This regular doctor said he couldn’t cure it and gave me no drugs. He said I had to find a neurosurgeon because of my head and gave me a referral…that doctor ran more tests. Poked me all over to check my nerves. He said I had damaged nerves in my neck and I did have shoulder and neck problems. Now I was on 15 different pills and I didn’t have enough strength to get out of bed. Somehow I just kept going.

Next, my electrolytes were low and they thought I had cancer. Bone cancer, and they wanted to drill a hole in my hip for tests because my hip hurt. I wouldn’t agree – it’s all a money-making business.

No medical doctor I talked to could tell me what Lyme does to the body. I even called the CDC, but they never called back. I searched and searched for an answer to Lyme’s. This ain’t no joke.

You can obtain a water report from your municipality, or if you have well water, you can have your local health department to have your water analyzed. Yi-Shan Water Ionizers

Yi-Shan makes
great water ionizers!

Yi-Shan’s Water Ionizer line has the advantage of having the lowest priced ionizer on the market, but still offers great value for the investment. Using three large electrodes, the lowest priced ionizer produces alkaline water with a very high pH, usually 9.5, sometimes even a 10 pH.  It’s a great choice for an economical “no frills” water ionizer if you have municipal water. It might work with well water, but well water is a “wild-card” and may require more ionization power.

The YiShan models reduce electrode mineralization by fully draining the electrode chamber between each use, and running a cleaning cycle approximately twice a day. During this cycle you let it clean and do not use the water. It comes in 3, 5 and 7 ionizer plate models.

The Yi-Shan replacement filters are now ECO-conscious in that after you purchase the first one, the replacements are simply 2 cartridges that fit in the reusable filter housing, eliminating throwing away the plastic filter holder. Things to Remember:

The majority of ionizers use between three to seven platinum-dipped titanium electrode plates. Generally, you can assume that the more surface area the water flows over, the stronger the ionization. Only buy an ionizer with platinum-dipped titanium electrodes, which all of ours have, and we only carry solid electrode plates for longevity. More electrodes generally mean the ionizer will have a longer life-span, but it is dependent on family size, usage and care.

High-alkaline water produced by an ionizer with three to seven electrodes will produce water within the drinkable range of 9.5 to 10, but some of the models containing seven to nine electrodes can produce water with a pH of 11 or higher, which is not recommended for drinking. Super high pH water (over 10 pH) can be used as a disinfectant cleaning solution. The pH range for drinking water should generally be between 7.5 and 10 pH. Your skin and hair usually show a pH balance of 5.5, and a low acidic pH of 2-4 can be used as a disinfectant for cleaning or wound healing. Many house plants prefer a slightly acidic pH.

Most ionizers on the market will show an “ORP Range,” which gives the consumer an idea of the model’s Oxidation Reduction Potential. This refers to the negative charge the resulting alkaline water will show. The negative charge means negative ions, and they scavenge up the positive ions that we know as free radicals in our body. Tap water is usually at +250 to +350, and a good ionizer will be able to reduce that millivoltage charge to -350 or lower. Keep in mind that this charge will depend on the related charge and mineral composition of the source water. The negative ions are the most important feature of ionized water and are usually equated with an alkaline pH. *

Ionizers are installed at the sink with a diverter from the faucet, easily attached directly to your kitchen faucet’s aerator with hoses attaching to the ionizer that sits on the counter. When shopping for a water ionizer, look for the warranty. Ionizers are expected to last at least ten years, with an average longevity of closer to 15-20 years. This, of course, assumes the system is being routinely cared for, with filters changed as needed and with an annual deep cleaning. Most ionizers offer at least a three year warranty – if it doesn’t, it’s probably not a solid investment. Ours have 3 year, 5 year or lifetime warranties. My boss insisted I work from Cancun this week!

I’m vacationing at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico, so you can’t drink the tap water. The resort is not close to any stores. I find myself a bit stuck with only acidic bottled water that is about a 5 on the pH scale. I’ve never traveled and had only acidic water to drink! Every other place I’ve stayed (all-inclusive resorts) have a brand of bottled water that is usually a 7 or 8 pH.

We want our drinking water to be a 7-7.5 pH minimum, as our blood is 7.365 pH. Drinking anything less adds to your acidic overload and your body has to work to neutralize the water, leaching alkaline minerals from your bones and body tissue to neutralize the acidic water.

