Hi Everyone!

It has certainly been a busy last couple of weeks. But a very good kind
of busy. First off, TrafficLeads2Income has just entered pre-launch,
so if you're not a member of the RobsNetworkers Forum you're going to

Hi Friends!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to welcome a new member to my team, Atalia
from Israel. Atalia contacted me on Skype and told me she found me on Giblink.
Giblink is another social networking site, but believe it or not I am not a member;
so Atalia is going to send me an invite. I'll let you know more about it in a future
update.

So I just wanted to write this to show you the power of Social Networking. You
never know who may reach out and contact you! Get involved and be an active
networker, it will pay you nice dividends. Also, be a mentor to others. The
internet needs more teachers and coaches.

In my last update, I shared with you a great traffic resource from David Riley called
1ModernSolution. Since that update, I have been working closely with Dave and
I am happy to say we are working together on possibly making RobsNetworkers into
a Membership Site. I'm not going to say anymore than that at this time; but if you

In other news, I wanted to let you know about changes I made to my personal
traffic and leads system. You can check it out below:

My Traffic and Leads System

It all started when a tried a paid advertisement with HTMail. I have to tell you that
I recommend it highly as a paid advertising resource. What makes it so special is
that you not only send out and email ad but the recipient must also click your link
that is attached to your ad. To make it even better, they have to give you feedback as
well about your site. I got lots of good results from the Ad; but I also gained
valuable feedback which I immediately implemented. I will post some of the
comments below:

The headline should be bigger, and be more attention grabbing. There are typos in the text. Both the text and links are blue, use different colors.

Alot to read, not sure how you make money

More pictures will be nice and easier to understand

Much better, I'm impressed that you changed the format to a nonmandatory information page.

Thanks for giving more information this time around.. very appreciated.. I'll bookmark your site, should the need arise for your services, I'll visit you at that time.

So in my first mailing I used a lead capture page. It seems most did not like that.
Due to the feedback on that first mailing; I added a link to the bottom of the page
so they could check out the website too. This was the lead capture page:

In the second mailing I gave them the information (Traffic and Leads System) right
away; and ultimately changed from a Blog to a Standard website format. I think these
changes will help my overall business, so thanks HTMail for having such a great

Team called 1stSkyRockets. I wish my old teammates well; this was a tough decision
to make since Welcome2URTeam is where RobsNetworkers started. But as things
change and evolve in our businesses we have to make decisions and move forward;
the nice thing is that RobsNetworkers and W2URT separated months ago; and I
am happy to report that there has been no adverse effects on RN since the move.

Today (Thursday 5/14/09) at NOON Est a new Traffic Exchange called

Changes to Traffic Punk and a Re-Launch

Hi gang. I borrowed this from Ryan Hogan's Traffic Punk

Blog. I hope he doesn't mind.......

As you may or may not have already noticed, things are suddenly looking much
different around here at TrafficPunk.

Some of the changes:

Besides a complete redesign and a shiny new paint job, a few more recent
improvements have been made which include:

Dynamic surf ratios

Custom, redesigned surfbar

improved user navigation

URL Rotator for all users

Complete affiliate toolbox

Affiliate commissions are now being offered (up to 40%!)

Reduced Premium member pricing

Trafficpunk is also now on a modified version of the popular “lj” script, which will

New Traffic and Leads on the Continued Web 2.0 Adventure

Greetings Everyone!

Thanks for reading this weeks issue. Let me start by showing you my new Traffic
and Leads System:

I decided to bring out of retirement my original 10khits4u domain. Using my system will

help you get 10000 hits or more to your site; so I think the title is appropriate.

I use this site as the thankyou page from my Lead Capture Page which I rotate in Traffic
Exchanges.
Once the form is filled out; the prospect is taken to a Blog entry that mentions

my optional mentoring service. One can continue on to payment; or cancel to go directly

to the New Traffic and Leads System. I also encourage all folks reading my Blog to

subscribe to my Blog updates in the left hand margin. Subscriptions are handled as

either email optins or RSS Feed Subscriptions. Correct, my Blog now has its own Feed;

courtesy of Feedburner.

You are probably wondering what RSS Syndication is. Well, from a Bloggers standpoint it

allows my content to be syndicated. In other words carried on other peoples blogs and

webpages. Think about the comic strips of yesterday. The more papers that carried
your
strip (syndicated it); the more exposure you would have to it. The same holds for
your
blog. If you have 3 website carry your feed; with 100000 subscribers each, then you
have
a reach of 300000 customers with only 3 syndications happening. Do you see the power
of
this? Imagine in comparision 3 individuals reading your article. Big difference there.

