If you, like myself are growing tired of the soap opera in Congress over the funding of ObamaCare also known as the “Affordable Care Act” and the looming boogieman of a government shut down, then please join me tonight at 7pm Eastern on The Allison Bricker Show, as I offer one possible option for defeating the implementation of this monstrosity. The success of this endeavor will bring the U.S. govenrment to its knees, leaving it no other choice than to relegate the ACA to the legislative trash-heap. The solution is of course non-violent but will indeed require the courage of all involved. Let us not forget, We the People, have stopped the U.S. Government from beginning yet another war of Aggression in Syria. The time is now to fully remind the plutocrats in D.C. of exactly who here is in charge. Peace, Love, or rEVOLution

UPDATE: Facebook Page Calling For Removal of Sheriff Hartman UPDATE: Indiana Supreme Court Threatened After Ruling Allows Warrantless House to House Searches INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – The Indiana Supreme Court has received numerous threats via telephone and email following a controversial decision handed down last Thursday, May 12th, 2011, that “authorizes” police to search homes randomly according to Indiana Supreme Court Spokeswoman, Kathryn Dolan. In a 3-2 ruling in BARNES vs. STATE of INDIANA, a Governor Mitch Daniels appointee, Justice Steven David wrote that under “modern” (post-PATRIOT-Act) jurisprudence, Hoosiers must submit to the violent force of any and all UNLAWFUL searches instigated by law enforcement. The court justifies such intrusion due to individuals having better access to courts, than at the elevation of the right to common-law. “We believe however that a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with {SIC} modern Fourth Amendment jurisprudence.” Justice Steven David Majority Opinion BARNES vs. STATE of INDIANA No. 82S05-1007-CR-343 A Natural Inherent Right of humanity first acknowledged in the English Magna Carta in 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court decreed both the 4th Amendment to the federal constitution and Section 11 of the Indiana state Constitution, null and void, although no mention was given to Indiana’s governing document, despite it being directly in the line of fire. Section 11. Search and seizure Section 11. The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable search or seizure, shall not be violated; and no warrant shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or thing to be seized.
UPDATE: Facebook Page Calling For Removal of Sheriff Hartman UPDATE: Indiana Supreme Court Threatened After Ruling Allows Warrantless House to House Searches CROWN POINT, Ind. – According to Newton County Sheriff, Don Hartman Sr., random house to house searches are now possible and could be helpful following the Barnes v. STATE of INDIANA Supreme Court ruling issued on May 12th, 2011. When asked three separate times due to the astounding callousness as it relates to trampling the inherent natural rights of Americans, he emphatically indicated that he would use random house to house checks, adding he felt people will welcome random searches if it means capturing a criminal. Speaking under the condition of anonymity, a local city Police Chief with 30 years experience in law enforcement directly contradicted the Newton County Sheriff’s blatant disregard for privacy & liberty, stating that as an American first, such an action is unconscionable and that his allegiance is to the Indiana and federal Constitutions respectively. However, he also concurred that the ruling does now allow for police to randomly search homes should a department be under order by state or federal officials or under a department’s own accord. At this time we are still awaiting comments from several state offices. However, the spokesperson for the INDIANA ATTORNEY GENERAL took umbrage at what he referred to as “large” assumptions regarding police power and at this time has no comment. He did however indicate that should the INDIANA Attorney General, Greg Zoeller feel it necessary to make a statement, that this reporter would be included in the distribution of the release.
IMMEDIATE RELEASE “We believe…..a right to resist an unlawful police entry into a home is against public policy and is incompatible with MODERN Fourth Amendment jurisprudence” – Justice Steven David, Indiana Supreme Court – May 12, 2011 ~ Barnes v. INDIANA Thus what this robed plutocrat is falsely decreeing is that post PATRIOT ACT, “probable cause” is stricken from the 4th Amendment. Therefore according to this gross-misinterpretation, law-enforcement jack-boots could should the need arise, conduct house to house checks, automobile check points, et al. Unfortunately, these despicable tyrants think the “political-class” granted us the right de jure to be secure from unwarranted government intrusion. However this right, this ability to be free from the arbitrary capricious nature of government, is NOT a gift from the government, because this RIGHT is ours by birth. I shall resist and refuse to cooperate with this oppression until my dying breath. This is PRECISELY why I am what States-Rights-Absolutists refer to as an “INCORPORATIONIST”Our right to be free from unwarranted government intrusion exists whether the oppression emanates from FEDERAL or STATE, for the right is a NATURAL RIGHT and wholly OUTSIDE the purview of all government.
WASHINGTON – Representative Tom Price of Georgia dissects the so-called “budget-battle” unfortunately leaving out the fact that the Republicans are also not serious in their efforts to reduce spending and instead blames the entire mess on Democrats and President Obama. This serves two purposes, politicians in Washington will continue to loot the treasury for their benefit while also continuing the soap-opera of Democrat v. Republican. However the simple fact remains that both wings of the same STATIST political party is pushing the Republic ever-closer towards economic catastrophe.
The Future Economy will require you to go deep DEEP into debt via Student Loans financed by China, so Americans can Compete for a livable Wage. WASHINGTON – In this week’s address (apparently sponsored by Intel), President Obama said that the United States needs the best trained and best skilled workforce in the world to win the global competition for new jobs and industries. Over the next ten years, nearly half of all new jobs will require education beyond high school. This is why his administration has made education a top priority, enacting reforms like “Race to the Top,” working to make college more affordable, revitalizing community colleges, and launching a nationwide initiative to connect graduates to the businesses that need their skills.
OFFICIAL STATEMENT – Amid much fanfare last week, the last supposed “combat” troops left Iraq as the administration touted the beginning of the end of the Iraq War and a change in the role of the United States in that country. Considering the continued public frustration with the war effort, and with the growing laundry list of broken promises, this was merely another one of the administration’s operations in political maneuvering and semantics in order to convince an increasingly war-weary public that the Iraq War is at last ending. However, military officials confirm that we are committed to intervention in that country for years to come, and our operations have in fact, changed minimally, if really at all.