So, as some of you know, I use my Portable Water Ionizer Sticks whenever I travel, and this time is no exception. I always bring lots of extras (6 sticks this time) because of the chance of them getting thrown out or lost. I also bring ConcenTrace Liquid Trace Minerals and Himalayan Crystal Salt that I add to every bottle of water I drink.

Consequently, both the trace minerals and salt also increase the pH of the water a bit, maybe one pH level or so.

By adding an ionizer stick, trace minerals and salt to each bottle, I am able to bring the pH up from about a 5 to a 9, Astounding, being the pH scale is exponential so pH 9 is about 10,000 times more alkaline than the original pH 5!! Make no mistake about it, these ionizer sticks are terrific! I only wish I traveled with my ORP Meter and could also validate the decrease in ORP too!

This is a photo of the before and after pH test. The yellow is the water right from the Cristal bottle. Yellow is about a 5 on the rainbow-colored pH scale and blue is approximately a 9 pH. The pH scale is a standard chemistry colored scale, and the testing liquid used is a standard chemistry testing pH reagent kit.

If the water started at a 7 pH, we would be looking at a green color for the untreated water, and, there would be no doubt of it reaching a purple 10 pH with the addition of the ionizer sticks, trace mineral drops and Himalayan crystal salt. That’s what I usually do, and it works like a charm. So well, that when I return home to my regular electric water ionizer, I never experience a detox reaction when resuming drinking my 4 quarts of high alkaline 10 pH water.

For those of you who either have ionizer sticks or are thinking about trying them, the easiest way to use them is one in each of two 16 oz bottles of good water (at least a 7 pH). Then, while you’re drinking one, the other one is ionizing. In this way you are constantly rotating your bottles throughout the day. In my case, here in Mexico, I’m rotating SIX bottles so they have plenty of time to ionize that acidic water, and work their magic!

(Normally, starting with neutral (7 pH) or better water, you can achieve improved pH water after 30 minutes, and higher pH with increased time.)

Late fall in 2011, dad was diagnosed with Stage IV Mantle Cell Lymphoma. MCL is very rare, and, there’s no cure. Now, with his Rife 101, he’s a walking miracle and the doctors can’t believe it.

Mom had survived colon cancer and had 12 inches of her colon removed (they got it all). She begged dad to get checked even though he’d had a clean colonoscopy two years before. They found the MCL. There were thousands of MCL stalactites in his colon. It also was in his chest and groin, not just his colon.

First thing we did was get dad a water ionizer and a juicer. We knew the immune system had to be strengthened so the body could heal.  We got him to quit the sugar and bad foods – you don’t want to feed the cancer. We got him a juicing machine and had him eat a lot of raw foods. 

We researched and researched and found the Rife 101 machine, but it was a lot of money. Of course we couldn’t put a price on dad’s life, so we asked the good Lord to give us a sign. We were doing daily devotions and came to Proverbs 8:12 that read:

“I wisdom dwell with prudence, and find out knowledge of witty inventions.” 

Yup. That was the sign we needed to move ahead and order the Rife 101 from Tina and URparamount. We had faith this was the right move.

Dad started strong chemo once every 3 weeks for 18 treatments, 6-7 hours at a time, and, he started the Rife frequency machine.

Dad was running the Rife 101 CANCER Program followed by the DETOX Program every day, 2-3 times a day. He had the Rife 101 on all the time. He’d have the sticky pad electrodes on his stomach and sometimes on the palms of his hands. After he’d have a chemo treatment, he’d only do the DETOX Program for a few days. He rarely had any sickness or pain at all from the chemo – much less than anyone else. He did lose most of his hair but still had some sprigs on top. And he had a bit of discomfort and cramps, but no nausea or vomiting.

Dad got a clean bill of health in February 2012, stopped using the Rife 101 machine, and was clear for a year and a half.  Late in 2013 dad had a routine PET scan and they found a little something in the groin area again. He started the Rife frequency treatments right away and his numbers improved immediately. The doctors wanted him to enter an MCL clinical trial for an unapproved drug, Imbruvica, and since a pharmaceutical company was paying for it all, he did.

Again, the doctors couldn’t believe how well dad was doing (he didn’t tell them about the Rife machine) and said, “Whatever you’re doing keep doing it.”

Dad had a PET scan again in June (2014) and the cancer was almost all gone. His weight is back up and he’s stronger. Dad played ball until he was 68, and never had pains or any trouble at all (he’s 77). Now he’s doing great again!

We have nurses in the family, and they were a little skeptical about the machine, but the proverb gave them the faith that everything would be alright in the end. The scripture sold it in my heart – we attribute his healing to the Lord, who led us to trust the Rife 101 technology – the “witty invention”. 

