Guest Post: 7 Tips for Environmentally Friendly Interior Design

With the world’s attention turned toward sustainability, it isn’t surprising that the interior design field has promoted some fantastic measures for achieving eco-friendly décor and designing homes with sustainable resources. The following are seven tips that will help you achieve an environmentally friendly living space that looks as wonderful as it will feel!

Support Eco-Friendly Companies
Supporting eco-friendly companies means purchasing products for your home from organizations that are committed to making quality products from sustainable resources or from materials that are ultimately safe for the environment. Buy green cleaning and household maintenance products from companies who have gone green; find companies that support local economies in your area. Shopping locally from environmentally friendly companies is the first step to achieving a greener home and also cuts down on the energy used to ship items that come from abroad or across the country.

Natural Paints
Paint can be quite toxic to the environment; traditional paints are loaded with volatile organic compounds that are, indeed, toxic for humans. Instead of paints loaded with dangerous chemicals or toxic compounds and fungicides, consider choosing natural paints made from milk proteins or clay. Pigments can be added and the overall effect may be just as pleasing as any other paint product. You’re also likely to breathe easier knowing that your walls are not coated with toxins.

Floors from Renewable Resources
Hard wood floors are classic and continue in popularity among homeowners; however, be sure to install wood floors made from reclaimed wood, if possible. Ideally, choose sustainable natural flooring made from materials like bamboo. Bamboo is durable and comes in many gorgeous styles that have the elegant look and feel of hard wood. As a natural resource, bamboo is fast-growing and an ideal material for interior design. It can also be considerably less expensive than hard wood since it is easy to grow on bamboo plantations.

Eco-Friendly Furniture
When purchasing new furniture, choose bamboo if you want the look of wood; however, be sure it hasn’t been sprayed or treated with chemicals. Avoid buying new furniture made from wood, if possible. Furniture made from recycled metal is growing in popularity. Many furniture companies now specialize in products made from sustainable or recycled materials and can be found easily online.

Revamped or Reused Furniture
If you have your heart set on real wood furniture, you can still be environmentally friendly in your selection by choosing an antique or used piece of furniture. You can also revamp something old and tattered by making repairs or even dramatically altering it to suit a new purpose. Even a simple coat of paint can work wonders for an old piece of furniture. Look for books on making-over flea market finds for great ideas for repurposing old furniture.

Decorate with Plants
Many interior designers recommend adding plants to the décor. Plants can add visual beauty to any space, but many are renowned for their ability to clear the air. Some of the best plants for removing toxins from the air are bamboo palm, spider plant, English ivy, weeping fig, and rubber plants. Before running out to buy a new vase, consider buying a new plant and just use an old vase to showcase it.

Green Accents for Every Space
When it comes to decorating, you can add green accents to every room of the house with a little treasure hunting or some craft tutorials. Instead of buying new items from department stores, look for used items on online auction sites or at flea markets and resale shops. Just as with used furniture, these used accents can be revamped and repurposed with your own signature style. By keeping old items out of landfills, you contribute to a greener environment.

Guest Post: How to Reduce Excessive Underarms Sweating Through Organic Products?

<img style="float: left; margin-bottom: 40px" size-full wp-image-1269" title="Excessive Underarm Sweat" src="http://blog.martincollege.edu.au/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/excessive-underarm-sweating-1.jpg" alt="Excessive Underarm Sweat" width="240" height="240" />Underarm sweating, with two wet circles forming on your clothes, is truly embarrassing. It is obviously shown in dark-colored clothes looking stained, and this becomes a problem in business and social interactions for both men and women.

In this article, we will discuss some tips on how you can reduce excessive underarm sweating. But first, let us learn what the causes of excessive underarm sweating are.

The Roots of the “Funk”

By now, you probably know that sweating or perspiring is your body's one way of releasing heat and cooling itself. But excessive sweating is another case that may be caused by over-activity in that part of the nervous system connected to the hypothalamus area of the brain that contains nerve cells sensing the temperature of the overall body and the surface of the skin. When the metabolic rate is increased because of exercise or exposure to hot weather, the body temperature heats up and triggers the nerves to stimulate sweat glands in the armpits to level up on their sweat production.

Aside from “overheat” and exercise, another cause of excessive underarm sweating is strong caffeine intake. If you drink more cups of coffee, tea, soft drink and other drinks or food which contains caffeine that your body can take, the nervous system is once again activated to begin sweating profusely.

