I know many of you have noticed these Google Logos recently.

These is in commemoration with the 40th anniversary of the world's legendary children educational show ~ The Sesame Street. Sesame Street premiered on November 10, 1969 and is the longest running children’s program on US television, with an amazing 39 seasons and 4,186 episodes aired.
So i decided to post something about them. Hope you'd like it!

"OSCAR THE GROUCH"

He has a green body (during the 1969–1970 season he was orange), has no nose, and lives in a garbage can. His favorite thing in life is trash; evidence for this is the song "I Love Trash". Although "The Grouch" aptly describes his misanthropic interaction with the other characters and even to himself at times, it is also the name of his species.
Did you know that Oscar inspired an Apple Macintosh hack written by Eric B. Shapiro and shown at the 1989 MacHack conference, featuring a singing animated Oscar that appeared from the trash can whenever a file was thrown away. The hack was so popular that some parents lost the entire contents of their hard disks to preschoolers wanting to see more of Oscar.

He often eats anything and everything, including danishes, donuts, lettuce, apples, bananas, as well as normally inedible objects such as salt and pepper shakers, signs, napkins, pencils, typewriters, telephones, motorcycles, Peabody Awards, trucks, a safe, a VW Beetle, and the Letter of the Day. However, as his name suggests, his preferred food is cookies. Chocolate chip cookies are his favorite kind; oatmeal cookies are his second favorite. He is known to have a mother, a younger sister, and an identically-designed cousin, who all share his characteristic blue fur and "googly eyes".
Cookie Monster's theme song, "C is for Cookie", is one of the most famous songs from Sesame Street.

"BERT AND ERNIE"

Bert and Ernie are two roommates on the long-running television show Sesame Street. The two appear together in numerous skits, forming a comic duo that is one of the centerpieces of the program. Bert and Ernie were built by Don Sahlin from a simple design scribbled by Muppets creator Jim Henson. According to Frank Oz, Sahlin also defined their characters on the basis of their physical appearance: Ernie was an orange and Bert was a banana. In a classic pairing, Ernie appears chubby while Bert appears quite skinny.A typical Bert and Ernie skit follows one of two similar patterns, both beginning with Ernie devising a hare-brained idea and Bert calmly attempting to talk him out of it. Usually this ends with Bert losing his temper and Ernie remaining oblivious to his own bad idea. Sometimes Ernie's idea miraculously turns out to be correct, much to Bert's evident frustration.
Did you know that there are some rumors and misconceptions that Ernie and Bert are gay lovers? He is a furry red monster with large white eyes and an orange nose. He currently hosts the last full 15 minute segment on Sesame Street, Elmo's World, which is aimed at toddlers. He is accompanied by his goldfish Dorothy and silent Charlie Chaplin–like characters named Mr. Noodle, Mr. Noodle's Brother Mr. Noodle, and sometimes, Mr. Noodle's sister Miss Noodle.

he is an eight-foot two-inch tall bright yellow bird. He can roller skate, ice skate, dance, sing, write poetry, draw and even ride a unicycle. But despite this wide array of talents, he is prone to frequent misunderstandings, on one occasion even singing the alphabet as one big long word (ABC-DEF-GHI), pondering what it could ever mean. He lives in a large nest behind the 123 Sesame Street brownstone and he has a teddy bear named Radar, after Walter "Radar" O'Reilly of M*A*S*H, who had a teddy bear and was also lovably naive and innocent. Radar was given to Big Bird by Gary Burghoff when he guest starred on the show. Later on, however, it was said that Big Bird got the bear as a gift from Mr. Hooper.
It is believed that Big Bird is probably a giant canary. However, in an episode of Sesame Street Big Bird was asked if he was related to the cassowary, he replied, "I'm more of a condor."
In 1985, Big Bird was the star of his own movie Sesame Street Presents: Follow That Bird alongside the cast of Sesame Street. The plot focused on him being moved away to live with his own species by a meddling social-worker.