It’s important for people to understand that the ProWave Model 101 can be used along with what the doctors are doing. It’ll help you get through the treatments, and seemed to make dad’s unlikely recovery possible.

You know it’s something extraordinary when the doctors are surprised and say “Keep doing it!” Of course water and juicing is so important – even the cancer treatment workers  knew about juicing and THEY were juicing too!

Dad uses his ProWave 101 for other things too, like colds, flu, fungus in his mouth, all kinds of things that come along. Now he’s healthier than all of us! It’s hard for the doctors to believe he’s 77! Of course I told him not to tell them about the Rife. As long as he is using that Rife machine he’s so healthy!

I am a nurse for over 25 years and became disillusioned with traditional medicine after only practicing for a few years. It seemed to me that medicine was all about time and pushing pharmaceuticals down everyone’s throat or whatever port of entry. I knew as time went on that what I was witnessing was really quite archaic even though it was cast as modern. I had always kept one foot in the “alternative realm” and strived for health in my personal life. Many times that was difficult, as it can be for all of us with various struggles that we face.

It was while I was attending an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Psychology) course in New Mexico that I was introduced to the Rife 101 machine by another attendee. She felt that she could share with me as we had much in common regarding our outlook on medicine and health. Meaning, we both could see that modern medicine was doing more damage than good with people, particularly those with chronic issues. At this same time my husband was battling what he thought was the flu and ended up in the hospital while I was at this course. I immediately ordered a Rife 101 machine and returned to my husband. His diagnosis was a “perforated appendix” – and of course they wanted to remove it. I insisted that they did not, with my husband agreeing. We were sure that what he was suffering from was a parasitic infection, as we had travelled to the Venezualan coast which was known for parasites. We both had symptoms not too long after our return and even though we were both tested, the tests were negative for parasites. It was interesting that they WERE treating my husband for a parasitic infection. Well, my Rife machine arrived the next day and I took it to the hospital and began to treat him immediately for parasites among some of the other great programs that were pre-programmed in the machine. He began to improve immediately and was sent home the next day. NO SURGERY and NO FURTHER TREATMENT!

As for myself, in 2010 just before July 4th, I became very ill and I felt as something had “popped” in my colon. I went to my local Family Practitioner and was told there wasn’t anything wrong with me. But the doctor diagnosed me with a migraine, which I had never suffered from in my life! He told me to “get through the July 4th weekend and if you don’t feel any better come back on Monday and we’ll do some tests.” Well I can tell you that I was correct with my self-diagnosis. I did indeed have a perforated colon! I started to go into shock when I returned home. I immediately applied the Rife machine and I 100% attribute my survival to the machine. I am certain I would have perished without it. Needless to say, I got through the weekend with good ol’ common nursing sense, and my Rife machine.

I went back to the doctor that Monday morning and was sent in for a CT scan where they confirmed the hole in my colon! The doctor was
aghast! He admitted me to the hospital immediately with a cancer diagnosis. Ha! Ha! NOT SO FAST DOC! I OWN A RIFE 101 MACHINE!

While in the hospital, I became sicker and sicker with their infusions of antibiotics and pain medications. Little did they know they were making me worse with those drugs, all of those drugs were Lupus inducing drugs, or DIL (Drug Induced Lupus*) drugs. I knew I was fighting a losing battle by staying there. I checked out AMA (Against Medical Advice, leaving the hospital without their blessing) with the intent of no more treatment for this. I will have you know that I had a follow up colonoscopy that fall where they could find NO TRACE OF THE
HOLE, NO CANCER, NO GROWTHS! 

This is no isolated incident either! This Rife 101 machine has saved us countless numbers of times, and it has put me on track to living a life that is nearly normal! I am not working yet, and I have NO intention of returning to work as a nurse. I am living a life without any pharmaceutical medications at the age of 53. I am the product of genetic problems but it has not stopped me. Had I gone down the conventional path for treatment I can say most assuredly that I would probably not be here today to write this testimony. Don’t get me wrong, I believe that modern medicine has a place, and that place is trauma, after an accident, or acute situation like a heart attack. I think the way people are being treated for chronic problems is a travesty! I think many people are needlessly dying.

With my high recommendation of the ProWave Rife 101 machine, I also have to add that people need to be sensible. It’s not something that you slap on for a quick fix. You also need to be doing the common sense things I referred to above. You need to take care of your diet, eat healthy, stay well hydrated, be sparse with toxic things like alcohol, do exercise even if you don’t feel like it! It is so important to push yourself even a little bit! All of these physical safeguards, and of course taking care of mental health and stress levels as well! If you do all those things, and incorporate the Rife machine into a daily routine for prevention you will be the best off for it!