Also related to the nervous system are stress and anxiety. When we think too much that we feel too worried or emotional, our basal metabolism increases to provide us with extra energy that makes us start to sweat. Specifically, when we’re overly stressed, our body releases a type of hormone called epinephrine or adrenaline which fires up eccrine and apocrine sweat glands mainly in the underarms, palm of our hands, soles of the feet and forehead.

Above all else, one other reason could be blamed to genetics. If your family genes really has excessive sweating then you’re also prone to be the forbearers of this condition. There’s a medical condition termed for this and it’s called “hyperhidrosis.” It literally means sweating much more than is needed to cool the body. Probable causes are hormone imbalances, high levels of progesterone, an overly active thyroid gland—all increasing the body's metabolism and heat production which leads to sweating.

Organic Products to Reduce Underarm Sweating

1. Tea Leaves

To prevent armpits to perspire heavily and easily, start drinking one to two glasses of sage, green, black, or sage tea every day. Despite being hot, herbal tea drinks cause your body to perspire less and also help the body to eliminate toxins. If your body is cleansed from these harmful bacteria, it will produce less sweat. Aside from taking tea leaves as a drink, you can also rub the tea leaves themselves onto your armpits and witness the wonders of its astringent and antibacterial properties. Let the juice absorb into the skin to dry the pores and prevent sweat and irritation.

2. Walnut Leaves and Eucalyptus

Speaking of herbs, you can also use blended or grinded walnut leaves and eucalyptus for a lower perspiration level. What’s more, the mixture of this herb paste can also help in removing bad odor in your armpits.

3. Aromatherapy

As mentioned above, excessive sweating boils down from the sympathetic nervous system. To solve this straight out, you should calm your nerves and one recommendation of doing this with organic ways is by aromatherapy. By inhaling essential oils of herbs containing natural sedatives like cypress, eucalyptus and lemongrass, you can actually prevent excessive sweating throughout the day.

4. Organic Deodorants

Opt for organic deodorants which contain ammonium alum and potassium alum. Make sure that the product has no aluminum and/or toxic mineral salts but only natural ingredients such as organic fruit extracts, lavender, aloe vera and tea tree oil.

5. Apple Cider Vinegar

Just add a splash of apple cider vinegar into a glass of water you’re drinking and you’re helping yourself to flush toxins out of your system. This is one of the old-timers golden home remedies that can reduce body sweating largely.

6. Lemon Juice

Lemon juice not only whitens the underarm but also prevents excessive sweating. Apply lemon juice on your underarms before sleeping at night and allow time for it to dry up by itself without patting or wiping it off.

7. Baking Soda

Baking soda works well in absorbing dampness of underarms. Consider applying a mixture of baking soda (or organic talcum powders) with water and two to three droplets of lavender oil in place of usual antiperspirants and deodorants.

8. Malt Vinegar

Before taking a shower or preferably before going to bed at night, trim underarm hair and put an ample amount of vinegar onto your underarm pores and let it sit for about 20 minutes to stay dry. After bathing, do not use any antiperspirant, as pure vinegar is greatly designed for the same objective.

Conclusion

Avoiding and reducing excessive underarm sweating is important to good sanitation, comfort and improving your self confidence. Luckily, there are several ways to prevent this condition with the use of organic products. While there is no best one in the list which fits all individuals (as effects vary depending on the skin and body’s systems), we might as well use and take advantage of them before going for the medical procedures through frustration as some do.

Guest Post: Improving Your Car's Fuel Efficiency

VAT increases, fuel duty rises, increases in the wholesale cost of energy and now threats of industrial action by fuel tanker drivers – it can sometimes seem that Britain's motorists are coming under attack from every possible angle. Anyone who drives won't have been able to avoid noticing that the price of fuel has continued to rise significantly over recent years. April figures from the Department of Energy and Climate Change show that pump prices in the UK hit another high - £1.42 for a litre of unleaded petrol.

The figures also revealed that prices in other European countries are even higher than they are in Britain – bad news for any drivers planning on taking a motoring holiday abroad. In Italy for example, the cost of a litre of petrol is now £1.58p, just one penny short of the cost of a litre in Denmark, currently the most expensive place in Europe to buy petrol. Anyone looking for the cheapest place to fill up their tank needs to head over to Romania, where the cost of a litre is £1.12p.

