Hi Stampers:

Our next class is scheduled for Thursday evening, September 15th, 7-9 pm, here at The Loft. Prepayment is $20.00 via paypal and you will use all of the images in this new set. I'm posting a quick look photo but I promise, as usual, these cards are SO cute, you'll want to order some buttons for yourself and make more.

Well, I know you've all been waiting for the embossing class using the new stamp set My Friend and the newest ink colors that Stampin Up just added in July. You will be making 5 cards with 5 envelopes for $15.00 and I will be adding a special holiday project as an added bonus.

Well, I've missed you all for these past weeks while we have been traveling--and it's coming to the end of the Stampin Up year. There are some last minute sales which I am posting. Get out your catalog, a marker and a nice beverage and say "Bon Voyage" to some products. Thought you might like to see a folding photo album that I made for my Aunt for her birthday.

This is TOTALLY made from a Simply Scrappin kit (starting on page 176 in the large 2010-2011 Idea Book & Catalog)..Those kits have cardstock and all the stickers, cardstock and other accents, needed to make a project like this...of course, they're great for super quick scrap pages too! You can also use them for cards--here's just 10 of the cards I made and I have about 60% of the kit still LEFT !!! Talk about economical. So check them out stampers--

For My Little Glitter Girl

If you have been around Stampin Up for awhile, you'll remember several years ago, we had paper templates that we just punched out and stamped. While cleaning my stamp loft (HOW did I accumulate all that stuff?) I found some sheets for a really cute little purse. With a quick ball fringe handle and some stamping with the Flower Fest set from the new Summer Mini (you can order it May 1st), I have a cute little gift purse for my granddaughter. And since she is the Princess of Glitter, I've added some of our rhinestones on the crown. But I know her smile will out sparkle any rhinestone going...Can't wait to give it to her....now to find something cute for my grandson...

A creative weekend

One of the really great things about being a Stampin Up demo is that we can get items from the mini catalogs at least a month in advance. I couldn't wait to use these cool stamps from the set called Sunny Fun. So I made these bag tags for my granddaughter. They can be used for luggage, backpacks, even purses. Don't you just love these bright colors, Tangerine Tango, Daffodil Delight and Melon Mambo...all from the Brights collection. You can click on the picture for a close up view

Easter Class

Hi Stampers,

Don't forget the Easter Class, scheduled for this coming Saturday, April 9th from 1-4 pm at my house. We will be making Easter Baskets, cards, a carrot gift/candy holder, all for a $20.00 fee. All materials included but please bring your class kits--scissors, adhesive, bone folder, etc. Please prepay by Paypal on my sidebar so I can have enough materials. I will also be giving away grabbags of retired products as a thank you for attending my class.
Because I feel guilty about going away on you, leaving you to stamp alone (hahah) I am also going to schedule a class for a bit later in the month, for Mothers and Father's Day cards/gifts. I'll post a date for that later or I'll chat with you at the Easter Class.
