All of our motel rooms are the same size and have the same amenities; they only vary in terms of how they are decorated as well as by bed set-up. All rooms will accommodate between 2 and 4 people, depending on beds. Rooms that accommodate 4 people would either have a double bed and a set of bunk beds or 2 double beds. Maximum capacity per room is 4 people. Rooms are assigned on the day of check-in based on the total number of people per room.

All Motel Rooms have bedding and linens provided. Rooms also have coffee makers and ice buckets with an ice machine located inside the main lodge. We do not have televisions, telephones or refrigerators in any of the rooms.

The main lodge-dining room has a western theme, from the high vaulted ceilings to the hard wood floors and the huge circular fireplace. Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our guests. Offering cookouts or buffets to larger groups and catering for Company Outings, Wedding Receptions or larger events.

Accommodations at Drummond Island Resort are unique and plentiful. Our golf pro shop transforms into our Winter Sports Center each winter, where we have cross country skis, snow shoes, ice skates and tubes (all free to guests). In addition, we rent 10 Arctic Cat snowmobiles where guests enjoy nearly 100 miles of groomed island trails and access to the International Ice Bridge which connects Drummond Island to Canada. In addition to our convenient location right on the North Shore of Lake Gogebic, we also have plenty of safe and convenient trailer parking, a heated shop, 2 rental/repair shops located within 1 mile from the property, 2 gas stations, a grocery store and two restaurants within 1-2 miles from the property. Trail permits are available on site as well as a live bait and tackle shop if you choose to do any ice fishing, and a gift shop in the event you have left anything behind!

Accommodations

The Walleye Lodge has 21 units – all of which have a view of Lake Gogebic. All rooms are very clean, comfortable and 100% smoke free. We offer free WI-FI, cable and and feature daily towel exchange and garbage pickup. Charcoal and gas grills, picnic tables, and a fire pit are available for all guests to enjoy.