And while there are no magic ways to fill up your tank without forking out, there are a few ways that you can make sure your fuel lasts as long as possible. Here are a few ideas for you:

Forget the racing starts
Speeding off from the traffic lights and pretending to be Michael Schumacher can be great fun, but it won't do much for the level of fuel in your tank. Revving the engine and changing gear at high revs is a great way to go through your petrol in no time at all.

Don't fill up on the motorway!
It is often the case that you will find the most expensive fuel prices on the motorway and so it pays to make sure that you think about your fuel stops before you make a long journey. There are now websites where you can see which petrol stations in your area have the cheapest fuel – use them if you want to be sure of getting the best deal.

Don't put your foot down going uphill
Driving up hills can take it out of your engine, and putting your foot down when you are three-quarters of the way up, and your old Ford Fiesta is beginning to feel the strain, can take it out of your petrol reserves. Think ahead and get up to a reasonable speed before you start ascending the hill, then as your vehicle gets into the climb, ease the pressure on the accelerator pedal in order to maintain a steady speed and change down a gear if required.

Check your tyres
Remember that underinflated tyres can seriously hurt the fuel efficiency of your vehicle. Make sure that you have the right pressure in your tyres – you'll be able to check how much air they should have in them by looking in the vehicle's handbook, or for a sticker that is usually located on the driver's door.

Guest Post: Four Tips for a Greener Drive

There is a large emphasis on how cars are affecting the environment and polluting the air. While many are pushing for more people to use public transportation or to walk to your destination, this is not always possible. You may have a long commute to work or live too far away from public transportation, which is when you need to look at tips for driving greener.

Buy a Greener Car

One of the first options that you could look into is buying a car that is considered to be greener. There are a number of hybrid vehicles being introduced, which will help to cut down on the amount of gas polluting the air, and many of these are available through new car finance and hire purchases. Next time that you are looking for a new car, consider looking into the greener options to save the environment and save you money.

Change Your Driving Style

However, not everyone is able to afford a new car or will currently need to buy a new one. When it comes to this, you can still protect the environment by changing the way that you drive. The first step is to stop accelerating so quickly and brake slowly. By keeping the vehicle moving for longer, you are putting fewer emissions into the air because less gas is being burned. When you know that you are coming to a stop, start slowing down sooner; you may prevent yourself from having to come to a complete stop.

Do All Maneuvers With a Hot Engine

When it comes to maneuvering your vehicle, do it when the engine is hot. This involves backing into a parking space instead of driving into one; if you can, find the spots that make it possible to drive in and drive out of them. Maneuvering the vehicle when you just turn the engine on will use more gas and pollute the air more.

Remove Excess Weight

While you may think that it saves you time by keeping the luggage rack on top of the car, you will be added unneeded weight. The heavier your vehicle is, the more gas you will use. While it does add more time onto a journey, whether going away or coming back from a break, it will save you money and protect the environment.

It is not always possible to use public transport to commute or to walk to work. However, if you do not need to use the car, avoid it. Opt for walking, cycling and public transport when you can. While you may not want to do it, walking in the rain to pick up the children from school is much better for the environment and your wallet than taking the car.

Guest Post: Save Big on Business Energy Bills

Business energy bills for any business no matter how big or small it is can prove to be a major cause of concern. Every company tries its best to reduce its overhead costs which includes reducing consumption of energy. There is no magic wand that can make this happen in a moment but, there are a few energy saving ideas that you can implement to help your business make the most of its resources.

Installing green appliances in your office

Business energy is a very expensive commodity to have. On one hand you want to make your office and it surroundings as energy efficient as possible and on the other hand you cannot imagine having to let your company suffer in paying up huge bills.

The solution lies in investing in appliances which come with the green tag. These appliances may be a little on the pricey side. This might discourage you from purchasing them. But, think about this; would you like to make a one-time investment and save on energy in the long term or do you want to save now and end up paying through your nose for business energy bills that are beyond your reach? Answer this question and you will know what to do!

Also, by making changes like installing energy efficient windows and doors, you can prevent loss of energy and contribute towards maintaining a healthy environment in your business premises.

