusu.com/">Kutlug Ataman</a>的双通道投影作品<a  href="http://britdoc.org/real_films/film/journey_to_the_moon/">Journey to the Moon</a>（去月亮的旅程）是一个纪事与虚构相结合的作品，内容源自1957年的一个城市神话。据说一群住在东土耳其地区的村民被一个政客所骗，相信如果他们投票选这个政客，他就会与美国合作建造一家生产宇宙飞船的工厂。作品探索这样一种想法，即村民是美式西方化的受害者，这种西方化进程不仅发生在50年代的土耳其也作用在全球化的初期阶段。</p>

<p>2006年，在东爪哇岛天然气和石油开采带来了严重的环境问题，并影响至今。专家们猜测是爪哇岛中部的地震引发了那场无法遏制的“泥火山”的<a  href="http://www.spiegel.de/international/spiegel/0,1518,442408,00.html">爆发</a>，而很多人则认为是由于Lapindo Brantas矿业公司的疏忽导致的。有毒的烟尘还在矿井上不断冒出，烟尘内含有硫化氢，它能给人的身体和神经系统产生长期的影响。人们曾企图组织这个泥火山喷流，但无论是建筑15英尺的泥坝还是献祭动物都失败了。</p>
<p>自第一次爆发开始，13，000家庭（大约5万人）失去了他们的土地和家园。Susan Norries为这一事件创造了Notes from Havoc（来自灾难的消息）。</p>

<p><em>她的第一个动物画像系列是在Rijksakademie完成的。这一系列中有五只警犬，它们展现出一种受压制的侵略性，太神奇了。在以后的几年中，还有很多个系列完成，集中反映的主体都是例如警马（《四匹马》），战马（《逝去的日子》），狼（《冥想》），最近还有关于流浪狗的作品-《满是伤口的心灵》。人和动物的关系在她的作品中形成了一个永恒的而且是间接的元素。Dumas更喜欢从与人的亲密关系的角度拍摄动物，那些对人类有着重要作用的动物，比如在人的训练下，温顺的动物并且在实际的任务中或者从它们的表情分辨出那些有着特定的意图的动物。每一种动物都生活在人类的环境中，或者说，囚禁在人类的环境中。Dumas采用传统的方式，始终不断地将主题放置在中心位置，从而描绘出一种浓缩的平静。肖像心理学在其中发挥了关键的作用。</em></p>

<p>她对于流浪狗的作品给我留下了深刻的印象，这种感觉是难以言表的，但是Dumas在它们中看到了希望。如果你在阿姆斯特丹，或是其他地方，你知道你应该做什么了。。。。。</p>

<p>“<a  href="http://www.strozzina.org/manipulatingreality/e_index.php">操控现实</a>”，这个在佛罗伦萨<a  href="http://www.strozzina.org/">CCCS</a>展出至1月17日的展览真是棒极了！展览探讨了通过摄影图像和视频操控和重组现实的主题。由于我贴博文的速度可谓慢的出名，而这个展览结束的又很快，我想我还是贴一篇有关其中一个展品的快报吧，以后我再补篇有关展览的详细报道。</p>

<p>“<a  href="http://www.streetwithaview.com/">街上一景</a>”关注了Google<a  href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Street_View">街景视图</a>的真实平凡性与其可能产生的监视嫌疑之间的矛盾。众所周知，这一网络服务是依靠通过安装在车顶的全景照相机以慢速驶过世界各个街道所收集的照片为基础的。这种地图绘制方式引起了很多关于个人或社区照片中涉及的<a  href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Street_View#Privacy_issues">隐私</a>及是否有权将其出版或用于商业用途的<a  href="http://technology.timesonline.co.uk/tol/news/tech_and_web/article1870995.ece">争论</a>。</p>

<p>“街上一景”是对认为可以通过大众传媒的照片了解一个地方的真实面貌的想法的讽刺。使用Google地图的人认为他们虽然没有去过，但已经看到（继而了解）了巴黎、纽约以及匹兹堡的街道。通过这些集体表演和行动，Kinsley 和Hewlett通过类比告诉我们Google所展现给人们的和他们精心安排的艺术活动一样是虚构的现实。</p>
<p>因为图片无法代替直接的亲身体验，他们总是一种对现实世界的重组，如果不是操作的话,是一种在现今的媒体社会中我们被引导认为的现实。Paul Virilio认为这样照片所表现出来的现实反过来成了真正意义上的现实，成为一种视觉真相。而我们现在使用最多的也是全球化的世界中最重要的一种语言就是这些视觉真相。</p>

