That card has quite good rates:

Card activation (Outside U.S.) - $10

Monthly account maintenance - $1 (2+ transactions per month)

ATM Withdrawal (Outside U.S.) - $2.15

I don't quite sure if I'll be able to attach that card to another payoneer partners accounts, but it will be nice to use the card even with Elance only.

Elance also doesn't allow to attach non-elance card to a freelancer's account. You can only request a card with Elance logo and withdraw money to it.

However, you're able to attach your new elance card to an existent payoneer account and use several cards from one account. Just ask payoneer's support to do that.

How to make a blog

Do you want to get your own blog? This's number 1 of my top 5 list.

2. "Money" from "The Dark Side Of The Moon". This song has perfect, brilliant music mixed with a lot of unusual instruments and special effects.

3. "Another Brick In The Wall" from "The Wall" album. It's the most expressive song about our freedom.

4. "What Do You Want From Me?" from "The Divison Bell". Oh, really, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME???

5. "High Hopes" from "The Division Bell". We must believe in our hopes.

The above list isn't full of course. I like the most part of Pink Floyd songs so this list must be TOP 100.

Nice dating affiliate program

I want to present you one of the best dating affilite programs Anastasia Web (4affiliate).