Recycle to cut business energy bills

Energy is not just in the form of the gas, electricity or water that you use to run your business. It is also in the form of materials you use in your office space. Recycled paper will help you reduce costs while buying new paper rolls. Recycling printers, computers and computer accessories will help you spend less on future electronic items.

Adopting business energy assessment exercises

One way to know how you can save energy is to attack the problem at its core. This is possible when you conduct frequent energy audits in your office. You should include your office staff to be a part of these audits so that they know where the problem lies and what they can do to eliminate these problems. You can initiate the process by identifying sources of energy consumption and then making an estimate as to how much business energy you use to carry out your routine activities.

Once the estimates are established, you compare them with standard business consumption rates and then see where you are lagging. Conducting business energy audits is a very a good way to save on energy because it gives you practical solutions and sometimes it does not take a lot of effort to implement these solutions.

Saving business energy is one of the few things you can do to gain a good reputation with the customers. The efforts you put towards this cause will also help you increase your profit margin by reducing your office overhead expenses and costs involved in maintenance of office equipment.

Guest Post: The Military Goes Green

Army green no longer only refers to the uniforms worn by our ground soldiers. In recent years, the Department of Defense has been furiously working on ways to lower the military's carbon footprint. Even if not for the specific reason to help the environment and no matter what the driving force is, most military personnel would agree that lowering our dependence on foreign oil needs to be a top priority.

In a report released by the Pentagon, the United States military used nearly 340,000 barrels of oil each day and in 2006 spent over $13 billion on energy costs. The report also speaks to how costly, wasteful, and dangerous for our troops it is to transfer the oil needed to battlefields. Just like our whole country, the military would benefit from having better fuel economy.

The military is making other efforts to "go green" as well. In addition to lowering fuel use and fuel-related costs they are exploring the many alternative energy options available. Some examples of how the military is using renewable energies is through powering both military bases and individual soldiers' equipment which helps make their load much more manageable. All branches of our armed forces are working to improve their green efforts and in 2010, the government allocated $2.7 billion to help the military increase energy efficiency.

The Assistant Secretary of the Navy said in a recent press conference that the Navy hopes to cut their fuel consumption in half by 2015 and by 2020 half of all energy used by the Navy will be from a renewable and alternative power source. If you think these seem like unreasonable goals, keep in mind that in 1999 before nuclear-powered carriers existed, an aircraft carrier would burn through 264 gallons of fuel a second.

A separate report out of the Pentagon states that on facilities worldwide, including permanent bases, the Army has limited its water consumption by over 30% and its energy consumption by just over 10% since 2004. Army officials have even started thinking about including hybrid vehicles on battlefields to reduce fuel consumption and the need for convoys to deliver fuel.

Our airborne personnel are also joining the effort and just completed a 140-acre solar farm outside of Las Vegas. They're also testing planes and other aircrafts with a blend of manmade fuels created from natural gas and conventional oil. If they can successfully run their aircrafts on these synthetic fuels, they would greatly reduce dependence on foreign fuel.

The Marine Corps is following suit with hopes of reducing overall energy consumption by 2025. They hope to provide their marines with equipment that runs on solar power to reduce the need for the fuel convoys to supply their generators as well.

When considered all together, it seems more important for the military more than anyone to reduce our dependency on foreign oil. Some of the biggest consumers of natural resources, they also have the monetary and brainpower resources to improve their energy efficiency. With money dedicated to this effort and helping improve the lives of active duty members through services and programs like veteran home loans, the government maintains its practice of allocating a huge percentage of national funds to the military. The least the military needs to do is reduce its overall energy consumption to help this nation reach energy reduction goals and to provide an example for militaries across the world.

Guest Post: Top Tips for Getting Your Kids Interested in Gardening

Many parents try to get their kids to help them in the garden, but not many succeed. Although we all know that kids enjoy playing in the dirt, they won't want to work in the garden if they think they're being forced to do their chores.

Talking excitedly about the garden will spark your children’s interest, looking at books and telling them what fun a garden can be will stoke their imagination and if you play your cards right your kids will actually beg you to let them help out! To get them truly excited about gardening, you'll have to make it fun. With these tips, you'll be able to get your children enthused about having a garden all their own.

Let them own it. If you want to get them interested and keep them that way, let it be theirs from the very beginning. Allow them to name it, if they wish, and help them make a sign to put up near the garden. This will provide them with a feeling of importance, as will giving them a set of child-sized gardening tools.