What's Next? Facebook?

Hi Friends.

Happy New Year to You and Yours! For me, 2009 promises to be the year
of Networking Via Web 2.0. Maybe for you as well? The journey began
for me in January of 2008 with the introduction of Traffic Era.

Traffic Era is the first Traffic Exchange to introduce people to Social Networking
Via Groups, Chat while Surfing, and open Internal Communication from member
to member. Nice start, but this is a program which has a limited membership.
Traffic Exchanges are nice, but lets face it, many people in the world still don't
know what one even is.

Next, a friend showed me LinkedIn which is a Social Network of Professionals.
Ok, good......my horizons have broadened! Very good, but what about finding
people outside of professional circles? Do we think that people may be interested
in your program, product, or service that never actually joined a program, used a product, or a service? But, alas, maybe they've thought about it.....or, are a person who may be interested if exposed to it.

So, to solve the problem, I would like to add the final piece of the puzzle........Facebook! Imagine 144 Million Users in all ways, shapes, forms, etc. All I can say is check it out. I found old High School, College,
and Business Associates. Facebook can scan your email accounts, messenger
accounts, etc. and send friend add requests to anyone found who uses facebook.
So now, with our horizons broadened.......go network to the world. Don't be shy
to add new friends, and make friends of friends. After all, isn't that what networking
is all about?

Today's update involves the power of Twitter.

I was first shown Twitter by Amanda Zelonis of Robs Networkers.

Next, I saw that Barb Jones, also of RobsNetworkers, had a Twitter reference at the Bottom of
her Blog. I figured that the time was now to get invloved, so I took the plunge.

The nice thing about twitter is that there is nothing to download and the set up is fast. As you
can see, I have integrated Twitter on the bottom of my Blog. You can integrate it on
your website or blog as well! Here are the Twitter Steps to Success:

1) Follow Me on Twitter: Robs Twitter

2) Set up your profile, add your picture, etc.

3) Check out the folks I'm following, and follow them as well. Many of them will then follow you.

4) Here is a tool to add to your Follow List, but you must follow each person on the list and for
anyone else to be added they must follow you. This tool was created by Tim Linden of
StartExchange

BOOKMARK THIS PAGE SO YOU CAN COME BACK TO IT AS A REFERENCE

Hi.

Allow me to show you a powerful system that will help you generate
signups and leads via Traffic Exchanges and Social Networks. Really
anywhere you advertise for that matter.

1. Join RobsNetworkers Forum if you are not a Member.

Once you register and confirm your membership, (check your email for confirmation)
you'll want to post in the Welcome Section. Tell them that Rob Gehring sent
you.

2. Download the Conference Room

Save this file to a location you'll remember. After the file download is complete,
locate the file and run it; or if the download window is still open
click 'Run'. Follow the on screen instructions to install the conference room on
your computer. After the room is installed, there should be a icon on you desktop
or it will be in your start menu under all programs. You may have to disable
your firewall or just allow the conference room to download any updates.
If you use Windows Vista you'll have to right click on the icon for
the conference room on your desktop or in the start menu, and click 'run as
administrator' for the updates to install. Now the conference room should be
working, if not contact me and I'll help you.

IMPORTANT!:- We also have Training in this conference room which you are welcome to

3. Download the Firefox Browser by Mozilla

FireFox is a powerful Web browser. It has the ability to open multiple sites
and windows inside a single browser. Multiple pages can be saved as a GROUP
and reopened together. You will be able to surf faster and earn more
credits than ever before. We'll come back to FireFox in a later step.

4. Now, we need traffic to our Website

The tutorial below will help you build a Lead Capture page via Blogger. If
you would prefer building your own Lcp I recommend you first get a domain
name thru godaddy.com and then get some FREE Hosting at 000WebHost

They offer a $5 per referral affiliate program plus have a very nice site
builder that you can use. For more reliable paid hosting, see my Paid Hosting
Recommendation on the left side of this Blog. Now, to the basic Lcp setup via
Blogger.

Setting up Your Lead Capture Page

Traffic Exchanges are the perfect vehicle for your new LCP. The following are my Personal
Recommendations. Sign up for as many as you can or don't have. IMPORTANT!:- When
you join these programs make sure to save all the URLs- both for your surf pages and
for your referral links! (* = Recommended Upgrade - Traffic Exchanges are below the
Marketing Tools [PageSwirl is FREE!]). Put your Pageswirl link in all the places you advertise.
If you ever need to change the URL you are advertising, you simply make the change
at Pageswirl instead of everywhere you advertise.

