This degree is best for people who desire to give their college careers a head start or wish to complete their two year degree prior to moving on to a bachelor's or master's degree. Previous college credits are not necessary for the acquisition of an online associate degree, previously earned credits, if you have any, can be transferred to your online college or university in order to acquire your degree quickly. The basic requirement for enrollment in an online associate degree program is that you must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D.

At a traditional campus-based college or university, it takes about two years to earn an associate's degree, while the same can be earned in merely six months through eLearning. This major difference in "study time" is beneficial for those who aspire to enter the job market as early as they can, or those who do not have enough resources to spend money on a traditional college. All that is needed for an individual to study via online education is a computer with an Internet connection that can download software and study material.

What Types of Online Associate Degree Programs Are Available?
Virtual students have two choices in terms of choosing their online associate degree program. The choices are to earn an online degree based on general studies or a degree program which is solely focused on a particular feature of education. Degrees based on general studies are perfect for individuals who desire to simply acquire their degree or attain general classes for their present line of work. On the other hand, a degree program focused on a particular area of study is perfect for individuals who aspire to continue their education and move on to a bachelor's degree or those who need to acquire certain skills to move forward in their careers. For example, people who hold managerial positions or manage businesses or wish to acquire a bachelor's in business management would require to attain an associates degree in business first. As most individuals are working adults, acquiring their degrees through online education programs is the perfect option for them.

Countless accredited online colleges and universities offer online associate degree programs. The programs are usually somewhat similar to each other in terms of curriculum and instruction. The major difference might be of their cost and the time required to complete the program.

To sum it all up, the acquisition of online associate degrees is the perfect choice for those who have prior personal and/or professional commitments. Numerous online institutions offer this degree, thereby presenting a chance for all to go back to school and jump start their careers.
The more that we can be present in us with our feelings and express them in some way we release anger with greater ease. The best example of the expression of anger and letting it go quickly is from animals. They are direct with acting upon anger then once the situation is finished they quickly go back to a calmer demeanor. The key these creatures have is an immediate recognition of anger in them selves.

The problem is that most of us were not taught to be present with our anger in some way or form. Some of the more common themes that we create of a distorted view of anger are: good children don't get mad, a dominating force over us to create submission, or confronting anger with more anger. What they all have in common is a basis in fear and not allowing that person to express them selves in a constructive way.

If we are present and acknowledge our own anger it is often enough. Although there are times of acting on your anger is needed. But, in this world of manners and consequences when we go beyond boundaries of social mores we are sometimes stuck without an opportunity to express ourselves. The most important thing to remember in these situations is that we express and process our anger in some way. Most of the time all of what is required is to explore it either alone, with a friend or in a therapeutic setting.

For those who have had a history of suppressing anger they may not be as aware that they are angry. It may be some time later that they realize that there were angry. They may have suppressed their feelings with years of rationales and justification of why they should not be angry that it takes a very strong event to occur before they feel angry. This group was probably taught in some aversive way that feeling or expressing anger is not OK and/or safe.

For those that express anger in an overly aggressive way. It is a fear of being the person down or hurt that they are avoiding. They took the perspective it is better to dominate than suppress.

What the two perspectives have in common is a fear (for most part unconscious) to be present with the anger that they experience. The reaction is different, one projects it out to others and the other brings it inward. It is important to not judge either viewpoint as more right or wrong, better or worse. People choose differently due to their environment, upbringing, sibling order, and other variables.

The first step in breaking out of your own cycle is the realization that it is your own creation. The people that influenced you to be a certain way did not create you or your limitations. Some though had very few choices but to express anger by suppressing or dominating. It is important not to judge you as wrong for what you have chosen.

The freedom begins in you identifying how you react to anger. It is seeing the patterns that you have created. What are the triggers or situations that stimulate you to dominate with anger or suppress it? What are the dynamics of your past that are creating the patterns that you are living now? Was it a dominating parent, or a passive influence? It is good to start with an analytic look.

