Giving out personal information about customers or employees.

Posting confidential or non-public information.

In my opinion, getting a good SEO takes time. At least 6 months.

The rules are simple :

1) Good content (With key phrases)
2) Updates
3) Social Media Optimisation

If you have a good content, you will get comments and backlinks. Don’t forget to create key phrases as it’s much easier to secure a high rank from a key-phrase than from keywords. You will also have to share this content on Social Media to get more visitors on your website. In any case, you must find a way to post at least something once a month. If you don’t you won’t be able to generate more trafic.
