Hi friends! So today my color obsession continues with this pretty little palette. I don't know about you, but for my entire life I've been drawn to berry infused hues like fuchsia and fig. They're warm, they're beautiful and they're the kind of colors that add romance to any look. Want to know which colors they look best with? Warm neutrals are the way to go! And because I'm a huge fan of handmade, why not throw a little burlap into the mix?

Hello, loves! And happy mid-week to you! I'm not sure what it is, but here lately I've found myself completely in love with shades of blue and green. Maybe it's the fact that I've just returned from a week away at the beach? Or maybe it's simply the calming nature that I'm drawn to? Whatever the case may be, one thing is for sure... I definitely can't get enough of these calming hues.

Because what's not to love? Also I really like how this palette easily incorporates the softness of sea foam and mint and yet, still makes room for a good dose of punchy color. Hi everyone! And happy Monday! Guess what guys? I'm back from the beach. And although I really, really hated to leave, I have to say that I'm definitely happy to be back. I missed you guys! Beach Bound!

Hi friends! And happy Friday! Today I just wanted to pop in to remind you all that I'm going to be taking a little break next week to spend some time with family at the beach! I actually snapped the below picture two years ago when we vacationed here last time. Needless to say, it's become a family tradition of ours to visit this area!

Now, on our last visit, we stayed in the yellow house (closest to the right). But this year, we opted for the peach house since we knew we would be needing a little more space. Why do we need more space, you ask? Well, since our last trip our family has grown! My hubby and I had twins (we already had a 2.5 year old little boy) and my sister adopted a little one as well! So that's a total of 4 grand kids now (in under 2.5 years mind you!). So off to the beach we go! But not to worry, friends! I wouldn't dare leave you hanging! I've actually invited a few of my favorite wedding blogger friends to come over next week and share their favorite color ideas with you. So I know I made mention about going on a trip to the beach here soon. And so, I don't know about you, but when I find that a beach is in my very near future. To me this feels like tropical elegance.

Happy Monday, friends! So maybe you remember me mentioning that I would be heading to the beach for a little rest and relaxation? Well, the time has come and I can hardly believe that come Friday I will be returning to our favorite little beach spot. An entire week of sand between my toes? And fruity cocktails in hand? Mark me down for a yes! Oh, but wait. It gets better! The house we're staying in is actually oceanfront. Yes, the Atlantic ocean will be in my backyard for an entire week! Ahhh, this is so overdue. Happy Earth Day, everyone! So since we're officially in the midst of Spring and fast approaching the start of Summer, I thought I'd put together a palette full of happy hues. Yellow and green were just made to go hand in hand! Throw in some lovely neutrals like a touch of khaki and you'll have a color palette that's just perfect for your upcoming Spring or Summer wedding!

I think what makes this palette pop are all of the lovely flowers. First, there's no denying that this bridal bouquet is seriously swoon worthy. So today my color obsession continues with this party palette of shades of teal and mint! Looking for a color palette that's easy on the eyes? Gray is the hottest neutral to hit the wedding scene since chocolate brown. And while it pairs effortlessly with so many colors, it's also pretty sweet all by itself. What happens when pretty shades of pink are mixed with glittery gold? All kinds of pretty goodness... that's what! Admittedly, pink and gold is a color palette that's on my 'favorites list'. Yes, it's true. I have favorites. And hopefully you can see why? Pink is feminine and sweet while gold is just bursting with fun and festive flair! Mix in some pretty neutrals like gray and beige and you'll have a party palette that's just waiting to be styled!

I think the bridesmaid dresses here are just absolutely beautiful. I love the lace detailing and those sweet chiffon skirts! So flirty and fun if you ask me! Looking for an inspiration cake? I really love this one because it incorporates both florals and the sweetest little gold confetti. Oh, and what party would be complete without a healthy dose of heart shaped goodies? Happy Monday, lovelies! So I know I've sort of gone overboard with my love for mint here lately. But I just can't help it! When I love a color, I just can't help but explore all the color possibilities! So today, I've paired mint with soft greens a touch of aqua and even a pinch of pretty yellow. Looking for a color palette perfect for Spring or Summer? I don't know about you, but these colors have me feeling instantly uplifted and inspired!

I don't know about you, but I have a serious soft spot for bridesmaid dresses that are a little bit unique. I especially love this two tone dress. It's so pretty and definitely the sort of dress I'd love to wear again! Plus I don't know about you, but these paper straws had me at hello. Makes me want to pour myself a nice tall glass of that lemonade and just relax for a bit. Sweet, soft and oh-so celebratory, these are the sort of colors that make me feel like being at the beach. Happy end of the week, loves! Shades of purple really are pretty, wouldn't you agree? Mix in some fabulous metallics like this glittery gold shade and you've got what I like to call a ''perfect palette.'' I'm really liking the feel of this palette because I feel like it incorporates a touch of whimsy all while mixing both modern and vintage styles. That cake!