When you can begin to see the dynamics of the situations that you have grew up with and are currently living in it is time to take it to another step. Begin look at the stressful incidents of your life to feel what it is like in your body. Where are the intensities of these memories stored? Does your stomach tense when you relive these memories? Is the upset of a memory stored in our solar plexus? Our body holds these memories energetically and these suppressed fears unconsciously influence us to recreate the situation again and again. It is our body's way of trying to resolve these issues. There are easier ways.

Our mind on the other hand reacts to the unconscious influence that the suppressed anger or fear is recreating. It will respond to a present day situation with the intensity that we were experiencing with a suppressed anger from childhood. That is why we are triggered to be overly angry in a situation and not understand why. It is the same mechanics of why we do not understand why we are depressed or have anxiety attacks.

The process of letting go of these distressed memories is feeling the intensity of the past anger without judging it. To feel it as fully as possible, perceive what it is like to perceive all of the rage and fury. It is important to remember not to fear or judge it (how bad and awful it was). Be an observer of the situation. You are starting the process of letting it go.

In addition to the above exploratory processes I like using the tools of Access Energy Transformation because thoughts, beliefs, and emotions are cleared on a cellular level. When we can find the deep energetic memories of these events a huge release of the suppression can be released permanently and quickly. It is a process of identifying the anger, feeling it and clearing it. It is very effective to change your limitations with anger.
Believing this is like saying that your body doesn't know how to regulate itself. If you just say that to yourself i.e. "My body doesn't know how to regulate itself" and then notice how that belief makes you feel I'm sure you'll notice that you feel helpless, alone, vulnerable, weak, lost and in need of someone to rescue you by telling you what and how much you should put in your mouth every day. If you can feel these negative feelings as a result of saying that statement to yourself then notice them and as if speaking from your heart, assert to yourself that the belief makes you feel this way. You may now have more clarity and mastery over yourself. So if the body is capable of regulating itself then why isn't it happening in your case and what can be done about it?

1.	Firstly, it is important to recognize that in fact the body "is" trying to regulate itself always but for whatever reason you are not listening to what it needs from you. In other words it is constantly sending to you messages of feeling heavy, tired, out of breath, pain, and general discomfort locally or all over. These are the body's messages that something is wrong and that you as the "pilot" of your body using your free will must rectify.

2.	Secondly, it becomes necessary to look at whether you are allowing yourself an awareness of the "messages" from your body mentioned in #1 above. Many individuals continue in their obese state, believe it or not, because they cannot actually feel how bad it feels to be in that state. It's like a pilot who is deaf and cannot hear his/her navigator telling him/her that they are terribly off course. The main reason individuals fail to register the discomfort is because they have become conditioned to suppress, avoid, or distract themselves from such negative feelings during early childhood experiences of emotional pain. In order not to feel the pain associated with the memories of these experiences which they carry within they have "shut off" their "feeling sense". Clearly this must be turned back on!

3.	Finally because the stored early memories of pain cause one to compensate by shutting off their feeling sense they i.e. the stored memories, are the root of the problem. For instance, if you have a headache, the tendency these days is the "quick fix" i.e. take some pain killers rather than source out the root cause, eliminate it and hence the headache as well as the need for toxic pain killers. From a memory perspective one can now easily and rapidly purge all aspects of negative stored memories from the hard-drive of the mind/brain/body through a new and powerful process called the Mind Resonance Process® (MRP). Doing this has the added benefit of re-integrating one's entire internal communication system so that it functions in a balanced and harmonious way. This is equivalent to you reclaiming your internal GPS device as it pertains to food, ideal weight and many other things too.
Vibration is not an ethereal concept. One can actually feel or recognize this vibrational experience by reflecting on the emotional "weight" of the internal attitudes one carries about one's self , others, the environment, and life itself. For instance if one has a pessimistic attitude the corresponding "emotional weight" of this would feel heavy, pressing down, overwhelmed, depleting, or dragged down. In other words it would be in a "negative" direction or one of a lower vibration as one feels one's self being slowed down by such heaviness. The opposite would be true for a person who is optimistic. You will also notice that a person who is pessimistic will often draw to themselves negative experiences that reinforce their negative attitudes and vice versa. With regards to drawing one's soul mate which should inherently be a positive, uplifting or high vibration event one must first generate such a vibration within themselves. How can this be achieved?