I have a laundry list as long as your arm of the ailments that my Rife machine has helped us with over the years. I can tell you that I cannot live without one, and that is why we have two! There is no fighting over a machine in our house!

* Drug Induced Lupus: are drugs that set off lupus, cause lupus, and/or “symptoms of lupus”. Magnolia is amazing!

So I was taking a walk, picked a blossom from my favorite magnolia tree and set it in a vase next to my computer. The fragrance was intoxicating, and I got to thinking… hmmm… we use all sorts of plants for healing – echinacea for colds, dandelion for detox – CBD from hemp for cancer and more – maybe this magnolia, with it’s thick leathery leaves and intensely sweet fragrance, has medicinal benefits? Off on an early morning tangent, I found out that my hunch was true!

Turns out Magnolia Bark (Magnolia officinalis) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and has been used to treat menstrual cramps, abdominal pain, abdominal bloating and gas, nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, indigestion, coughs with phlegm, asthma and much more!

And, get this – Japanese researchers have determined that “honokiol” and “magnolol”, two chemicals found in Magnolia Bark, are up to 1000 times more potent than Vitamin E in antioxidant activity. These two active compounds are thought to contribute to the primary anti-stress and cortisol-balancing effects of the plant. Here is more of what I found:

TCM Properties: Anti-allergic, anti-asthmatic, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-septic, anti-spasmodic, anti-stress, anxiolytic (anti-anxiety), aphrodisiac, appetite stimulant, digestive, diuretic, emmenagogue (promotes menstruation), expectorant, ophthalmic, stomachic (tones stomach function), tonic and warming.

Anti-Cancer Benefits? Researchers at Jeonju University in Korea tested magnolia bark extract against human prostate cancer cells. The extract, magnolol, was taken from the bark from the root and stem of the magnolia tree. The results, published in the 2010 issue of Bioscience, Biotechnology and Biochemistry, show that magnolol stopped the development, invasion, growth and spread of prostate cancer cells. Other cancers that magnolia bark extracts have shown effectiveness in treating are leukemia and colorectal cancer, according to a report from Chinese Medicine News.

Weight loss? Magnolia Bark is getting much press as a “cortisol”, the stress hormone-lowering supplement. Cortisol has also been associated with weight gain (particularly fat in the abdominal area), sugar control problems, memory problems, and a host of other stress induced disorders.

The fragrance is larger than the tree!

Anxiety? Honokiol was found to be five times stronger than Diazepam (Valium) in reducing anxiety without the side effects of diazepam. While Diazepam does reduce anxiety, it also induces muscle relaxation, an effect not shared by honokiol.

Depression? Magnolol and honokiol each provide health benefits on their own, but together they have a synergistic effect, according to researchers at Nanjing University in China. The study, published in the Nov. 28 issue of Progress in Neuro-psychopharmacology and Biological Psychiatry, shows that the extracts from magnolia bark have antidepressant properties.

Alzheimer’s Disease? Magnolia has several powerful effects on acetylcholine levels in the brain, offering potential benefits for victims of Alzheimer’s Disease. Alzheimer’s Disease is characterized by insufficient levels of acetylcholine, accompanied by the buildup of amyloid plaque in the brain, disrupting normal brain functioning.

Inflammation & Asthma? Magnolol was found in studies to support the body’s natural production of adrenal steroids (corticosteroids) which suppress inflammation. This anti-inflammatory effect is thought responsible for alleviating the allergic inflammatory response in cases of asthma.

Liver Protective Benefits? Excessive alcohol consumption can damage the liver, and lead to ALD, or Alcoholic Liver Disease, which involves the accumulation of fat around the liver which eventually damages the organ and impedes its function. When researchers at the Seoul National University in Korea tested the magnolia bark extracts, honokiol and magnolol, against ALD, the results were impressive. In the study, published in the April 2009 issue of the Journal of Pharmacological Sciences, the researchers fed rats alcohol until they developed ALD. Then, along with the alcohol diet, they administered magnolia extract, which completely reversed all of the previously induced fatty liver changes, leading researchers to conclude that magnolia extract may be a promising treatment for ALD.