<p>一位评论家兼策展人<a  href="http://www.domenicoquaranta.net/">Domenico Quaranta</a>策划了这次的节目，他所选择的艺术作品既包含市场考虑，又带有对于媒体技术文化影响的批判性思考。我认为Quaranta是这份工作的理想人选。他如此年轻，因而不带有任何成见，也不对传统的新媒体领域进行“界定”。但他也非常博闻强识， nma家族非常尊敬他，而他也在若干个不同的活动中树立了自己的口碑，特别是去年，他和Yves Bernard在布鲁塞尔的互动媒体艺术研究所（iMAL）一起策划了“圣火，数码时代的艺术”。事情进展得如此顺利&#8230;</p>

<p>“生产/完成单位(Eva, 俄克拉何马)2008”（<a  href="http://www.johngerrard.net/index.php?sub1=2&#038;wid=17">Grow / Finish Unit (Eva, Oklahoma) 2008</a>）展示了位于俄克拉何马州博伊西市的一处自动化养猪场。这个场景展示了一年中的实时景象，它的光线条件包括从黎明到黄昏，和实际的场地非常吻合。</p>
<p>在这个工业化的食物链生产的起点，猪吃着由石油和天然气分离出的氮培育生长出的玉米，这展示了这些猪棚居住者的本质，石油衍生猪。</p>
<p>数以千计的猪在八个猪棚中生存，虽然肉眼看不见，但却是实际存在的。一种自动虚拟的风向绘制出表面灰尘的动画，形成了这件作品中的主要运动。然而，一辆运输卡车每隔六到八个月就会从开去每个建筑，并在那里逗留1个小时。</p>

<p>任何Vito Acconci的作品都强烈的吸引了我的注意，所以我跳过一长串的作品只说我最喜欢的Umbruffla。<a  href="http://www.acconci.com/">Studio Acconci</a>构思，这是一种新型雨伞，可以包裹住你自己。一段固定在腰部，另一端固定在手腕，这样两只手就都自由了。戴上它，你可以巧妙的闪避一个路人，转向避风甚至可以邀请别人一起躲雨。Umbruffla用双向镜像的聚酯薄膜制成。从外面看是镜子，所以从里面你可以看出去，而在外表面，你可以伪装在城市的反射中，让你的行走更闪亮。</p>
<p>Umbruffla来自英语“ruffle”。当散合起来的时候，“褶皱集中成一个”，当打开的时候，“褶皱也打开，摊开，成为umbruffla。”</p>

<p>Massimiliano Fuksas, MVRDV, Jean Nouvel, Kengo Kuma, Alejandro Aravena, Cino Zucchi以及其他重要的建筑师都要在三年展的花园里各建造一个房屋的模型。</p>

<p>Oskar Leo Kaufann的Carton House卡通房子是一个艺术的提案，几年前在都灵的艺术双年展上展出的。这个极简的房子并不是一个实际的为廉价居住设计的构思，而是让那些实际上真的睡在大街上纸板箱里的人更加醒目。</p>
<p>卡通房子可折叠，重12kg，大小1.00×0.66×0.20m。一旦展开，可居住的空间是2×1&#215;1.75m。</p>
<p>澳大利亚的建筑师也发展出一种廉价易于建造的预制房屋，比如<a  href="http://prefabcosm.com/home/System3/">System 3 House</a>，就是他和Albert Rüf一起为MoMA的<a  href="http://www.momahomedelivery.org/">家庭递送展览</a>设计的。</p>

<p>Casa Per Tutti的展览被分割成一系列的部分。从微观/宏观两个极端，但是在现实中互补的方式来看待居住：一个小的单人住宅空间和一个大尺度的复杂的城市尺度下的住宅楼。</p>

<p>像很多post-Archigram充气作品，这个作品清晰的换气了<a  href="http://archigram.net/projects_pages/cuishicle_4.html">Cushicle</a>。房屋的结构完全按照传统的房屋形式。充气房屋有三个可充气的元素组成，用钢平台固定在地面上，用拉链链接，并且它们之间的排列方式保证了不积水。一旦这个房屋的长度被确定了，每一个模数都是一个不可充气的板，这可以包含一扇门或者窗。这些帮助室内通风的模数，是一个一边拉链链接的系统。</p>