1. Firstly, if one is single and has the attitude that that in some way reflects negatively on them then they will feel alone, unworthy, unlovable, unattractive, depressed, unmotivated, pessimistic of ever having a relationship and so on. This attitude is clearly a low vibrational state which will attract more of itself i.e. more loneliness etc. So the first thing to do is to stop and observe a) what is one feeling in the single state i.e. positive uplifting or negative weighty feelings, then b) attempt to work backwards to see what kinds of attitudes you hold that might be generating such feelings. Make a note of as many as you can.

2. Secondly such attitudes have been pre-programmed within you from earlier negative experiences that are stored as memories which you identify with as part of your life. For instance an earlier memory of rejection generates the attitude and belief that one is unatrractve and so on.As long as this identification is in place the memories will continue to support, anchor and justify the negative attitudes they generate within you. Using positive affirmations to remedy this is like clipping the leaves off a weed only to have it return the following week because the root was left in place. This is why affirmations are only temporarily effective in changing one's attitudes. So what's being said is that you must become aware of these earlier memories, distance yourself from them, and feel their toxic effects on your mind set and vibrational state.

3. Finally, it becomes imperative, once you have achieved #1 and #2 above, to then release these negative memories once and for all from your vibrational pattern. When this is done your vibrational state will rise spontaneously and you will feel uplifted, buoyant, happy, joyful, content, optimistic, energized and most importantly your intentions held as thoughts and images of you embracing your soul mate will become magnetized. This is what I have called a state of Empowered Intention which cannot be achieved simply through affirmations alone.

If it is your desire to connect with your soul mate yet you are struggling with a vibrational state that is drawing to you nothing but sadness and loneliness then you can contact me at the email address below and freely experience a remarkably powerful process called the Mind Resonance Process (MRP) which can assist in you in empowering your intentions.
Their voice becomes stronger. They speak more rapidly. Sometimes they speak louder. Their voice quality changes in a way that moves the words they are saying from their mouth, into their throat, and then to their chest. My impression is always that the words are now coming from their heart.

The transformation is pretty remarkable. Ordinary conversations turn into passionate speeches. The difference is that their passion has been ignited.

If you want to ignite the passion in your life, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Be willing to allow passion into your life.

This may sound strange, but some people are most comfortable living with a degree of numbness. Living passionately demands energy, commitment and playing at 100%. That isn't always comfortable, but the rewards for allowing yourself to be passionate about something near and dear to your heart are beyond measure.

Step 2: Allow yourself to connect with the things that are most important to you.

* What matters most to you in the world?
* What causes are you willing to take a stand for?
* What are you willing to fight for?
* What angers you most in the world?
* What is it, that when you talk about it to others, makes your voice reverberate with emotion and passion?
* What is it that makes you want to "jump on board" when people talk to you about it?

Step 3: Take action.

Passion isn't just about being interested in something that is important. Passion is about action. Your passion compels you! Sitting back isn't an option. When you feel passionately about something, it is like that song that compels you to move when you hear it. When you have that reaction to something, it is likely that you've found something about which you are passionate.

Step 4: Make sure that you don't derail that passion with limitations.

Sometimes the issue about which you feel passionate seems too big. You wonder, "What can I do? I'm only one person. How can I make a difference in this area?"

The truth is that one person CAN make a difference. If you feel passionately about something, you tend to talk with others about it, and that passion shows through. You ignite passion in others. Then it isn't just a single person tackling a huge problem. It is a groundswell of passionate individuals, uniting and bringing about the synergy that is so amazing when like-minded individuals pull together toward a common goal.

The truth is that your limitations are only in your mind, but they can stop you before you start. While you may encounter obstacles, there are always ways around them and through them. Before you stop yourself with your limitations, ask yourself "What would I do if I knew I could not fail?" Identify what resources you need in order to be successful.

Passion can drive us forward toward amazing accomplishments, but we first must ignite that passion and allow it to take hold in our lives. When it does, our lives take on a meaning that feeds that passion and brings immense joy.
That isn’t always comfortable, but the rewards for allowing yourself to be passionate about something near and dear to your heart are beyond measure.

