Wow! It's hard to believe that Sesame Street has just turned 40 years old this year! I remember watching the show as a kid and I'd be captivated by the colorful characters on the screen. I think it's great that if it's still on and they change it to adapt to kids nowadays.

Ralph says his favorite character has always been Elmo and he can clearly remember some of the greatest episodes and episodes on everyone's favorite street.

However, my favorite character is Cookie Monster who notoriously demands cookies and devours everything in sight, an action accompanied by the satisfied sound of 'Om nom nom nom.' Even though I'm a little old for Sesame Street now I still love the furry blue dude!

Most of the guys I know are incredibly passionate about 2010 Volkswagen New Beetle.

However, my dream car is the 2010 Subaru Legacy which has been fully redesigned!

Highlights include a roomier and updated interior, more powerful engines and dramatic new styling. It also improves crash-worthiness and provides a stiffer platform for a smoother, quieter ride but retains the crisp handling and balance Subarus are known for. At first glance, there's no mistaking that the new 2010 Subaru Legacy is larger and more substantial. What's not to love? I hope to have this car forever! I love the look of it, it's a solid choice. Sadly, I am not in a financial position to afford one.

Yeah, I got a pair of boobies! Every woman's got a pair of boobies. Boobies are everywhere, in adverts, on TV and in mags.

But how breast aware are you? How much do you really know about breast cancer? Do you think you are aware of the latest news and information? Well, you're probably aware that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

MOST COMMON CANCER IN MALAYSIAN WOMEN

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among Malaysian women and accounted for almost one-third of the total number of cancer cases among this gender.

A woman in Malaysia has a 'one in 20' chance of developing breast cancer in her lifetime.

Yet not all women understand and can perform self-examination of their breasts and are willing to undergo regular breast cancer screening by trained health professionals.

Consequently, breast cancer is diagnosed in late stages in Malaysian women despite the availability of screening centres and education campaigns.

According to a Ministry of Health survey in 1996, only 46.9 per cent of women reported some form of breast cancer examination.

One reason why women have turned away from the screenings could be that the fear of men's rejection.

In a survey conducted by the NCWO, 65 per cent of men agreed that fear of their husband's reaction was a reason why women did not go for breast cancer screening.

The fact remains that breast cancer is the number one cancer killer in Malaysian women. Being diagnosed with cancer can be frightening. But understanding what's going on inside your body can help you be aware of what's causing your feelings of anxiety.

Utah ski vacation

I woke up feeling well rested and feeling GREAT! I was greeted with a hearty meal and made me feel SPECIAL! After that, I got up refreshed and I was planning to hit the slopes first thing in the morning. I was overwhelmed the moment I arrived Park City. It's snowing in Utah! 500 inches of deep light powder that blows up behind me with every turn. "Oooooh... The Powder" I told myself "it's just a dream, this isn't real, WAKE UP!" I looked up and I was greeted again by another snowflake.

Utah is known for three things: incredible snow, easy access, and the total range of lodging possibilities that fit any budget. Snow, accessibility, affordability, what more could you want? I'm a Christian and I absolutely love Christmas time! I love the fact that there is a great deal of traditional music associated with this period of time. I must admit I get sentimental when I see the lights start going up too. Smashed Chicken & Prawn

When Ralph craves something to eat, it means he MUST HAVE IT! Last week, he was craving for Ayam Penyet (Smashed Chicken) desperately, like a pregnant woman! So, we headed to Kota Damansara. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed. He suggested we try another restaurant in Dataran Sunway Mentari. I was afraid that he couldn't survive a day without it. So I agreed.

We were ridiculously happy (people would have thought we just won our first million) to see the restaurant was still open when we reached there.

Okay here comes the traditional Indonesian food!

A quarter crispy chicken, a piece each of fried bean curd and tempe, some boiled kangkong, fresh cabbage, BLAZING HOT sambal belachan and bits of crunchy golden brown fried fritter topping on the chicken.

Udang Penyet (Smashed Prawn). All mine!

Ohhhhh my... so delicious but my lips were on fire after that meal!!!

Good, his craving has been satisfied.

Yet I'm CRAVING that right now.

Oh my goodness. It seems I've completely abandoned my blog!!! I've never gone 1 week without posting before. I just haven't had a chance to sit down at home to update my blog, I have been extremely busy and I hardly had time to breathe! At the end of the day, I'm too tired to do anything else. After a long day of working and partying hard, it is not surprising when I am left feeling tired and wound-up. Also, after several days of shopping, I ended up buying something I don't need. I know it is not a good bargain!

Today was such a busy day! I was rushing around here and there, trying to beat the clock and trying to get a million things done in no time at all. Then I rushed home and had to get ready before rushing off to dinner with my girlfriends. Oh, before I rushed to my bathroom, I rushed to my lappie and checked my emails. The thing is, I hate running late for anything because then I am rushing. I hate being rushed. It causes stress explosions through my body.

I never buy cookbooks, but Ralph gets them for me and I have a dozen cookbooks that are collecting dust on my bookshelf. I usually flip through them for the mouth-watering and eyes-widening pictures! Food is so beautiful when it's colorful and well plated.

By the way, have you heard of the big fat duck cookbook which is a 532 silver-paged cookbook written mostly by Blumenthal? This book is simply amazing and beautiful. It is not only a cookbook that consists of the most inspiring and delicate dishes it is also an intriguing story about the history behind the Fat Duck and furthermore there is an amazing chapter about the science behind the food and the dishes - the science that sets the bar for modern and brilliant cooking. Flipping through its pages is a tour through an art gallery, with each painting featuring a "how I did it" magician's explanation. Even if The Big Fat Duck Cookbook looks like an ugly duckling, the exceptional quality of the contents shows it's actually a swan, and a pretty impressive one at that.

Heston Blumenthal is widely acknowledged to be a genius, and The Fat Duck has twice been voted the Best Restaurant in the World by a peer group of top chefs, and has 3 Michelin stars! In case you didn't know, he hit the headlines with his curious menus which include sardine on toast sorbet and salmon poached with liquorices alongside snail porridge and bacon-and-egg ice cream.

I'm always looking for ways to manage my stress and my mom often tells me to meditate on scripture. I know I should be doing this. The problem is that, I find it difficult to meditate. It's so difficult to "turn off" my mind, almost like trying to have quiet time to calm my mind only amplifies my inner chatter and the anxiety that goes with it. For me the greatest problem in meditation is thoughts preventing any connection.

The weather has been very hot and humid lately and the extreme heat is driving me nuts! Just like the other day when I wanted to go to 1 Utama for shopping. My shine factor increased 100x's while I was waiting for Ralph at my front porch. Oh dear what do you do to stop the shine? I felt grumpy of how my makeup was melting. "It's not going to stay. It's going to melt." And I felt crummy and cranky, because I was having a really bad hair day too! My hair was completely messed up and I looked like I just received shock treatment.

Shortly after we reached there, Ralph brought me to Fish & Co. Restaurant to satisfy my craving for the cheese-stuffed New York Fish and Chips. He always knows exactly what to do and never fail to cheer me up. Strangely enough the restaurant was quite packed, so instead, we had to dine at the rainforest area (the area with the greens and waterfall). I was slightly reluctant to sit outside since there are no air-conditioners. Fortunately, they have these unique Minka Aire Concept II fans which provide the maximum comfort. They are a great choice for their unique style, and in some cases, their superior performance. So we sat down and relaxed as we dined amidst the sounds of a cascading waterfall in a lush "rainforest".