As you guide them through the process, mistakes will happen; allowing them to figure out how to deal with them is a learning experience for both of you. Let them make most of the decisions― if they're invested in a project, they're more likely to stick with it.

Keep it fairly simple. An easy way to help your child retain an interest in gardening is to stick with easy-to-grow plants. Take the process in small steps, reminding your child that it can take time to grow. Rather than letting them grab random seeds off the rack, pick a few that you know will do well, and allow them to choose a few that look interesting.

Choose vegetables that are easier to grow, such as carrots, radishes, potatoes, green beans, and spinach. Some children have short attention spans, and can get bored quickly; choosing fast-growing, low-maintenance plants will help to keep boredom at bay.

Letting your child place the seeds in the soil, water them, measure the seedlings, and harvest plants will keep them motivated to finish the next step, and letting them eat some of the vegetables they harvest will foster a sense of pride.

Treating your garden as an experiment of sorts will not only nourish their mind, but keep their interest. Use the building of a compost heap as a biology lesson, and as you harvest and eat your crop, offer lessons on nutrition and math.

Gardening can be an involved process, but it can also be very exciting and educational for children. If you celebrate small milestones, they'll be more willing to participate― the process of growing a garden will feed their bodies and their minds at the same time.

Guest Post: How Can Businesses Reduce Their Carbon Footprint?

With an increasing need to save the planet, both individuals and organisations have a social responsibility to operate in a greener, more environmentally-friendly way. Whilst offsetting an organisation’s carbon footprint is a start, actually looking at ways to reduce an organisation’s carbon footprint is also vital. It not only has a beneficial impact on the environment but can lower a firm’s running costs and increase its market competitiveness. But where should an organisation start?

There are many different strategies that an organisation can employ to lower its carbon footprint, often depending on the type of business that it operates. Taking an overall view and approach of how the business is run and where improvements can be made is a good starting point. Making a conscious commitment to become greener needs to filter down from management to all members of staff, and from every aspect of the business.

Waste not, want not

Simple measures such as reducing the amount of unnecessary printing or photocopying, using sustainable paper sources or double-side printing can make a difference. Allocate clearly-labelled recycling bins around the office to encourage staff to dispose of waste correctly. Recycle used office equipment where possibly, and make use of websites where you can pick up or offer free items such as tables and chairs, which would otherwise be sent to the landfill.

Turn it off

Turning computer equipment and electrical equipment off at the end of the day can save a business money and reduce its carbon footprint. In large organisations, remote monitoring devices are useful to be able to turn equipment off where it might otherwise be hard to go round and individually check items. Heating and lighting levels can also be controlled through remote monitoring devices, so that levels are lowered or turned off during times when the business is closed.

Remote working

Many organisations now recognise the value of allowing staff to work from home and modern technology makes this even easier than before. Not only can it improve productivity, but with staff not needing to travel to and from work, reductions in fuel and CO2 emissions can make a positive impact on the environment.

Greener travelling

But where getting goods from A to B is an essential part of a business operation, then it’s not practical to suggest eliminating this to become greener. Yet that’s not to say that an organisation can’t look at ways to improve how they operate this aspect of their business. Mobile app developers have created green apps which can not only tell you the most efficient travel routes, but also which roads are congested and where to re-route, thus saving time and CO2 emissions stuck in traffic. Green apps have also been developed to remind you when a vehicle needs servicing, compare fuel prices, check your travels and calculate your carbon footprint. If operations are based in remote locations, then rather than making regular visits by transport, remote monitoring devices can be utilised to keep a check on how things are running, thus reducing a company’s carbon footprint.

This post was written by James Harper on behalf of Xibis who design remote monitoring software.
Guest Post: Make the Old New Again With Easy Green Home Décor

If you're feeling stuffy and stagnant in your home because of old décor, it's time to renew your house and yourself. There's no better way to join the green movement than by redecorating with some sustainable and eco-friendly options. Decorating your home with these green tips will once more prove that eco-friendly and budget-friendly choices almost always go hand in hand.

When deciding how to be green while decorating, stick to the age-old 3 Rs to guide you: reduce, reuse, and recycle. These don't just apply to how you dispose of trash. Let's start with recycling and reusing. To renew your couch's appearance, you don't need more than a new slipcover or reupholstering if it's in your budget. You don't need to get rid of your furniture, just give it a make over. When buying a slipcover or new fabric, consider using renewable material like bamboo. It's soft, plush, and will have everyone wanting to cuddle up on the "new" furniture.