I know most of you have been in a circus and witnessed their spectacular performances. You have seen amazing jugglers, unicyclists, funny clowns, heart-breaking acrobats, trapezes and magicians and contortionist. How about a musical-drama play like Miss Saigon? I’m sure you are pretty amazed with their talents and how they were able to deliver their scripts and how they give justice to their characters. How about vaudeville? This one-of –a-kind theatrical presentation will surely entertain you with the variety of performances they have.
How if we combined those three? What can we get? A “Cirque du Soleil.” It’s not just an ordinary musical play or a very entertaining vaudeville; it’s more than any other circus because it’s a dramatic mix of arts and entertainment.

Cirque du Soleil is internationally known for their unique, stunning and very entertaining performances. Each of their show has its own central theme and storyline. They have made several popular shows like “Quidam” and “Varekai.” Cirque du Soleil is also known for giving exciting twists in almost all of their shows. They even give a new twist on vaudeville in one of their greatest show called “Banana Shpeel.”
Banana Shpeel is a roller-coaster mix of styles that blends comedy with tap, hip hop, eccentric dance and slapstick, all linked by a hilarious narrative that ignites a succession of wacky adventures. The story revolves around Emmett, an innocent and romantic actor who went to audition for a very cruel and irritable producer named Shmelky. Emmett soon finds himself trapped in a flamboyant, anarchic world where Shmelky sows terror and reigns supreme. Emmett falls in love with the beautiful Katie and meets a bunch of absurd characters, including the strange Banana Man. Who’s this Banana Man and what is his role in Emmett’s life? Will they be friends or enemies? Maybe this mysterious character will help out Emmett to escape the clutches of Shmelky.

The Octavio Frias de Oliveira Bridge over the Pinheiros River in São Paulo, Brazil was opened in May 2008. It is 138 metres (450-ft) tall, and connects Marginal Pinheiros to Jornalista Roberto Marinho Avenue. Its design is unique in that the 2 curved decks of the bridge cross each other through its X-shaped supporting tower. The Oliveira Bridge is the world's first x-shaped cable stayed bridge with two cross lanes.

Across the Hangzhou Bay extends the longest trans-oceanic bridge in the world, with 35,673 kilometres (22 mi) long with six expressway lanes in two directions. My Halloween Adventure!

How did you celebrate your Halloween last year? I had so much fun last year. That’s my first time to attend a Halloween costume party that’s why I really take it seriously. I dress up a Halloween Costume and encourage all my friends to join. The party was organized by our bosses and we’re very excited at that time to see if they will be wearing costumes too.
I remember when I was a kid, I really don’t like Halloween and I never attend any Halloween parties even my friends are inviting me. I never participated in any “Trick or treats” either. I know it’s kinda funny but I am so scared every time I see a person wearing a costume. But I was able to manage my fear when I reached high school.
That is why I am very excited when a friend asked me to join them in their Halloween Party last year. They do not have any specific theme for the Halloween party so anyone can wear what they want.
I dress up like a Dracula. I just brushed up my hair with a styling gel, wore an improvised fang, and a black cape. I add some face powder and add lipstick under my lips for the blood effect. I know it sounds childish but I really had so much fun.
My friends look great with their cute “Tiger” costumes.

And look how much this guy exerts his effort by putting some prosthetics on his face.

I really had so much fun last year, and since I got another invitation for this year’s Halloween Costume party, I’ll make sure that I will have more fun than what I had last year.

If there’s one thing I can’t live without, that would be my MP3! I just can’t live a day without hearing any music. It almost serves as my energizer and keeps me up at work. Unlike cassette or radio, MP3 is very portable and I can bring it any where I want. I can also choose the music I want by downloading them online. Good thing there’s the Internet and there are websites where I can download those hard-to-find songs that I am longing to hear.
I love classic songs especially those Motown hits from the 80’s. Most of these songs are becoming rare and really hard to find. That s why I am very happy that we can now download MP3 files from the Internet all for free! I’m very thankful of whomever behind this kind of computer program.
I just read an article about “listening to music online” and when and how it started. According to the article, back in 1990’s a computer program called Napster made it possible to download MP3 files without paying anything. Napster has become and Internet sensation and wildly become popular to all music lovers. However, Napster went down after the music industry filed a law suit against them. After Napster, there are various software programs appeared like Kazaa, Morpheus, Gnutella, and Grokster who offer also allow users to download MP3 files in no cost and the rest is History.
I am happy that I am part of modern generation where in almost everything can be access free via internet.

