How does this work? Before the second episode airs on Monday, June 3 at 8:00 p.m. EST select three "gentlemen" as your team. You can pick your favorites OR you can pick based on the point list below. If one of your three team members does any of the below items (or has them done to them), you'll get the points. I know that you may want to change your pick as we go along - so that is allowed, but you'll be docked points each switch (unlimited switches). You CAN go into negative points.

AS WE GO: I will be e-mailing updates to the entrants each week.

The winner: Whomever has the most points at the end of the season.

I haven't posted a #ThankfulFor post in a while. Probably in over a year. I can't possibly encompass all the things I've been thankful for that I've missed. But here are a few:

- A loving partner, who became my husband almost seven months ago.
- Family and friends supporting our marriage and helping us prepare for it.
- A church family and priest that made the sacrament of marriage even more of a blessing.
- The ability to be able to celebrate our marriage on a lavish honeymoon we will probably never be able to recreate. It was amazing.
- The opportunities awarded to me through my past job and at my current, new job.
- Having a job.
- My father's doctors and surgeons who worked quickly when he got sick. He's great now!
- My mother's doctors, oncologist, radiologist, nurses and all of our support. The road is still rocky, but knowing that we aren't trying to survive cancer alone is a blessing.
- My friends, who make me laugh and know me so well. I don't know that I thank them enough.

I'm going to try and start the #ThankfulFor posts again... it's always tough getting back into a routine. Thanks for reading :)

Love the Bachelorette and want to make it even MORE fun? Join our Fantasy League!

The Bachelor Facebook page used to run it, but since they're not this season... we can do it on our own!

How does this work? Before the first episode airs on Monday, May 14 at 9:30 p.m. EST, select three "gentlemen" as your team. You can pick your favorites OR you can pick based on the point list below. If one of your three team members does any of the below items (or has them done to them), you'll get the points. I know that you may want to change your pick as we go along - so that is allowed, but you'll be docked 300 points.

AS WE GO: I will be e-mailing and posting updates so you can see where you're standing.

The winner: Whomever has the most points at the end of the season.

Prize: Gloating that you won a Bachelorette Fantasy League! If you live in the DC area we can all go get drinks and I'll buy you one as your prize.

Additional Rules:

- After the first episode, everyone is allowed to swap ONE "GENTLEMAN" without getting points taken away. Just email me with your change and I will make it for you. After this, to change out any ONE guy, it will cost you 300 points (and don't forget, you can always swap even if you don't have points, you just may go into the negative).

- If all of your picks end up going home, you are allowed to pick three new "gentlemen" however your score will not carry over so it will start brand new.

- Blood donors, helping my momma out with transfusion. Today she said she felt like she had Superman's blood in her. Thanks Superman.
- Good doctor news from family.
- My hilarious Dad. He wanted to join Facebook so he could see what we were doing and was so open and honest about it.
- Post-It Notes. We should be thankful for these on a daily basis.
- The Internet - truly making my wedding plan easy peasy.
- My fat pants, reminding me that I need to stop eating so much because they are now my normal pants.

My BFF, Mallory, made me this for my wedding dress. How awesome is she??? This will be perfect for photographs of my wedding dress and a sweet keepsake. Maybe I can dry the flowers from my wedding bouquet on it and keep it as a wall decoration? So many possibilities.

And yes, I will soon be Mrs. Meghan McMahon. M-squared. Meggie Mac (Hubs hates this one). So many nickname possibilities!

- My work is sending me to Vegas tonight. How cool is that? I've never been and I'm so excited and definitely thankful for this opportunity!
- Google Calendar that integrates with my phone - lifesaver!
- iPods and Kindle's for 8 hour plane rides.
- Not flying with anyone I know so when I inevitably fall asleep and grind my teeth/ snore, I won't care (also I won't really know either).
- My family and fiance were so happy and excited for me! I love knowing I have their support :)

- I found this photo on Glitter Glue and Fireflies and it reminded me of my BFF, Mal. I'm super thankful for her!

- Having an awesome birthday on October 16. My family all called me or sang to me in person, I had dinner and cake with some of the most important people in my life and I drank wine and beer at a bonfire at my parent's house.

- My fiance's bday gift to me - a weekend at St. Michael's, one of my favorite places!

- 155,000 people in the US are living with metastatic breast cancer. This is breast cancer that doesn't have a "cure". It's beyond Stage II which is the most common and gets the most exposure. I'm so thankful for websites and organization s like Faces of MBC who make efforts so that those who fight with MBC everyday, and those who love them, feel like they're not alone. I sent this to my mom (living with MBC since June 2009) and my family. There's hope. There's family. We have each other. And we live for each moment.
- For every view of the video below, $1 will be donated.

- Parks and Rec, by far one of my favorite shows. It was great last night. (#client)
- My dad, who's trying to find me the beer I like (I like anything, he's just being so sweet) for my 27th birthday on Sunday.