(The leads I generate from my lead capture page become leads for my income
streams.) These are completely free, manual exchanges. Most of these are cheat
proof, so you are assured of a quality visit. If they happen to upgrade in a Traffic
Exchange that pays commissions, I have added to my income. :)

The link you place in an exchange is where you want all your earned
traffic to go to. You can opt to advertise anything you like. Just make
sure that you send all your traffic to it and that it is a Free Program
or Lead Capture Page where you get the pertinent details of your prospect;
like your Blogger Lead Capture Page you created above! I recommend that
you update your Blog Weekly. You can mix business and non business topics;
or simply have 2 Separate Blogs. It is the active posting that gets your
Blog noticed by the search engines. Keep in mind that each Blog entry
you write has a separate URL; this is found at the top of each post/article
that you write. You can mouse over the title to see what this URL is.
To grab it, simply right click on it, choose properties, and copy it to
your clipboard. This becomes important for when you are advertising your
Blogspot Lead Capture Page; you'll want to advertise it specifically, not
your entire Blog. Blogging starts the beginning of Web 2.0; giving you
the opportunity to find a whole new set of clients/customers/prospects.

Another great Web 2.0 feature is Facebook; which I discuss further down.
One other point about BlogSpot - - - at the top of your Blog there is an
area that says NEXT BLOG. Take a look at the other Blogs that are out there; follow
as many as you can for many Bloggers will follow you back. This gives you more
readers who can possibly become leads/clients/customers for you!

5. Setting Up Your FireFox

Adding to the Bookmarks: Open up Mozilla FireFox, at the Top of Page click 'Bookmarks', From
the drop down menu click 'Manage Bookmarks', Second line click 'New Folder' [name folder
for your groups of exchanges you want to surf. For example Group 1, Group 2, Group
3].

Close bookmark window and Go back to FireFox main page, Copy and paste a surfing url
into the browser, Open the surfing page - At top of page click 'Bookmark' From drop
down menu click 'Bookmark this page'. In the drop down menu you will see the 'Name'
of the exchange you just bookmarked. From the 'Folder:' box, select which group you
want this exchange to be opened in and Click OK. Repeat these procedures for each
surfing url you want to bookmark

To Open these pages for surfing: Bring up the Mozilla page, Click 'Bookmark' at top
of page and then go to the folder you want to surf [for example group 1 folder]. At
the bottom of that folder click 'Open All in Tabs'.

Each of the exchanges you placed in the group will appear in a line [ of tabs ] near
the top of the [ browser ] page, Click them [ the tabs ] left to right,
each opens up, click what you need to, go to the next tab, click, and so on.

Assuming you have selected the correct URL to focus all your traffic to;
you should be receiving signups/optins and getting notices into your email account.
At this point, begin making contact with your new prospect and help them get setup
and become familiarized with our system. Good modes of communication are simple
emails, Messenger, and the Telephone. You can also use a responder to continue
followup after you have contacted them manually.

Also, if they leave a phone number; give the lead a call and start building a
business relationship with them. Studies have shown that this type of relationship
building is the key to building trust/credibility with a lead. Voice contact is

I recommend entering every lead/signup/optin you generate into your
Messenger contact manager. If they are already a Messenger user they will show
immediately either on or offline. If they are not a Messenger user; they will be
sent a download link and you may add a personal greeting as well. I cannot begin to
tell you how successful this method is. I can personally vouch for this method; for
it has made me more successful here on the net than I would have ever dreamed
possible. With the new version of Windows Live Messenger your Facebook, Twitter
Account, and Blog can all be integrated into your personal profile. Imagine how
powerful this will be!

6. If you have a slow connection and/or not very powerful computer,
opening eight to ten pages at the same time may be too much. In this case, try
surfing fewer pages until your computer is running fast enough that you are happy
with it. My suggestion would be to group them together in groups of four.

7. The power surfing method we teach will bring tons of hits to your site. Leads/Signups
will result. You'll want to bring all your leads into Robs Networkers for training
and support.

8. Join FaceBook
and/or Add Me as a Friend if your are already an FB Member.

Wow, saved the best for last here. My recommendations on using Facebook are as follows:

1) Go to Friends and use the Friend Finder to Build your contact list. It will
look at your email, your messengers, and even your other social networks.

2) Use the Online Messenger at the bottom left to keep in touch with your
growing friends list. Remember, this is for business and personal.

3) Join great groups like Robs Networkers

4) Look into the various applications for RSS Readers, Twitter, and other Web 2.0
topics. You see, Web 2.0 puts you into the action. No longer do you wait for them
to come to you......you go to them......THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER!