Sitting back isn’t an option. When you feel passionately about something, it is like that song that compels you to move when you hear it. When you have that reaction to something, it is likely that you’ve found something about which you are passionate.

Step 4: Make sure that you don't derail that passion with limitations.

Sometimes the issue about which you feel passionate seems too big. You wonder, "What can I do? I’m only one person. How can I make a difference in this area?"

The truth is that one person CAN make a difference. If you feel passionately about something, you tend to talk with others about it, and that passion shows through. You ignite passion in others. Then it isn’t just a single person tackling a huge problem.

When it doesFeature Articles, our lives take on a meaning that feeds that passion and brings immense joy.

One thing I can say about summer is that it's the best time of the year to exercise. The weather is warm and there are plenty of physical activities that you can participate in and the warm weather will help burn extra calories as a bonus.

Here are some suggestions for your summertime exercise regime:

Swimming. Swimming is a great way to exercise. Since water makes you weightless, swimming won't put undue stress on your joints. If you aren't a fan of laps, you might want to consider an aquatic fitness routine. This type of exercise uses water as resistance to help strengthen and condition with the use of
floating dumbbells, kickboards or belts. These types of programs are usually offered at Rec centers, YMCA's or gyms that are equipped with a pool.

Biking. This is another activity that doesn't cause stress on your knees and joints... and you know what they say, you never forget how to ride a bike! This simple activity helps to slim and tone your legs and is fun to do. The simple feeling of the wind blowing through your hair makes you feel young again.

Walking/Running/Jogging Walking, running and jogging are good to do any time of the year.
If you are just starting out, don't bite off more than you can chew. Just start with a walk. As walking gets easier for you, walking longer/further or circuit training with jogging or intermittent sprints. If the weather is too warm, you might want to consider doing your exercises in the early morning, when temps are cooler.

As with anything, it's always a good idea to check with your primary care physician before embarking on an exercise program. You'll also want to be sure that you have the necessary protective gear for your exercise of choice.
(Examples: helmets for biking, proper fitting shoes for walking.)

Don't wait another moment and start your exercise program for the summertime today!

How I Became A SuperHuman Of Sorts When I Quit Watching TV - Part One

What I claim will happen when you quit watching Television, and a series of prescribed actions to begin your quest

I plan on outlining some of the benefits of what happens when you quit watching
television. I don't embark on this task lightly, and I assure you that everything I claim
is from direct personal experience. I have nothing to sell you, and my only wish is to
free you of the accursed dominator drug par excellence, Television. Once freed from the
shackles of this vice, I'll expect YOU to do you part to help others. That's all I request
in return.

The first of the SuperHuman powers I achieved from quitting television was the "power of concentration". I'll admit, after I did some careful benchmarking concerning my mental alertness and state, I concluded that TV had me running at near dimwit capacity. The biggest area that I was really lagging in was that of "concentration". I have very serious trouble being able to hold a thought in my mind, to the exclusion of all others. I found that I was constantly pestered by the sounds of the Television.

The first exercise I outlined for myself was to make note of the thoughts that would run through my mind as I watched television, and I did the resolutely for at least one week. Once I compiled my results, I was amazed at the number of random thoughts that would enter into my mind in a twenty four hour period. And I discovered something else rather incredible. Almost all of the "thoughts" I had originated from something I heard on the television.

I was always someone who tended to leave "the television on in the background" when I was doing work in my house. I didn't realize that this constant commercial spew was having a pronounced affect on how I actually thought. I was amazed at the constant negativity that founds it's way into my consciousness, until it dawned on me that it was simply the endless barrage of marketing messages that I was exposed to daily.

"Go to truck driver school. Get bariatric treatment. You are too old, fat, ugly,
flat-chested, or whatever. Buy a pill, attend a class, view a webinar. All of the same
old responses to the same old stimuli. Marketing keeps on telling me I'm bad, and my
subconcious mind is left to ponder on that fact, even when I'm engaged with doing something else.

This is no blind experiment. All of my results are easily verifiable.