I was diagnosed with bladder cancer on 3-14-13. I was 57 years old. I had a cystoscopy done on 3-15-13. The results were a picture of the tumor, and a pathology report of the biopsied material. The tumor was malignant, and measured 3.3cm X 6.2cm (1.3″ X 2.4″). The Urologist told me that I had to have my bladder removed. I was referred to a Urological surgeon who also told me the same thing. Fortunately, I have a Rife machine that I’ve had for about 6 years.

The results of the second scan showed that the tumor was 3.3cm X 4cm (1.3″ X 1.5″), a significant reduction in size.

A good friend of mine is an Oncologist. My research indicated that I could accelerate the destruction of the tumor by doing a small amount of chemo along with the Rife machine. My doctor friend didn’t have a problem with that, so that’s what I did. It felt like bugs were crawling around in my bladder. I realized that it was the cancer cells of the tumor being exploded. The results were remarkable. About 2 hours after the first chemo treatment I had to urinate. What came out of me was blood, and pieces of the tumor. This went on for 3 days. On the 4th day my urine was clear yellow, and it’s been that way ever since. I did four more chemo treatment to be sure that the tumor had been destroyed. I did not lose my hair or throw up like most people. In short I suffered very few side effects normally associated with chemo.

Bladder Cancer gone after Rife Machine

I had a CT scan done on 7-30-13. The results showed no evidence of the tumor. I had a second cystoscopy done on 8-15-13. The results were no visual evidence of the tumor, and the pathology report said no evidence of malignancy in the biopsied material. My Oncologist made some phone calls to check and see if there were any other cases with results like mine. There were none. My research into cancer, and chemo leads me to believe that without the use of the Rife machine I would still have cancer. The bottom line is that Rife machines do work, and should be used in the treatment of cancer today.

As to how I fared while doing the chemo, I did not lose my hair like most people and I did not throw up like most people. In short, I  suffered very few  side effects normally associated with chemo. My platelet levels went down, and my red cell count went down. These are to be expected when doing chemo. Chemotherapy is a very poor form of treatment as it destroys the tumor and cancer, as well as the good things in your body. It’s a catch 22. If your good stuff goes down they stop the chemo treatments for awhile. The problem is that while the good stuff is coming back so is the cancer. My Oncologist told me that it should have taken at least 2-3 years of chemo to get rid of a tumor that size. Cancer almost always goes into remission, and almost never goes away. In my case the cancer is completely gone. All that is left is some scar tissue, which my Urologist confirmed. I told him I could live with it.

In my opinion, Dr. Royal Rife was a genius. Since I’m a computer technician and electronic specialist, I have a better understanding of how a Rife device works more than most people. It does what Dr. Rife designed it to do, and should be used more extensively today.

The Rife 101 Energy System does produce harmonic frequencies, which may have an effect on the targeted virus. Modern day Rife machines use modern day electronics, which are much more precise than Dr. Rife’s original vacuum tube device. I’m pretty sure that the modern day ones are more powerful than the original.

More people need to be made aware of the Rife 101. My proof that it works is my medical records. You don’t get rid of a large cancerous tumor, and  all cancer in the body with just 5 chemo treatments and no radiation.

It amazes me how many people are almost superstitious about Rife technology. I know of 2 people that had cancer and were offered the use of a Rife machine, and wouldn’t touch it. They are now dead. The 3 words you don’t want to hear are “You Have Cancer”. Without Rife technology it’s almost like a death sentence. My nephew told me he would be amazed if it worked, now he’s eating crow, and is a believer. My son’s comment was “Wouldn’t you try anything if you had cancer?” What do you have to lose, nothing. A Rife machine is non- invasive, and all you have is some money, and time invested. If it doesn’t work you are no worse off than you were before.

My father is the person who told me about Dr. Rife, his invention, and technology. I discussed it extensively with my father, and asked him bottom line, what did he think. He said “I guarantee that it works.” My father is a chemical engineer, and a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a member of Mensa. Two-thirds have no symptoms, the rest? A persistent cough and fever – some develop pneumonia. In 1 of 100, the fungus spreads to the bones, skin or brain, resulting in chronic pain, seizure, coma and death. Anti-fungal drugs can help, but they say there is no cure!

Amoebic Meningoencephalitis is caused by an amoeba thriving in warm freshwater. There’s many other uses for 3% Food Grade H2O2 (spraying when growing sprouts in your kitchen is one), but we’ll stick to the teeth, gums and throat here.

