Well, there will be hundreds of topics here that will help and encourage people to focus on their dreams and desires…Hate is a Strong word. We don’t like to hear it. There is a whole lot of Hate in this world. Have you tuned into the news lately? Hate in the Middle East, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Talks of attacking Iran to stop them from building nuclear weapons to assure the safety of Israel. This country (USA) right now is probably the most divided that it has been in the last 50 plus years. The right verses the left and the left verses the right in this years Presidential election and the list goes on and on.

So back to the word Hate. There is Time for Hate or Time to Hate…we must hate hatred and all that it stands for. We must get to a point in our lives that we hate with a passion those things  that are holding us captive from moving forward,  from reaching and obtaining our dreams and goals in life…
Time to hate…not knowing ones purpose in life or lack of purpose.
Time to hate…procrastination.
Time to hate…alcoholism. It destroys lives and families.
Time to hate…living on barely get along avenue. Being broke and busted.
Time to hate…cancer. I attended a funeral yesterday of a dear friend who touched so many peoples lives with her beautiful smile and love. She was simply an amazing woman.
Time to hate…smoking.
Time to hate…obesity.
Time to hate…lack of integrity.
Time to hate…broken marriages.
Time to hate…bad relationships.
Time to hate…child neglect and abuse.
Time to hate…trafficking of women and children.
Time to hate…poverty that engulfs much of this world and even in the USA.
Time to hate…living for ones self only.
Time to hate…lack of love.
Time to hate…self hatred.
Time to hate…being fat and out of shape.
Time to hate…lack of focus.
Time to hate…worry and anxiety.

Our own ideas and emotions draw in the negative and positive things that arises in our lives.  For every situation that transpires in your life, take responsibility for it.  You might be wondering, so how did I ask for that stubbed toe I got this morning , ran out of toilet paper and on top of that spilled coffee on my favorite blouse? Stubbing your toe created a sequence of incidents of bad thoughts that triggered a tough beginning to your day. Then again, having optimistic thoughts can lead to a chain reaction of positive events in your life.  Commencing every day with the positive perspective in your life can cause a wonderful morning.  You will need to believe that you have the power to control how good or bad your day is by keeping track of your thoughts and emotions.

There’s three steps that are important factors to the Law of Attraction.

Ask: It is crucial that you picture in your head what you want to occur. The world would not recognize what to provide you unless you request it.

Answer: You need to without a doubt believe that whatever you’re trying for is for sure going to happen.  Any lingering doubts or anxieties are just going to get in the way of you receiving what you want. Know that the Universe has answers for what you want.

Receive: You can’t expect to have what you’re asking for is going to be handed to you on a silver platter.  If you wish to achieve your goals, you will have to attempt to actively take part of manifesting your desires. Don’t miss out , when you get an opportunity, don’t hesitate!! Let life happen and be grateful for it as if you have already receive what you want.

Before we examine the reasons why surfing is so good for your ego, let’s explain just how the research was conducted. Over 150 non-athletes took part in the research which tested 15 popular sports. Participants completed an extensive psychological confidence test and then took part in a specific sport for 3 months, after which they completed the same confidence test. The research concluded that the participants who recorded the most improved marks on their confidence tests were the surfers, and by quite a margin.

The Masters students who conducted the research have suggested that there are many factors to surfing which promotes confidence. Firstly it takes place outdoors and participants are pitted against the elements. “This is something that we have seen promotes a great deal of confidence” suggests Tony Billingham of the Sports Sciences department, “as people are very empowered by being able to overcome elements that they have previously not been challenged by”. This is a trait that many other extreme sports have as well. Further more, surfing is a very physically demanding sport and participants gain confidence from not only being fitter but looking fitter to others. Surfers are often made to look even more healthy by the all-over tan that they often pick up from being outside in the sun for much of the day. Another reason that surfing helps people become more self-assured it that it has ethos of laid back, happy-go-lucky confidence at all times, which is something that rubs off on new comers very quickly indeed.

Someone once said to me that friendships are established the moment when someone says ‘wow that happened to me too….’

In most of the things that we go through it often feels like we are alone in our experinces. Talking to the people around you may help and you feel much better about letting it all out. Although it would be nicer to talk to someone who has at least been through an experience like yours rather than talk with just anyone.

