Yet UGG Australia (Decker’s) continues to harass and intimidate local boot, sheepskin boot (UGG) dealers and as well, makes erroneous statements to others claiming each who uses the word "UGG" without their permission, is also selling or promoting counterfeit UGG boots made in China.

What does the word "UGG" mean?

Well for one thing, UGG stands for United Grain Growers and in fact, that was the case with UGG long before UGG Australia or Decker’s.

UGG in relationship to boots means "sheepskin". It is in fact a generic term and Decker’s has lost cases before related to this issue and trying to make companies in Australia that were around before them using the word.

How does this affect "UGG" sheepskin boots sales, marketing, and advertising for small, stay at home moms and pops and other small businesses who prefer to call their genuine sheepskin boots  on sale for kids, women and men?"UGG"? What about sheepskin slippers, or men’s slippers on sale, what will they do when we say that?

Decker’s continues to have Google, Yahoo! and other search engines, take down search engine results which have the name "UGG" in them as well as "UGG boots" and also with apparently each and every one, claims they are all selling counterfeits from China. In fact, most have third party ads on their sites only from Google, Yahoo! and other third party advertisers. So, Decker’s must then be accusing Google, Yahoo! and others of promoting and or selling counterfeit UGG boots through their advertising? But wait! That wouldn’t work would it because they would have to go after giants Google and Yahoo! and it’s easier to stomp on smaller shop owners and hobbyists and hey, let’s use the digital millennium act to get them all out of the search engines so we dominate.

If you have used the word "UGG" and or "Ugg Boots" and been threatened or intimidated by Decker’s, or had search engine results removed, or had Decker’s accuse you to third parties of selling counterfeit UGG boots from China, join the class action suit against Decker’s and UGG Australia and help us force them to release the name "UGG" and "UGG boots" as they are generic terms meaning sheepskin boots and CANNOT under U.S. law therefore be trademarked.

Hi, my name is Tracy J. and this is my story of how I found the perfect gift idea for myself at my local Harley Davidson dealer’s store.

 The other day, I went to my local Harley Davidson motorcycle store looking for a good pair of boots on sale, more importantly, Harley Davidson boots.

I was hoping to find a good deal or sale on a pair of boots at the local Harley store. They don’t have sales because the quality is so superior, they don’t have to have a boots sale.

Not only does Harley Davidson have some beautiful boots for men and women, amazing Harley Davidson motorcycles, at least in my experience, the local store has Harley boots and shoes at great prices already, they shouldn’t have any "boots on  sale" events!

I bought a pair of boots and a pair of Harley Davidson shoes with the flames that change colors in sunlight or when they warm up and removable insoles.

My daughter came by the following morning and I was surprised when she remarked about how wonderful my new Harley Davidson boots I found at my local Harley Motorcycle dealer’s store. The flames on the side of the boots had changed colors from me warming them up, it was so cool!

The people at Harley Davidson are so clever to have come up with that! The local Harley dealer was so easy to work with and I had no idea how much more than Harley Davidson motorcycles, they have to offer at the local dealer. I wonder how they make the leather change colors like that on the boots?

With boots and shoes on the sales floor like mine, they will be seeing huge sales! Harley Davidson makes the best motorcycles and leather gear!

Today is Thursday, October 29th and I really want to go treat myself with an UGG boots sale shopping spree. I plan to go the the UGG boot outlet store and take advantage of the kids UGG boots sale, mens sheepskin slippers sale, and the womens sheepskin boots sale. I never thought this trip across town, could be my last, all because of an UGG boots sale.

 The afternoon was nice enough as far as the weather was concerned. It was a bit damp but, what you get for that is a great excuse to find new places indoor to love. I have to admit, I am glad I found my UGG boots on sale! When I venture out inot the cold damp weather, I want boots that are going to make me feel special. I prefer UGG boots and finding them on sale just adds to the level of comfort I feel out of doors.

I really didn’t think that someone would ever stalk me in order to obtain my UGG boots. I mean, seriously, why can’t they go find their own UGG boots sale? 

I parked in the section c and that was at least twenty yards from the UGG outlet store entrance. The UGG boots on sale sighn was a beautiful ultra sage green with hints of emerald. Perhaps if I had not seen the UGG boots sale, on the outside like that, I wouldn’t have stopped to buy yet another pair of UGG boots on sale.

Then, right before I placed the key in my car door, I felt a tap on my left shoulder. I was so mesmerized by the tall dark haired, tan colored man with piercing green eyes, I didn’t even hear a word he said.  Thirty or thirty five with line backer shoulders and a smile you could and would, want to paint and hang over the fire in your bedroom. Would you like to have coffee or a drink at a nearby lounge he asked. I felt every red blood cell rush to my high cheek bones.
