1.  Achievers focus on their outcomes and results they're committed to achieving, not their to-do lists

2.  To do list provide a great excuse to avoid the difficult tasks

3.  As pointed out by the article, "Achievers don't manage their time, they create, manage and maximize their opportunities"

4.  Balance in your life is critical

Which is the whole point of the &lt;a href="http://www.time-management-techniques.com/tony-robbins.html"&gt;Top Down RPM System&lt;/a&gt;:  manage by results, not by actions.
