Cooked foods deposit their toxins in the body.

Raw foods rejuvenate the body at a cellular level.

Cooked foods are mere sustenance that do not rejuvenate the body. They keep us alive tomorrow, next week, and next month.

Raw foods have nutraceutical properties. They provide the body with the proper nutrients so the body can heal itself.

Chronic disease does not exist in the wild were animals live exclusively on a raw food diet. Domesticated animals, on the other hand, have every disease humans have, including cancer, arthritis, high blood pressure, etc.

Raw foods for are alkaline. They help balance the body’s pH and bring it into Homeostasis.

Raw foods are self digesting because they have enzymes. Cooked foods strain the body’s enzyme reserves as it digests them because cooked foods are avoid of enzymes.

Enzyme deficiency is a major cause of disease and premature aging. Each and every raw food has a unique array of enzymes and other organic chemical substances that have not been destroyed and/or significantly altered by heat. Cooked foods are void of enzymes and their organic chemical substances have been significantly altered by heat.

Hello there Bob

I was reading your blog on Chlorella and Warferin just yesterday, but being in the UK, I wasn’t sure how old it was?

I’m in recovery from an extensive full leg DVT, which occurred last August, due to what we think was hormone replacement therapy!

I’m on my feet and much better, and now off Warferin, but on Aspirin!

I was wondering Chlorella being so high in Vitamin K, can i take it if im on low does Aspirin, or would it work better for my blood on its own?

I’ve read the amazing reviews of Chlorella and really would love to try it as i have no energy after gaining so much weight due to the blood clot and really want to get back to normal! I feel taking Aspirin, long term, can only be more risky than a natural product?

Can you offer advice ?

Kindest regards,

Shelley C.

My reply:

Shelley:

All green foods have Vit. K – including chlorella. When you start putting anything in your body that is not natural it creates imbalances in the body that lead to disease. Warferin (aka, Coumadin) is completely unnatural so it interferes with nutrients found in natural foods such as those found in chlorella; then the manufacturer claims that certain nutrients found in the natural whole food interferes with the drug when in fact it’s the other way around.

Nature, and natural foods it produces, leads to health. Medicine, doled out by doctors, does not lead to health. Medical professionals are enablers that promulgate disease by failing to encourage people to change their diet to one of more raw fruits and vegetables while discouraging those that cause disease, i.e. cooked foods. In short, doctors know not what they do.

By Bob McCauley, ND

The fiber in Chlorella is famous for removing heavy metals and other synthetic toxins from the body. One of the absorbing substances in Chlorella fiber is sporopollenin, a naturally occurring carotene-like polymer that is extremely resistant to degradation. Chlorella’s cell wall is comprised of 3 layers. The middle layer contains the thickest cellulose microfibrils. The outer layer is extremely resistant to tearing or breakage. The characteristics of this fiber are unique to Chlorella and why it is so important that we consistently have Chlorella in our diet because it is not found in any other food source. Even dead Chlorella has the ability to soak up toxins after it has bonded with them.

However, because this outer shell of the chlorella cell is so hard that the chlorella cell must be cracked open so its nutrients can be accessed by the body. There are two methods of opening the cell wall, Pressure Release and DynoMill.

The Dyno®-Mill method of opening Chlorella’s cell wall completely crushes the wall and micronizes its nutrients so the body can absorb its nutrients. The Dyno®-Mill process uses thousands of very small glass beads (2 mm in diameter) such as those pictured here that are placed in a drum with the Chlorella and spun together for several minutes. It is an effective way to open the Chlorella cell wall. This milling process, which can be compared to milling wheat into flour, pulverizes the Chlorella cell rather than just gently cracking it open.

The state-of-the-art Pressure-Release® method used by one of our manufacturers is an entirely new approach to opening Chlorella’s cell wall. As the Chlorella cells pass through the specially designed Pressure-Release® chamber they rupture, or crack open, due to the sudden and extreme changes in pressure.

Both methods are effective. Opinions vary on which method is nutritionally better, DynoMill or Pressure Release. The best thing to do is try both kinds of chlorella and see if you like one more than the other.

The main reason I cannot stand attending the Natural Products Expo
(www.expowest.com), which was the first of its kind when it started more than 30 years ago, is that this expo has become nothing more than a party for giant corporations that decided they could make a buck selling crap that has the word “natural” on the box. Not only are these corporations fakes and frauds, they are actually harmful to be industry they supposedly represent.

The truth is that these giant food conglomerates could care less about anything other than their bottom line, which is why most of them spent millions of dollars collective to defeat food labeling laws (proposition 37)in California in 2012. These labeling laws would have compelled food producers to identify foods that had been genetically modified, and this is something that the MegaFood Mafia simply will not tolerate. Therefore, the food conglomerates bandied together their vast resources to defeat proposition 37 in California that would have protected and informed consumers of what they were buying.

If you want to go and party with the MegaFood Mafia each year in Anaheim and then in Baltimore for their Natural Products Expo East show, let me know how it goes because it’s it’s doubtful I’ll be there. If I do attend in the future, I certainly don’t want to be seen anywhere near such despicable fakes that are anything but what they try to appear to be; they put money over product integrity and work diligently, quietly, secretly to undermine the very notion of what they are suppose to be about: A Natural Product. Boycott them all.

Natural News www.naturalnews.com compiled a list below of the MegaFood Mafia culprits who poured millions of dollars into a campaign to defeat proposition 37.

• Kashi (owned by Kellogg, which has contributed $612,000 to defeat Proposition 37) – Kashi cereals contain GMOs!

• Silk soymilk (owned by the nation’s largest dairy, Dean Foods, which has contributed $253,000 to the effort to kill Proposition 37)

• Larabar (owned by General Mills, which has contributed $520,000 to defeat proposition 37)

• R.W. Knudsen (owned by Smucker, which has contributed $387,000 to defeat proposition 37)

• Santa Cruz Organic (also owned by Smucker, which has contributed $387,000 to defeat proposition 37)

• Cascadian Farm (owned by General Mills, which has contributed $520,000 to defeat proposition 37)

Water is the substance of life. Life can not exist without Water. We must constantly be adding fresh water to our body in order to keep it properly hydrated.

The body is comprised of 80% water. There is not a more important thing we put in our body. This ratio must be maintained for good health.

It is difficult for the body to get water from any other source than water itself. Soft drinks and alcohol steal tremendous amounts of water from the body. However, even other beverages such as coffee, milk and juice require water from the body to be properly digested.

Water plays a vital role in nearly every bodily function.

Water is essential for proper digestion, nutrient absorption and chemical reactions.

Water is essential for proper circulation in the body.

Water helps remove toxins from the body, in particular from the digestive tract.

Water regulates the body’s cooling system.

Consistent failure to drink enough water can lead to Chronic Cellular Dehydration. This condition where the body’s cell are never quite hydrated enough leave them in a weaken state, vulnerable to attack from disease. It weakens the body’s overall immune system and leads to chemical, nutritional and pH imbalances that can cause a host of diseases.

Dehydration can occur at any time of the year, not only during the summer months when it is hot. The dryness that occurs during winter can dehydrate the body even quicker that when it is hot. Many victims of diseases such as cholera die primarily through dehydration, not from the disease itself.

General Rule: We need to drink half our body weight in ounces of water every day to provide the body with its MINIMUM water replacement requirements. Triple the intake for better results. Never drink more than 1 Liter (Quart) of water per hour!

He does so from a Christian perspective. Jesus speaks of the body as being the living temple of God and refers to his own body as a temple. His words are misunderstood, as was much of his message to those who lived in those times. Honoring the Temple of God Webpage and Spanish Version Webpage.

The Bible states that health and wellness is found with God. If your body is full of disease it is because of the choices you have made. All disease comes from our diet. Our genes have nothing to do with whether we get sick or not. Disease does not run in our families due to genetics, but rather dietary habits that tend to lead to many of the same diseases.

If we want to be healthy we must Hydrate, Alkalize and Detoxify (HAD) our body, which creates an environment of health within the body. Ionized Water is an antioxidant produced by electrolysis that Hydrates, Alkalizes and Detoxifies the body when consumed. Ionized Water is the healthiest substance we can put in the body because there is nothing better for us than water and there is no better water than ionized water.

Bob McCauley, ND

The most common cause of disease is that people don not drink enough water, which leads to chronic cellular dehydration where the body s cells are unable to function to their capacity and serve the body as they are meant to.

Spirulina and Chlorella, two types of algae, are the healthiest, most powerful foods on Earth. They have the broadest array of nutrients and are the most nutrient dense of any whole foods. They are 60% protein and are what we should use for our protein instead of animal protein (meat, fish, eggs and dairy). The amino acids (protein) in Spirulina and Chlorella are vastly superior to those found in animal protein. They are also high in vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and nucleic acids (RNA/DNA).

Living foods (raw, uncooked, unprocessed fruits and vegetables) should be consumed because they also Hydrate, Alkalize and Detoxify the body. Living foods are filled with enzymes, which only God is capable of creating. Everything we do as humans, whether we think, walk, talk, blink, etc, is the result of enzymatic reactions. Yet we constantly put cooked and processed foods in our body that are void of enzymes. The reason we eat cooked foods is because we like their taste and we are under the mistaken impression that they are healthy for us when in fact they are not.

Cooked foods should be considered an addiction because they are not healthy for us, yet most of us cannot stop consuming them. It is impractical to believe that we will change our diet overnight to one comprised exclusively of living foods. Instead, we must try to make them as much a part of our diet as possible. We must create new traditions with our friends and family that revolve around living foods that are created by God and have not had their invaluable nutrients destroyed by cooking and/or processing.

Probiotics are the friendly bacteria that we require to break down and absorb the nutrients we consume each day. They create vitamins in the body and help keep the digestive tract clean. They also help control harmful bacteria such as E-coli and H-pylori, which is the cause of stomach ulcers.

Minerals are critical to our health. Every bodily process depends on particular minerals Angstrom Minerals are the best way to get minerals in our body because of their incredibly small size.

We also must maintain a positive mental attitude if we wish to be healthy. If we allow negative thoughts to reside within our minds and heart, all the water and nutrition in the world will not be able to help us.

We should strive to have a meaningful relationship with God, which will be greatly enhanced when we honor the temple He has given us, that which we call our body. We do this by consuming Ionized Water, Spirulina and Chlorella, living foods, probiotics, minerals, by exercising and having a meaningful spiritual life and a close relationship with God. To accomplish this, we must learn to embrace the sacred principals of wisdom, knowledge, healing and faith if we expect to truly honor the temple God has given us.

Reason to Eat Raw Foods

Cooking foods destroys the enzymes in foods that make them so easily absorbed into the body.

Cooking foods changes them from alkaline substances that provide the body with rejuvenating nutrients into mere substance, something that provides the body with calories and is only capable of keeping us alive for a very short period of time.

Cooking destroys up to 90% of the nutrients in a raw food.

Heat is a chemical reagent that scrambles the organic chemical structure of a raw food making it less recognizable to the body as nutrient.

Myth: Cooking releases “bound up” nutrients in foods that are not available to the body until they are exposed to heat. An example of this is the beta-carotene found in carrots and the lycopene found in tomatoes.

Truth: Even if this were true, it’s nearly impossible to prove. Logically we can conclude that a food grown in nature would be just as easily absorbed by the body as one that has been exposed to heat. If anything, the lycopene found in tomatoes may be more concentrated after the liquid is boiled away after cooking, but we cannot conclude from that that it is more bio-available.

Myth: We are not like animals found in the wild. We are humans and therefore we do not fall under the same set of biological principles as other animals.

Truth: We are no different biologically or physiologically than any other animal on the planet other than we are sentient and they are not.

Myth: Disease is inevitable among all animals and mammals.

Truth: There is no evidence of chronic disease in the wild where all animals and mammals live on a raw food diet. There is bacterial and viral disease among wild animals, however, if those animals were able to build their immune systems with a broad array of power whole foods the way humans are able to (because we have the knowledge to do so) they would become much less susceptible to these diseases. We know that consuming a broad array of whole raw foods that include powerful foods such as Spirulina and Chlorella.

“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while
defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.”

~ Sun-tzu

I try to be a warrior in every aspect of my life. When I am at work, I am a business warrior. When I run, I am a running warrior. When I work out, I am a strength warrior. When I write, I am a word warrior. I live a warrior’s life.

What a warrior is to me is not someone who is passive and compliant. Nor is it someone who is belligerent and threatening toward others, a war-maker. A warrior is someone who actively pursues that which they love and is passionate about it while trying to be the best they can be at whatever they are doing. You will be successful at whatever you undertake if you are passionate about it. A true warrior forever tries to be the best there is in his/her endeavor whether it is the best writer, the best martial artist, the best swimmer, the best poet, the best mathematician, simply the best.

A warrior is someone who is constantly trying to raise him or herself up to the next level. We are enthusiastic to see what we can achieve next, what we can become. We burn to see ourselves do something we never thought we could do. To simply be the best at what we are passionate about. That is a warrior.

The raw life is often ridiculed by many as being for the weak when in reality it takes a great inner strength, determination, discipline and devotion to live the raw life. It is a warrior’s life and one must have the heart of a warrior to want to pursue it. I am a Health Warrior and I am forever on the warpath against disease and physical decline or weakness of any kind. The wimps are those who get up from their couches to stuff their mouths and bellies with the only foods they know: meat, potatoes, vegetables, all of them fried, baked, steamed or otherwise processed. Each bite of their poison ushers them closer to their early grave. They live such comfortable, yet numb lives. I am the conqueror, they are the conquered. I have defeated my weaknesses, they have defeated themselves. They forever weaken themselves and are exposed for who they are by the many diseases they contract.

This is not a war between people, but a personal war waged within ourselves. It is a war to conquer our own wants and desires and the conditioning of our diet that brings upon us every disease known. Giving cooked foods the boot from your life takes courage and internal brawn. The raw life is a robust life. Getting rid of the cooked foods that you love most because you have realized they are killing you takes self-control and dedication. It takes the heart of a warrior. Remaining on the meat-centered, cooked-food diet that you have always known simply because you like it and have been brainwashed your whole life to believe in reveals your weakness. You are weak because those foods weaken you emotionally and psychologically. You are a slave to cooked foods and your own deadly eating habits. You are committed to a lifestyle that is killing you in a leisurely fashion, herding you each day toward disease and pain, prodding you as it would a death row prisoner toward the gallows and your early grave. You judge, convict and condemn yourself and your health with each bite of cooked death you take.

But you are unable to control your appetite for these foods, nor whet your appetite for robust true health. You are not the master of your life, but you can be. You can have first class health if you desire it. If you have second or third class health, it is the result of your own choices. Stop in your tracks and declare that you want to be healthy more than anything because life is greatly devalued when you are full of disease. Slam your foot down and declare an end to it. Become passionate about your life. Become a Health Warrior.

In a study entitled: Ionized alkaline water: new strategy for management of metabolic acidosis in experimental animals, by El Mansoura Urology and Nephrology Center, Mansoura University, Egypt. [PMID: 19527469], researches found significant improvement in acid levels – and their renal health – with dogs that were given alkaline Ionized Water – compared with those who were given tap water or purified water.

Alkaline ionized water can be considered as a major safe strategy in the management of metabolic acidosis secondary to renal failure or dialysis or urinary diversion. Human studies are indicated in the near future to confirm this issue in humans. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19527469

This is the not the first time that Ionized Water has been examined scientifically. Here is a compilation of studies on both Acid Ionized Water and Alkaline Ionized Water.

By Bob McCauley, ND

I am often asked if the products I sell and the advice I offer are dangerous for people. Of course they are not, although anything can be misused and abused such as drinking more than one liter of water per hour, which can be devastating to our health.

What is never asked by the average person is whether the doctor or hospital where they are being treated might be dangerous to their health. Consider these facts:

The medical profession was the third leading cause of death in 2002.[i] The first and second causes of death were cancer and cardiovascular disease. 106,000 people died from the negative effects of pharmaceuticals;[ii] 80,000 people died from infections in hospitals;[iii] 20,000 people died from errors made while in the hospital;[iv] 12,000 died due to unnecessary surgery;[v] 7,000 died due to medication errors in hospitals.[vi] Going to see a doctor can be a dangerous proposition. You are 9000 times more likely to accidentally be killed by a doctor than by a gun.[vii] The alternative is making sure we don’t have to go to the doctor’s office or hospital in the first place.

It is okay question what you are unfamiliar with such as spirulina and chlorella that you are not familiar with. It’s okay to question whether it is healthy to move to a raw food diet. But also remember to question your doctor, your doctor’s advice and anything they want to do to you in a hospital. The statistics are not in their favor. FYI.