First, how to make it: Buy 35% FOOD GRADE Hydrogen Peroxide – this is NOT what is sold in the pharmacy or drug store. I buy it online from Guardian of Eden. It is a HAZMAT material in this 35% solution, so read everything on their site about handling and storing it. For the 3% mouthwash solution, carefully mix 16 ounces of distilled water with 1 ounce of 35% H2O2. (Some “recipes” use 11 ounces of distilled water with 1 ounce of 35% – this is a bit stronger for tough jobs!)

Second, how to use it: Keep a jar of the boldly labeled 3% diluted solution in a dark place – either the medicine cabinet or under the sink. After brushing your teeth and flossing, use a mouthful, swish it around all over your mouth (gargle if using it for your throat), and swish and swish for as long as you can. It will foam up a bit, and this is good – it bubbles out debris and bacteria from between your teeth and under your gums. Spit it out and DO NOT RINSE YOUR MOUTH or eat or drink anything for 20 minutes so the residue can keep working.

PLEASE – if you have children in your house, or even visiting occasionally, either keep out of reach or in locked cabinets AND always use those skull and crossbones poison stickers!

Follow all the directions as to how to handle and how to store the potent 35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. I keep one gallon in the back of a cool cabinet, boldly labeled, and I off-load about 16 ounces into a quart container I keep in the fridge (clearly marked of course). I leave the top just a bit loose. I also use rubber gloves when handling the 35% solution, and, I’m VERY careful – like a mad scientist in a lab!

NOTE about buying – I have seen the diluted 3% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide selling in health food stores and/or online for about $10 per quart. That’s all mixed up for you already, but way more expensive than if you make it yourself from the 35% solution. It’s a great alternative if you have shaky hands or are squeamish about the super-concentrated 35% that can chemically burn your skin and is sold as a HAZMAT material.

This H2O2 mouthwash is so good I make it up for my friends and family and they all love it. No they don’t. They LOVE me – they LIKE the mouthwash. A lot! Hahahahaha – we LOVE people, we LIKE things – famous concept passed down from my dad!

Then I realized it was probably the acid in the citrus juice, and maybe tomatoes would work? Well, hell yeah tomato works! I take the cut side of a tomato (almost always used in conjunction with avocados) and rub the juice on the exposed avocado. The surface turns brown, but it seems that it stops right there!!

Far Infrared (FIR) Sauna

As you continually modify your diet, try to incorporate as much of these foods as possible to detox heavy metals, chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Keep in mind good excretion is key and that involves your urine, feces, breath, skin, liver, lymph and sweat. Drink lots of water (ionized water is very detoxifying), do skin brushing, exercise and think about getting a good sweat going in a Far Infrared (FIR) Sauna – I’m a big advocate of the “personal-size” saunas that you sit in and zip up.

The Best Foods For Detox:

So you have made the decision to go through a detoxification process. The elimination of fast foods, red meats, pork, junk foods, sugary drinks – but wait. What’s left to eat? There is plenty left to eat, and once you get the junk out of your system and start eating right during your detox, chances are you probably will not want to go back to you old habits. You will find that once you start your detox, there are lots of healthy and nutritious detox foods to eat. These foods will help you in the process of the detoxification of your system.

To begin you will want to keep yourself well hydrated (I vote for ionized water!). You will want to drink lots of water and juices . Try to discipline yourself to stay away from sugary, and caffeinated drinks as much as possible. There are a variety of juices to choose from including fresh fruits, and vegetable juices that you can make at home (easy on the fruit juices – they ultimately are sugar). Herbal tea is also a great source in assisting the detox process.

To take advantage and maximize the time and discipline dedicated to your detox, and to achieve maximum results, you will want to have a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. Suggestions for rich detox foods are: limes, lemons, flaxseed oil, brussels sprouts, kale, avocado oil, broccoli sprouts, blue-green algae, olive oil, coconut oil, hemp oil, alfalfa sprouts, arugula, garlic, spinach, chlorella, spirulina, onions, cabbage, celery, turmeric, chard, wheatgrass, and, ionized water!

Beans are an important detox food and a major source of protein and are a great source of fiber. Suggestions for your detox are kidney beans, pinto beans, garbanzo and soybeans. It is very difficult to go wrong with legumes, so pad your new diet with this source.

When considering your detox foods, instead of eating white rice and pasta, substitute these products with brown basmati rice, or other brown grains. And try focusing on enjoying lighter, smaller meals. Vegetable based soups and salads are light, but can be filling as a meal.

