This release includes improved load time, alerting, and overall performance. Trapster is now compatible with iOS 4.0+ and includes Retina Display imagery support. Based on your feedback, we addressed: -Application performance enhancements through improved networking and map caching -Improved Alerting Management logic -Application instability on 3GS and iPad1 devices -Ducking of background music -Caravan issues related to sending attachments -Refreshed UI for the Splash screen, Report button, and Tabs Customer Support http://trapster.com/help.php.

Trapster 4.5 for iOS Released! Speed Limit Data FTW!

Today we released Trapster 4.5 for iOS! This update introduces NAVTEQ maps to our iOS users. This new map has a ton of new data to tap into! You will notice improved map caching and real time traffic overlays! Now you will also be aware of the speed limit of the road you are currently driving on! You will be visually notified if the posted limit changes. Now if that wasn't cool enough, you will also notice the new speedometer! Monitor your speed, and receive visual notifications when your speed exceeds the posted speed limit. We are also rapidly recruiting new users from across the globe, to help them out, we have added New Languages: Arabic & Portuguese versions, plus audio alerts are now available.
