Frederick Chamber Expo

The Frederick Chamber will be holding their Business Expo on Tuesday, September 27 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. In addition to sponsoring the Tweetup from 9:30 to 10:30, I will be part of the Social Media Team for the event. We will be tweeting, posting pictures and will even have a spy-themed photo booth for you to have some fun. Come out to the Expo and Tweetup and be sure to say hi. Mentoring Spots Available

I’m happy to announce that five mentoring spots are currently available. I have found that social media is a lot like exercise, if you don’t work it into your routine, you can’t make it a habit. Think of my mentoring as your personal trainer. We start by evaluating where you are and where you want to be, from there we create a plan for achieving your goals. The standard procedure is for 8 weeks of weekly calls while we work through the initial process, followed by 4 months of monthly calls to keep you on track with your action items. I limit the number of spots I make available, so that my clients get one-on-one attention that is specific to their needs. Please contact me to get more information and reserve your spot.

Speaking at MATPRA

I will be speaking at Mid-Atlantic Tourism Public Relations Alliance (MATPRA) Media Marketplace on September 15 at their Annual Conference. In addition to speaking on the social media panel, I am looking forward to learn more about Solomons Island and the other tourism groups that will be attending.