<p>有些作品，不是为崇尚简单易做的社会边缘人物设计的，而是实际上被赋予了优雅的特质。例如<a  href="http://www.baumraum.de/">Baumraum</a>的<a  href="http://www.neublack.com/art-design/baumraum-tree-houses/">Tree Houses</a>（树屋）。</p>

<p>这个概念讽刺了<a  href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archizoom">Archizoom</a>的不停-城市（<a  href="http://www.medienkunstnetz.de/works/no-stop-city/">No Stop City</a>)，1969年的概念，用荒谬极端的推论来批判现代主义建筑的思维方式。这个设想中的城市没有边界，但是水平向省长，使用人工照明和通风。</p>

<p>现在我们去的洞窟是“<a  href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peak_Cavern">山顶洞窟</a>”。它还有个特别的名字叫“魔鬼的屁股”。1915年以前它一直是英国最后一批<a  href="http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/troglodyte">洞穴人</a>的住处。他们在靠近洞口的地方建造房屋，靠做绳子为生。而洞的深处据说曾是强盗的避难所。</p>

<p><a  href="http://www.forschungsfloss.de/">艺术家</a>在一个西伯利亚河鄂毕河流域的沙岛上发起了一项太空探索。她观察了整个日食过程（２００８年８月１日）对月亮鹅行为的影响。<a  href="http://www.ffur.de/the-moon-goose-experiment">看看</a>太空马车的起航吧！</p>

<p>如果媒体没有如我们所愿，那么艺术能插足吗？艺术家在这个脚本中充当着什么角色呢？向艺术家提供反馈够吗？难道我们不应该希望他们会接受一个更加“前馈”的态度和更加充满感知力和集体创造力的灵感吗？</p>
<p>展览上的29名艺术家并没有装作可以提供所有的答案，也没有掩藏我们这个时代所有的尴尬和紧张，但是它们却通过很多其他的角度反映了出来。所有艺术品被分成了五个主题，其中一个是为了调查21世纪，由斗争，腐败，经济不平衡，恐怖主义和社团主义造成的碎片。</p>

<p>再次发现这辆车十分独特，几乎可以成为21世纪初汽车文化的曙光，因为它有着不可实现的作用。在展览后，这辆车会被再次抛弃，但是这一次，会将它放置在一个废料场，再次利用。<em>Proyecto Coche </em>是这个项目的一份子，此项目将物质文化看成消费者社会的一个表现。</p>

<p><a  href="http://www.nationalphilistine.com/baghdad/index.html">Baghdad in No Particular Order</a> 这个作品包括Paul Chan在2002年拍摄的连续镜头，当时他正作为“<a  href="http://vitw.org/">原野中的声音</a>”的一员参观巴格达，这一个小组旨在以非暴力的方式挑战由美国发起的反对伊拉克人民的经济战争。这个在巴格达的生活录像展示了伊拉克人民的每天的生活。这些图片几乎是乏味枯燥的，他们描绘了在家中，工作中，朋友聚会中以及在工厂里的伊拉克人。这些每天的平凡生活并不能通过报纸看到。伊拉克战争发生后第六年，战争对人们的生活产生了很大影响，而Chan的电影正是引起了人们对这方面的注意。电影中出现的人们都在第一次海湾战争中存活，然后他们被卷入了有一场战争，同时也被卷入了压迫和占领。今天的他们还能继续存活吗？</p>

<p><a  href="http://www.paglen.com/">Trevor Paglan</a> 的<a  href="http://www.paglen.com/pages/projects/nowhere/photos_images.htm">受限制的电报</a> 照片系列使用的是高倍的望远镜，拍摄了美国政府的“黑色”基地和间谍卫星。可是矛盾的是，他的图片并没有揭开秘密，反而加深了它们的神秘感。“受限制的电报”与天体摄影术十分相似，后者是宇航员拍摄距离地球数以万亿米的物体时使用的技术。Paglen的目标更近一点，但是拍摄起来也很有难度。信息上的模糊会对测量物理距离造成障碍。</p>