Experiment with dishes and try eating a fresh vegetable platter with no meat. Look at the colors on your plate from now on. The more colors on your plate in terms of your fruits and vegetables, the healthier you are generally eating. If you find yourself craving grains, trying a dish of brown basmati rice with fresh green beans, and cream of mushroom soup, combined into a casserole. As a side dish, slice up a fresh tomato and garnish with a small amount of olive oil and vinegar. Once you complete detoxing you are going to find that you don’t miss meat as much as you thought you would. You will begin to feel lighter in your center, and have much more energy that tends to accompany this feeling.

An area that is tough for most people once they start the cleansing procedure is in the area of snack foods. Instead of snacking on chips, candy and cookies, try to snack on nuts and seeds as a healthier source. Suggestions include sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews, and walnuts. (Hey, don’t forget cut up veggies sprinkled with Himalayan Crystal Salt!)

Try to avoid fried foods during this detox period. Get in the habit of eating lots of baked fish, preferably organic. Chose healthy oils like Coconut oil, lose the bad oils (most that are in the supermarket).

When you choose to eat fresh greens such as salads, avoid salad dressings and try using olive oil and a small amount of apple cider vinegar (try alkalizing lemon juice in place of vinegar). Minimize adding salt to all of your foods. (Say NO to common table salt, but YES to Himalayan Crystal Salt)

Avoid processed cakes and cookies and other such flour-based products during your detox.

Most importantly before you start a detox process consult your physician. Plan your detox so that it is done at a convenient time. You don’t want to shock your body, so begin to make gradual changes once you have made up your mind that it is time to “clean house.” And by all means, ensure that you are properly hydrated during the process.

This is from me –

I’ve been “zesting” lemons for quite some time now (I use organic lemons). Before squeezing them to get out the lemon juice I’d use a fine grater and zest off the yellow for the potently healthy limonene in the skin. All good. Heard about freezing the whole lemon then grating it to use the pith (white pulp) and the seeds, as there’s B17 (laetrile) in them thar seeds (just like the familiar Grapefruit Seed Extract that is a natural anti-biotic/viral/fungal/parasite). I liked that idea – so I froze two lemons. Two months later, there they were, in my freezer untouched. Hmmmm…..

In the hundreds of things I read each week, somewhere I came across the concept of pureed lemon. Yup, the whole thing. Peel, pith, pits and pulp! Loved the idea, mostly because it’s easy and no waste! Washed the lemons, trimmed off the little ends, cut in a few pieces, pureed in my Blendtec high-speed blender (like the Vitamix but less expensive). I may have added a bit of high-alkaline ionized water to get it started – I really can’t remember. Pureed them all!! Poured the puree into a couple of widemouth jars and set them in the fridge.

The pectin in the pith is particularly beneficial not just for digestion but to absorb toxins in your digestive tract and colon – this is always a good thing, whether or not you’re plagued with problems. I like a good thing when I see it…

Well, well, well… next day I was thrilled and delighted (I’m pretty easy to please)! The lemon puree was fairly solidified, like a jelly is solidified – because, of course, from the pectin!!! So, basically, I made a pectin that could subsequently be blended with other fruits to make a jam! I promptly defrosted some fresh local ripe mango and pureed it with some solidified lemon pectin to try this out, and poured THAT into a few small jars! Mmmmm – not bad at all!! A bit of a bitter edge from the bitter pith and seeds, but I’m pretty hardcore when it comes to health (some of you know that about me already) and I don’t mind it – you could sweeten it more with honey if you like.

So, back to lemon in the morning – I’ve been making a morning green drink – either with fresh veggies and green powders or just green powders – and adding a good tablespoon of this lemon pectin – for me, the green drinks are plenty sweet to counter the bitter pith and seeds and the strong taste of lemon is delicious!

So I wrote a Lemon Limerick for you!

There were 8 lemons with zest –
I washed and cut up to ingest –
Set the blender on fine,
Pureed to a grind,
Lemon pectin drinks are the best!

Life is good!

The first time I used it was in 2007 after a long plane flight. I’m a very small person (barely 5 feet tall, 100 lbs) and the airline seats are all wrong – the lumbar is in the wrong place, the head rest too! I am often in trouble after a flight no matter how I sit or what cushions I use, as my joints are very precariously balanced (see MY STORY for the full details). I ended up with a terrible hard-as-a-rock elongated knot in the top of my back near the right shoulder where it seems I have scar tissue in the muscles from the joint trouble in my younger years. This spot had been my nemesis for a long time. I was contemplating taking a muscle relaxer (and being loopy from it) when I tried the Rife 101 on the Joint Pain program. One hour later it was 90% better! No drugs. I was sold.

