Poison de lamour, Cherish my juicy cherry, My little red riding hood! We received items from each of these series late last week and have finally been able to add them to our web site!

This shipment actually completes all three of these series for us (except for a couple of outstanding reserve orders, so don't worry if you're still waiting on a confirmed reservation). We will not have any more of these to sell in our store, so if you haven't already either reserved or purchased something, this is your last chance!

It's been a while since we were able to order a new season's clothes from PUTUMAYO (our last order resulted in a months-long shipping saga), but we finally have new items in for the spring/summer season!

That's Misako wearing the Alice Orchestra Skirt, Alice Lace Cami and Lace-up Cami. All now in stock!

We received more items than we could fit on the rack - we've temporarily moved the Putumayo section from where it normally is to the other side of the store. So if you visit us regularly, look for it next to Sex Pot for now. We just have too many Putumayo and Super Lovers items for them to share the same rack!

Hey everyone! It's been awhile, but I'm here to spotlight my favorite piece from our current stock!

For all you punks out there, consider the BLACK OUT STUDS cutsew by SEX POT ReVeNGe!
The red/black colorway is my personal favorite but it also comes in white/black and plain black.
It has a classic SEXPOT skull print, studs, and slashes up the arms but what I really like is the two toned split down the front and back. I also think the long fringe edge is unique and cool! This cutsew is great for wearing your punk style in the summer season because of the light weight knit and short sleeves. Summer's also a great season to try and add some fun color to your wardrobe!

Yesterday we received a large shipment from Atelier-Pierrot, and guess what? It's all already up on the web site! (Well, except a couple things - more on them in a minute.)

Included in this shipment are more of their popular Bustle Corset One-piece dresses and skirts that are a staple item for them and us - these always sell out quickly (in fact one already has!) so do not delay if you want one. The dresses we have right now in this style come in a beautifully textured crape fabric. Miscellaneous store and site updates - all the goings-on

As we occasionally do, we just wanted to give you a general little update on what's been going on at our store over the past couple weeks. While we have been insanely busy, we realize it probably seems like things have been a little quiet from the outside.

First, as previously noted, a couple of us just came back from Japan (ugh, jetlag!), where we met with SUPER LOVERS and shot video with KERA model Re:NO to show off their design concept and some of their spring/summer collection. We're working on her video right now, and we've also ordered various products from Super Lovers that she's showing off in the video. Hopefully we'll have that new stock at around the same time the video is finished. In the meantime, we've extended the 20% off sale on current Super Lovers items until April 15.

We had lots of fun with Re:NO and hopefully we can have some future events with her! She's so cute! We'll see what happens.

In the past week, we've received four separate shipments - one from Innocent World and three from Baby, the Stars Shine Bright/Alice and the Pirates. (Yes, we're selling a lot of Baby these days!) You've probably seen our blog post about the first three of these, but just today we received Baby's Fragrant Rose Memories series! We have a lot of reserve orders for this series and are working on those now - the items we have remaining will be posted to our site early next week. It takes a little time to process new shipments, so the fact that we've gotten four of them in one week while short-staffed is why we haven't posted a lot of other updates to our site. But this is a good problem to have!

The items we received last week from both Baby and Innocent World are already up on the site at the collection pages linked above. That includes items from Baby's Pas de Deux series, a few more items in the Trick Hat, Pricked Heart series from Alice and the Pirates, and Innocent World's Antique Perfume Bottle and Cendrillon series.

We may not be able to shoot a new stock update video until next week, so don't wait if there's something from these series that you like!

In the meantime, we'll continue trying to recover from the SCANDAL vs. BUDOKAN Title Match concert last week!

New shipment from Baby the Stars Shine Bright and Innocent World!

Late last week we received a huge new shipment of Baby the Stars Shine Bright and Alice and the Pirates, plus a bunch of new items from Innocent World!

In this shipment we received jumper skirts and socks of Alice's "The secret between ALICE and the clock tower" and also Baby's "Pas de Deux" series (matching head bows for this one as well!). We also received skirts and headbows to wrap up Alice's "Trick Hat, Pricked Heart" series and the first round of items from Baby's "Fragrant Rose Memories" series (skirts and headbows).

Also newly restocked are the Usakumya pochettes, mini mini's and full size rucksacks!

We also received a nicely sized new shipment of Innocent world!

The shipment included the "Antique Perfume Bottle" series and the Cendrillon Scallope jumper skirt. We restocked on Torchon Lace Socks and Rose Lace book bags as well, as well as the Heart Scallop umbrellas.

Tokyo Rebel staff in Tokyo! Behind the scenes with Re:NO and Super Lovers!

We posted this photo on our Twitter yesterday, but just to give the rest of our followers a little tease - we're in Tokyo! With KERA model Re:NO! At the Super Lovers store at Laforet Harajuku!

For those of you new to our store, many of our brand pages feature video introductions to the brand - and we like to bring you photographic shop tours of the brand shops in Japan too so you can get an even better feel for the brands. We finally filmed a Super Lovers brand introduction yesterday with Re:NO, and we'll be bringing that to you soon! How cute does she look wearing Super Lovers?? We'll be stocking many of the items she's wearing!

Watch for all of that in the coming days and weeks. It takes a little time to put together these videos, but it'll be worth the wait!

(By the way, our store remains open while we're in Japan, both the physical location and web store.)

Web site relaunch!! And new video update!

It's time for Tokyo Rebel 2.0!

We've just launched a newly-redesigned web site that's easier to use, easier to look at and lets us do a lot more stuff than we could before. Check it out!

For an overview of all the new features, please read this article on the new site. A few highlights: homepage slideshow, tagged and filtered collection pages, related items, and much more! (If you don't know what any of those things are, just look at the site!) We feel like we've finally taken the leap into the 21st century with our new site, which is as clean and modern as any site out there.

(For the tech geeks among you, it makes extensive use of HTML 5 and Ajax technologies - the homepage slideshow, for example, is all HTML.)

One of the new homepage slides you'll see is our all-new stock update video vol. 28! We scrambled to get that included before the launch, and we made it! You'll see Kitsy introduce our new items that we just received from SEX POT ReVeNGe. Since our new homepage doesn't include video (for faster loading), we created a page on our site that, for now, just houses our newest video update. But this is a good chance for us to remind you to check out our YouTube Channel as well - you can find all of our video updates there!

We'll post the stock update here too:

Due to some negligent camera battery management on our part (main and backup batteries dead), this video was shot on a cell phone. Doesn't look bad considering, but any complaints, save them for Samsung!