- My DVR! I caught up on Desperate Housewives (Fantastic!), Modern Family (Hilar!) and How I Met Your Mother (Great!) last night.
- Chill nights in when I thought I was supposed to be traveling for work but then it got cancelled - tonight!
- Going home tomorrow. And having a fun birthday weekend with my family. It's been 3 weeks - I've missed them! Just wish Katie/Brooks were there.
- My cute fiance who is planning something fun for my birthday and keeps me guessing. <3
- The Internet! I found out I've been treating my minor burn (from the oven) COMPLETELY wrong and that's why it wasn't healing. For burns, you're supposed to keep them dry and covered. Not completely smothered in Neosporin. It needs to breathe. Thanks, online Mayo Clinic!

- Having so many friends and family to visit this weekend. Went to Ohio for a wedding and stopped to visit B's family, friends and the Flight 93 National Memorial (it was simple and touching).
- My bed. I was so so so thankful for my bed last night. Even though the AC is off in my building and it was hot, I slept with the door open and it was great.
- Knowing that I just have 3 more days of work after today until ANOTHER 3 day weekend and seeing my family... oh and my birthday :)
- Neosporin - I have a bad burn on my hand from my meal last Thurs night. I cooked pork marinated in stewed tomatoes and onions and when I took it out of the oven I singed my hand. Ouch! More ointment, please!
- Kou Moore - for reminding me to keep to this. It's such a great exercise. And I love sharing people

First of all, how cute is my BFF's blog??

She is doing her first giveaway of custom StarrParnell items today so go over there and enter. I ordered a custom wine glass from Starr for my mom's birthday - we celebrated in the Outer Banks so the wine glass said "What happens at the beach stays at the beach!" It was so cute - my mom loved it. And Starr customized it to be whatever I wanted. She even showed me a preview and said she could "redo" it if I wanted something different.

- Being able to host my sis and bro-in-law while they were in town for the wedding. They took my bed and I took the couch. Well I took the futon at first until it collapsed due to expert put-it-together work by the fiance and I. Woops. Good thing the couch is supah comfy. It was SO nice having them in town and getting to show them where I live, work, eat, etc. I miss them already. Once they left I got really lonely.
- Ice cream! To cure that lonely I went to Baskin Robbins. Yeah Weight Watchers can bite me - as I bite into two scoops of heaven.
- October. My favorite month. It's my birthday month and that's pretty much why it's my favorite month. I just love Halloween and the weather and the leaves turning. I just put out my Halloween decorations too!

My sister Katie is visiting me this weekend (WOOHOO!) and I'm so so so thankful for her and my sister Sarah. They are my best friends.

This is Katie and I this year at the International Biscuit Festival. Needless to say, we weren't on Weight Watchers at the time :)

Sarah and I completed the National Komen Race for the Cure for the second year in a row in June. I'm so proud of us.

I wanted to do everything my sister's did. Katie looks so darling here - love her smile, it's the same to this day!

My sweet sweet sister Sarah loving on me. She used to call me "my baby" and I look back at these photos and think that she is mine.

A little sisterly Halloween action. We had the best times dressing up!

This is still my bed. I sleep in it every night. I love love love my beautiful sisters.

- Wow it's been 7 days since I've written what I'm thankful for. I have LOTS to be thankful for and really need to show it more.
- Today, I went to catch the bus and it kept going. That's okay because there are other buses. But then it stopped a block away to pick someone up so I ran to catch it. I was in heels so I'm sure I looked silly. Well I was almost there and the bus pulled away. The cars waiting behind it honked and tried to get it to stop (very nice of them). One man pulled over and asked if I'd like a ride to catch up with the bus - I thankfully declined. But then waiting there another lady pulled up and asked the same thing - she lives on my street though I've never met her. I accepted and she drove me to the next bus stop where I caught the bus. How nice of her! Seriously, what a considerate thing to do. I definitely have to pay it forward today.
- I'm really looking forward to seeing My Boo tonight for a date night. Just chill. It's been too long.
- My sister is coming this weekend for a wedding and staying with me! I'm so thankful that I get to see her and I'm wayyyyy excited!
- A great roommate. She's the best I've had since college :)

- The 24 hour bug being GONE in 24 hours. I have no idea what it was that sidetracked me Monday/Tuesday but it was bad. Could have been a reaction to the flu shot. Could have been a bug from a friend. Could have been something the fiance gave me. All I know, is that I'm finally eating again and feeling better.
- Sweet friends who do nice things for you when you're sick.
- My mom and dad, who checked in on me lots.
- My fiance, who offered to do anything he could to help me feel better.
- Sleep! It works wonders, y'all!

I had been looking forward to the Tristan Prettyman show for a while. I've seen her in concert four times and was excited for the fifth, since she's playing new music.

Then, a monsoon of sickness was thrown at me on Monday night leaving me barely human most of Tuesday. I wasn't about to leave the house. Luckily, I have good friends like Amanda (@ohmygoshi) who I was supposed to go with. She called me during Love Love Love and Simple As It Should Be and even got Tristan to write me this sweet note on a napkin!