Understanding that I don’t have a chronic illness, I’ve used the Rife 101 for various things that cropped up – warded off colds after feeling the first sniffle, eliminated pain with the Bone Trauma program, controlled my joint pain and improved the circulation in my legs tremendously. But the most dramatic has been the improvement in my Adrenal Glands. When first tested, my Adrenal Glands were hardly functioning due to stress and my naturopath doctor suggested supplements. Life threw me a bunch of curves, one after the other, and I just couldn’t add in the Adrenal supplement regimen very well. After developing a Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) my doc told me I’d better get serious because the UTI was NOT from NOT drinking enough water, but rather she felt it was a warning that my immune system was shot from Adrenal Exhaustion. In time I got a bit better (just a bit) with the supplements, taking them at least twice a week (supposed to take them twice a day!), but I did start using the Rife 101 on the Adrenal Stimulant program. For about 6 months I did it at least twice a day, and sometimes I also ran the Glands program (it covers them all and they are all inter-related anyway).

When my Adrenals were re-tested I knew it was the Rife 101 working it’s magic when the doc told me, “Your Adrenals are better than mine now!”

Mom ate pretty well, drank 2-3 quarts of ionized water a day, along with her coffee and daily glass of red wine, and, with all her exercise, she was “in pretty good shape for an “ol’ lady” she used to say! Mom also swallowed LOTS of vitamins with breakfast, lunch and dinner. She took Chlorella & Spirulina tablets and, although she didn’t care for “green drinks” she did take the powder in capsule form.

All this, and my mother was on NO medication other than something for osteoporosis and some homeopathic formula for pain in her slightly osteo-arthritic ankle. She did have a lung condition “Pulmonary Fibrosis”, which generally means death within 5 years after diagnosis, as the medical community can do nothing to halt this disease.

Mom seemed to have the Pulmonary Fibrosis beat once she was on the ionized water – she amazed the lung doctors and defied the medical books! In her mid to late 70s, although her older brother and younger sister had already died from this disease, mom halted the progress AND THEN  increased her lung capacity by 16 ounces! The doctors told us that this is UNHEARD of in a woman her age – not only halting the disease but increasing lung capacity by that much! The only thing different she had been doing was drinking the high-alkaline ionized water (your lungs are mostly water). Although she still had Pulmonary Fibrosis, her coughing and mucus production was greatly reduced, her x-rays showed the disease was not progressing, and, the doctors were astounded. I had taken her to a highly esteemed lung specialist at the University of Miami Hospital (Dr. Marilyn Glassberg), who was interested in doing a study with the ionized water in her clinic but was so busy with patients, she never had the time.

Mom’s blood pressure was great, cholesterol was great, eyes (20/20!), heart, blood – she kept up with all the periodic tests.

So what went wrong? Two things. First, somehow, there was an undetected build-up of plaque in ONE artery (the rest were perfectly clear), and second, when Mom felt gastric discomfort sometime late at night, she shrugged it off – until she realized she was in trouble and drove HERSELF to the hospital 6:50 in the morning. Women often have vague heart attack symptoms, not the well-known pain down the left arm.

Mom waited too long! She had heart attack information in three different places in her Florida condo describing the symptoms, instructions NOT to drive yourself, and, don’t wait. If you get to the hospital within 3 hours of symptoms starting, you have a much better chance. This was a fatal error for my mother.

They put a stent in, opened the artery and said she’d be in ICU for 2 days and probably have more energy than before! (We could hardly keep up with her as it was!) But then they realized how long she had waited – five hours? Six? Seven? More? The one artery that had plaque was 100% closed, while the rest were absolutely clear – they don’t usually see this – there is usually at least one other artery compromised. Despite the severity of the heart attack and having waited too long, they thought she still had a chance to recover, since she was in such great shape.

Unfortunately, although Mom’s organs and systems slowly came back, over the 12 days she spent in cardiac ICU her lungs could not recover from the damage due to the heart attack and therefore the lungs would not transmit the oxygen to her blood. The lung specialists all assured me this was from damage due to the heart attack, and had nothing to do with the Pulmonary Fibrosis! After 12 long days, and in good spirits, the doctor told us there was nothing more to do and the end would come soon. Mom knew she had waited too long and actually did this to herself, saying with her cute expression, “What was, was.” She was ready to go home to die. Yes, a nightmare and very surreal.

She also said, “It was fun while it lasted!” and I implore you, you who are reading this, to remember some of what my mother believed – life is for the living, so have fun, despite the curves life might throw at you. And, “Laugh. It doesn’t do any good to cry.”