I'am so proud for my self for reaching 2 consecutive years in blogging. Yup! I've been into blogging for exactly two years! My very first blog is my "Top Five" which is formerly called "Bluedreamer's Paradise".
After few months, i've created another 2 blogs; Pinoy Alphabet and Scene to Remember, both of them are sticking only into one theme Pinoy Alphabet will let you know everything about Filipino in an alphabet way while Scene To Remember is all about inspiring movies.

One month after, i created a very unusual blog which i called "World of Creeps" that features horror/ suspense movies. From Chucky of Child's Play to Freddie Krueger of Nightmare in Elm Street"

While facebook is not that popular in the Philippines, i used to become active with my Friendster Blog which was entitled "Bluedreamer's Confession". This blog was intended to encourage my friends into blogging.

The time that Tags, Memes and Blog Awards are very popular, i decided to create a blog all for them. I called it "All for Tags, Tags for All"

But After few months "All for Tags, Tags for All" changed its title to "Just an Avid Fan". The main theme of the blog featured celebrities that i am a big fan of.

Few months after, i decided to create "Entablado", a blog written in my own language and it is my very own novel made out of 20 chapters.

While Scene To Remember was changed to "Song To Remember". The main theme changed from Movies to everything about Music.

I decided to delete my Just an Avid Fan because of a very low popularity.

I created a blog for all my Interesting Blog Awardees and named it as "Breaking the Boundaries"

My "Entablado" got major changes. The Title was changed to "Super Blog", a blog about super heroes.

few months later, i created a blog that will serve as my personal diary entitled "Simply Blue"

I decided to create a new blog entitled "Tv Marathon" as an extension of my "Philippine Tv Marathon"
"Philippine Tv Marathon" changed its title to "Online Journey" and the theme was change from Tv and movie reviews to Book, games, and gadget reviews.

My "Top Five" remained on its own theme while "Breaking the Boundaries" start sharing inspiring articles and stories.

I also made my "Positive Thinker" blog to teach some ways towards positive thinking.

I gave my "Simply Blue"blog to my younger sister and change its title to "Our Little Corners"

I created "Blog Idol", a Blog for my Blog Idol Competition and served as an official page for all my blog idol participants

Feed Your Mind is all about Foods, Drinks, Health and more
while My Adventures is all about my personal interest including my articles and more.

I also created "The Comic Series" blog, my first ever Web Comic

My "world of creeps" changed its title to "Just Buzzing" and transported all my creeps to "World Of creeps 2"

Oh i have a new site entitled "My daily Newsstand" too

My Excitement for the upcoming Football Championship game!!

I love watching sport games in television especially if there is an upcoming National Football League Championship Game. I love football more than any other ball games. I am not an athletic person but I know the rules and the entire game process. I wish I could watch the entire game live and have a chance to meet my favorite players and leagues. Even though i can't watch them live, I never worried that much because I can still watch them in Television.
For sure, everyone is so excited for the upcoming National Football Leagues Championship Game or simple called "The Super Bowl". I am looking forward to one of my favorite team which is the Miami Dolphins. I am a big fan of their team. Miami Dolphins was a legend and they got the best football players in the world. Three of my favorite players from Miami Dolphins would be Chad Henne, Chad Pennington and Pad White. I'm pretty sure that the upcoming season would be very exciting this year.

I to be updated regularly as much as possible for all the upcoming events this year that is why I did not waste any of my time and signed up for "The Stimulus Package" offered by WaiverWire.