Also consider reusing other pieces of furniture and making them into something new. An old bookshelf can be sanded down and repainted for a whole new look, as could a coffee table or end table. You could even make a new cabinet by installing shutters or doors on the front to completely change an old bookshelf. Use rocks or broken pieces of glass to turn your end tables into mosaic masterpieces.

Reduce your décor's carbon footprint by finding furniture and new pieces from locally sourced stores. A great choice is a your local thrift store but also look on Craigslist and even sites like Etsy to find things that were manufactured nearby. The less your furniture has to travel to reach you, the less waste you'll produce while redecorating. Also look around your house to find items that you can reinvent using old magazines, old scrapbook materials, yarn, and old photographs. You could make a magazine holder, a trash can, or a bookshelf completely unique with a little Modge Podge and materials you already have lying around the house.

Reduce your house's job of heating and cooling by replacing your current window treatments with more sustainable versions. Heavier fabrics will both block sunlight and absorb heat to keep your house at a reasonable temperature without your home's heating and cooling systems having to kick in. A timeless and always-in-style option would be Venetian blinds. They're great to keep hot sunlight out of your house during the day and to keep in heat at night. They're available in all kinds of fabrics, including sustainable options and they don't cost much.

Literally "green" your house and fill empty, uninspired corners with houseplants. They come in all maintenance levels and will improve your house's air quality naturally. They also give you endless ways to reinvent the different spaces in your house for little cost and with the extra oxygen, you and the family will feel more refreshed when at home.

Redecorating doesn't mean spending your savings buying new and trendy pieces. It's your space so make it exactly what you want. Have fun greening your home's style!

Guest Post: Reduce The Expenses Of Your Relocation By Using Eco-Friendly Packaging

There are many efforts being made to curtail the pollution levels in the environment. It is imperative to make some efforts for bringing about a change. You can make a huge difference by doing your bit for protecting the environment as big differences are usually made, by bringing about small changes.

One of the best things that you could begin with is eco-friendly relocation. A major aspect of relocation ispackaging andgreen packaging can be a great idea for conserving the environment. You can also save a good amount of money by planning to move in a DIY way and using eco-friendly material for packing would be an icing on the cake. There are some simple packing tips that you could follow for organizing an eco-friendly DIY move:

Reuse And Recycle

Reuse and recycle are the golden words to follow if you are planning a green move. You must try to make use of biodegradable products as far as possible. This will reduce the demand for non-biodegradable items and consequently there will be less production of the same. This environment friendly move will also curtail your expenses as biodegradable items are less expensive as compared to the non-biodegradable ones. You can also consider borrowing used cardboard boxes from your friends or neighbors who have recently relocated.

Use Eco-Friendly Items

It is best to utilize the eco-friendly packaging material while relocating. You can use eco-friendly cartons for storing all your stuff. You will soon be able to make use of edible packing material that are a unique and convenient option for packing your food items. You can easily dispose off these containers by eating them, as they are made up of edible WikiCells. Many more upcoming developments like these, can be used for the conservation of the environment.

Use Old Clothes And Newspapers

Instead of utilizing bubble wraps and packing peanuts, you can make use of your old clothes and newspapers forpacking. It is advisable to wrap your stuff in old clothes and stuff the cardboards with newspapers. Newspapers are a cheaper alternative over packing peanuts that would help in keeping the items intact inside the cardboard boxes. If you buy crated boxes, then you would not be needing any padding material to keep your fragile stuff safe in transit.

Save Diesel And Gas

Moving less stuff would result in fewer trips for transportation and hence, less consumption of gas, diesel or petrol. It would be a convenient option for you as well, owing to the ever-increasing petrol and diesel prices. It is particularly advisable to move less stuff, when you are planning a long distance move as it would help in less consumption of diesel and gas. You could even go for other eco-friendly alternatives such as bio-diesel trucks for saving fuel.

It is easy to plan an eco-friendly DIY move that is also budget-friendly. You can avail the services of London Removals for making the move less daunting. Incorporating eco-friendly habits in your daily life shall go a long way in reducing the environmental problems like pollution, global warming and greenhouse effect.

Author Bio:
