Bueno!!!

Ive been gone for awhile, now Im back with my jumpoff, Mr. Los Angeles. My permanate plus one. My desperado, when in need of an adventure. LOL. Im actually really excited about this radical decision I made to move from the bible belt to the Golden state. Its for the best. Ive met some cool people thus far, as well those that are exact depictions, from those horror stories you hear about Los Angeles. Still all is well.

I must admit that this has been a hard transition. Im definately being challenged, and experiencing growing pains. Im embracing every tragedy, for a grand triumph awaits me.

If you have taken notice to the landscape, a few things have come down. Not counted as a tragedy, but something that has shifted my plans for the greater good. Im thankful for the seed that was planted, and I am forever a great supporter of their movement.

there I go volunteering info. If I must continue....Im making mad beatz, and working on a project with another Jazzmine. We kind of have this band, called THE JAZZMINES. Thats another time, and another day.

So Yes! LA is my new home, North of Hollywood, South of No Where.

Listening to Fiona Apple at 4am, I was hit by the phrase, "I got my feet on the ground, and I dont go to sleep to dream, You Got Your Head in the Clouds, Youre not all what You seem." That metaphor is fuckin REAL. Let that marinate.

(Sidebar: You know Fiona Got some passion for this topic, and she was barely 18)

It seems I always encounter individuals who are great at selling a dream, but in reality, they're not in my best interest. Its always a valuable lesson in reiteration of the great saying, "What Glitter isn't always Gold." Not just that, Guys with good game to win your affection, but have just enough stamina to run away in the face of their own insecurities. Fiona definitely gave me a phrase I can tie to many subjects, but Ill spare my Jazzi Bradshaw.

Every one is really obsessed with President Obama and First lady Michelle's Huxtuble relationship. The dates and photos are touching, really, even for me.

so I pose this question, just like the majority of America:

If Obama can make time for Michelle, why all his NON-Presidential Niggas

coming with all these excuses?

Personally, I think most guys can't walk and chew gum.

This questioned wasn't just sparked from the Obamas, and personal experience, but from my dad, the ULTRA BACHELOR. My Dad is my hero. My dad also happens to be most of my guy friends ideal wingman, and it could possibly be because, when it comes to women, he's such a GUY, such a young guy, in approach! He tells me stories of not returning calls, and using church as opportunities to spend time. I just wonder, what is the real? Keep it funky with me, I know Im partially to blame for allowing myself to get treated to Less than I deserve, but at the same time, I wonder what happens after a guy knows he can stop chasing? He doesn't have to be impressive, good impression striving guy, and he becomes, THAT GUY?
