Last fall, Tukaiz entered the business to consumer realm with a major splash. Our friends at WGN invited us to build an e-commerce platform that featured our famous Chicago image-personalized calendars. This year, we've reintroduced the program and created a whole new set of Chicago images. WGN Radio's own afternoon star Steve Cochran tells you all about it in this month's video edition of the Tuesdays with Tukaiz podcast. You can get a peek at how Tukaiz does online retail by clicking here (http://wgnradio.tukaizproducts.com/). Go ahead and order some for your friends too.

Did you ever take one of those tests where you were shown a color, and asked to name the product it represents. Designers Art Directors toil over that sort of brain stamp every day. But if the consistency of that color isn’t flawless when it comes off-press, the brand doesn’t print with the consumer. In this edition of the TWT POD, we take a look at both ends of that equation. You’ll swing by the University of Tukaiz College of Color Correctness for a short lesson. The power of a handshake. Not to close a deal. But to build a relationship. It works in partnerships, and it works as a magnet for consumers. The handshake in this case is a metaphor for emotional marketing. We received such an overwhelming response to our commentary in B2B magazine on that topic, it spun into conversation around Tukaiz about what “moves” us to buy. Thus, the tug of the heart strings is the focus of this edition of the Tuesdays with Tukaiz podcast.

you asked Frank Defino, Sr. to write a book on his success in business,
he’d probably say “Call me tomorrow, and I’ll tell you what I learned
today.” Simple enough, except tomorrow never comes. His insatiable
curiosity to discover client needs just might be the secret. It is a

We live in a world of abbreviations. Especially on the job. Of course
many gigs share the same lingo. Some of these are actual acronyms.
Others not. C.S.R. could be pronounced “scissor” which makes perfect
sense, since the Tukaiz CSR’s cut to the chase to make sure the work
gets into the hands of our customers. This month’s Tukaiz pod
celebrates client service reps everywhere, but especially here –
because we happen to believe they’re the best in any industry.

For the record, customer is derived from the word custom which means ‘habit’. And you’re about to hear why working with the Tukaiz team can be habit-forming. Once again, we invite you to turn it up to 11!!

Here at Tukaiz, and throughout Chicagoland, Hawks fever is out of control. Based on this Chicago winter most of us are skating to work everyday, too. If you haven’t caught a game this year, then make sure you tune your radio to News/Talk 720 WGN for all the play-by-play. That's where you’ll hear your new Blackhawks theme music which incidentally was created by the team here at Tukaiz.

Tukaiz also proudly created the banners which surround the interior
walls at the United Center. The banner of Hawks legend Keith Magnuson
was produced especially for the retirement of the #3 honoring Magnuson
and NHL Hall-of-Famer Pierre Pilote.
