We all know that Vera Bradley is very popular among all age groups but my favorite is the school and lunch bags! The back packs are sturdy, yet light and we know how important that is especially for the older kids! For the younger kids, the lunch bags are my other favorite. Not only do the bags look good, you can just throw them in the wash if they become dirty. They come out looking like new and the inside plastic liner holds up without cracking even after multiple washes!

Beer Cupcakes

Thought it would be fun to eat your beer instead of drinking it so made some fun Beer Barrel Cupcakes!

Kids Party: These babies were made with strong Guinness Stout Beer but ofcourse you won’t taste the beer or there won’t be any alcohol left since it would be evaporated in the oven after baking so completely safe for the kiddos.

Adult Party: However, if you are planning to make these for adult only parties, you could spike up the frosting with 1 tbs of rum extract or actual coffee kahlua liquor, Baileys Irish cream, etc.!

20 Creative Ideas Using Paper Streamers

I was first inspired by an adorable party that Lilluna did for her daughter’s first birthday party. The title of her theme made me smile, it was so cute – “Daisies and Donuts”, and her daughter so adorable! What was so inspiring was the way she decorated her party using a simple and an often overlooked party accessory – paper streamers! As result, a symphony of cheerful colors of crepe and tissue paper came together in the most aesthetically pleasing way! { See item (11) in the collage below. }

So, this inspired me to dig a little deeper for more “streamer ideas” and what I found were tons of innovative and creative applications by other talented folks!