Make sure you do as I did in order to verify your own results. Start a journal at once
when you quit watching Television, and make sure to journalize your thought patterns. It's not an easy assignment, I understand, but it's one that will pay dividends in so many
ways. If you keep a detailed record of your task, it will not only show you how far you have come, but it will also give you a guidebook to help others. My journal is the basis of my series of postings, and the fact I kept careful record of the results of my efforts will hopefully inspire others to do the same.

I realize how long my postings in this series are, and I apologize because I tend to be a man of brevity. But I feel that thoroughness is the best approach for me here since I'm telling people about something that I consider to be of the utmost importance. To me quitting television is a sacred act. I know that statement might bring guffaws and loud laughs to many in my audience, but if you read all of the postings in this series, you'll understand what it is that possesses me to make the statement. I'm so impressed by all of the results I've experienced from quitting TV, I simply cannot hide my passion.

Gather all of the materials you need for your current assignment

I already told you what I wanted you to do, but now I'll mention in it in more specifics. For the next week you'll record as many of the "random thoughts" that enter your mind, specifically when you watch television. As a matter of course, you can also label the thoughts as "negative" or "positive" using the qualititave assessment normally used for those words. Do this religiously for the next seven days before you attempt the rest of the exercises which will be outlined in coming posts.

How I Became A Superhuman Of Sorts When I Quit Watching TV - Part One

Quitting Television Can Now Significantly Improve The Quality Of Your Life

Part One - The Problem Of Television

Note: This is Part One in a four part series. This is post one in my "Superhuman Achievement" column. I hope you'll be joining me. --Alistair.

Why quitting television is a good thing

Television is a pollutant that has been forced upon our society be greedy marketers. When you take a good look at the history of television, how TV advertising developed, and just what affect it's all had on modern society, you can't help but wonder why this pervasive media instrument is largely ignored when it comes to pointing the fingers at the perils of modern living.

Television is pervasive and harmful, especially to children.

Most articles focus on the influence of televised violence on childrens' (aggressive) behavior, their cognitive and school performance, as well as health issues. It seems as if television viewing is rather detrimental to the developing mind in providing only passive input and a somewhat contorted view of reality, e.g. showing violent acts but not their consequences. In addition, playing time spent outdoors is reduced in favor of watching TV. This reduced physical activity plus an inappropriate diet often lead to children being overweight or in bad shape.

Watching television affects your brain in negative way.

One of the principal tools in the mind manipulation arsenal is television, the cultural arm of the established industrial order. Television, the drug of the nation, maintains, stabilises and reinforces ideas, attitudes and behaviours through its programming and advertising. When we watch TV, the brain's left hemisphere, which processes information logically and analytically, tunes out. This allows the right hemisphere of the brain, which processes information emotionally and non critically, to function unimpeded. While the negative impacts of particular television progrrns and advertisements are well known, the overall long4erm effects of watching television are equally as dangerous.

Risks to childhood development are extreme

Television threatens the whole social order because so many parents have replaced parenting with passivity by putting their children in front of TV to placate them

People have demonstrably shorter attention spans due to the influx of TV programming -

According to Terrence McKenna, Television was a drug as potent as heroin, with even more devestating effects. -

- "Television is by nature the dominator drug par excellence."

I can continue on with the facts, but I think it suffices to say that anyone who has watched too much television has experienced the same side effects that I was having. At some point, your concentration abilities become lacksadaisical, you may experience low energy, and if you go too far, you may end up with some rather disturbing psychological symptoms, much like I was experiencing.

My TV Quitting Story

In the next few posts of this series, I'll lead you through the steps I took to go from an overweight TV junkie who was fired from his job, dumped by his girlfriend, and evicted from his apartment, to an actual "net-worth" millionaire who is now married to the woman of his dreams, and living every day of his life as if every one of his wishes automatically comes true.

The miracle of quitting TV is so intense, and I'm so literally grateful for the gift, that I cannot help but share with everyone out there, in the hopes that they too will benefit from my discovery. We will walk through each of the steps hand-in-hand, on our way to building a better, TV-free future. Hopefully, you can learn the simple steps I took to make TV watching a thing of the past. Look for my next post in the coming days. Make sure to subscribe to the RSS feed for updates.