It is always good to get words of encouragement from someone who has been through what you are going through because they understand how it feels like to be in your shoes. Talking to someone who has never been in your shoes will likely get you the clichéd response that things are going to e fine

Having thought it through I decided to try it out and talk to someone who had been in my shoes before. Would you believe at the end of it we were sharing tea and having a few laughs about it too?

you will get people who tell you that you should talk with a counselor, psychologist and I agree they are professionals but sometimes you just need to be around someone that is genuine you know. You need to talk to someone who will be at ease with you rather than quote you passages from a text book. Natural and meaningful words said at the right time are more than uplifting.

You are able to look at your situation objectively and come up with possible solutions. Even though the problem may still be there just knowing that someone went thorough it and made it goes a long way.You will be in a position to appreciate that even the most painful experiences can be lived through.

I wrote a article a while back, “Time to Hate Lack of Integrity” and here is a add on to that, “Time to Hate being Scammed”.

OK, many of you know that my wife has been the main provider for our family since the middle of 2001…and Tarzan here absolutely Hates it and is doing every thing in his power to reverse this! Hopefully this site and some others I have will be one of the tools in doing just that…

In the mean while, I have been on craigslist…I’ve lost count of the hours…and looking and searching…

In the past week I responded to 2 post on craigslist and my hopes got pretty high! The first one was, “$2150.00 min. per month take home Cleaning Carpets”. So, I called and set up a appointment for a interview in San Diego just off the 805 freeway and Clairemont Mesa Blvd. There were 3 other guys there and we all filled out the applications and then we sat through a “pitch” of how awesome the company was and if we worked hard we could easily make 6 figures within one year! Yeah Baby!! Right!? Red-Alert all the way…

I go back home and google them and I can’t find them anywhere. Oh yeah, I was told to call back the next between 11:00 and 11:30 and say specifically, “I’m calling to see how the interview went,” to see if I was approved or hired etc. So I did, and wow, “Congratulations Alan, your application was approved”. Training was set for tonight actually. I asked the lady if they had a website and she said no but Kirby does. Well, to make a long story short what they are doing is recruiting people into their Network Marketing business to go door to door selling Kirby vacuums. I couldn’t believe it!

The second craigslist add really is just unbelievable and in my eyes I think should be against the law. “Warehouse workers needed, $45,000 per year. Needed 1st and 2nd shift, easy freeway access. If interested, email me at name@gmail.com”.

I shot an email off right away! Received an immediate response, so I know it was a auto-responder. The email, thanked me for my interest and was told to click on the link to fill out the application. Look legit at first. After filling out the application, down at the bottom, it said that polls show that prospective employers like the idea of employees furthering their education and if I was interested in doing so. I am, therefore I said yes and after hitting the submit button I was led to another site with various online universities where I filled in the forms etc.

Immediately I received 4 calls, 2 to my home and 2 to my cell from Phoenix University and Colorado Tech University. That afternoon and the next day my phones rang about 12 times from them. Now, they did nothing wrong. It is the guy posting those adds. There is no such job as he mentioned. It is a 100% Scam to collect your name, phone number and email and he then gets paid by the various Universities for providing them leads! I even got a text, yesterday morning telling me to call this number regarding the warehouse position. So I thought then, maybe this isn’t a Scam. I called and they told me my application was received and that it is being processed etc. and was then asked, “Now, Mr. Young you mentioned that you were interested in furthering your education, is this still correct?” and I quickly said this is no longer the case, that I was just trying to get this job and was cleverly Scammed into filling out this questionnaire…and the ‘gentleman’ immediately hung up on me!

All I can say is WOW! It really has blown my mind. Getting peoples hopes up and then smashing them against the rocks is one of the saddest forms of human behavior there is! And I think you would agree with me that this is one of those things where it is “Time to Hate being Scammed!”

Just a little something to think about. If you are out there and struggling somewhat, hang in there, keep your head up high. Focus on you Dream, Your Why, Your Purpose and March On!

But what I am saying is to take some personal time and evaluate how you are handling your nation.

Are you excited about where you are going?

Does your heart skip a beat with pure excitement of the possibilities that await you, of what you can do and where you will be a few short years down the road?!

Take some time alone and journal your thoughts…Let your Dreams begin to fly and write them down.
